19/09/2025: Literally ordered food and waiter for 30 mins.Okay i really dont care about the time but when it arrived it was cold.Also sent me the wrong order.I paid for the big spice box and got the small one.Told me they’ll send me the right one 10 mins later.30mins later nothing.Called them again just to hear “10minutes please”.SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN OMG.

18/09/2025: Ordered extra large pizza first time here and that was thee worst taste of pizza went into my mouth No taste at all

20/10/2025: Switched to clonsilla as ongar couldn’t fully cook a chip. After a few good runs, it seems the problem has wormed its way into clonsilla. I’m baffled how it’s a challenge for a chipper to cook a chip for a few minutes longer. When they have cooks in that know their way around a fryer though, food is top class. But that’s few and far between.

15/09/2024: Burger was exceptional. Chips were unfortunately a bit soggy. Burger good enough to earn 5 stars despite the chips.

13/09/2024: Got the double cheese burger, both pattys were overcooked and tough to chew. The chunky chips were awful and the "homeslaw" coleslaw was disgusting and a little tiny bowl of it was €6 which is simply just thievery. Would recommend everyone to avoid this place completley, just not up to standard at all. If you want a burger go around the corner to Five Guys, even McDonald's would be better .

29/05/2025: Ordered a sausage roll that was quite clearly made the previous day. It was like eating sand paper. Another occasion ordered a chicken stuffing sandwich which had enough chicken in it to feed a small pigeon.

05/11/2025: The best noodle bar near Dublin Portal. Delicious food, kind stuff and cozy place. Thai Prawn Curry with rice is my favorite ❤️

18/10/2025: We went to this restaurant for dinner. The waitress informed us that the restaurant closed at 9:00 p.m., which was 8:40 p.m. at the time. She had, however, agreed to let us eat in. Ten minutes before closing time, the waitress began clearing the tables around us and asked us to take our things and trays and sit on the terrace of the fast-food restaurant next door! We then moved to the terrace of this restaurant, where we hadn't ordered anything. Three minutes later, the waitress came back to ask for the trays we were eating from. At 9:00 p.m., the restaurant was indeed closed. A more than unimaginable experience! Regarding the dishes, I ordered the ramen, which was bland and tasteless (supermarket instant noodles are tastier). I don't recommend it at all! As for my friend's dish, the spicy chicken was okay. In short, I generally don't recommend it.

05/10/2024: Overpriced kip. Waste of your hard earned money and probably should just close down. Nothing you couldn't make at home and nothing special.

15/10/2025: I love Zambrero as a restaurant, and this place was very local for me and handy. Although after recent events I’ve decided to move on to a different Zambrero to enjoy my burritos. I used to always order ahead online and then pick it up in store. I found though that in my more recent online orders they didn’t even start to make it until I arrived to collect it. It wasn’t an excuse like “we wanted it to be fresh for you” it was simply that they just didn’t prioritise it. If they’re busy I get it but I usually order at slower times of the day so that I can get my food. I also only arrive at the time allocated for me to pick up my food. The laziness was getting annoying but I let it slide. What was my final straw with this branch was the experience I had the one time and ordered my food face to face, solely to avail of the student meal where I can get a free can of choice. As I was ordering the girl clearly wasn’t interested to begin with. I’m giving her basic manners and instructions so unsure what her issue was. When I get to the till I ask nicely if I can avail of the student deal and she asks me to show valid ID. I show her my UniDays profile that clearly states my name, college and even a photo of my face. She immediately shuts it down and says it’s an invalid form of ID and she’s not giving me the deal. I ask her why and she just says it’s invalid. The girl next to me in line sees my frustration and steps up to say how she always uses her UniDays ID and they give her the deal. Nowhere in this branch did it say that this wasn’t a valid ID. If something is not a valid form of ID, a shop MUST state this at the till for customers. They failed to do this. The worker gave it to me but said she’d never be able to do this if “the owner was here”. I’d be very surprised if the owner of that tiny branch is there often. Maybe a manager yes, but the owner? Ok. She very rudely sat down my items the till and didn’t even give me a bag to take away my food. I have now moved to a more communal branch and they never ask me for my student ID anymore because I am a frequent and loyal customer and also am clearly a student. They took my UniDays no issue. To Beacon, do better. You have to label what is and isn’t accepted in a shop for customers. It can’t be a surprise when they come up to the till expecting a free drink. Students everyday look for ways to save an extra bit of money. Would also like to state that you cannot set up a UniDays account without a valid student email linked to a real college. It expires every year and you have to apply for renewal so that they know you’re still a student. It’s not a fake app where you can get away with anything. State policies in stores and train your workers to not be so lazy.

15/11/2025: Avoid. You canntell it used to be a nice place but now it is run down and half closed. The concession stand is a joke. Wanted hot dog, didnt have hot dog. So I switched to nachos. The employee let me order and pay and THEN tells me they are also out of nacho cheese, and the chips werent even warm. So cold, stale chips with slightly off tasting sour cream and sweet salsa. They did actually have popcorn, but no butter flavor. In the theater, the seats had holes in them and everything looked really run down.

10/11/2025: (9/11/2025, 19:01) Rude, arrogant and disrespectful staff. I asked whether a bottle of water at room temperature was available and was treated as if I was wasting his time. I was not expecting 5-star, world class every single time, but this one was just way below minimum service standard. Ridiculous service. Filed a formal complaint through their online form.

03/10/2025: Nice coffee, Ordered a mocha on oat milk,accidently got a whole milk,staff was super nice and with no problem they remade my drink. So if you need to get coffee in the morning it’s a lovely spot.

20/09/2025: State of the place was a bit gross. Toilet was feral and most tables needed clearing or a wipe. Service average, they got my drink wrong and seemed inconvenienced when I said I think I got the wrong drink. I think the poor staff were understaffed.

27/09/2025: Very poor quality chips. Stale and had been sitting out for hours. Got the order wrong. Stupid kiosk where you must place your order. Will not be returning and didn’t finish

18/09/2025: *Would give zero stars if possible* Food was terrible, chips were very dry seemed like reheats from yesterday, burger lousy, kebab was like a swamp in a box. The delivery driver was extremely disrespectful over the phone, he arrived 15mins earlier than the scheduled time and threatened to drive off. As it was an order for a business there was a clear note to instruct the driver to call when leaving so I can meet him at the entrance but got a call when he was 1 min away and threatened to drive off if I wasn't there in 2mins and hung up the phone on me multiple times. If this is the person you have between the restaurant and the customers good luck because he'll ruin your business. Will never order again, disgraceful.

20/08/2025: We went there for breakfast and it was very pleasant, little background music, we took juices squeezed to the minute, coffee and pastries all very good, I recommend 100%!

30/05/2025: Chicken was way older and hard. Not a great experience, would not suggest.

07/11/2025: Today was the last time I will ever set foot to Caffe Nero. Not only is the service horrendus, the staff is so unfriendly, you would think they are working for free by how angry they are all the time, you can just tell on their faces they don't want to be there and could not care less. The coffee (latte) I had today was absolutely atrocious, so bitter that I could literally only have 2 sips and had to throw it in the bin. Never again will I be stepping foot in here.

01/11/2025: This is always a busy coffee shop. A good place to chat with friend and they have a longer closing hour. A lot of mixed people come here, just to let you know.
