04/04/2026: Made a mess of our order three items wrong then charged us extra for there mistake wont use again no customer service food arrived cold aswell.

15/03/2026: I would have serious concerns about the chicken being served here. We could not eat the chicken that came in the chilli shredded chicken dish as it was mushy and stringy I'd say its being imported from countries with very bad standards. My daughter was eating it and pulling long pieces of string out of her mouth, discusting and It really makes you think about where these places are sourcing this cheap below standard meats, how is this even allowed? The chicken ball chicken used is different as its harder to disguise without sauce. Delivery took 2 hours.

14/07/2025: Waited 2 hours for my food and rang and gave my order number and was told its on the way, waited another 40 minutes and had to go down before they closed for a refund

10/04/2025: First time trying this place as new to the area and its absolutely delicious, full of flavour even the 2 year old is milling the food and its hard to get him to eat anything! Also 5 stars for that driver that delivered my food too, so chipper he actually cheered me right up with his greeting over the phone, I've had a bad day😅 then he wouldn't accept my tip because it was "too much" and insisted on not taking it, but I wouldn't take it back so he gave me an easter egg 🥹 legend

23/04/2026: Beset with problems with missing items in orders or 15+ minute waits for orders once ready for collection. Nearly every experience here over the last few months has been needlessly frustrating. Seems to be real issues with how they sequence orders made in person or for collection as you’re left waiting while delivery orders fly out the door. Hope they can sort this out as the food is great and the staff at the front are lovely.

12/04/2026: I find it hit and miss unfortunately, chips get cold very quickly, milkshake very average

01/10/2025: The pepperoni sensation bagel is delicious here. I've ordered it in other O'Briens but they just don't do it as well as Nassau does. Service is good too, workers are friendly and usually seem to be in good moods.

08/04/2026: I was refused entry into this place and no explaination as to why! It was supposedly to be an Over 21s that night but yet all those they let in were in no were near 21! This place is an absolute disgrace and letting underage teenagers into the place. This place needs to be reported ASAP!!!

29/03/2026: Despite all these negative reviews, I made the decision to visit last week ALONE, and everything was smooth. I am 33 male who 200% look like a 16 yo from Africa 😂 but the bouncers were extremely nice and welcoming; they just checked id which is to make the place safe for everyone. MAYBE IT WAS MY LUCKY DAY OR THEY'VE TAKEN THE REVIEWS SERIOUSLY AND MADE CHANGES. I will see next time, because I loved the place, and it's definitely worth a revisit. The guy who accepts entry payment was very friendly, guided me the directions. The bartenders were kind and swift.

15/03/2026: Spice bag is very disappointing. Not a vegetable in site, and the few bits of chicken are horribly chewy.

17/11/2025: These guys made a lovely birthday cake for my wife's 60th with her twin sister. They went to a lot of trouble to get the details right and at a very reasonable cost.

29/10/2025: Nice bakery for a quick stop. There is no seating available, but there is plenty of parking space out front, so you can eat or drink in your car or on the go. Staff was quick to assist. The chai latte I had was good, but not great. The croissant was huge, that made up for the price I paid for it. Special milks add 80ct to the price.

26/11/2025: This is such a fabulous place for lunch, great food, flavours and lovely staff, would highly recommend trying the hot chicken sandwich!

25/11/2025: The reviews are all correct. The owner/manager lady snaps at you. Makes no effort to make her voice pleasant. The cashier young woman was very nice. But we got the quick coffee and breakfast we were looking for and a stool to sit on, very convenient and fast easy breakfast. Many people coming in and out for a coffe.

11/02/2026: Very poor delivery service I was waiting for almost hour for delivery and they rang me 5 times and I couldn’t answer the phone because I am deaf and normally I do get text from drivers that delivery is on way but not this restaurant and they are discriminating deaf customer like myself and I will be taking them to discrimination lawsuit

18/08/2025: The toasted banana bread is delicious. Staff super friendly. The calm atmosphere inside makes you almost forget you’re in the heart of city centre

31/07/2025: Day old pastry. Deal advertised as any made drink and any pastry ordered a drink and they then stipulated it had to be coffee with no modifications. My mum with severe allergies ordered an oat milk tea to be given the wrong tea and cows milk. Staff were more annoyed at us than apologetic even though they did admit they knew the order was for oat milk. Bad day.

02/05/2026: Quite simply the slowest McDonald’s probably in Europe if not the world. Management here need to get the P 45 and move on. An absolute shambles.

29/04/2026: After scaulding my mouth just there at 9:50 in the drive thru, asked for an americano 3 times with COLD MILK AND THEY SCAULDED my mouth. This is typical them, just slow down and listen to the orders
