07/08/2025: Jason is absolutely amazing. He is friendly and welcoming, and his attention to detail when crafting drinks is impressive. The lemonades (strawberry & passion fruit) we ordered were perfectly made. They were very refreshing and flavoring. Jason truly makes sure you have a great experience. Highly recommend!

02/12/2025: Half and Half, because half the time they get half your order wrong. This went from being the best burger around when they first opened to avoid unless you enjoy long delivery times and surprise food.

16/11/2025: Ordered food for collection and drove 15 minutes over to collect. When I got there I was greeted by telling me they were closed, (around 20 minutes before closing time by the way). I said I was collecting an order to which I was told my order was cancelled and they “DECIDED to close early” as “nothing was happening so we’re not taking orders right now your money has been refunded”. HORRIFIC service and complete lack of care from the staff. No notification of my order being cancelled and not the first time this has happened either. Food is bang average on a normal day was only coming here for a healthier choice. Honestly don’t waste your time, likelihood is you’ll be disappointed and left without your food or with crap if you get it at all. Not to mention if you dine in you’ll only be allowed to pay in cash or be sent to an ATM, and if you order for delivery you’re left waiting well over an hour for cold food to be thrown at you. I urge management in this place to start taking their business seriously and deal with your staff who are willing to cancel orders to get off a few minutes early. I’m not one for leaving reviews but I was more than pissed off with how my experience went today. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE

21/10/2025: I ordered delivery and was pleasantly surprised! The burger was super tasty, juicy, and well-prepared, with quality ingredients. The fries were also excellent, crispy and well-seasoned. You can tell they really care about the flavor and experience, even when ordering delivery! I recommend it.

03/12/2025: Ordered a 10oz Ribeye - I estimate no more than 6 Oz steak delivered and very heavily salted, the side salad was very old. For the price charged I expected more.

22/11/2025: One two three four I DECLARE A THUMB WAR! Is what I said to the little goblin man hiding in the toilet. Safe to say I defeated him in battle and sent him on his merry way. You’re welcome mcgettigans! He won’t be bothering you any more…. I made sure of that. And if he ever re emerges from his slimy hole … I’ll be waiting. Good food the chips are lovely

25/09/2025: I personally love their chilli beef and barbecue chicken pizza, such an underrated takeout place. The taste is consistent and service is fast.

08/11/2025: Sorry to leave a bad review as usually the food is nice and fresh. We order today when the restaurant opened and got hard chips , stale batter sausages , chicken wrap with dried out goujans. I was so disapointed as the food is usually fresh but my order was definitely reheated food from day before . Very disapointed with the quality of food as it is usually fresh but not today.

25/10/2025: Portion sizes are great, delivery is fast enough but at times has been abit on the colder side, but the major fail and it seems its not limited to Giulio's is the fact the staff in chippers these days seem to have lost the ability to put salt and vinegar on the chips unless your standing in front of them reminding them salt and vinegar please. Even stating in the comments when ordering online extra salt and vinegar results in you guessed it..no salt and vinegar.
