17/10/2025: Recently booked, paid online and pickup keropok lekor from here. Wanted to drop by just to pickup keropok lekor but we ended up adding more Malaysian gem stuff into our carts 😅 From kicap habhal, serbuk asam and asam boi, twisties cheese!! Lovely service but be mindful of the expiry date, ask for discount if you’re willing to buy it if it hs already expired 😉 The “fresh” goods are not something you would come for here but their packed Malaysian goods are definitely worth coming for.

24/11/2025: AVOID!!! If I could give no stars I would. Collected food on the way home from work. Got back home, which was a good drive away and as we ate kebabs we kept getting a funky taste. We then opened our kebab sauces and they stunk and tasted disgusting! The chilli sauce masked the smell of the spoiled garlic when mixed together, but it still smelled off! We had one mixed kebab sauce and another that wasn't mixed! Both were bad! We called the store to express this and they were no help to us. Argumentative and sending the girl on the till back and forth instead of getting onto the phone himself. They refused to send a driver to where we live as they were "TOO BUSY" told us to drive back down with it and as much as we didn't want to, we did, just to prove a point after much arguing over the phone. It was 9pm at night, only sitting down from a long day at work. Anyhow, we packed up the rest of the food including the kids food as they were half way through eating theirs and drove back to the shop where my partner was treated so poorly. They refused to give us any money back, let alone even try to offer more food (not that we'd have eaten it) 🤮 They offered us €5 for the sauce, after spending €40 and driving 20 minutes back to the shop with our horrible food that was inedible! Told them to keep their muck and we will more than likely have upset stomachs tomorrow! Disgraceful carry on and I've never ever came across customer service like it! His words were "what do you want me to do, I can give your food back and you can give it to someone!" The cheek! Bare in mind we've eaten from here many of times before when we lived closer by and never ever again will we eat from the kip! The manager/owner was rude, arrogant and in denial. He even tried to pass a sauce around the shop to ask customers to smell it! I wish I told him to dip his finger in and taste it! They cared more about money than their reputation! A holy show! There was no denying the smell and taste 🤢 Stay clear and go to macaris in tallaght village or castletymon if you want to be treated with excellent customer service and food! Shame on you DARIUS! Learn some manners & respect for customers. A family meal ruined! A waste of time & money, but couldn't have cared less! Update: Bed bound with food poisoning the next day! I can only imagine what goes on behind closed doors! 🤮

17/05/2025: As someone new to town, I had this place recommended to me. I arrived late tonight, just 30 minutes before they closed. An older lady kindly explained their chef had already left. However, she was incredibly helpful and still managed to serve me. She offered me lasagna, and it tasted great! I ate quickly so they wouldn't have to stay open late for me, but she never rushed me and even kindly warned me it was very hot. At the register, she even gave me an Italian bread to take home and try. I'm so grateful for her kindness. It meant a lot to me and really made a difference.

18/12/2025: The two young lads working in the maxol here are the nicest & kindest men ever, they have helped me with my car on two separate occasion’s all while running back into the shop to serve the customers coming in. So kind and helpful I would purposely come to this garage to get my petrol solely because of them. 10/10

01/10/2025: I had a beautiful cup of tea and coffee and tea. I did pay 3.20 euro for it . The tea pot didn't spill any tea from the tea pot. I do think that the tea should be more expensive. The staff were so friendly to me. From a loyal customer.

04/05/2025: Fantastic little cafe, staff really friendly & knowledgeable. Such a treat to be able to get a decent & tasty gluten free sandwich! We will definitely return.

01/01/2026: Poor experience..left outside to order online, mins you it's freezing cold. We're waiting 25-30 minutes currently, still no response from workers inside or pizza. There's about 10 staff inside and no response from anyone. Delivery drivers coming and going frequently out the side door, no concern for in person customers. Really not impressed..and honestly just hungry. Update: Ordered the pizza at 02:22, said online would be ready for 02:40. We finally got handed a pizza out the door at about 03:15..

13/12/2025: They must be Cork City fans here, the rebel county Michael Collins ambushed in mbeal na blath, Sean Maguire. Two brutes appeared at the nest of the Swan in the dead of night screaming and shouting all sorts of profanities, demanding payment for a pizza that had already been paid for. Despite the patriarchal pleas of the elder cygnus they continued in a most aggressive and borderline threatening manner looking for a fictitious extra payment, almost felt like some sort of hussle that a confused or intoxicated consumer might fall for, but ALAS there's no fooling us. Very disappointed at the lack of decorum and professionalism on display here, you need to take a few chill pills and head to Dollymount beach and relax I think, this kind of combativeness is uncesscary, especially when you were proven to be so blatantly in the wrong

14/11/2025: Phoenix a staff member went above and beyond to help me with a last minute order of fifty cupcakes-she was such a lovely lady and extremely efficient and kind

08/10/2025: The coffee was great but the server Javi was very rude to us and overcharged the women beside us. It was not busy so the attitude was ridiculous.

04/10/2025: I was there the other night got a kaba and onion rings the minute I finished it i knew i wasn't right afterwards i spent the night in the loo and miss out on a day's work the next day so wouldn't recommend going there at all

28/09/2025: I really liked it, the service is top-notch. The guy who was handling the fries did everything perfectly; honestly, Donatella is running thanks to him. The food is tasty, but a bit pricey. I’m giving 5 stars for the Asian guy 👍🏻

No tenían leche de avena, ni café filtrado ni limonada. ¡Puedes usar tu aplicación Starbucks allí y IT hacen aceptan descuento de luz azul a diferencia de cualquier otro Starbucks! El personal era lento y poco servicial. Enorme cola... en cambio si atendía a dos miembros del personal - hombre y mujer estaban mirando a través de recibos. Una chica estaba sacando tazas y la chica que servía era la más lenta que he visto! Fui a Butlers chocolate donde me dieron un delicioso café y un chocolate gratis también! Mirando todas las críticas - IT ha sido así durante un tiempo! ¡Evita!

05/08/2025: Tan lento - incluso teniendo en cuenta las colas en los aeropuertos, el personal parece ocupado almacenando estantes y comprando cosas y limpieza - no se hace mucho café

18/10/2025: We got a takeaway tonight spent €30 on 2starters main nann. All dishes where cold the nann bread was cold and gone hard im so disappointed as I’ve had kebabs from here and the delish our first time getting a curry and all the food was cold. Place a s very clean staff are lovely and friendly and food was cooked on time but unfortunately we won’t be ordering from here again.

22/06/2025: ⚠️AVOID⚠️ Food never arrived, no apology and also the SECOND time this has happened. Dissapointing is an understatement as the food is great ,service and attitude ,terrible.

13/08/2025: Ordered take out. The food was surprisingly tasty. Didn't expect to get authentic taste of Chinese food in Ireland. And the portion is quite big too. Worth every penny.

11/08/2025: Ordered a spice bag with spring roll. Safe to say it was well seasoned and absolutely delicious. It wasn’t too crowded so the service was quick. The server was super friendly.

22/12/2025: its ok not much parking. friendly place

17/12/2025: No salt/pepper, no ketchup, no serviettes and no receipt. Very difficult to keep the burger in the bundies. The burger was actually excellent but the penny pinching went too far.
