The best restaurants in Dublin

08/08/2026: I am never disappointed when I get food from here. They can make the food spicy on request and flavours are very good. It is pocket friendly too and you get good value.

03/08/2026: I visited this restaurant today about an hour before closing. As soon as we arrived, the waitress informed us of the closing time, which was perfectly fine. However, throughout our visit, she made it very clear that she was unhappy we had chosen to dine there. When taking our order, she was impatient with one of my friends, who doesn’t speak English very well, making the experience uncomfortable. About 30 minutes before closing, the staff started dragging chairs, opening the front door, and making it obvious that they wanted us to leave, even though the restaurant was still officially open. To make matters worse, we ordered dumplings, but they never arrived. Given the way we were being treated, we didn’t even feel comfortable asking about them. Despite the poor service, we still left a tip because the food itself was excellent. This restaurant has always been one of our favorite places to eat, which makes this experience even more disappointing. A friend of ours had just arrived from abroad to visit us, and we wanted to bring him here for dinner because we always enjoyed coming here. Sadly, the service completely changed that impression, and it makes us not want to come back. I completely understand that staff want to finish their shifts on time, but customers who arrive during business hours deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, the service we received made us feel unwelcome and overshadowed what would otherwise have been a great meal.

13/08/2026: This was the resturante at my hotel we stayed at in Dublin. No wait time. Food came out fast and reasonable price. Cappuccino was good and sandwich and fries fresh. Would recommend if you dont want to go anywhere to eat

16/07/2026: We had a wonderful group dinner here, and it was the perfect way to start our holiday. Gabriella and Rosa were absolutely top-notch—friendly, attentive, and made everyone feel so welcome. The food was delicious, and everything was beautifully organized for our group. Thank you for such a memorable evening. Highly recommend!

26/08/2026: Ordered Quarter pound meal 12.50 included chips, can, burger 🍔 had no lettuce no mayonnaise, had onion tomato sauce and guess no cheese, food was nice, burger big let down

03/07/2026: I go here every day, I'll go out of my way to get there. 80km round trip at opening time on a weekend? No problem. Their coffee is one of the highlights of my day.

13/08/2026: Had a fantastic dining experience at Wagamama Dundrum! The food was wonderful, but what stood out most was the incredible service from Priyanka and Sravanthi . They went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, showing genuine kindness and exceptional attention to detail from start to finish. Customer service like theirs makes all the difference—highly recommended!

06/08/2026: The drinks looked good, but unfortunately they didn’t taste as good as we expected. The hot chocolate was quite bland, and the coffee was just average. The location is nice if you want to sit by the window and watch the city go by, but overall the experience was a bit disappointing. We expected better quality for the price.

07/08/2026: What a terrible pub. No words about the way it is managed as it isn’t. What I will talk about is the lovely staff they have to offer that pour their heart and soul into their shifts, whether you see them once or you see them all week they are lovely. Bar staff excellent. Very friendly. Floor staff high top quality. Very high standard of customer service. Two of staff I’d like to point out Jody being the first AMAZING. Really high standard, she knows what she’s doing 0 flaws. Might be treated badly and absolutly ran off her toes but she still shows up and puts her best foot forward. Soraya whom I was served by a month ago exceptional waitress, you need her she’s there, no questions asked. She comes in and really gets the job done, a polite and funny little girl. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for staff, no stars for the pub itself.

13/08/2026: McDonald's is usually quick to deliver your order, but here you have to wait a long time. This store is downtown, and crazy people are constantly coming in, yelling and asking for money; it even smells bad. I don't recommend it.

28/08/2026: Food was so bad, the burger bun was Cold the fillings were Cold and soggy the meat was a slither of mince meat no bigger than mc Donald's burger, the drinks had a scum on top when you moved your finger around it moved, I was told yea the dish washer is broken!! I had to pull my burger apart to try eat what I couldit was awful. The toilet door was open to the restaurant floorswere very slippy. The waiter mumbles to himself and forgot the spice stuff twice. Table wasn't properly cleaned. I will never eat in any Eddie rockets again. The sprite is nearly undrinkable I have no idea what it was.

27/08/2026: Came here with my boyfriend and 2 others , the food was really nice but my order was slightly wrong, place could have been a bit cleaner but was really good overall

25/07/2026: ABSOLUTE awful customer service. Went into this pub last night the “manager” refused to serve us. Firstly saying it was only locals that get served and when questioned why he said we were “too drunk” bare in mind we hadn’t even had a drink and were passing and said we would have one. Awful shame to have people like this working in bars and taken the goodness out of the place. I would stay well away from here until they hire better management. A disgusting manner ABSOLUTE awful customer service. Went into this pub last night the “manager” refused to serve us. 07/08/2026: Acai bowl (plastic container not a bowl) barely hit the spot. This place is definately not a cafe as the name would suggest, the offering, service and layout is of an office canteen, not a brunch spot

01/08/2026: Proper chill vibes (Saturday) for a coffee and cake. Service was really nice and served great coffee. The matcha latte with lychee was lovely too.

29/07/2026: The big guy at the counter always try to be very rude, over smart and arrogant outspoken person. I always wanted to tell them that please adjust your tone with customers until it happened with me. Always bossing around.

28/07/2026: We are tourists in Griffith Residence and had take away from Al Kathie. Fast service! Excellent food and very good value for money.
