07/09/2025: great food nice staff milshke is the best hope they open more stores

13/08/2025: Food was respectable, got a curry chips amd would get again. However this business really fell off with the customer service aspect, the staff were extremely rude and impatient. After waiting 20 minutes for a pizza i found out that they decided not to make it as i wasnt in the restaurant (they suggested that we leave as they were busy). Not recommend.oreo milkshake was like a block of ice.

15/08/2025: Nice place, but roasting inside and horrible staff working there, lazy and clearly don't care, this place could be a gold mine but workers are doing nothing while people is queueing forever. Ice machine never works and they are always sort with ice, milk, never their fault...not recommended.

27/07/2025: With the bells of St. Patrick's Cathedral ringing in the background, I stopped at this small café in a green park. The Tram Café stood there, blending gently into the scenery that seemed to have been forgotten by time. I took a sip of my cappuccino. The fluffy foamed milk and rich espresso seemed to slowly seep into my body. Drinking a cup of coffee in the sunlight filtering through the trees on a quiet afternoon was like magic that gave me a special moment just for myself. However, the pound cake that came with it...was a bit of a disappointment. Although it looked simple and warm, it was a bit dry in my mouth and had a somewhat dull taste. It wasn't bad, but compared to the perfection of the cappuccino, the difference was all the more noticeable. Still, the atmosphere of the place, the smiles of the staff, and the view of the grass and trees spreading out before me gently embraced everything. Even though the cake tasted a little lacking, I have no complaints about the time I spent here.

02/09/2025: Had chicken Kabab, Donor Kabab and fries. The portion size, quality and taste, everything is super good. The bread was also really good and soft! It was my first time and I am now their permanent customer 😍😍.. looking forward to try chicken shish kabab and lamb kabab.

21/07/2025: Im not a big pizza lover but I had the nice experience of trying a lovely stone baked pizza from here a week ago. I chose my own toppings on a “10 , toppings weren’t too overloaded and ordered a rosemary Focaccia too. Both had a Crispy thin base and nice taste from both along side a lovely garlic sauce /Aioli for dipping. Nice choice of dips and options to make your own pizza. The service was very welcoming. I’m looking forward to going back there again soon. 🙂👍

26/07/2025: Paid €23 for 2 of the worst coffees I’ve had and 2 bog standard açai bowls. I’ve had cups of water with more flavour than their coffee. My girlfriend had an oat latte which tasted like a cup of hot milk. My americano resembled a cup of tea more than a coffee of any sort, tasted like absolutely nothing! I had 2 sips then poured it down the drain where it belongs. Such a waste of time and money. Drove 15 mins as I believed TEN10 were somewhat specialists in açai and would surely have decent coffee. Turns out to be far from the truth. The açai itself was fine but nothing to write home about let alone travel any distance for, same options as any other açai vendor. The car park where it is based has 0 atmosphere and is scattered with dirty tables. Never again.

24/08/2025: Ordered three cod and chips and was very disappointed. One portion was tiny, and the batter on all three was overcooked and too hard — my elderly family members had to eat the fish out of the batter. Chips were fine, but overall poor quality for the price and reputation. I contacted the shop but the reply felt like a generic script, not a real acknowledgement of the issues. Very disappointing. We won’t be back and I don’t recommend — especially surprising for a seafront restaurant with such a reputation.

12/08/2025: Got takeaway from here the other night. I’m accustomed to the American style of Chinese takeaway but I thoroughly enjoyed my Singapore noodles. I can’t compare it to anywhere else, but if you’re in the area I would absolutely recommend.

The café itself is a great place if you’re looking for a quiet moment to yourself—perfect with a good book—or if you want to catch up with friends in a relaxed atmosphere. The coffee is consistently good, and there’s a nice selection of snacks and treats to go with it. Overall, Costa delivers both comfort and quality, and the friendly team really makes the difference.

31/07/2025: Stopped in for a latte. Service was prompt and polite but the coffee was just ok.

16/08/2025: Just popped in for a quick coffee while I waited on a prescription to be filled. All tables near the window was reserved. I was the only one in there. Had to sit down the back in the dark. Coffee wasn't nice very watery. Carrot cake was nice. As I left still nobody in the reserved seats.

13/08/2025: This coffee shop is amazing. My mocha was a real mokka like in Italy, perfect !!! Very friendly service they're working with smile and welcome,I received table service. It's overall amazing definitely I will come back again and again !! Thank you so much ❤️🍻
