The best restaurants in Dublin

12/09/2026: Two young women were working there at 7 PM. I just want to mention that I waited 15 minutes for a single coffee, even though there was no line at the time; they were simply lazy and chatting with each other. I hope the management takes action Thanks

12/09/2026: The tea itself did what it said on the tin: good variety, tasted exactly as expected. Sadly the staff seemed to have other priorities — their phones looked far more interesting than the customers standing in front of them. Three people behind the counter, zero smiles between them. It's been a while since I've felt quite so invisible in a café. Nice drinks, shame about the warmth.

09/08/2026: I always pass in front of this starbucks and never went in, today I decided to go in and I had a bad experience, the girl with blond hair and glasses who served me, made my Protein Matcha wrong and tried to fixed in my front and unfortunately fail, I also work with hospitality in this kind of stuff so I know when is it made good or not. I paid for a really bad matcha because she didn’t want to make another one :(

23/10/2026: Have been going to kays for a few months now working in the blackrock area, the staff are extremely nice sophie is a great addition and is very friendly and makes the most beautiful veg soup you could have

23/10/2026: Brought a friend there as wanted somewhere accessible, she was on crutches after a knee op. Cakes didn’t look up to much and we were hungry (about 3 15pm). I had a chilli chicken wrap which was flavourless, I’ll never have another. My friend played safe with a tuna sandwich.. I ordered two lemon meringue cupcakes for after. Awful! Before we had time to get even halfway through this very substandard offering we were told they were closing at 4pm. I wish they had informed us when we were ordering as we wanted time for a chat also. It was like being thrown out of a pub in the old days. I was annoyed and embarrassed. Over priced too. A ghastly experience. I won’t be back. And neither, I imagine will she. I don’t know how Kay, whoever she is, can survive in this very competitive business. Would NOT recommend.

13/01/2026: Normally a perfect Chinese. But tonight order was messed up and offered to keep the wrong delivery after overpaying and told it wasn't there fault all I wanted was my prawn toast hopefully you dont get the customer service I got tonight

23/10/2026: Lots of options and the portions were generous. I had my first spice bag from here and really enjoyed it. Not everything was equally good (the wonton soup only tasted of sesame oil, wontons themselves were tasteless and textureless), but the food overall was good considering it is Chinese takeaway. Ordered over the phone, service was friendly and no issues with delivery.

21/10/2026: Love the spice bag here as a tourist picked it because it’s said to be the birth place of the spice bag. The chicken and fries were crispy and hot. There was no curry but certainly the taste is great and wasn’t messy

27/09/2026: Everything tasted as though someone had simply thrown a load of chilli and sugary seasoning over it without any thought or care. There was absolutely no balance of flavours. The boxes were mostly filled with chips, and the ribs? Maybe two ribs' worth of meat, cut up and thrown in. The portions were shockingly poor. €85 for this? Absolutely unacceptable. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of care shown throughout the entire experience. No proper acknowledgement of the inconvenience, no gesture of goodwill, and certainly no indication that anyone cared that we'd spent €85 on an order that was late, poorly prepared, and nowhere near the quality we expected. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them says everything. In this case, both the customer service and the food were a complete letdown. We will not be ordering from here again. Save your money and look elsewhere.

19/09/2026: Had a chicken breast burger with bacon, food was fresh and tasty. After reading the reviews I was expecting the worst, glad to say I was pleasantly surprised. I'll be having food here again when travelling by train.

12/09/2026: Very handy for a quick bite - chicken burger and chips are a favourite. Coffee is good and easy to grab on way through station on arrival or rushing for a train

29/08/2026: Came here as food court crowded and thought the food would be better than the other fast food options. Tried the Korean Fried chicken Burger, which was mildly tasty but was a mere echo of the photo. Expected a thick, crispy battered breast topped with cheese, sauces, a fresh crisp slaw & marinated cucumber. Got a thin slice of chicken like luncheon meat in a thick batter that slid off as soon as you but into it, a teaspoon of soggy veg, one cucumber slice, zero cheese. For €11.95, absolutely not worth it when for a similar price you can get Mad Egg outside, even Kfc would be better. The rosemary fries were yum, the soft drink was kiddy sized. They didn't give a receipt, it was €33.75? For two of the burgers, two fries, two drinks. First photo is what it was supposed to look like....staff friendly but poor English, didn't know the menu or comprehend questions about it & didn't direct you to take your own accoutrements, which we're taking up a table nearby.

29/07/2026: At about 14:00 - 14:30, me and my boyfriend go to get food. We're being served by a guy (sadly I didn't get his name). He's super duper polite and tells us not to get 2 loaded fries portions because it is quite big on its own. We patiently wait for our food and he brings it straight after it's done. Cooked nicely so that the burger is still piping hot but the fries are edible, (temperature and flavour wise). We are about to get another drink, when he gave us a refill❤️

27/08/2026: I had a bubble tea and chicken teriyaki and the bubble tea was great. It was tasty and refreshing. The food was only „okay“ the teriyaki sauce was too salty and the chicken didn‘t taste that special. It also didn‘t feel fresh and I guess it‘s just reheated food. The server was kind. The ambience was okay but not my taste
