Bakelicious
Dublin
17/11/2025: These guys made a lovely birthday cake for my wife's 60th with her twin sister. They went to a lot of trouble to get the details right and at a very reasonable cost.
29/10/2025: Nice bakery for a quick stop. There is no seating available, but there is plenty of parking space out front, so you can eat or drink in your car or on the go. Staff was quick to assist. The chai latte I had was good, but not great. The croissant was huge, that made up for the price I paid for it. Special milks add 80ct to the price.

Pizza Max Kimmage
Dublin
30/06/2025: Pizza Hawaiian - ordered today 21:50. Came very quick, hot and fresh food but - no sauce so I don’t know if there is no sauce at all or they forgot to add and the base seems like without tomato sauce, pizza hot and fresh but very dry from the other side, the tomato sauce if was added seems like it vapour.
01/05/2025: I ordered through Uber Eats and tried their bestseller meal. Honestly, it was only worth about one-sixth of what I paid for it

Caffè Nero
Dublin
08/03/2026: The bathroom was extremely discusting, it didn't even closed well, not toilet paper.
The coffee was not good and it cost 5.80.
Support local businesses instead.
07/03/2026: On the website they say the store opens at 7am, but I needed to buy my coffee at exactly that time because I needed to catch a bus for a trip. The attendants were there and told me it would only open at 7:10am. If you can't serve coffee at 7am, don't say you open at 7am.

Noodle Hotwok
Dublin
16/03/2026: It was amazing and delicious!
The owners are very friendly and very generous with the food.
12/03/2026: The veg noodle soup was pathetic...pretty costly and not worth it....waste of time and money...seems like they are cooking everything in same pot

Spice Cottage
Dublin
22/02/2026: Have ordered before from Spice Cottage and food was always great. But yesterday, we ordered two starters (onion baji and chicken pakura), both were soaking in grease and virtually inedible…we ordered one main (chicken tikka masala with Pilau rice), the rice was the best part!! The Nasn bread was soggy. Feels like a completely different takeaway/chef…reluctant to try again!!!
28/01/2026: Avoid prawn starter just a tub of tomato sauce lamb jalfezi have had way better 28 euro not impressed

Dicey's Garden
Dublin
14/01/2026: Problem with overbearing security personnel; not all of them need to be selected carefully.
12/01/2026: Dicey’s Garden is a fun, high-energy spot right in the heart of Harcourt Street. The beer garden is great earlier in the evening, and once it gets later the place really comes alive with DJs, dancing, and a lively crowd. It’s especially popular with students and groups looking for a buzzing night out.
Drinks are reasonably priced for the city centre, particularly if you arrive early, and there’s plenty of space to move between the garden and indoor areas. It can get very crowded on busy nights, and entry can be hit-or-miss depending on the time, but if you’re in the mood for loud music and a party atmosphere, Dicey’s is a solid choice for a Dublin night out. 🍹🎶

Costa Coffee
Dublin
23/12/2025: Quite expensive, but the glasses are much more elaborate than those of typical competitors. The waitresses were a bit rude.
17/11/2025: Fast but very unfriendly service particularly from the café manager Emir, who seemed completely disinterested in the job. He was very rude to me in his body language and his tone of voice. The other baristas were extremely friendly but overall, the atmosphere of the place felt tense and claustrophobic. I've been here multiple times in the past but have never had an experience as profound as this. Not worth it coming back here again

Rocca's
Dublin
18/11/2025: I ordered a doner kebab, smoked cod and a garlic sauce. The kebab was very small with hardly any meat with a sludgy mix of salad and sauce that was stuck to it's wrapper. The meat was cold. I thought the smoked cod was a battered sausage on first glance it was that small. It was tasteless and the batter was tough as if it had been sitting on a hotplate for 5 hours. The garlic sauce had hardly any taste of garlic off it. Shocking food.
02/10/2025: The superfood and the place are very clean, and the food was fresh and tasty Kebab.

Michie Sushi
Dublin
22/05/2025: Well, the sushi is great, so far the best I've had in Ireland
16/05/2025: The server is really friendly and nice but the sushi was dry and the tuna was off, the rice was sticky and old. The miso soup was tasteless. Unfortunately if they do not improve their products, it's going to close because the sushi made me feel unwell. A couple of years ago the sushi here used to be very good. The prices do not justify the products.

Forte
Dublin
29/11/2025: traditional fish and chips, very tasty. friendly service.
15/11/2025: I have tried a few dishes here and each were worse than the other. Kebab - made with a frozen slice of meat, salads and dressings limited. Gried chicken - reheated, dry and tasted mostly of pepper. Smoked Cod tasted synthetic, fish was grey in places, overcooked and the smoking was dreadful. I couldnt eat it at all. Saving grace is the chips are ok. A really shame as the staff are lovely and the space is spotless.

Frank Ryan's
Dublin
31/12/2025: Bleeding whopper deadly this place is. Thanks to Gabriel also whos always been a sound skin.
24/12/2025: I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews but the man in charge seems to actively want it, so I'm happy to help out!
I live locally and have been in here a fair bit over the years. Stopped in for one on the way home one night with the missus. Pub mostly empty, about 20 minutes until close. I get one for myself and sit down, barman promptly comes over and says she'll also have to get a drink. We were confused at first, so she asks for tap water. He says well I can charge you €3.50 for it, or else you can leave. You wouldn't get this treatment in the worst kind of tourist trap in Temple Bar.
Just to be clear it's Tadgh Coughlan who runs the pub and is behind this nonsense, not Frank Ryan as I've seen some others blame. Ryan has had nothing to do with it in decades, seems Coughlan is determined to run his name through the muck!
