18/07/2025: Visito este lugar cada vez que tomo el tren de Belfast que es aproximadamente una vez al mes. Gran café. Gran comida, personal encantador y gran gente mirando. Tengo la tentación de visitar incluso cuando no estoy tomando un tren 😊

15/02/2026: I placed an order through Deliveroo from Stoned, 6 Parliament Street, during their buy-one-get-one-free promotion. My order included two Coca-Cola Zero, one Half & Half side, two chicken burgers, and four Double Cheese burgers. Unfortunately, I only received the side and the chicken burgers, several items were missing. Trying to resolve the issue was even more frustrating than the incomplete delivery. After calling for over five minutes, someone finally answered, only to shift the blame onto the delivery driver, claiming he had picked up two orders. This explanation made no sense, especially since the receipt clearly matched my order. I was told they would speak with the manager and call me back, but I never received any follow-up. After waiting 30 minutes, I called again and made more than 50 attempts, repeatedly being left waiting until the call disconnected. On one occasion, they answered and immediately hung up. An extremely disappointing experience. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability and the poor customer service were unacceptable. Ignoring customers instead of solving problems is a sure way to lose them. If this continues, perhaps one day there will be no customers left. Update following the restaurant’s public response: As you chose to publicly describe a customer’s reaction as “crazy,” that unfortunately speaks more about your professionalism than about my complaint. At no point during the phone call was it clearly explained that the order was in two separate bags. Instead, responsibility was immediately shifted to the delivery driver. The receipt was attached to the bag I received, which reasonably indicated that it represented the complete order. Beyond the missing items, even what arrived was incorrect. Calling multiple times was not about overreacting, it was about attempting to resolve an issue while the restaurant was still operating. When a customer places an order, the expectation is simple: to receive what was paid for, without needing to pursue explanations or refunds. This situation has nothing to do with age or “learning that life has bigger problems.” It is about accountability and basic standards of customer service. Mistakes are understandable. Dismissing legitimate concerns publicly is not. Ultimately, time will reveal whether requesting the correct order was “crazy,” or whether responding to customers with sarcasm and condescension is a sustainable approach for any business...

25/09/2025: Had the worst experience of any pub I've ever been in. The barman suffers from small angry man syndrome, he was extremely rude to myself and my friend, what makes it worse was that the owner was serving customers next to us. The barman has obviously forgot the meaning of a public house and would need to change his attitude or job, he clearly is not enjoying it.

20/09/2025: Unfriendly .. without any reason stopped giving out drinks. After asking for the manager, conversation was stopped..

27/11/2025: Price of food quite disgraceful for a students eating area, especially considering it's cheap-tasting. Id you order anything for takeaway, they give you about half the amount you'd get if you're eating in, even though you're paying the same price. Drinks are worse, no cider on the student price menu, and cocktails/mixed drinks are watered down or barely any alcohol in them. Whenever anything brought up with main fella he's quite hostile/unfriendly. Pool tables that you need coins for but they don't offer cash back/coins.

I said to give it another try and i ordered a spice bag.Well very disappointed, no chicken at all, just 2 small pieces both of them together the size of a normal goujon.Taste was ok but for €12 i would expect more than just potatoes

21/03/2025: Firstly - It has to be said that the staff are very pleasant. Unfortunately I had a "pizza" 🤢 - it was of a lower standard than a poor quality frozen supermarket pizza (actually, maybe thats what it was!) . Ingredients were poor quality, dough not properly made, nor was it cooked correctly. Quite overpriced for the standard. In short - it really was 'junk food'! Worst pizza I've ever had in Dublin.

05/02/2025: Crosbie Café is the best spot in Dublin. The service is amazing—everyone is incredibly friendly—and the quality of the food and drinks is excellent. Plus, it’s located in a place with stunning views, making the experience even better.

26/01/2026: Got a couple of very disappointing takeaways here. A honey sesame chicken which was sickly sweet and deep fried. And chicken cashew nuts which was watery and gross. Its cheap but that's for a reason.

16/12/2025: Staff very warm & welcoming. Restaurant Supervisor was smiling, friendly & attentive. Lovely decor and ambiance. Unfortunately, to our surprise, the food wasn’t very nice. Goats cheese & beet starter was served resembling a piece of pie. It didn’t appear to be freshly made and was somewhat dry. Fish & chips very poor quality. The cod was wafer thin, hard and basically a piece of batter. I’m almost sure the chips were cooked from frozen and not “homemade” prepared, as expected for the price. Beef was just ok but wasn’t finished due to the overly fatty content and off putting texture. Table bread and salmon starter was lovely and served fresh. We did not stay for dessert. The full amount paid was €120 for two persons, this included €10 tip for the service staff. In my opinion, it’s just not worth the money based on the overall quality of the meal served. Such a pity considering the performance we went to see was amazing. We could have eaten better elsewhere for 1/2 of the price. This was our first time to eat at this restaurant..

12/08/2025: It's big let down me this year golden palace not because food it was because I was costumer ordered here long time loved there chipper then I rang order one day tell me only do card unfortunately my disability I have youse money I'm highlighting this because I found out bye law you still have youse cash now I can't order from here any more I really miss it so this not really fair we have always youse cars I only youse cash this wrong I'm really disappointed golden palace would do this like said food great I feel like this needs be put out there I wish they would go back cash for delivery not really fair

03/03/2026: I have not received my food yet I ordered at 11.02 its now 1.26 and when i try to ring number it dosent even go threw i only ordered 1 pizza with wedges and garlic bread

17/05/2025: As someone new to town, I had this place recommended to me. I arrived late tonight, just 30 minutes before they closed. An older lady kindly explained their chef had already left. However, she was incredibly helpful and still managed to serve me. She offered me lasagna, and it tasted great! I ate quickly so they wouldn't have to stay open late for me, but she never rushed me and even kindly warned me it was very hot. At the register, she even gave me an Italian bread to take home and try. I'm so grateful for her kindness. It meant a lot to me and really made a difference.

21/07/2025: Esta comida para llevar ha mejorado tanto en los últimos 12 meses y ahora es uno de los mejores en la zona de Castkeknock / Blanchardstown - menú extenso - comida bien preparada - siempre llegan a la hora solicitada Vale la pena probar

11/05/2025: Pedí una comida para llevar para mí y la familia, el arroz no estaba completamente cocido, la carne de res en el curry era como masticar un cinturón de cuero. Incluso las patatas fritas eran pobres, de toda la comida familiar la única parte decente eran las bolas de pollo. El único lugar para el que esta comida era buena era el cubo, nunca volveré a pedir desde aquí.
