13/07/2025: got a whopper ( looked like it was slapped together ) and nice Oreo shake. Dirty unkempt tablets, even though it wasn't busy.

20/08/2025: We went there for breakfast and it was very pleasant, little background music, we took juices squeezed to the minute, coffee and pastries all very good, I recommend 100%!

30/05/2025: Chicken was way older and hard. Not a great experience, would not suggest.

03/08/2025: I had a great experience at this Burger King in Ireland. The food was fresh, tasty, and exactly what you’d expect from a good fast-food place. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was served quickly and with a smile. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. Perfect for a quick bite or a relaxed meal. Highly recommended!

16/08/2025: Never ever again will I order food from here I placed my order and wait nearly 2hr for somone to ring me back and tell me they can’t bring me my food and the way I was spoken to by the staff was horrendous. I will not be ordering from here again as it was my first time. I will be sticking with the other chippers as I have never dealt with anything like this in my life absolute joke

11/07/2025: I've been going to Hong kee ages now. Especially after a few pints of guinness from the gravediggers. HONG KEE has always been there for me when I needed them the most. Fresh food hot food and food that taste amazing ❤️

01/08/2025: Dining room was cleaner than most fast food spots, which was a nice surprise. Tried the Bacon King—greasy, a bit overwhelming, but hit the spot. Fries were undercooked, though. The staff seemed stressed but kept things moving. Overall, it's the kind of place you walk into knowing it’ll be okay, not amazing. If you lower your expectations, it’s perfectly average.

07/09/2025: Love the restaurant as you know, but please do yourself a favour. Install a light in the bathroom please, extremely dangerous going in there with no light. My wife has a balance problem, had to stand in the hallway?And leave the door open, so she could use the bathroom.That's a little bit ridiculous. Going on 2 weeks now hasn't been fixed. I'm sure a big chain like yourself can manage to put in a light bulb into the bathroom,please. I'm sure you don't want to be claimed for a fall. It has been mentioned a couple of times but it feels like it's been on deaf ears. It's a Risk factor Cos when you shut the door you're in the dark what are you supposed to do. And the last thing your television in there is always breaking down. And the last thing, is allowing electric scooters to go into your premises and loads of them outside the doorway , somebody falls over them who's gonna be liable. It's on your premises. And allowing loads of youths in there at times that are just sitting over a drink and gangs of them in there what kind of a restaurant is it. I Feel the staff sometimes in there, are afraid to open there mouths. But at the end of the day that shouldn't be allowed to happen in the first place.

03/09/2025: Service was fine, as always. However, the last 3 times I’ve ordered from here the chips have been hard to eat. It’s like they have been refried several times. It’s shocking. I ordered a garlic cheese chip tonight and I couldn’t even finish it. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt today but it’s been the same for my last 3 previous orders. I won’t be back

19/06/2025: The are rude including the man there, he was so rude that I will never order anything there again or anyone I know. He told me to order the uber to pick up my food and said the food was ready. I ordered the uber, the uber arrived and the food was not even ready. Instead of him to apologize because he is costing me more money. He started speaking rudely to me and telling me "you listen". Just imagine! Well, very poor customer service even at the restaurant. I went there to eat a couple of times and the food takes over an hour to get ready even if you book ahead. Today, I ordered at 15:00PM and the food was not ready till past 17:00PM. And they open at 15:00PM so I’m wondering why it took so long. The man is rude, great food, but very very poor service.

12/06/2025: I’d highly recommend. Very affordable price for the food and beautiful aesthetics. Staff was very friendly and professional too. Solid 8/10. Would definitely go back.

30/08/2025: First time ordering in a long time and i was saddened to see my have received my order and EVERYTHING in the bag was soggy and clearly recooked the paper box for salt and chilli chips is not a good idea the underneath of the box fell through when i removed it from the brown delivery bag, sorry but never again wasted my money on slop

18/08/2025: I've ordered pizza here before and gave it 3 stars, but today I'm giving it none. The pizza was okay, but the person who answered the phone spoke so fast and in poor English that I couldn't understand anything. When I asked him to get someone who spoke better English, he hung up on me, very arrogant and rude. I don't recommend it.
