04/08/2026: The customer service was great, the guy was very helpful, the food was delicious and the pizza was amazing, the only downside was that the toilets weren't working, not even to wash our hands.

31/07/2026: Fast service and a deal of medium pizza, two soft drinks and chips for €20.

13/04/2026: Ordered on Deliveroo Pad thai was just sweet and overloaded with sauce giving late night takeout vibes. Shame to see the inconsistency between Saba locations especially for a staple. Rest of order was fine.

16/07/2026: I am very disappointed with the service I received today. My wife ordered a Munchy Box from this takeaway. When we got home, I noticed it contained pork. This was an honest mistake on our side because my wife accidentally forgot to ask for no pork when placing the order. I called the shop politely, explained the situation, and asked if they could exchange it. Instead of showing any understanding or offering a goodwill gesture, the staff were very rude on the phone. They repeatedly told me it was "your fault" and refused to help. I fully accept that we forgot to mention "no pork." However, we have been regular customers for a long time and have spent a lot of money with this business over the years. I even told them that losing a loyal customer over a €14 meal was not worth it, but they simply didn't care. Good customer service is not just about who is technically right or wrong. It's about treating loyal customers with respect and showing a little flexibility when an honest mistake happens. A small gesture of goodwill could have kept a regular customer happy, but instead they chose to be Rude and dismissive. Because of this experience, I will not be ordering from this takeaway again, and I cannot recommend it to others. Many businesses value their customers and understand that kindness and good service are what build long-term relationships. ************ I am extremely disappointed with today's service. Today, my wife ordered a Munchy Box from this Chinese takeaway. When we got home, we found pork inside. This was actually an unintentional mistake on our part, as my wife forgot to specify that she didn't want pork when ordering. I politely called the restaurant to explain the situation and ask if they could replace it. However, the staff showed no understanding or kindness whatsoever; instead, they were extremely rude on the phone, repeatedly saying, "It's your own fault," and refused to offer any assistance. I admit that forgetting to specify no pork was indeed our oversight. But we have been regular customers of this restaurant for many years. I also told them that losing a long-time customer for a mere 14 euros was not worth it. However, they seemed completely unconcerned. Excellent customer service isn't just about determining who's right and who's wrong; it's more about respecting customers and offering understanding and kindness when they make unintentional mistakes. A small act of kindness could have retained a loyal customer, but they chose indifference and rudeness instead. After this incident, I will never patronize this restaurant again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I believe there are many businesses that truly value their customers and understand that good service and respect are key to winning long-term customers.

15/07/2026: Gave me food poisoning definitely stay away from there curry sauce had some mad reddish pink tint to it and I felt fine for 2 days and all of a sudden I’m sick I haven’t at any other foods so it was definitely this place

26/05/2026: We have been ordering Andrews for at least over a year, and the food has been great, amazing spice bag. Recently however, they have definitely upped their game and everything is so good we keep coming back frequently, the chips are so fresh and crispy, chicken balls cooked to perfection, shredded chicken and salt and chili prawns are amazing, so is the duck. Please keep up the good work!!!

18/06/2026: A good burger in a petrol station. The lad behind the counter was excellent, took time to help me decide what I wanted. It helped it was a Wednesday where they had an €11 meal deal. Waiting in the garage shop was a bit odd but that was where it was. Accidental find, I think they call it serendipity when it works out

12/05/2026: We ordered the Angus beef burger, chips and 12 chicken wings with bbq sauce. My husband enjoyed the wings, to note they are cooked from frozen according to the staff. My burger and chips were cooked and sitting on the counter for about 5 minutes before the wings were cooked and they were both cold when served although the chips were tasty with skins on. Also there wasnt enough burger sauce in the burger and the bun wasnt toasted. I won't eat here again.

21/07/2026: I had an amazing experience at this Brazilian pizzeria! Without a doubt, it’s the best pizza I’ve had in Dublin. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back. Five stars!

10/07/2026: Ordered from this place and they never delivered the food. I tried calling but they don't answer the phone. Had to process a refund through Deliveroo which took an hour of my time then and will take three days to process.

11/07/2026: This place is so much better than the place next door. Went for the magic box. Service was quick and kind, chips good, kebab meat good and plenty of sauce if asked for. Top spot. Thanks guys

29/06/2026: Ordered food here twice, mixed kebab box and fish and chips. It was after 11pm (possibly later) on both occasions. The fact that they were open was a welcome sight as there was no other food options nearby. The food was excellent and the owners were working hard and still polite and friendly throughout the process. I'd never been to a "chipper" (as one local described it) so unsure what to expect. Kebabs were well seasoned and came in a healthy portion size. The fish was just good but the chips were excellent. I would not hesitate to eat here again.

28/06/2026: Only giving 2 stars because my favourite staff have all left 😒My work colleagues and I have been getting our coffee from here every weekday. The draw is actually the friendly barista staff, Sam, Franco, Abbie, Karl and there is another tall lad but I cannot remember his name . They are always polite and friendly . We still miss Sean though

06/06/2026: The coffee isn't great, and I think they know it. Look, it's not the worst you'll ever have but nor is it the best. It's an expensive, ordinary coffee. But not horrible. I haven't sample the food, though only because other reviews have advised against it! The café itself is a little on the sad side! Not sure what exactly gives it that impression, there's just something a bit depressing about it. That left to one side, it's pretty comfortable. Not a fan of having plastic cups when having coffee in the café itself. If you're going to market yourself as a coffee roasters, you should really offer proper cups & so on. The staff here are always great though! Kudos to them.

08/07/2026: Was good craic, music was a great vibe for millennials but staff had a weird obsession with constantly mopping every 30 seconds interrupting people dancing, not sure what that was about however thankfully came out with shoes cleaner than when I went in due to said mop running over my shoes, cheers 👍

03/07/2026: The woman behind the bar with red hair and a piercing refused to serve me until I had to yell at staff who clearly was laughing and didn’t care. They were racist and disrespectful. Absolutely worthless to come here.

06/05/2026: I got a Very welcoming atmosphere, coming from the Speaker Connolly. The Staff are very friendly and helpful, the clientele are full of craic , and fun . I didn't have a meal from the menu , but I look forward to visiting again. 5 Stars

25/07/2026: Service is abysmal, I wouldnt recommend it if you're looking for fast food. Had to wait ages for the chap to take our order at the drive-thru and then had to wait ages for him to reappear to pay him and that was by a trainer on a quiet morning 🤔
