28/04/2026: Ordered the half peri peri chicken for delivery and honestly… I think that chicken had polio 😂 😂 The “half chicken” was the size of a quarter chicken. Tiny portions aside, the taste was pretty good though

10/06/2026: Had a lovely experience at Milano Blanchardstown. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the whole team was friendly and attentive. A special mention to Alex, who was absolutely fantastic. She made us feel very welcome and provided outstanding service throughout our visit. Staff like Alex really make a difference. Highly recommend Milano Blanchardstown for great food, great service, and a great atmosphere! 😊

14/04/2026: Worse, it was the worst fast food I've ever had in my life. The bread was like chewing gum, there wasn't a single edible item, even though I ordered fries and a sausage. I've never seen a sausage with so little flavor, and they don't even accept cash.

Tucked in the city centre, it's beautifully inviting—perfect for indulging in rich, creamy coffee and luxury chocolates in an elegant setting. Lately, though, I’ve noticed a shift. The portions have gotten noticeably smaller, and what used to feel like generous fare now seems just enough—not quite as thrilling as before. Add to that a slight dip in overall quality, and it feels like the magic has dimmed a bit.

24/08/2025: Well it's butlers.... but that aside the cafe is stunning, staff are super polite and helpful and you get to choose a free chocolate with every drink you order

07/10/2025: I would like to make a complaint about a very disappointing experience at your café. The staff member who served us was extremely rude and unprofessional, behaving as if she was doing us a favor instead of providing customer service. We really enjoy your coffee, but this kind of attitude completely ruins the experience. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures proper customer service training for the staff involved.

27/09/2025: The place is so nice and has lots of variety of beverages and food as well. The staff is so unfriendly and grumpy! No smiles at all , I didn’t feel very comfortable there.
