The best restaurants in Dublin

25/03/2026: A great local cafe. The place is cozy and has very nice atmosphere. The food is great, there is a wide selection of sandwiches available. My personal favourites are Ham&Cheese and Caprese sandwiches. I have visited this place multiple times and was never disappointed with the quality of food. The prices are also very reasonable which is a rarity in Blackrock. This place is definitely worth visiting if you are looking for a quick and tasty lunch in Blackrock.

18/05/2026: I am currently doing a level 8 here. Lecturers are fantastic, easy to get to by luas and car. There is a car park which is located behind the college and is very cheap for the day

30/07/2026: Went here to get a breakfast roll and the staff very ignorant and snappy they somehow cut the roll fully in half so when I lifted the first half up the contents fell out onto my shirt and onto the floor to say I'm pissed off is an understatement wouldn't recommend this place

26/07/2026: One of the worst spice bags I’ve ever had - if not the worst. I think if I pulled a ball of lint out of the dryer, there would be more taste of it. As for the satay sauce, more comparable to snot. Expensive, bland, stale and dry. Mind blowing they’re still in business with all of the fantastic Chinese restaurants around. If I could give 0 stars I would.

23/05/2026: Ordered a spice box and it came very dry and about 4 pieces of salt and chilli chicken…. Every single bit of the food was bone dry so wouldn’t recommend too anyone even on there death bed

14/04/2026: Worse, it was the worst fast food I've ever had in my life. The bread was like chewing gum, there wasn't a single edible item, even though I ordered fries and a sausage. I've never seen a sausage with so little flavor, and they don't even accept cash.

30/05/2026: Cash only and deserves 1 star for that alone. It’s 2026. Obviously wont invest in a card machine because they want to avoid paying tax but actually they are losing business anyway by not offering card payment as there is no ATM nearby. Food was average at best.

10/05/2026: We ordered food for delivery once the driver arrived he demanded cash from me and refused to give me the food which me and my partner paid for online he then took the food and drove off and the manager of the store then refused to send our food out again and refused to give us a refund robbed us of our money

21/04/2026: Has zero atmosphere and coffee is extremely overpriced. 4.20 for a very banal Americano is a bit ridiculous, even in Dublin 4! The black walls and boring, basically non existing decor have all the charm of a depressing school cafeteria. Not sure who the target market is, but certainly not me. You get the impression they were going for something with this look but just never got anywhere. Hopefully they’re reaching some target market but I’m certainly not it. A couple of doors away both Donnybrook Fair and Happy Out offer a much better experience with more reasonable prices to boot! The result of this greedy pricing is that it put me off trying anything else there for good. If you disappoint me with a simple Americano, I won’t take the chance on a cake.

12/07/2026: Great location. Nice coffee. Pastries tasted like they had been sitting in the fridge for a few days. Friendly staff.

02/07/2026: Most of the people who work in this place are quite heavy when they talk to you or refer to you, if you have no other option go there, in the end worse is nothing, whatever the treatment is the worst

21/07/2026: Walked in as a new customer and immediately noticed the place was uncomfortably hot inside, so I decided to order takeaway instead of eating in.I ordered a doner kebab meal and a second chicken kebab. When I asked what kind of chicken they had, the staff member told me they had two types. I explicitly asked if I could get a mix of those two types of chicken, and he said "no problem."However, when I got home, my wife opened her chicken kebab only to find that half of it was regular doner meat, not the second type of chicken I asked for. To make matters worse, the doner meat was completely dry and rubbery. On the positive side, they gave a massive portion of chips that could easily feed four people, but because the rest of the meal was so poor, I ended up throwing them out anyway.I called back to let the manager know about the mix-up and the poor food quality, but I was simply told that the manager wasn't there. The member of staff on the phone was completely dismissive and acted like he couldn't care less. Very disappointing service, lack of accountability, and zero customer care. Definitely not going back

10/07/2026: The chips you get here are particularly bad. They are rubbery and feel like reheated leftovers. The staff as well seem hostile and they don’t seem to understand difference between eat-in & takeaway. Seems like a waste of space

16/07/2025: Ordered a acai bowl which had mould fruits. When we complained the server just removed the mouldy fruit and said it is fine to eat now. Not sure if they practise any hygiene in there. If you don’t want to get food poisoning than avoid this place.
