29/01/2026: First time ordering Indian from here yesterday and I’m seriously impressed! Food is class, full of flavour and proper portions. Everything arrived hot && fresh, couldn’t fault it. Will definitely be ordering again!!!

27/12/2025: I always order Saag Paneer from this place coz it's really nice. But last night I ordered a saag paneer main portion, there were only 6 tiny pieces of Paneer in it, used to get big chunks of paneer previously. I was disappointed, as I couldn't enjoy the full meal without paneer in it. Won't be buying from here again.

17/08/2026: I visited this place today with my boyfriend after having been there about a year ago. Back then, I got my mum some garlic cheese chips and she really enjoyed them, so I was expecting a similar experience. Unfortunately, today was very disappointing. We ordered a doner kebab, a taco kebab, garlic cheese chips and a Sprite. The staff, a man and a woman, seemed completely uninterested in serving us. My boyfriend asked if he could have a shawarma with lamb instead of chicken. We explained this several times, but they kept replying “chicken shawarma”. If it wasn’t possible, that would have been completely fine, but they didn’t seem to understand what we were asking. Later, I went back in to order garlic cheese chips and a large Sprite. I had to say “sorry” several times just to get someone’s attention, while staff kept walking past me. The Sprite was then forgotten from the order. I also asked for receipts for our orders. They managed to print one but couldn’t print the others. Interestingly, the staff member suddenly became much friendlier after calling someone for help. There is also a serious accessibility issue. The toilets are upstairs, with quite a lot of stairs and no obvious alternative access. My boyfriend currently has a leg injury and struggled to get there, so I can’t imagine how someone using a wheelchair would manage. The portions were generous, so no complaints there. However, the meat in the taco kebab tasted genuinely off. It was dry and had a strange taste that didn’t resemble beef, pork or lamb. The issue definitely seemed to be with the meat itself rather than the sauces or salad. We paid nearly €40 for three meals and a drink, which I think is far too much for the quality and service we received. I don’t expect five-star service from a fast-food place. I work in fast food myself, so I understand that people can have bad days. But listening to customers, getting orders right and being reasonably polite should be the bare minimum. We all have days when we hate our jobs, but here, it was painfully obvious.

12/06/2026: Food was fine. The Kebab was a decent size, but the sauce was watery. Staff don't engage with the customers. Gents toilet was let's just say "unappealing."

24/05/2026: They have a bar playing super loud edm and club music until 1am in the middle of the night. I went to the front desk to request for ear plugs. They told me they have ran out and there is nothing they can do. The guy at the front desk was not apologetic at all.

23/05/2026: Small room Bathrooms and toilets are dirty and neglected! The hallway stinks terribly! The bar staff is a disgrace. The location is good. Not recommended…

18/07/2026: This kip has consistently gotten orders wrong like forgetting to put sauce or missing food like a box of nuggets that are all paid for. This happens so often I felt the need to post this. I normally don't complain much and it’s also a McDonald. I dont expect best service and best food but for crying out loud how hard is it to put food into a bag while reading from a list. My 7 yo daughter can do a task like that. I don't know how they train or manage the staff but there is a massive issue. Seeing other reviews it really shows this is a consistent issue. Incompetence on every level. Management will never read this but I recommend to avoid this McDonald especially if you are going through drive through.

17/03/2026: Seems a few have this issue. Ordered from the cafe on Just Eat. They accepted it and then 15 minutes later, they cancelled. Avoid them!

12/02/2026: Lovely deli food , spreadable pudding on the breakfast roll, good chicken fillet roll and the vanilla cream slices are great . Lovely spot , great value too

23/06/2026: When we arrived we ordered 2 matchas with a Cup of ice on the side, The barista has served us in bad ways and with a bad face. We ordered a brownie to accompany it and it was so hard that we couldn't eat it. The matchas didn't taste like anything, they were bad. We won't return

24/08/2026: Portion size of the spicebag is shocking. It’s €9.70 which is even more shocking. Had to make food after it cause it didn’t fill me. Wouldn’t recommend.

09/08/2026: Me and my boyfriend ordered from here yesterday and it costed 30 euro. The spice tray I warned him will not be that big but he said it’s grand. Ok. What was delivered to my house was absolutely fucking tiny compared to their old usual boxes, 5 pieces of chicken in it and a pissy few chips. The food itself is lovely, the ribs were absolutely beautiful but like I’m sorry why do they think they are with them portion sizes for the spice trays? The fact they don’t even do deals from Friday to Sunday every week is a joke aswell, never in any other Chinese do they not still do meal deals during the weekend. Yous can piss off now with that carry on and we wont be back

13/08/2026: They brought the drinks without glasses, just plain drinks, and I ordered a 7 Up and they brought me a Sprite. The food lacked flavor; the vegetables were almost raw and tough, and the meat in the noodles was also very tough. I ordered a dish, and it was all breaded with raw vegetables. The atmosphere outside the restaurant at night wasn't very pleasant.

