The best restaurants in Dublin

07/11/2025: This is a well run chipper. There is a large staff, so the service is only as strong as the person/people who are on shift. Great chips, great chicken, ok burgers and not a kebab spot. Easily the best chipper within a 10 kilometer radius.

25/10/2025: Really like the food ,service and atmosphere. If there is anything you like or dont like on or with your food , just give them a call and they will do their best to suit you..l

20/11/2025: Shockingly flavourless food like there wasn’t even even salt used; snarky staff who are visibly bothered by your presence + throw your food/cutlery (which is all plastic by the way) on the table; and the door doesn’t even close?? lol might as well eat outside if it’s cold as there’s no difference…literally the worst experience I’ve ever had eating out in Dublin - please don’t waste your money by spending it here

27/09/2025: Very poor quality chips. Stale and had been sitting out for hours. Got the order wrong. Stupid kiosk where you must place your order. Will not be returning and didn’t finish

18/09/2025: *Would give zero stars if possible* Food was terrible, chips were very dry seemed like reheats from yesterday, burger lousy, kebab was like a swamp in a box. The delivery driver was extremely disrespectful over the phone, he arrived 15mins earlier than the scheduled time and threatened to drive off. As it was an order for a business there was a clear note to instruct the driver to call when leaving so I can meet him at the entrance but got a call when he was 1 min away and threatened to drive off if I wasn't there in 2mins and hung up the phone on me multiple times. If this is the person you have between the restaurant and the customers good luck because he'll ruin your business. Will never order again, disgraceful.

06/12/2025: I wouldn’t even give it 1 star rating if anyone it should be 0 how they speak to the customers is horrible with handing out there horrible food!! THE DRYEST TACO CHIP I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE AND WHEN ASKED TO REPLACE IT AS IT WASNT HOW A TACO CHIP SHOULD BE WAS TOLD NO!! Paying customers getting spoken to horribly!! SHOCKING SERVICE

07/11/2025: They often serve whoever walks to the front of counter, ignoring the queue. Quite frustrating. Staff tend to be dour. I like the roast in a bap but it’s quite expensive for what it is.

20/08/2025: We went there for breakfast and it was very pleasant, little background music, we took juices squeezed to the minute, coffee and pastries all very good, I recommend 100%!

22/08/2025: I really enjoyed my lunch here. There was a good choice of main courses. My chicken curry was tasty & the cabbage was great too. The Warbler & Wren coffee was delicious. If you bring your own mug of cofeee you get a 10% discount. It's very economical compared with many eateries in the vicinity, The dinning area is extensive and I enjoyed talking to some students eating lunch with me.

10/08/2025: It's advertised as open until 10:30am for breakfast. We went in at 09:55 and they had already stopped serving. We asked one of the staff, who was quite grumpy about telling us food was only served till 10. Went to Keoghs instead.

18/11/2025: The big burritos are advertised as having twice the rice, but only two small scoops are actually added. I love the taste, but I would like to feel full after paying 16 euros.

15/10/2025: I love Zambrero as a restaurant, and this place was very local for me and handy. Although after recent events I’ve decided to move on to a different Zambrero to enjoy my burritos. I used to always order ahead online and then pick it up in store. I found though that in my more recent online orders they didn’t even start to make it until I arrived to collect it. It wasn’t an excuse like “we wanted it to be fresh for you” it was simply that they just didn’t prioritise it. If they’re busy I get it but I usually order at slower times of the day so that I can get my food. I also only arrive at the time allocated for me to pick up my food. The laziness was getting annoying but I let it slide. What was my final straw with this branch was the experience I had the one time and ordered my food face to face, solely to avail of the student meal where I can get a free can of choice. As I was ordering the girl clearly wasn’t interested to begin with. I’m giving her basic manners and instructions so unsure what her issue was. When I get to the till I ask nicely if I can avail of the student deal and she asks me to show valid ID. I show her my UniDays profile that clearly states my name, college and even a photo of my face. She immediately shuts it down and says it’s an invalid form of ID and she’s not giving me the deal. I ask her why and she just says it’s invalid. The girl next to me in line sees my frustration and steps up to say how she always uses her UniDays ID and they give her the deal. Nowhere in this branch did it say that this wasn’t a valid ID. If something is not a valid form of ID, a shop MUST state this at the till for customers. They failed to do this. The worker gave it to me but said she’d never be able to do this if “the owner was here”. I’d be very surprised if the owner of that tiny branch is there often. Maybe a manager yes, but the owner? Ok. She very rudely sat down my items the till and didn’t even give me a bag to take away my food. I have now moved to a more communal branch and they never ask me for my student ID anymore because I am a frequent and loyal customer and also am clearly a student. They took my UniDays no issue. To Beacon, do better. You have to label what is and isn’t accepted in a shop for customers. It can’t be a surprise when they come up to the till expecting a free drink. Students everyday look for ways to save an extra bit of money. Would also like to state that you cannot set up a UniDays account without a valid student email linked to a real college. It expires every year and you have to apply for renewal so that they know you’re still a student. It’s not a fake app where you can get away with anything. State policies in stores and train your workers to not be so lazy.

11/07/2025: If you're going to be rude to someone calling up and placing an order, at least check to make sure you hung up your phone properly. I don't appreciate being seriously insulted by the woman on the phone, when she thought she had hung up, because I didn't want to give my credit card details out over the phone and saying l'd call back tomorrow as I didn't have any raw cash on me. Lost a customer who's ordered from you for years.

08/11/2025: Their pizzas are done really well but I’d love to see more toppings / options available. They have a Sicilian option which is great but a bit of basil / pesto and a few extra toppings would go a long way! The pizza base is 5/5

18/10/2025: Ordered garlic mushrooms send batter mushrooms with garli c sauce in a tray which couldn't be ate like mush horrible rang them back answer was they are garlic mushrooms garlic mushrooms are in bread crumbs not batter with sauce put over them never again will eat out of there was a good customer not anymore 😡

11/11/2025: In room 6 and it was very difficult to see the movie. The emergency light at the entrance illuminated the screen, so it looked quite dark. Sound system was decent. Room was a bit cold. Staff and facilities were great.
