12/03/2025: If I could give no starts I would only for Jade the manager they’d get none! Just had the girl who answers the phone be so rude and thick with me because she took down my mothers order wrong, I called back when the order arrived and she instantly got defensive and thick with me saying “no you didn’t order two I took that order myself” I am shocked with the treatment I got from her I demanded a manager because she was so rude and I could hear her talking absolute shite about me to the manager next to the phone! so I told the manager I just heard her talking shite and that it’s actually shocking the staff they have working for them and they could look back over my mothers orders and see I have ordered the same meal for the last 3-4 orders like she’s something else the cheek! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT THE STAFF TALKING CRAP ABOUT YOU BECAUSE THEIR WRONG

05/06/2024: It's very sad to see this place closing down. I came here a few times with my late nan and her family when I used to visit Dublin, and the food was delicious, both dinner and deserts. Best of luck in your new ventures, guys, and may the memories last forever.

06/04/2025: I am very dissatisfied with the service, i tried ordering more food after eating and the cashier, told me that i could not order because he had more orders. I absolutely recommend all tourists not to come and eat at this place. It is crazy how tourists get treated....

05/04/2025: I have ordered a 14'' Tartufa No truffles, still paid full price with a few bits from 90cents mushrooms. I had to return for basil - got only maybe 5 leafs (far from fresh). Burnt base. I got myself scammed, literally. I hope I was just unlucky and they are better than that. I am going to eat it all in the end. It was 20e lost forever.

03/03/2025: Pretty basic pizza, doesn't look like much effort went into it tbh , wasn't the best taste wouldn't recommend , over priced , a frozen pizza would look and taste better for half the price

26/03/2025: Always forget something in your order I youse to always order from here but now very clumsy staff when you ring back to ask about it hold no accountability or offer credit always act like its your fault and try twist the order and manager is never there wouldn’t mind their prices went up won’t be ordering here again

23/12/2024: I was waiting in line for over 10 minutes until a worker wearing a “one piece” hoodie decided to finally serve me, they/them asked what I wanted, I told them. They then proceeded to tell me that they were closed after I already was waiting in line for 10+ minutes. Ridiculous 😡😤😤

06/04/2025: I usually only review for positive things. But my medium rare steak was bone dry and cooked to death. At least it looked pretty and the wine was good.

05/10/2024: Overpriced kip. Waste of your hard earned money and probably should just close down. Nothing you couldn't make at home and nothing special.

14/04/2025: Went in today, got a taco kebab & a fish + chips. Now, I'm ashamed to admit, I've eaten many taco kebabs in my life, I'd say I'm somewhat of an expert. But never in my life have I had a taco kebab that had Bolognese and kebab meat, not to mention the over abundance of CARROTS!!! Yes carrots!!!! Great big feckin slices of them!!! I'm all for culinary experimentation, but this just didn't work! The chips tasted as if they'd commuted suicide a year ago by jumping into a vat of oil. My companion said the fish was also sporting a mighty oil injection to the point it was borderline inedible. Never again

26/03/2025: 2.49 service fee for a collection order is absolutely robbery for food that’s already overpriced. A fiver for a bag of chips.. give me a break..

17/12/2024: Bagel Bar has outlasted many in Omni - there was a Bewleys in this corner of the shopping centre. This is my preferred food stop as the staff are welcoming and well-established. Wide range of filled bagels, more breakfast options lately and generously-sized cups of good coffee. Atmosphere is plentiful - it IS in a shopping centre so constant stream..

18/01/2025: A grand hotel bar with nice decor but definitely wouldn't recommend it if you actually want to watch rugby. It wasn't even on! Might need a name change!

17/01/2025: Awful service, no Diet Coke on offer, took three people to take my soft drink order, get me a glass and charge me.

30/03/2025: We thought it was an Italian restaurant as the menu was intriguingly Italian. Instead the food was tasteless and the price really high compared with the food taste and scarceness. Such a pity!

05/04/2025: I ordered a delivery from this place and after nearly an hour I had to cancel as it was not delivered. Avoid

24/03/2025: I booked this hotel with a free cancellation option, yet my card was charged before the cancellation window closed—something that isn’t the norm. When I decided to cancel after the payment was taken, the hotel assured me I would receive a full refund since it was 48 hours before my booking. However, when I followed up to check on the refund status, I was suddenly told that I wouldn’t be getting my money back. The staff displayed an unprofessional attitude and clearly have no regard for their customers. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s obvious their priority is money, not guest satisfaction. There are plenty of other hotels nearby that actually value their guests—and without the added nuisance of being above a noisy nightclub.

08/02/2025: Hotel a stone's throw from Temple bar. Clean and friendly staff. The only flaw is the noise coming from the street but as it is a slightly dated structure it is fine. Excellent breakfast to be consumed at the bar located under the hotel

22/04/2025: I was disgusted with my experience. I ordered the Milkybar milkshake, as a consumer I should be able to trust the photo advertising a product is truthful and depicts exactly what I will receive. I will add photos below of what I was advertised vs what I got. It was not a milkshake but merely crushed ice with milk, and in no way resembles milkybar chocolate.

22/04/2025: I’m very upset about my drink. I ordered a milky bar milkshake and got a cup of cold milk! The thing I ordered has cream, sauce and filled to the top.. the drink I received had no cream, no sauce, brown bits in it and wasn’t full! I paid 4 euro for this drink and I’m very disappointed

15/04/2025: Great Place, with lots of screens. Watching a movie on a big IMAX screen is worth it. Lot of option food, gaming zone downstairs

14/04/2025: IMAX was really nice. But otherwise it’s just alright. Some of the screens are visibly dirty and that can be a little off putting.
