25/11/2025: First thing they tell you is that if you want to order sandwich it will take 15 min with a face of not really wanting to offer it. They give you instructions . Not a pleasant customer service experience. Place looks very appealing from outside. The staff it’s not motivated to work I think. A bad experience. Coffee and food it’s very good

22/11/2025: Very well put together business. Delicious sausage rolls and scones. Wish we could've tried more. One of the best lattes I've had in a long time.

30/12/2025: The food was great.however the young blonde fella who served me was very polite whereas the woman with blonde short hair was very rude in her approach to my uncle and to the guy who served us. I deffo didnt feel comfortable neither did other customers in the takeaway

28/12/2025: Probably one of the worst supermacs in Ireland. Absolute rip off, prices are through the roof, dips that once came as sides are now extra and they even try charge extra for mayonnaise. Not worth eating at those prices and staff/cleanliness not helping

23/12/2025: Not the best place to eat At first, it was quiet. But then Suddenly tons of overgrown people came Even one girl sitting next to me were her hair Close to my food. And overall people just eating their food standing up next to trashes. Disgusting. And a lack of space as well. We'll never be returning.

22/12/2025: One of the poorer Supermacs. Generally untidy looking with packaging on the customer counter which may be due to a lack of space inside. Slow to take orders then a long wait for the food. There was an odour not unlike burnt oil in the air that made it unpleasant to wait. Not enough staff to serve the counter and cook the food. As what is likely a showcase for Supermacs for a lot of visitors this is not a reflection of what other outlets produce. Beggers coming in from the street did not help but that is a problem all over the city centre unfortunately. It would be better to mothball this location than to keep it open. I also marked the food down as they managed to overcook it and it was burnt! The person in from of me that asked for a refund as he was waiting so long has the right idea! Truly shocking for a Supermacs. Shame!

26/11/2025: If you haven’t been to The Globe in Dublin, you’re missing out on a cultural landmark of pure, unfiltered vibes. Walk in and you’re greeted by a pint of Guinness so creamy it could win awards, served with the confidence of a pub that knows it pours one of the best in town. The place hums with a kind of chaotic charm — part old-school pub, part underground disco, part “where did the last three hours go?” And then… the toilets. I don’t usually talk about restrooms in reviews, but these are the cleanest toilets in Dublin. Sparkling, spotless, downright majestic. Honestly, I suspect they’re maintained by a guild of highly trained cleansing wizards. But keep an eye out for the pillar, you’ll know it when you see it! Great tunes, great stout, immaculate loos, and mysterious soft furnishings. Five stars. Would pint again.

24/06/2025: My friends and I attended a Tea Class with Jenna, and it was such a fun and educational experience. Jenna was so engaging and knowledgable, we learned so much, tasted some amazing teas, and loved every minute! Thank you Jenna, you're a star!

30/07/2025: We ordered fish online and requested them to keep the whole tuna fish aside for us. They confirmed the order with the customer name. We were asked to collect it from the shop. We travelled almost an hour for it. When I reached there they had already sold the item to someone not giving me prior notice/ attention to me. Without knowing it, I travelled there. My time and fuel were wasted . It is very disappointing. I really do not recommend the shop because their customer service and not keeping their word.

30/07/2025: Ordered online fish; travelled 50 km to collect; fish sold to someone else. I booked Tuna fish ( almost 9.5 kg) online well in advance and received confirmation that it’d be ready for collection.i told them i would be reaching around 1.3 hour. I drove 50 km to the shop, but upon arrival was told it had already been sold to someone else—with no prior notice or apology. No fish to collect, and all my time and travel was wasted. I really do not recommend this shop and customer service. I had a bad experience.

02/01/2026: Waste of money! I have been to most part of the restaurants in Dun Laoghaire the last 2 years living around to try the food, and all the places here (regardless the cuisine’s style - Italian, american, japanese, chinese, french, Indian, burger and sandwich, kebab…) provide a delicious and well served food BUT this place. It’s the first time in Dun Laoghaire that I do regret buying and eating something. The service is the only “ok” part but nothing outstanding, the premises pretty cold and many tables and floor dirty with bags full of bin in the middle… and about the food I am speechless to describe as so poor, small and tasteless it is and a high price charged basing on such low quality and quantity. Guys, please… I do recommend you to give a good stroll around through the neighbourhood and learn with the other restaurants (even above you the burgers are better). You have such a nice and extremely well based spot with all the potential and throw all this away with this kind of “supermarket burger” you sell! Next time I would rather go to McDonalds instead of walking into this place to eat - obs: I hate McDonalds for being such a bland food 🙃

26/12/2025: DEPRESSING EXPERIENCE I was walking in Dun Laoighaire with my friend and we were both hungry so naturally we looked around for place to eat and stumbled across “Rockets” initially we thought it was “Eddie Rockets” but we found out it wasn’t, however we decided to enter. The place is decent looking, overall clean I would called it even a niche place to bring a girl if you guys don’t mind the loud covers of copy righted songs however the quality of the food for the price doesn’t match whatsoever, I had spend over €22 on a “spicy” chicken sandwich,fries,drink and garlic sauce. The “spicy” chicken sandwich ; The chicken sandwich was not spicy whatsoever but rather more sweet since they actually put honey onto it, I expected it to be a fillet but it was three depressing looking tenders, the breading was barely there and it was lacking flavour, the brioche bun was decent it wasn’t dry or anything but it also just looked bland nothing special about it. The fries; The fries had to probably be the best part of the meal, they were fairly seasoned but not very crispy and fluffy, the garlic sauce was saving the situation however initially when I was handed the sauce I opened it and found a small hair inside which I then got up walked over to the counter and asked to get a new one when I was greeted by the question “why?” I showed why and i immediately received an apology along with a new sauce. The drink; They just give you a normal paper cup nothing special to say about it. Garlic sauce; Was actually a good garlic sauce apart from the hair situation.

26/08/2025: Me and my partner recently had a meal,we enjoyed it very much and we even got a free naruto t-shirt in our meal deal.great food and service.

10/12/2025: i ordered from here at like 4 am because i hadn’t eaten the entire day before and they only delivered half my order, the delivery guy said he’d go back and get it, so i tipped him €10 because he had to go twice but then they never delivered the rest of my order or refunded me. food itself was good. the cookies aren’t that good, they should switch to a domino’s style cookie. i would order again though tbh just at an earlier time
