15/09/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience at Cineworld Dublin. On August 2, 2026, my family and I went to see Spider-Man in 4DX 3D. We weren’t given 3D glasses since they downgraded the movie to 2D, and staff told us not to worry—they would refund the cost of the glasses after the movie since I paid for 6 glasses. After the film, we were sent to the customer service desk, where we were told the glasses would be refunded automatically and that we’d also receive complimentary movie tickets for the inconvenience. None of that happened. We spent well over 100 euros on the tickets and the food and drinks. The cinema itself was also in poor condition. There was a strong smell of urine, the carpets were sticky and visibly dirty, and the seats didn’t feel clean either. I emailed on August 4, contacted Cineworld on X and was told to use their website, emailed again on August 14, and followed up again on September 8. After more than a month, I’ve received little more than generic responses and still no resolution. Mistakes happen. What makes this a one-star experience is promising to fix the problem, then ignoring repeated attempts to resolve it. I hope management addresses both the cleanliness of the cinema and how customer complaints are handled.

31/07/2026: The peri peri tasted great and it's a shame to give such a low score but was really disappointed with hygiene and lack of care. Ordered my food and went to sit down. Was welcomed with marks all over the table. Varied from mayo to peri sauce. Some old, some fresh. Went to the toilet to wash my hands and the hygiene of the toilets really put me off. The walls could do with a wipe down. The gourmet salad we ordered was not gourmet. Menu says it is served with cress so I imagine we've just received a standard salad.

29/05/2026: Staff are always so nice and food is always tasty

20/05/2026: I got a Won Ton soup which was delicious and Spring Rolls also delicious, BUT I also ordered Quarter Duck with pancakes, it was disgusting, pancakes in a plastic back dried up as were the the vegetables that accompanied it, the duck was dried and hard,I've used this "Restaurant " fairly regularly (once a month) never again.

09/08/2026: How difficult is it to publish accurate opening times? Walked there at 10pm and it was closed despite google saying it was open until 11pm. I’m hangry☹️

30/06/2026: I ordered chiken kebab Just taco sauce and veggie,they delivery me doner kebab then they send me chiken kebab but forget tò out veggie half bottle taco sauce very salty disgusting i trow in the bin very uoset never happened before. After 1 years i order again i hot chicken tight black burned oil black hard disgusting taste this Just 20 minute go

23/03/2026: Had been wanting to try this place for a while, and finally got around to it after a trip. Ordered a couple of starters, two mains, rice and naan - everything was super tasty. The website is really easy to use and gives great info. They even called after the order to let me know one dish wasn’t available and suggested a replacement - which ended up being delicious! The kids loved it, we loved it - definitely hit the spot. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic Indian food 🙌

15/02/2026: Sadly, after having been happy customers of Spice Guru for almost 10 years, we have decided that we won't be ordering from them ever again. We have noticed a visible decay in quality in the last 4 orders delivered to us. Reviews of other customers seemed to back up our opinions. Tonight we decided to give it a last try but the food was the worst we ever got. We must have ordered Dal Tadka 50 times and it has never been so liquid, watered down, like it had not been fully cooked. Extremely disappointing. The cheese of the saag paneer tasted a bit acid and the vegetable pakora tasted stale.

23/08/2026: Camile Thai has a lovely warm atmosphere and the food is fresh, flavourful, and comes within minutes. The food is without a doubt worth EVERY penny and would recommend this place to anyone that loves Thai food or is looking for something new for a change. The portion size is quite generous and the servers are very frienfly. I'll definitely be coming back!

18/08/2026: Came here again this evening. Food was beautiful and the portions were very generous sitting in. The staff also were very welcoming. Small area to sit in but comfortable and cosy.

02/08/2025: The bao buns are a hit every time. The bowls are so flavorful. Last time we ended up ordering a repeat of a dish it was so good. Love this place.

25/08/2026: the lasagna was cold. I was able to have about 3 bites without gagging. The cheese was rock hard and tasted like it had been sitting in a freezer for 9 months, taken out and re heated. it made the ryanair lasagna seem like a 5 star meal. It was genuinely the biggest waste of money i’ve ever spent and i actually feel quite nauseous after the 3 bites i’ve taken (i had to bin the rest)

29/05/2026: Ordered food from here to tallaght hospital by far the worst salt and chilli sgreaded chicken I've ever gotten....... it was as dry as eating cardboard.......... stay away from kings boar Chinese in tallaght

18/01/2026: Extremely disappointing experience. As soon as we arrived at the restaurant, there was a very unpleasant smell at the entrance, which already raised concerns about cleanliness, especially the bathrooms. We had a reservation for 1:00 PM, but once upstairs we were told the restaurant only opened at 1:30 PM, which made no sense. To make things worse, when we tried to order drinks, we were informed that drinks would only be available at 3:30 PM. This was not communicated anywhere in advance. This visit was meant to celebrate a special occasion — a birthday — and the lack of organization, poor communication, and overall unprofessionalism completely ruined the experience. Very frustrating, and unfortunately not a place we would recommend.

18/01/2026: Had one of the best experiences of desi cuisine in Dublin. Thanks to Sowra who helped me have the dishes to suit the weather and keep me relaxed at the same time. The dahi samosa chat is a must try and the daal tadka too! Shoutout to the team for hosting us. Keep it up guys!

24/08/2026: Joke ordered 4 mcmuffin meals@ 1 double sausage 3 regular. 20min waiting only 3 in bag questioned the order twice and order plainly on bag !!no double sausage in bag all single. A complete sh!@ show! Not happy!! Gone to for to go back. Wakey wakey!!@@
