Extremely rude customer service must of the stuff was rude . Bad experience never go again there . 21/04/2026: Misleading “24 hours” listing, long wait, and incorrect order This morning I drove to McDonald’s – Gullivers Retail Park, Northwood Ave, which is clearly listed as “Open 24 hours” on both Google Maps and McDonald’s official website. Timeline: - 6:10 am – Left home - 6:13 am – Arrived at the drive‑through - Waited 10–15 minutes with no service at all While waiting, a staff member arrived for work. I asked if the restaurant was open and was told it “was supposed to be open.” - 6:51 am – Returned, and the restaurant was finally operating I ordered and paid for a Double Bacon & Egg McMuffin®. I asked the staff member taking payment whether this location is open 24 hours, and she confirmed yes. When I explained what had happened earlier, she apologised and said they close between 5:00–6:00 am to prepare breakfast — which directly contradicts the advertised 24‑hour opening. When I got home and checked my order, I discovered I had been given only egg and cheese, with no bacon at all, despite paying the full price for a Double Bacon & Egg McMuffin. Summary: - Advertised as 24 hours but not operating as such - Long wait with no service - Paid for a premium item but received a cheaper, incorrect product

29/03/2026: Some items like the McMelt were unavailable, and some of the ordering machines were broken, but overall it was standard McDonald's.

26/11/2025: This is such a fabulous place for lunch, great food, flavours and lovely staff, would highly recommend trying the hot chicken sandwich!

25/11/2025: The reviews are all correct. The owner/manager lady snaps at you. Makes no effort to make her voice pleasant. The cashier young woman was very nice. But we got the quick coffee and breakfast we were looking for and a stool to sit on, very convenient and fast easy breakfast. Many people coming in and out for a coffe.

28/04/2026: First time getting take away from here. It was dreadful got House Special Fried Rice, Chicken Fried Rice and Salt and Chilli ribs starter. The Rice dishes had no flavour very bland. The House Special Fried Rice had the tinest bit of chicken, prawn and peas no beef, pork or other veg. The Salt and Chilli ribs were good but it was a extremely small portion. Very disappointing won't be back!

15/02/2026: I don’t know what to say other than disappointing. The prices are crazy for what you get given the quality is no better than a typical Chinese takeaway. The spring rolls were strange to say the least. Wasn’t able to tell how fresh the veg in them were. The garlic and black bean fillet beef was nice but no way was it fillet beef. The chilli beef was good too but very deep fried to the point you couldn’t taste beef and just deep fried batter. The worst thing we got at our table was the salt and chilli chicken, it was absolutely disgusting. And for nearly 30 euro - it was daylight robbery. The chicken itself didn’t look like chicken and it was drowning in oil. For the same price, I could have dined at a top restaurant in the city centre. Overall, really disappointing.

06/10/2025: A wide selection of coffee beans, which you can either pick up ready-made or have roasted right for you. The only inconvenience is that when you order coffee to go, it's always piping hot. In good establishments, coffee is ready to drink right away.

01/10/2025: The pepperoni sensation bagel is delicious here. I've ordered it in other O'Briens but they just don't do it as well as Nassau does. Service is good too, workers are friendly and usually seem to be in good moods.

I rang them 8 times no answer and still no order and they took my money off my account, I am extremely angry here , I am a regular customer, it's now 11.20 and no food , they will be getting a phone call and a very angry person on the phone and I will be going uo to get my money back , not happy at all

07/05/2026: Tiny portions. I got this on 50% off on Uber Eats and still felt really hard done by. I got the quarter aromatic duck (about €14 on Uber eats).. it came with five... FIVE pancakes! Even though the portions were tiny, I still had to eat most of it without pancakes just loose because they only give you FIVE. These cost literally CENTS, and they still only give you five. Surely this is the cheapest part of the meal... you'd think they wouldn't be so ridiculous with it. Wouldn't order again based on this alone. Too much of a gamble. Chicken balls were DISGUSTING. Tasted like soap.

16/10/2025: Do not book a booth with this club. They will take your money and then at the door say you’re too intoxicated even though we were completely sober and then they will sell the booth to someone else for extra money.

18/10/2025: Disappointing experience at Pizza Hut! We ordered 2 large pizzas and we were only able to eat 2 slices each. The rest ended up in the bin. The pizzas we ordered were dry, hard, and far from the quality we've come to expect from Pizza Hut. Our previous experiences with Pizza Hut have always been great, with fluffy, moist crusts. Unfortunately, this location didn't meet those standards. Unless they revamp their recipe or cooking process, I'd advise against wasting your money.
