26/01/2026: Got a couple of very disappointing takeaways here. A honey sesame chicken which was sickly sweet and deep fried. And chicken cashew nuts which was watery and gross. Its cheap but that's for a reason.

30/12/2025: Absolutely shocking, don't waste your money. ​Ordered a spice bag and it was a total disaster. Arrived nearly an hour late and was stone cold by the time it got here. The chips were pure soggy and there wasn't a grain of spice to be found it was literally just plain chicken and chips with a couple of bits of onion thrown in. Definitely not a proper spice bag. ​I rang up to let them know and the woman on the phone couldn't have cared less. She was dead dismissive, making excuses saying that’s just 'how it is' and blaming the delivery for it being cold, even though the shop is only 2 kilometres away. They clearly let it sit for an hour before sending it out. Save your hard earned cash and go somewhere else that actually knows what a spice bag is.

26/01/2026: Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. If it were possible, I would give this place minus points rather than one star. I visited on Saturday morning and waited close to 30 minutes for a breakfast order, while many customers who ordered after me — with smaller, similar, and larger orders — were served first. Never mind. When I got home and opened the food, I was genuinely horrified. One of the muffins was wrapped in paper that was extremely dirty, covered in dark stains from edge to centre, as if it had been dragged across a dirty surface. The muffin itself was badly damaged, with part of the top bun torn away, making it look completely unhygienic and inedible. Possibly bit by some animal. This was not just poor presentation — it was disgusting. The food was for my family, and we were shocked that something in this condition could be served from a neighbourhood restaurant we had trusted for years. I drove straight back to the restaurant and showed the food to staff. They apologised and offered to remake it, but I had completely lost confidence in the hygiene standards and asked for a refund instead. The staff attitude was ok but there are clearly serious issues with food handling, hygiene, hospitality and overall management at this location. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this branch until significant improvements are made. We certainly won’t be returning.

09/01/2026: Great collection, but extremely rude staff. Their internet stopped working while I was standing in the queue to pay, and they asked everyone to get cash. When I told them that I didn't have any cash, the staff literally snatched my sandwich from my hand instead of giving me the option to wait or consider alternatives.

09/01/2026: Excellent choice and affordable for food. Many choices that will satisfy everyone. Personally it was the only time I ate so well in Ireland.

01/01/2026: They got our order correct but one staff member was really rude. we went through the drive through and you have to sit in the car park for 15 mins. and we ordered two xl bacon double cheeseburger meals and chicken royal and they only gave us 2 ketchup. plus chicken royal should not cost 8 euro.

30/11/2025: Don't bother going. Very unfriendly staff, closes 2 hours early. Only drive thru after that time yet that's nowhere on the website or the actual building. Staff slammed window in my face when I asked them at the drive thru why they were closed so early. Employees with headphones in. So much wrong with this place I wouldn't recommend going.

15/11/2025: I have tried a few dishes here and each were worse than the other. Kebab - made with a frozen slice of meat, salads and dressings limited. Gried chicken - reheated, dry and tasted mostly of pepper. Smoked Cod tasted synthetic, fish was grey in places, overcooked and the smoking was dreadful. I couldnt eat it at all. Saving grace is the chips are ok. A really shame as the staff are lovely and the space is spotless.

20/12/2025: Asked for thin and crispy garlic bread over the phone. Received a raw dough garlic bread, which was not thin or crispy. Came back to the store and asked nicely to just remake it, no issues at all. Started getting cheek from the chef that the garlic bread should be thick and fluffy. Well I don’t care because I asked for thin and crispy. Either way, his point didn’t matter because the dough was literally raw, just remake the pizza and stop chatting. Some new lady that helps making the pizzas started making disgust faces at me, as if I’m crazy for not eating a raw dough pizza. Madness.

15/12/2025: Dont order for delivery if your hungry because you'll be left famished, be prepared to wait 1hr and half, and pizza will arrive all soggy not nice at all!! Collection great! fresh! Just avoid ordering for delivery, as they wont even answer the phone for an update

23/09/2025: Awful experience, they say to install their app for a free coffee. After buying the coffee they put me to pay as there was no voucher available in the freshly installed app. The staff told me that the promotion is over and in their liffet is saying clearly that on the 30.09.25 expires. I won't go to any nero cafe ever again

14/09/2025: On sunday you might see only a member of the staff and of course long q and slow service. Oh, ya, one more thing to mention, you' ll see lots of tables with cutlery, cups and other left overs by customers. A big let down in relation to clean.

16/05/2025: The server is really friendly and nice but the sushi was dry and the tuna was off, the rice was sticky and old. The miso soup was tasteless. Unfortunately if they do not improve their products, it's going to close because the sushi made me feel unwell. A couple of years ago the sushi here used to be very good. The prices do not justify the products.

04/01/2026: I ordered by phone for collection girl on the phone was so rude . I asked for a spice BAG but what I got was a small box she never told this when ordered .Wouldn't be going back again very pricey for the amount of food 😒

14/11/2025: Phoenix a staff member went above and beyond to help me with a last minute order of fifty cupcakes-she was such a lovely lady and extremely efficient and kind

08/10/2025: The coffee was great but the server Javi was very rude to us and overcharged the women beside us. It was not busy so the attitude was ridiculous.
