14/06/2025: Food is good. Delivery driver rude beyond belief will no longer order from here. Ordered 14 June @1am. Shame as I enjoyed their place but will avoid going forward

13/06/2025: The food was tasty as always! But the delivery of the food was difficult and when giving eircode and including delivery instructions weren’t used.

24/06/2025: Stopped here for coffee yesterday 4pm - Nice view across the canal relaxing area However It needs a good powerwash outside - ground, windbreaker and glass all very grubby looking Inside clean enough but think the floor could do with a revarnish - too much wear and tear at this stage Toilet was clean and staff were nice but Neros please for the prices and profits you make clean it up

22/06/2025: Great staff and lovely surroundings. A great spot to sit and ponder. Veggie sausage roll was really nice. Staff wonderful

21/08/2025: Large bag of chips, 4.30e. I don't know what is wrong with this place, but obviously staff need a proper training. You can get double or triple that for 3.50e in a local chipper. Shocking.

29/07/2025: Absolutely shocking food. The worst take away from a chipper that we have ever had. We ordered 2 fresh cod, 2 large chips and a 3 piece snack box. The chips tasted and looked like they were reheats and had been lying around since lunchtime. The fish tasted like it had come out of a freezer in the supermarket, it certainly did not taste like a fresh cod. There was more batter than fish and it was really soggy. The chicken was ok but everything else was thrown into the bin.

25/08/2025: House special with 3 pecies or beef and 3 prawns.. disgracrfull ... Used to be really good. Gone very poor. Not worth the money.. cheeky too saying its too expensive to put meat in.. so if ya wanna have a plate full of just veg and noodles order in .. be starved I asked for extra prawns they made me pay more there was no extra prawns even in it... !!!!!!!!!!!!have a phone recording where they say it's too expensive for us to put more in even when they charged me for extra, didn't know extra is only 3 prawns.!!!!!!!! Avoid avoid avoid

17/08/2025: I decided to give Airfield another go as I hadn’t been following a disappointing breakfast several years ago. We were greeted with a smile and given menus. It was 11am on a Sunday morning and we were given a lunch menu not a breakfast one. We specifically ordered milk on the side of our iced coffees and only one coffee arrived with the milk already poured. We were not given any cutlery and when we went up and got our own there were no forks. Two of the items we requested were not available. My husband ordered the sandwich Special and there was a long hair in it. The mezze bowl was very oily and the extra bread I ordered came 10 minutes after I had finished. A very disappointing visit and unfortunately I won’t be back.

12/08/2025: Absolute scam 3.85 for water and 3.95 for a fizzy drink?? Food portions are tiny not even half a handful, chiken tender meals but the chiken tenders count more like cocktail shrimp over 10€ for 4 of them ... absolute rip off might as well go to a proper restaurant and eat, it will work out cheaper!! No cutlery served so make sure you use your brain and get it off them instead. U buy drinks and dips and u dont get them until you remind them and they tell u to go inside and get them. Disgrace.

16/08/2025: The cinema is very large and looked impressive from the outside. However, we were quickly disappointed. It smelled musty and faintly of urine. The auditorium was a huge disappointment. The seats were dirty and stained, and we didn't know where to sit. I've never experienced anything like it. The sound was overdriven, and I wished I had ear protection. The staff were very friendly.

15/07/2025: I ordered food but didn’t receive it, even though the status shows “delivered.” I was hungry and needed the food, but it was delivered somewhere else. When I contacted just eat customer care, they said the refund would take 7–8 days. They also gave me a secret code, but it was useless and didn’t help at all. Nobody didn't want to take responsibility

15/05/2025: Extremely Disappointed with My Order – Requesting a Full Refund I recently ordered the chicken chow mein with fried noodles from New Territory, expecting a flavorful meal. Unfortunately, what I received was far from satisfactory. The dish lacked any distinctive taste, and the noodles were bland and unappetizing. It seemed like a generic preparation, devoid of the flavors one would anticipate from a chow mein. This experience was not only disappointing but also unacceptable, especially considering the price point. I believe a full refund is warranted for this subpar meal.

10/08/2025: Shrinkflation strikes again as if the prices weren't bad enough the calzones have shrunk by about 25%, it was like a pancake. Your money would be better spent elsewhere. This place continuously goes downhill, ripping off locals however they can.

29/08/2025: Drinks were overpriced and overly sweet. Food was mediocre at best but still was €20 a plate? One of us had fish and chips and the fish was bland, the batter rubbery, and the tartar was sulphuric. Staff was kind, if tired. Seats uncomfortable and music quite loud. If you want somewhere near a hotel, go to one of the pubs around the corner.

04/08/2025: You’re looking at the reviews and wondering why they aren’t consistent? Tonight would be an example. The group of five in front of us had their various drinks brought out, then their food in the time you would expect. They’d probably give five stars and rightfully so. However, our group of two waited way too long for each step, including 40 minutes between our two starters and our entree and salad. Yeah, we split a pasta entree and the salad, so it wasn’t overly complicated or overwhelming for them. In the end, roll the dice going here. You might get five star service or you might get something a lot less.

11/07/2025: If you're going to be rude to someone calling up and placing an order, at least check to make sure you hung up your phone properly. I don't appreciate being seriously insulted by the woman on the phone, when she thought she had hung up, because I didn't want to give my credit card details out over the phone and saying l'd call back tomorrow as I didn't have any raw cash on me. Lost a customer who's ordered from you for years.

30/04/2025: Ordered takeaway from Spice Guru the other day. Service was quick and smooth—Palak at the counter was super friendly and efficient. She made sure my order was correct and handed it over nicely packed with a smile. Really appreciate the warm customer service. That said, the food just wasn’t the same as before. The flavours felt a bit dull and the quality overall has noticeably dropped. I’ve been a regular here, so it’s disappointing to see the change. Hope the kitchen picks things back up, because the front-of-house staff is doing a great job!
