09/01/2026: ordered, accepted the order, no communication for well over an hour called and waited 15 minutes only for the call to end after it saying we were 2nd in line for a call, food arrived at 4:33am cold and 2 hours and 24 minutes after we ordered. I’ve tried to call and have made complaints online several times since to no response, finally got a response after calling today 9 days after my first attempt to reach them and they said 2 hours is a reasonable wait time and lied multiple times over the phone about what time the driver got there saying it was 4:18am when he arrived back at the restaurant which is impossible given we only got the food off him at 4:40am, and then said they were hanging up to speak to their boss but upon me calling back I found out the person I spoke to was the manager, absolutely disgustingly bad service.

11/11/2025: In room 6 and it was very difficult to see the movie. The emergency light at the entrance illuminated the screen, so it looked quite dark. Sound system was decent. Room was a bit cold. Staff and facilities were great.

20/10/2025: Horrendous service especially as of late, we have had 5 orders over the last few months arrive with 1 or more side missing, then being told you'll have to ring the store to get it sorted. You ring and are left on hold then the staff try to get you to not have a replacement sent out, the missing sides end up taking longer to receive than the original order does

16/11/2025: Litteralt no need to order food at home , when the delivery arrived the food was cold , and i ordere two cans of coke they only gave us 1 , and the oil is not changed and its giving the food smell like sheep

13/07/2025: Strictly Not recommended. We have ordered family mix meal for 26€ and when we get its made already and food isn’t fresh when we request to change chicken piece they said its the last one we have. We ask them to give us anything fresh in exchange they give us chicken strips and same no fresh made. It was look like made yesterday. Then we almost binned everything. We have chicken strips left and we requested again to change and then they gave the same one re-fry. It was a bad experience.

30/11/2025: The food market section is usually solid, but everything else is seriously overpriced for the quality you get. The produce is regularly right on the edge of expiry, so you have to check everything carefully. For the prices they charge, the quality just isn’t there

13/11/2025: When I was there, it wasn’t a take away yet. I’m not a vegan, but on that particular evening I ate a vegan pizza and it was very tasty. The place was cozy and the service was very friendly.

08/07/2025: My latte today tasted like a cheap 3-in-1 instant version. There was absolutely no foam. My friend's cappuccino was also like slop. The staff cleans the tables and floor when the customer sits down to drink coffee. Not when they leave. The tables are dirty. We were drinking coffee at a low table sitting in chairs and a guy with a broom came and started sweeping around us, even though the rest of the place was empty and in need of cleaning. To us it was like "Get out of this cafe!" I will never come to this place again. The foam was only for washing your hands, not in the coffee cups.

07/12/2025: I would avoid this chipper, portion size is ridiculously small for the price you pay. Much better valued chippers around, that was way nicer

21/09/2025: In my recent visit to the chipper, I was disappointed to find a burnt burger bun that greatly affected my enjoyment of the meal. The charred bun was off-putting and took away from the overall taste experience. I hope the restaurant can improve their quality control.

05/11/2025: Very sad to visit the best chipper this evening 5/11/25 and see this is the last day of trading. Big thank you Rito and team for 40 years of great food and chat. Sad to see you close, best of luck for the future.

No tenían leche de avena, ni café filtrado ni limonada. ¡Puedes usar tu aplicación Starbucks allí y IT hacen aceptan descuento de luz azul a diferencia de cualquier otro Starbucks! El personal era lento y poco servicial. Enorme cola... en cambio si atendía a dos miembros del personal - hombre y mujer estaban mirando a través de recibos. Una chica estaba sacando tazas y la chica que servía era la más lenta que he visto! Fui a Butlers chocolate donde me dieron un delicioso café y un chocolate gratis también! Mirando todas las críticas - IT ha sido así durante un tiempo! ¡Evita!

05/08/2025: Tan lento - incluso teniendo en cuenta las colas en los aeropuertos, el personal parece ocupado almacenando estantes y comprando cosas y limpieza - no se hace mucho café

15/01/2026: rooms are not what was advertised, mold in the bathroom, bathroom also smelled like you would catch ebola, it looks like a prison, you get 1 pillow and you get given a mattress that’s an inch thick if i could give this place negative starts i would very loud down stairs you also need to pay for towels, our shower blocked and human shit was coming out the drain in little bits it took them 24 hours to fix the issue

14/01/2026: I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. The staff were excellent and genuinely friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the price can’t be beaten.

18/12/2025: Was just there for drinks. Literally just finished our second drink. Old man came by and interrupted our conservation and asked if we wanted another. Thought about it for a second... not right now. Then says do you mind if i bring someone over here? We're confused. He proceeds to say we were sitting in her regular spot and she's elderly. We ask are you telling us to leave? And he says well you're done...you're taking up three spaces. We didn't arrange the stools. We just finished our drinks, most likely would've ordered another. There were plenty of empty seats at the front. If he would've went about it a different way, all would have been fine. Maybe ask us to move down to accommodate another stool or maybe ask if we mind moving to another seat. But no, we were asked to leave the moment we finished our beer. Never in my life has this happened to me before. You kind of leave in shock, wishing you would have spoken up in the moment. Also, I'm probably one of the few people who actually left a tip and still asked to leave.

12/12/2025: Well, well, well. Let’s just say, cocktails have never been crafted with such care and ease. This place. THIS PLACE. made me feel like a cherished guest, the way loving parents treat their favourite child (and in this case, Conways definitely delivered). I’ve never felt so appreciated and looked after. I felt truly seen, like someone who genuinely matters in Irish society. And I have to mention the lovely waitress with the bangs — she reminded me of my ol’ aunt, the one who always made me feel welcome and valued. The O’Haras beverage? Fantastic. Just one of the many highlights of this wonderful establishment.
