19/07/2026: Music and atmosphere were very generic. Used to go there during Pride in the mid 2000s but wouldn't go back.

19/07/2026: My friend was drunk & even if he was not bad with the crowd , they ask him to leave but very kindly & respectful The bouncer tooks time to explain him the rules & a member of staff accepted to go inside & look for a bag my friend forgot ! They were strict but patience & nice. Thanks for him

07/10/2025: I would like to make a complaint about a very disappointing experience at your café. The staff member who served us was extremely rude and unprofessional, behaving as if she was doing us a favor instead of providing customer service. We really enjoy your coffee, but this kind of attitude completely ruins the experience. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures proper customer service training for the staff involved.

27/09/2025: The place is so nice and has lots of variety of beverages and food as well. The staff is so unfriendly and grumpy! No smiles at all , I didn’t feel very comfortable there.

04/05/2026: Terrible. I've been a customer on MFusion from day 1, and I expecting the same standards since the ownership/name change but I was seriously disappointed. After asking for no onions, ALL of the dishes had lots of onions. The shredded chicken tasted like it was made daysago and re-fried. When I spend €4.80 on a side order of mushrooms, I just want mushrooms....it had onion, spring onion and carrots in it?? And lastly, the beef satay was absolutely horrible. With my first bite, I got a massive chunk of pineapple in my mouth. When I called to complain I was told that's normal...I've been eating and cooking satay for 25 odd years and have never seen pineapple on the ingredients list. I also remarked that if this is how they want to make it then they should have it listed as an ingredient in the website. So disappointed

17/04/2026: Never fail on the special fried rice unreal with fresh prawn crackers the spice bag was perfectly seasoned and the staff were so friendly the meat just melted in my mouth and I got extra prawns great suprise thank you I do choose to collect myself im not good at waitimg for delivery

01/07/2026: second time getting crispy chicken satay noodles, both times have been delicious. Lovely to have a decent takeaway for the d13 area. It's bit more expensive than other takeaways but definitely worth it and there is a 5 euro off discount atm

30/05/2026: Saaep is one of my absolute favorite food businesses. Their food has incredible good quality, fresh, delicious, interesting flavors and very clean.

You come here for a proper smash burger, probably the best in Dublin—even if no one will ever say it out loud. The sandwiches are opulent and uncompromising: juicy meat, perfect crust, generously oozing cheese. Burgers that get your hands dirty and leave a lasting impression. The fries, thin and crispy, are impeccable for those who love this style. They don't use pork, but what they do with beef and poultry is top-notch. There's real substance, not just aesthetics. Unlike other city chains that invest heavily in branding, storytelling, and stage presence, here the focus is entirely on the dish. And it's a choice that pays off, for those who recognize quality. The place has a rugged and authentic soul, but there's a practical aspect that deserves attention: the smell of fried food is very persistent and risks ruining the experience. An improvement on this front would help further enhance an already excellent gastronomic offering. I keep returning without hesitation: for me, it remains the best burger in Dublin, even if few are ready to acknowledge that. 🍔

25/06/2026: Giving this one star because I've been coming here for 12 years. I always bring friends and family for the wings, but the recipe has changed and they're now disappointing. We love this place, but please bring the wings back the way they used to be.

30/06/2026: Stopped and had their Lombard toasted sandwich and coffee. Waitress was very efficient and the sandwich was lovely.

21/05/2026: Stopped in for food and a drink on a whim. It was the nicest toastie and soup I have ever had! Amazing place.

02/07/2026: Do not go here!! Or order from here extremely disappointed. We ordered food from just eats and waiting 40 minutes to come and told the driver to call when at location. The driver did not call and marked our order as delivered. It was not delivered!! We drove out to the shop as they would not answer our call after multiple attempts…and she told us that she couldn’t do anything….so we’re did our food go to???? Bloody ridiculous left with no food and down €30 DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

19/07/2026: An unpleasant blonde woman at the till skipped me as I was queuing for service in lieu of 3 woman who walked in 5 mins after me and plonked themselves at the front of the counter. When I announced that to her, she verbally scolded me to wait my turn. I left and went to a better establishment. Hateful behaviour, will not be returning. Do better
