06/10/2025: A wide selection of coffee beans, which you can either pick up ready-made or have roasted right for you. The only inconvenience is that when you order coffee to go, it's always piping hot. In good establishments, coffee is ready to drink right away.
11/09/2025: No gluten free food at all. Not even a single prepacked brownie. Disappointing.

11/05/2025: Pedí una comida para llevar para mí y la familia, el arroz no estaba completamente cocido, la carne de res en el curry era como masticar un cinturón de cuero. Incluso las patatas fritas eran pobres, de toda la comida familiar la única parte decente eran las bolas de pollo. El único lugar para el que esta comida era buena era el cubo, nunca volveré a pedir desde aquí.

22/02/2026: I had rented a room, I overslept, I thought I had to pay the next day, they said it was 70 euros, I had to pay or I would be evicted immediately. Then I went to the Rhine room, and it turned out per AIPBNB was 44.50. I took it easy, two men came to my room and said, get out now. I packed my things, went to shower, and in the meantime, my backpack was cruelly stolen. The owner is not our responsibility; they sent me out with a suitcase containing my 53-year-old, stolen passport, laptop, and spare phone. Their response was not our responsibility. They kicked me out. I never did this. In my last case, there were two laptops worth 2500 dur each. They didn't want to investigate, they just kicked me out. I had paid. Never in their life would they come here. I can't accuse anyone, but they didn't look at the camera. I think they stole it themselves. If you come here, you know they won't protect you. If you want to lose your stuff, go here. The man behind the counter didn't care. He felt personally attacked. There was no investigation, a report is being filed with the police. I stole the cow myself, and I wouldn't be surprised if tomorrow I hear the camera wasn't working. Never in their life would they come here. These are bad people. I asked for an extension. It's 71 dur on Airbnb. B was 44.50. They said now that two men were cheating on me, if I had been in the Netherlands and 30 years of hunger, I would have taken measures myself, what a bunch of antisocial people, never book here, 3500 dur lost, passport lost and they didn't even bother to look after it, luckily I earn 600 dur per day, but if you earn little, it is the most disrespectful thing I have ever experienced in 40 countries.
21/02/2026: I had a very disappointing experience with this hostel’s booking process. I made a reservation for February 22 and clearly indicated my arrival time would be between 12:00 and 01:00. The system accepted my check-in time and processed my payment without any issue, so I reasonably assumed everything was confirmed and finalized my travel plans accordingly. Later, I received an email stating that my check-in time was denied and that my booking was not complete. There was no phone call, no immediate notification, and no opportunity to adjust my arrival time before the booking was effectively cancelled. This left me scrambling to find alternative accommodation at very short notice. I called the number associated with the hostel 5 times, no awnser just left a voicemail box that was full. If late check-in is not permitted, the booking system should not accept those times or process payment in the first place. Taking payment and then denying the agreed arrival time is misleading and extremely inconvenient for travellers, especially those arriving on overnight transport. Unfortunately, this experience has caused unnecessary stress and has made me question the reliability of their reservation system. I would recommend that future guests confirm late arrival policies directly before booking to avoid a similar situation.

20/02/2026: ABSOLUTELY DISSATISFIED! It's unacceptable to wait almost 2 hours for the order to arrive and still receive a cold and partially destroyed pizza. I felt like I was eating stale pizza. There was a total lack of respect; I've never felt so foolish as to pay 45 euros for food that leaves so much to be desired.
20/02/2026: The pizza is tasty, but it's not worth the wait. An unbelievable 3-hour wait for a pizza that arrived cold. I don't recommend it.

15/02/2026: I placed an order through Deliveroo from Stoned, 6 Parliament Street, during their buy-one-get-one-free promotion. My order included two Coca-Cola Zero, one Half & Half side, two chicken burgers, and four Double Cheese burgers. Unfortunately, I only received the side and the chicken burgers, several items were missing. Trying to resolve the issue was even more frustrating than the incomplete delivery. After calling for over five minutes, someone finally answered, only to shift the blame onto the delivery driver, claiming he had picked up two orders. This explanation made no sense, especially since the receipt clearly matched my order. I was told they would speak with the manager and call me back, but I never received any follow-up. After waiting 30 minutes, I called again and made more than 50 attempts, repeatedly being left waiting until the call disconnected. On one occasion, they answered and immediately hung up. An extremely disappointing experience. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability and the poor customer service were unacceptable. Ignoring customers instead of solving problems is a sure way to lose them. If this continues, perhaps one day there will be no customers left. Update following the restaurant’s public response: As you chose to publicly describe a customer’s reaction as “crazy,” that unfortunately speaks more about your professionalism than about my complaint. At no point during the phone call was it clearly explained that the order was in two separate bags. Instead, responsibility was immediately shifted to the delivery driver. The receipt was attached to the bag I received, which reasonably indicated that it represented the complete order. Beyond the missing items, even what arrived was incorrect. Calling multiple times was not about overreacting, it was about attempting to resolve an issue while the restaurant was still operating. When a customer places an order, the expectation is simple: to receive what was paid for, without needing to pursue explanations or refunds. This situation has nothing to do with age or “learning that life has bigger problems.” It is about accountability and basic standards of customer service. Mistakes are understandable. Dismissing legitimate concerns publicly is not. Ultimately, time will reveal whether requesting the correct order was “crazy,” or whether responding to customers with sarcasm and condescension is a sustainable approach for any business...
04/02/2026: Tasty stoner food on the cheap before untill 6pm, can't go wrong ordering food here, no customer toilets so had to buy a pint across the road to use the pub jax
