The best restaurants in Dublin

08/09/2026: This fast food franchise is going downhill; it seems to be true that it's bankrupt worldwide. Years ago, it was our favorite. The combos are ridiculously overpriced, and the quality and sizes of their burgers and other products have declined. I prefer McDonald's, which is very close by.

25/08/2026: Terrible service. The girl at the register refused to serve me. I wanted to order cash, went to the register, but they turned me away and sent me to the self-checkout, and my card was empty. She ultimately refused to take my order. She threw milk and sugar on the counter in front of the customer. Talk to your employees!

15/09/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience at Cineworld Dublin. On August 2, 2026, my family and I went to see Spider-Man in 4DX 3D. We weren’t given 3D glasses since they downgraded the movie to 2D, and staff told us not to worry—they would refund the cost of the glasses after the movie since I paid for 6 glasses. After the film, we were sent to the customer service desk, where we were told the glasses would be refunded automatically and that we’d also receive complimentary movie tickets for the inconvenience. None of that happened. We spent well over 100 euros on the tickets and the food and drinks. The cinema itself was also in poor condition. There was a strong smell of urine, the carpets were sticky and visibly dirty, and the seats didn’t feel clean either. I emailed on August 4, contacted Cineworld on X and was told to use their website, emailed again on August 14, and followed up again on September 8. After more than a month, I’ve received little more than generic responses and still no resolution. Mistakes happen. What makes this a one-star experience is promising to fix the problem, then ignoring repeated attempts to resolve it. I hope management addresses both the cleanliness of the cinema and how customer complaints are handled.

20/05/2026: I got a Won Ton soup which was delicious and Spring Rolls also delicious, BUT I also ordered Quarter Duck with pancakes, it was disgusting, pancakes in a plastic back dried up as were the the vegetables that accompanied it, the duck was dried and hard,I've used this "Restaurant " fairly regularly (once a month) never again.

09/08/2026: How difficult is it to publish accurate opening times? Walked there at 10pm and it was closed despite google saying it was open until 11pm. I’m hangry☹️

30/06/2026: I ordered chiken kebab Just taco sauce and veggie,they delivery me doner kebab then they send me chiken kebab but forget tò out veggie half bottle taco sauce very salty disgusting i trow in the bin very uoset never happened before. 23/03/2026: Had been wanting to try this place for a while, and finally got around to it after a trip. Ordered a couple of starters, two mains, rice and naan - everything was super tasty. The website is really easy to use and gives great info. They even called after the order to let me know one dish wasn’t available and suggested a replacement - which ended up being delicious! The kids loved it, we loved it - definitely hit the spot. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic Indian food 🙌

15/02/2026: Sadly, after having been happy customers of Spice Guru for almost 10 years, we have decided that we won't be ordering from them ever again. We have noticed a visible decay in quality in the last 4 orders delivered to us. Reviews of other customers seemed to back up our opinions. Tonight we decided to give it a last try but the food was the worst we ever got. We must have ordered Dal Tadka 50 times and it has never been so liquid, watered down, like it had not been fully cooked. Extremely disappointing. The cheese of the saag paneer tasted a bit acid and the vegetable pakora tasted stale.

23/08/2026: Camile Thai has a lovely warm atmosphere and the food is fresh, flavourful, and comes within minutes. The food is without a doubt worth EVERY penny and would recommend this place to anyone that loves Thai food or is looking for something new for a change. The portion size is quite generous and the servers are very frienfly. I'll definitely be coming back!

18/08/2026: Came here again this evening. Food was beautiful and the portions were very generous sitting in. The staff also were very welcoming. Small area to sit in but comfortable and cosy.

28/05/2026: Hi, a person of 68yrs who has been a great supporter of Captain Americas through the years. Back in late 70's ,was nurse training in local area, 10 in the group & would have regularly gone for dinner in restaurant. After that ,visited often,when in Dublin cityh. My family would also have been regulars. My youngest Son, insisted on a visit with us ,before he emigrated to Canada on 2017. Captain Americas has been a big part of my life for many years. A lot of good memories. Sad to see it go, but hope new enterprise will be as good.

14/05/2026: We were lost, not knowing where to eat; it was after 3:00 PM. And yes, without any problem, they served us a delicious meal: a beef stew and a lamb stew. Thank you for your attention. May 12, 2026

02/08/2025: The bao buns are a hit every time. The bowls are so flavorful. Last time we ended up ordering a repeat of a dish it was so good. Love this place.

18/07/2026: This kip has consistently gotten orders wrong like forgetting to put sauce or missing food like a box of nuggets that are all paid for. This happens so often I felt the need to post this. I normally don't complain much and it’s also a McDonald. I dont expect best service and best food but for crying out loud how hard is it to put food into a bag while reading from a list. My 7 yo daughter can do a task like that. I don't know how they train or manage the staff but there is a massive issue. Seeing other reviews it really shows this is a consistent issue. Incompetence on every level. Management will never read this but I recommend to avoid this McDonald especially if you are going through drive through.
