20/08/2026: I was at the second-floor bar around 11 PM on the Sunday before the bank holiday, simply trying to order my very first drink of the night. The rest of the bartending staff have always been great, but one specific interaction ruined what should have been a normal night out. I made eye contact with a female bartender on shift—who seemed visibly stressed and was shouting at other customers prior to this—and took it as a signal to speak. Realizing mid-sentence that she was still busy, I immediately stopped and apologized for misreading the moment. Instead of accepting a polite apology, she responded in an extremely rude, hostile tone, telling me, "Don't do that." When I tried to politely clarify what she meant, she flat-out refused to serve me altogether, forcing another staff member to step in and take my order. My only "mistake" was misinterpreting eye contact, yet I was treated with total condescension. Having worked in customer service myself, I have never witnessed such an unprofessional attitude. While I didn't let her ruin my night and continued enjoying time with my friends, a venue that prides itself on tolerance and inclusivity shouldn't tolerate this level of hostility and poor customer care from its staff.

18/08/2026: I went on Sunday and I liked it; they have bingo as an extra activity. I was expecting a bit more from the show, since they don't sing live.

25/08/2026: We just bought 2 empanadas, I thought we were getting one with ham and cheese and the other beef and blue cheese, we felt surprise that in the inside they were full of potato and nothing more.

23/08/2026: I went there specifically for Argentinian empanadas and ordered the traditional Argentinian ones. I received three empanadas and paid €20, but when I tried them, I realised they were actually traditional UK-style empanadas. I went back after taking a bite. I was only able to exchange one because I had already bitten the other two. I then bought two of the empanadas I had originally asked for, but I was charged the price difference. The girl who served me was in such a rush that she didn’t properly listen to what I was asking for. I also felt pressured to make my purchase quickly, which made the whole experience quite frustrating.

16/07/2026: Not content with giving a three quarters full container Then in future orders watering down the satay sauce, they're now charging people €13 for a HALF tub of satay sauce with the prawns. If you're lowering the amounts and quality you should lower the prices. You've lost a customer of six years.

30/07/2026: Ordered chips from here a few weeks ago. Tried to contact the chipper but was unable. Think the picture I've included says it all really. €4.30 is what I paid. When I asked before leaving was this a large portion, I was told it's a standard portion as the don't do large.

14/08/2026: over priced what a rip off for a terrible meal, I had smoked cod and chips and knew before I even tasted it how bad it was going to be, absolutely disgraceful how they can charge €17 for overcooked and flavor less food and they have the cheek to leave a tip jar at the till ,My tip would be steer clear of this place