01/07/2026: Attended this location after a gig tonight. The food felt so rushed out and things were forgotten. My pad Thai came with no peanuts, two pieces of prawn and lacked flavour. It also had a ridiculous amounts of bean sprouts in it.i was very disappointed with this and when i asked for cutlery it was as if they had to go and carve it from the tree themselves. For 20 euro a meal with a squashed gyoza on top I don’t think cutlery is a big ask. Won’t return and it’s a shame as it has potential.

05/06/2026: Never in my life have I experienced such a terrible night out. 1 star is even too much to describe what happened. In the beginning people were really friendly. The cashier, the people at the bar, even the security guard on the side of the club were all nice. Then this happened: my friends walked down a stairs consisting of three steps and one guard started acting angry towards them because of ‘glasses on the stairs’. I was confused and asked him what the problem was. The guard started yelling at me: ‘Are you joking with me?’. I stayed calm and said ‘I am just asking what the problem is’. Then he said: ‘ You are joking with me, because your English is better than mine’. I was like: ‘okay I’ll just leave it then’ and started dancing again, just trying to have fun (you know the mood was kind of ruined, but alright). So he got really mad and called another guard. He held me at the spot and when the other guard arrived, I had to walk in front of them to the exit of the club (humiliation about nothing if you ask me). Once outside, another guard asked about the situation, told me to wait outside a minute and walked inside to never return again. This was humiliating again, because a civil conversation was not even an option. My friends and I were really bummed about this situation and this place. We spend a lot of money here and in return got treated like trash. We would not recommend it to anybody because of the aggressive guard, or the other guards that just choose to believe this one guard and won’t listen to normal conversation. I would not recommend going into a place like this. Thank you, next.

23/05/2026: Thindi is our regular takeaway spot. The biryani, fries, saag paneer, mango lassi, chicken 65, and pakoras are all nice. We didn’t like the jalfrezi or the mango curry. Overall, the food is good, and the staff are sometimes nice, though the experience can be a bit inconsistent

12/05/2026: Extremely disappointed. Ordered the 222 meal deal, chicken bunha., only to find they charged extra for chicken and it did not include rice... can't really call it a meal... or a deal!! Chicken dry and sauce bland. Terrible

And when you want to contact them, there's no way to reach anyone. Very disappointing experience overall, and I would not recommend ordering from here.

05/07/2026: Everything is very ordinary and overpriced. I live in the same neighborhood and have never had a crispy, fresh, great croissant. It always tastes like it’s from the day before. The coffee quality is okay. The staff keeps changing somehow every 2-3 months. There is no toilet. You sell coffee and don’t have a toilet—interesting

16/07/2026: I am very disappointed with the service I received today. My wife ordered a Munchy Box from this takeaway. When we got home, I noticed it contained pork. This was an honest mistake on our side because my wife accidentally forgot to ask for no pork when placing the order. I called the shop politely, explained the situation, and asked if they could exchange it. Instead of showing any understanding or offering a goodwill gesture, the staff were very rude on the phone. They repeatedly told me it was "your fault" and refused to help. I fully accept that we forgot to mention "no pork." However, we have been regular customers for a long time and have spent a lot of money with this business over the years. I even told them that losing a loyal customer over a €14 meal was not worth it, but they simply didn't care. Good customer service is not just about who is technically right or wrong. It's about treating loyal customers with respect and showing a little flexibility when an honest mistake happens. A small gesture of goodwill could have kept a regular customer happy, but instead they chose to be Rude and dismissive. Because of this experience, I will not be ordering from this takeaway again, and I cannot recommend it to others. Many businesses value their customers and understand that kindness and good service are what build long-term relationships. ************ I am extremely disappointed with today's service. Today, my wife ordered a Munchy Box from this Chinese takeaway. When we got home, we found pork inside. This was actually an unintentional mistake on our part, as my wife forgot to specify that she didn't want pork when ordering. I politely called the restaurant to explain the situation and ask if they could replace it. However, the staff showed no understanding or kindness whatsoever; instead, they were extremely rude on the phone, repeatedly saying, "It's your own fault," and refused to offer any assistance. I admit that forgetting to specify no pork was indeed our oversight. But we have been regular customers of this restaurant for many years. I also told them that losing a long-time customer for a mere 14 euros was not worth it. However, they seemed completely unconcerned. Excellent customer service isn't just about determining who's right and who's wrong; it's more about respecting customers and offering understanding and kindness when they make unintentional mistakes. A small act of kindness could have retained a loyal customer, but they chose indifference and rudeness instead. After this incident, I will never patronize this restaurant again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I believe there are many businesses that truly value their customers and understand that good service and respect are key to winning long-term customers.

15/07/2026: Gave me food poisoning definitely stay away from there curry sauce had some mad reddish pink tint to it and I felt fine for 2 days and all of a sudden I’m sick I haven’t at any other foods so it was definitely this place
