26/02/2026: I ordered once from here many years ago for the first time and was not impressed. I said to give it another try and i ordered a spice bag.Well very disappointed, no chicken at all, just 2 small pieces both of them together the size of a normal goujon.Taste was ok but for €12 i would expect more than just potatoes

17/12/2025: Simply amazing, any time I visit Dublin, its a must stop if you are looking for quality burgers, the seating is ok, not very flashy but still looks nice. Staff is polite and quality no doubt is great. Halal Menu

10/12/2025: The burgers there are really tasty, but the pizza is so-so. I ordered delivery and they almost didn't give me any pineapple, even though I asked for it, and they gave me water instead of Coke.

10/11/2025: Had food poisoning Sunday after eating spice bag with curry sauce from this shop. Not sure what exactly caused this or chicken or curry sauce but got terrible diarrhoea and vomit 10 minutes later,temperature at late night and only 2 days later all gone after using medicines.

25/01/2026: Worst pizza ive ever had. Stale and bland. Wedges were undercooked had to be put in the oven for 15 mins. Rang to complain and bloke on phone couldn't of cared less

01/01/2026: Poor experience..left outside to order online, mins you it's freezing cold. We're waiting 25-30 minutes currently, still no response from workers inside or pizza. There's about 10 staff inside and no response from anyone. Delivery drivers coming and going frequently out the side door, no concern for in person customers. Really not impressed..and honestly just hungry. Update: Ordered the pizza at 02:22, said online would be ready for 02:40. We finally got handed a pizza out the door at about 03:15..

23/09/2025: I’m really surprised to read the review posted by John Redmond dated 22/09/25, as my own experience at this café has been completely different. I was there at the same time and witnessed the interaction mentioned. The staff member in question was polite, respectful, and provided their usual great service. I’ve always found the team here to be welcoming, hardworking, and attentive, and the food and coffee are consistently excellent. It’s a shame to see such an unfair review when the staff go above and beyond for their customers.

22/09/2025: I popped in to this cafe for a quick coffee between meetings I ordered a cappuccino only to be served by quite possibly the rudest most abrasive individual ive had the misfortune to bump into. Absolutely no manners whatsoever.He literally slammed my coffee on the table I then approached the till to pay for the coffee only to endure yet more bad manners and aggressive attitude. To the individual dressed in black that ' served ' me this morning you really need to learn how to treat customers respectfully, your an absolute disgrace

23/01/2026: The food was just fine overall. I was pretty disappointed with how watery the sauce was — I prefer it thicker and more gloopy, with a bit more bite and chew. Because it was so liquidy, it didn’t really mix well with the noodles, and it felt like there wasn’t much sauce clinging to them. The flavour was okay, but it mostly tasted like MSG — tasty enough in that classic takeaway way, but not much depth beyond that. Portion sizes were decent, though it could have used more noodles. It did the job, but nothing stood out, and I’ll probably be waking up very thirsty tomorrow morning. Overall, it was fine, just not something I’d rush back for. Pic of leftovers attached! Watery MSG juice.

17/10/2025: First time eating from this place never again. Rice was hard like it had being cooked ages ago. Got my food home to discover that there was no prawn crackers in the bag. The food was all ready eaten before they arrived with the prawn crackers.

16/01/2026: Poor customer service. Ordered a roast duckling with seasonings and spices from the starter section. After one taste, it was immediately clear that the dish was extremely salty. We returned to the shop straight away (we were still in the parking lot) with the food, and informed the staff that it was excessively salty. I also told them they were welcome to taste the dish themselves, as that was the reason I came back with the food. However, the staff refused to acknowledge the complaint or check the food. They insisted it was their “standard seasoning” and said we should specify “mild or strong” next time. There is no mention anywhere on the menu that spice or seasoning levels need to be specified. To be clear, the issue was not spice level — it was excessive saltiness, which made the dish inedible. Very disappointing response and lack of basic customer care. Will not be returning.

14/02/2026: The food is nice but customer service is awful. Waited 2 and half hours for my order. Rang the restaurant multiple times and was told it was on the way. I end up going to the restaurant after refund was not an option and only when I arrived was my food handed to the delivery driver in front of me!! No apologies from anyone expect the delivery driver even though its not there fault. Counter staff were extremely rude.

10/03/2026: The Speaker Pub in Dublin 24 is an okay place to stop by for a drink. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, and it’s a decent spot if you’re in the area. Nothing particularly special, but it’s a fine place to spend some time with friends.

02/01/2026: The Asian bartender should be let go on the spot for bullying customers and hopefully the owners will take a note. Went there with my partner to have darts. For the 2 minutes there, all I said was can we have the darts to play while discussing who is having what for drinks. He was interested to get the order first and went to pout Guinness and then to the bar area to get the ginger beer. Since we didn’t wanted to wait at the till for several more minutes asked again for the darts so we can go and play while the beer settles and etc. he went to grab the darts cup then gave a smirky stare and said - how many times you have to ask for follow by some humiliating and angry aggressive words how impatient we are and etc. we just stayed silent and waited for him to calm down. Apparently the silence completely derailed his emotional momentum and he screamed at us “what is your problem”. In dismay, we just sat there shocked and tried to reason him down that all we want is the darts and nothing else. He snatched the ginger beer screamed again and brushed off from the lounge to the bar side. There was no manager on duty but we plan to go back and make sure the owners are aware. Ive been to this pub plenty of times and this is simply unacceptable in any standards. There are cameras and I hope the owners will review the situation from 02.01.26 at around 2.55 pm.

03/03/2026: They changed staff, it’s more nice right now, satisfied my request about made my burger more hot, classic music inside it’s my favourite, creates harmony and calming, thank you☺️

24/02/2026: This system is clearly not working properly. Orders are being marked as “ready” and even removed from the screen when they are not actually ready. Customers are then left standing there for another 5–7 minutes, unsure whether anyone even remembers their order. If “Please Collect” appears before the food is genuinely ready to be handed over, it is misleading and creates unnecessary confusion. It looks like an attempt to artificially improve service time metrics rather than provide honest, efficient service. Either the system should reflect the real preparation status, or the process needs to be reviewed. Otherwise, it simply damages trust and creates frustration for customers.
