08/03/2026: Ordered from here twice and both times the food has arrived quick but soggy. Soggy is not a good quality for food especially pizza. i think its the packaging. even the chips were soggy. 1 out of 10 i would give it.

10/08/2025: The place is absolutely dirty and run-down, and there are no restrooms. The girl serving the sandwiches was efficient, but not friendly. The food selection is very limited. It's a shame for this company; they do better elsewhere. Look around and eat anywhere else; you won't find anything worse.

02/06/2026: Bad experience today for what should have been a nice relaxing coffee and snack with my son. The girl at the till overcharged me when I asked for the refund the manager charged me again for the special drink, He also kept saying I ordered a special drink when I did not. The girl who made the mistake in the first place not only never apologised but she kept looking at me and whispering and laughing with her colleague. Very upseting . I hope I get the 13.40 euro refund

16/04/2026: Ordered curry chips and chicken curry roll, food was simply disgusting, chips must’ve been counted into the tray as it was easily 25% empty and I’ve never seen less curry sauce in an order (not even enough to cover the scantly few chips). The curry was clumpy, far too thick, and completely tasteless. The chicken curry rolls were burnt and chewy.

17/03/2026: Payed €9.50 for a spice bag today, brought it home just to realise the bag is literally half filled, was still left hungry after i ate it. Expensive enough for one spice bag as it is, but the fact it was only half full is kinda taking the piss. I’ll give them 3 stars because the food was nice, and it was St. Patrick’s day so they were probably up to their eyeballs in stress

22/05/2026: Coming from a long distance, we wanted African food. This was the closest to our hotel. Easy to find. However the Egusi was a bit strange almost like theres sand. Just be careful when eating I found the green thingy in mine. Also, if you don't plan on finishing your meal bring a takeaway container, they charge you for it... The lovely lady gave us for free after explaining.

17/05/2026: Food was delicious but the restroom was dirty. It makes you wonder.

19/05/2026: Felt very welcomed by the 2 employees who were working hard at serving people and cleaning out the restaurant. Drink was made perfectly and employees were smiling. A 5/5 in my Starbucks book.

31/03/2026: they gave my friend a sandwich she couldn’t eat, then proceeded to roll her eyes and blame her. Very rude staff. Also, 7€ for mass produced shit - as if!!!!

31/05/2026: Found this little curry shop just by chance driving but got a Singapore chow mean and a spice bag well it was absolutely lovely will definitely be back ....

11/04/2026: This place is disgusting. I got a 4 in1 and asked for extra curry sauce. The rice was boiled. Not stir fried as stated. The shredded chicken was like rubber. The chips were dry and there was bugger all curry sauce. I will never be back and will never recommend this kip.

22/02/2026: Ordered food tonight they forgot the curry sauce even after the girl repeated the order back to me with the curry sauce on it. When I rang they said they would drop it back down in 15 mins but they forgot to charge me so I would have to pay for it I would order quite often from yumi but not anymore

19/06/2026: People, this is absurd. I ordered the pizza during business hours, and they simply confirmed the order. They gave me a delivery time. An HOUR passed and nothing. They closed the restaurant and didn't give any explanation of what happened, much less warn that the order would unfortunately be canceled. It's an OUTRAGE to the consumer. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. When delivery takes 1 hour and 30 minutes, it still arrives cold.

18/12/2025: We were there for our Xmas Lunch party. It's a carvery of great yummy choices, we all enjoyed the food and friendly service. Thanks a million.

11/11/2025: 12 euro for a white roll and no side served. Outrageous price and 0 value for money.

18/08/2025: The toasted banana bread is delicious. Staff super friendly. The calm atmosphere inside makes you almost forget you’re in the heart of city centre

31/07/2025: Day old pastry. Deal advertised as any made drink and any pastry ordered a drink and they then stipulated it had to be coffee with no modifications. My mum with severe allergies ordered an oat milk tea to be given the wrong tea and cows milk. Staff were more annoyed at us than apologetic even though they did admit they knew the order was for oat milk. Bad day.

07/06/2026: Today my wife and I visited this coffee shop hoping to relax and enjoy a coffee and some food. Unfortunately, it turned into a very disappointing experience. As soon as we approached the food counter, we noticed rubbish on the floor, untidy tables, and dirty equipment behind the counter. We ordered food and drinks to enjoy while sitting in the café, yet our food was served on top of a brown paper bag and our coffees were given in takeaway cups. After sitting down, a staff member asked us to move to another area of the café. No explanation was given, so we remained where we were. Considering it was only around 5:30pm and the café wasn't closing until 7pm. A few moments later, we were asked again. When we looked at the available seating, there was only one very small space beside other customers. We didn't want to sit uncomfortably close to strangers; we came to relax and enjoy our visit. The situation then escalated unnecessarily when a manager was called over. Instead of handling the matter professionally, the manager was rude and dismissive. We felt upset and unwelcome, so we decided to leave immediately. I couldn't believe customers would be treated this way, seemingly just so the floors could be cleaned earlier. Good customer service should come before convenience for staff. This café would benefit from better staff training, both in maintaining cleanliness around food preparation areas and in how customers are treated. Sadly, we won't be returning.

24/04/2026: I visited this place when I was on holiday to Dublin. One blonde curly haired girl was very kind and help me to choose food and drinks. She kindly explain what are ingredients in the food and also give me advice what else I can visit in Dublin. Food was delicious and staff kind. I will visit this place again.

23/03/2026: Had been wanting to try this place for a while, and finally got around to it after a trip. Ordered a couple of starters, two mains, rice and naan - everything was super tasty. The website is really easy to use and gives great info. They even called after the order to let me know one dish wasn’t available and suggested a replacement - which ended up being delicious! The kids loved it, we loved it - definitely hit the spot. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic Indian food 🙌

15/02/2026: Sadly, after having been happy customers of Spice Guru for almost 10 years, we have decided that we won't be ordering from them ever again. We have noticed a visible decay in quality in the last 4 orders delivered to us. Reviews of other customers seemed to back up our opinions. Tonight we decided to give it a last try but the food was the worst we ever got. We must have ordered Dal Tadka 50 times and it has never been so liquid, watered down, like it had not been fully cooked. Extremely disappointing. The cheese of the saag paneer tasted a bit acid and the vegetable pakora tasted stale.

07/04/2026: Not dog friendly anymore - Told our small dog not welcome. House rules re the Manager. Our friendly dog has given endless customers in Starbucks Dunlaoghaire joy for years (particularly during Covid) and we were all welcome up to now. We always tipped.and were good customers. Will go else where.

05/04/2026: Avoid as much as you can ... lots of people will be here with their apple products connecting to the starbucks free wifi so the network will be really slow. Service, 2 girls at the till and they still manage to offer a let down service. And of course you will need the vode for the toillets.. Place, dirty.
