23/07/2026: Ordered food but never got the food disgrace

18/07/2026: This kip has consistently gotten orders wrong like forgetting to put sauce or missing food like a box of nuggets that are all paid for. This happens so often I felt the need to post this. I normally don't complain much and it’s also a McDonald. I dont expect best service and best food but for crying out loud how hard is it to put food into a bag while reading from a list. My 7 yo daughter can do a task like that. I don't know how they train or manage the staff but there is a massive issue. Seeing other reviews it really shows this is a consistent issue. Incompetence on every level. Management will never read this but I recommend to avoid this McDonald especially if you are going through drive through.

28/06/2026: The staff are so rude! Leave you waiting while they are talking! The only staff member who is actually polite is the Blonde girl apologies I don’t remember her name. But for the rest is very bad! This is my local Starbucks and recently has become a very unclean and unfriendly place

02/05/2026: Went in for a coffee today. Every single person in the coffee shop had a take away cup. The lady in front of me had to ask to swap her coffee into a mug. The blonde waitress didn't look to happy. Just got lazy vibes. Can't be that hard to wash a few mugs!

17/03/2026: Seems a few have this issue. Ordered from the cafe on Just Eat. They accepted it and then 15 minutes later, they cancelled. Avoid them!

12/02/2026: Lovely deli food , spreadable pudding on the breakfast roll, good chicken fillet roll and the vanilla cream slices are great . Lovely spot , great value too

23/05/2026: Thindi is our regular takeaway spot. The biryani, fries, saag paneer, mango lassi, chicken 65, and pakoras are all nice. We didn’t like the jalfrezi or the mango curry. Overall, the food is good, and the staff are sometimes nice, though the experience can be a bit inconsistent

12/05/2026: Extremely disappointed. Ordered the 222 meal deal, chicken bunha., only to find they charged extra for chicken and it did not include rice... can't really call it a meal... or a deal!! Chicken dry and sauce bland. Terrible

05/06/2026: Never in my life have I experienced such a terrible night out. 1 star is even too much to describe what happened. In the beginning people were really friendly. The cashier, the people at the bar, even the security guard on the side of the club were all nice. Then this happened: my friends walked down a stairs consisting of three steps and one guard started acting angry towards them because of ‘glasses on the stairs’. I was confused and asked him what the problem was. The guard started yelling at me: ‘Are you joking with me?’. I stayed calm and said ‘I am just asking what the problem is’. Then he said: ‘ You are joking with me, because your English is better than mine’. I was like: ‘okay I’ll just leave it then’ and started dancing again, just trying to have fun (you know the mood was kind of ruined, but alright). So he got really mad and called another guard. He held me at the spot and when the other guard arrived, I had to walk in front of them to the exit of the club (humiliation about nothing if you ask me). Once outside, another guard asked about the situation, told me to wait outside a minute and walked inside to never return again. This was humiliating again, because a civil conversation was not even an option. My friends and I were really bummed about this situation and this place. We spend a lot of money here and in return got treated like trash. We would not recommend it to anybody because of the aggressive guard, or the other guards that just choose to believe this one guard and won’t listen to normal conversation. I would not recommend going into a place like this. Thank you, next.

10/05/2026: I ordered something and received something completely different. I paid double for nothing. The food was cold, and the pizza crust was hard. And when you want to contact them, there's no way to reach anyone. Very disappointing experience overall, and I would not recommend ordering from here.

19/07/2026: Food was cold.a hour and 20 minutes for delivery. Never again.

12/07/2026: Foods is always fab! But excellent service i sent food to the wrong address and they rerouted this back to me. Really grateful as this was at 12:30am so thank you again

19/03/2026: The rudest girl server I ever met. Asked me if I wanted room for milk - I said yes. Then when she served the coffee - it was filled to the top. I asked her could I trow a little bit out in their sink and add some milk and she sighed and looked at me as if I had just killed her family. Horrible.

09/08/2026: How difficult is it to publish accurate opening times? Walked there at 10pm and it was closed despite google saying it was open until 11pm. I’m hangry☹️

30/06/2026: I ordered chiken kebab Just taco sauce and veggie,they delivery me doner kebab then they send me chiken kebab but forget tò out veggie half bottle taco sauce very salty disgusting i trow in the bin very uoset never happened before. 23/09/2025: Awful experience, they say to install their app for a free coffee. After buying the coffee they put me to pay as there was no voucher available in the freshly installed app. The staff told me that the promotion is over and in their liffet is saying clearly that on the 30.09.25 expires. I won't go to any nero cafe ever again

14/09/2025: On sunday you might see only a member of the staff and of course long q and slow service. Oh, ya, one more thing to mention, you' ll see lots of tables with cutlery, cups and other left overs by customers. A big let down in relation to clean.

16/07/2026: I got a croissant here this week around 11am so not late in the day. It was really heavy and dense. The lamination looked great but other than that it was not enjoyable.

16/06/2026: Excellence. The smell alone makes me want to go back . Very friendly staff . Fresh baked breads , cookies, cakes . Great to see this shop thriving . A must stop .

29/07/2026: Indisputably excellent pastries and good coffee. The only downside is the price: €11 for a pastry and a coffee feels steep, even by Dublin standards.

10/07/2026: Staff girls are very friendly and pastries are delicious. Nice spot to grab your morning coffee and 🥐.

30/03/2026: This ist an old, traditonal irish pub not quite in the Center of Dublin. Very friendly people there on both sides of the bar. Low- to midpriced.

12/08/2026: Just landed at 9:30pm from dublin airport (08/11/2026) Settled into the hotel and hit the night life. Was told by the old guy at the door I was too wasted to enter. Told me I would never get inside. Wouldn't even look at me. Same with the other 3 bouncers. Wouldn't look at me. Sober from canada, and refused entry for being too drunk. Absolutely the worst employees in history

16/08/2026: Coffee was fine, but the café was full of small flies while I was sitting inside. Very unpleasant, and they kept landing on my coffee. Needs better pest control.

11/08/2026: Staff were closing at 8 instead of 9 whem we entered at 7.30 staff were rude and dismissive we were giving 15mins to drinl our drinks when we were leaving we said thank you to the staff the didnt even say thank you or goodnight .. wont be returning i will go to the cafe on dawson st from now on.. 10/8/26
