The best restaurants in Dublin

15/12/2025: The food was nowhere near the quality and taste the brand provides elsewhere, spice box chicken was burnt, fries were soggy.

08/12/2025: Absolutely anything would've been better than what they served here. The "salad" is basically a mountain of white cabbage-dry, tasteless, and completely pointless. And the so-called döner? I don't know what they're trying to pass off as meat, but it's definitely not anything that resembles real döner in flavour, texture, or appearance. It's a spicy, mushy, minced mixture that tastes artificial and leaves you feeling queasy afterwards. Real döner never comes in those weird long strips, and this stuff has the unmistakable texture of something heavily processed. The fries? Exactly the kind of cheap, soggy takeaway fries you regret ordering the moment you see them. Honestly, the only thing in the entire meal that tasted remotely how it should was the Coke Zero-and they didn't even make that. If this is their idea of food genuinely wouldn't come back even if it was free.

19/12/2025: Got the Indian meal deal. Food was lovely and very reasonable. Chicken pakoras were delicious

10/12/2025: Ordered doner kebab, wasn't even doner to begin with and there was barely any "doner". Waste of 11€ never again

26/01/2026: I've visited Legendary Chinese a few times over the last 12 months whilst over from Manchester for training with work and always had a pleasant experience. Having to stay in a local hotel Legendary Chinese is ideally located if you want to avoid the over inflated hotel prices. I've just finished the best Singapore Fried Rice and Thai Green Curry that ive ever had and for €18 it was an absolute bargain. Always great portion sizes and very tasty I'd invite anyone to try it.

04/01/2026: We went for lunch for 8 people before a game in the Aviva. Service was very poor, no consistency with waiting staff. We were served by a different waiter every time. Very slow to get drinks and food. It took over an hour for the kids to be served their food. Food was average but overpriced. Tempura prawn starter had 2 prawns for €22. Kids meal €18 for 2 courses!! We were the only table in the restaurant so I’m not sure why service and food was so slow. The hotel is beautiful. The setting is lovely. If service was better this could be a great place to dine.

19/10/2025: Truly awful experience today for lunch. We had been on many occasions before and were always wowed by the atmosphere food and service. A group of 6 of us arrived for lunch today and were seated next to a group of 50 people which appeared to be a christening. The noise was deafening, children running around screaming and staff were few, and very overwhelmed. The food was really poor, the accompanying salad with the prawn tempura lacked freshness, the steak was as tough as old boots with no marination, and the ice cream for dessert was similar to what you’d get at a children’s birthday party. I complained to management and they did discount the bill, a solid gesture but not what I was looking for! We were looking for a nice meal in a ‘small leading hotels of the world’ restaurant but it felt like a cross between McDonald’s and a roadside cafe. Management need to step up, this is APPALLING, and we will not be stepping in there ever again

28/11/2025: The cafe was great, the service was nice, and the atmosphere was okay.

02/11/2025: Disgusting toilets with no visible light, dirty when I used my phone light and no toilet paper in the morning. Do not recommend especially with children.

21/05/2025: I've been coming here for 4 years about 3 or 4 times a week, the staff here are lovely and so kind. Today there's been a violent incident that the security guard yelled at a young mother. This was clearly an act of racism. It was very disappointing to see that this individual created a disgusted atmosphere in this lovely coffee shop.

04/10/2025: I had a very disappointing experience at this coffee shop. I went there with my mom and bought coffee and food. After we sat down, a staff member (apparently the manager) came over and very rudely told us to move to the other side of the café — with no explanation or basic courtesy. I had to carry all our food and drinks and help my elderly mom move, which was extremely inconvenient and disrespectful. Honestly, I didn’t even want to mention this, but I also noticed a fly sitting on the muffins inside the display cabinet. That completely put me off eating anything else. Between the poor hygiene and the unprofessional behaviour of the staff, I’m really disappointed. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good service or cleanliness.

21/09/2025: Very bad experience. I waited so long for my coffee while others were served before me. The staff were busy talking to each other instead of paying attention to customers. When I finally got my order, the coffee itself was disappointing. Poor service and poor quality.

30/10/2025: Fantastic pizza, top-notch quality!

23/10/2025: I practically order it every week; we're two of a kind at home, and I'm not kidding, both for pizzas and esfihas. Zero flaws and the best choice.

03/01/2026: Horrible food asked for a spice box I told them it was for my daughter to please make sure it’s not spicy, payed €15 for 2 chicken pieces and 2 wedges … big box very exaggerated little food for €15 horrible the best I can describe is discusting people especially if it’s for a kid and asked politely not to put spice and still did , it went all in the bin waste of time and disappointment first and last time I get food from here

01/11/2025: The staff were being so cheeky over the phone, i told them what toppings i wanted and in the middle of it, he just kept saying “hello?” as if he couldn’t hear us. finally when he heard it, it sounded like a new person came on the phone and the person said “can you just tell me the order already” in a very rude tone. before that i asked if they take cash and they said yes, but after the order they said no they don’t take cash.weird?. then i got my father on the phone to order it for us so they can take him more seriously and they were grand and said “yes we do take cash”. i felt slightly offended that they didn’t take me seriously.

19/11/2025: I tried the mixed sweets and Gulab jamuns - both were absolutely amazing. I have a favorite sweet shop India, and I was surprised to see the same quality and delicious taste here. I have eaten from many popular sweet shops Dublin, but this place is really different. The taste, freshness and authenticity are excellent. I recommend everyone to try it!

19/11/2025: I had some cakes, and a variety of sweets like barfi and mithai. Everything was delicious, and it’s the best I have had in a long time.

25/01/2026: Wonderfull food i was served very fast and the workers were very friendly and professional

31/12/2025: Real home made kebab. You collect there to die at home. They don’t answer the phone e pretend that they are dumb.

14/11/2025: Phoenix a staff member went above and beyond to help me with a last minute order of fifty cupcakes-she was such a lovely lady and extremely efficient and kind

08/10/2025: The coffee was great but the server Javi was very rude to us and overcharged the women beside us. It was not busy so the attitude was ridiculous.

26/10/2025: We had Seoul Kitchen in St. Anne’s Park before and really liked it. Came to Priory Market for late dinner and the guy that served us definitely did not want to be there, had a facial expression of “why are ordering from me” all the way through and just rude in general. Said we had to wait 20 mins for the food which was fine, we sat in front of the stand to wait and even when the food was ready he didn’t even bother to let us know!!! We had to go up to ask, only to realise it was already ready. Presentation was nothing like we had before, it was as if the food was just dumped into a bowl for a kid. Bulgogi was way too salty (couldn’t finish even though I was starving) and Dakalbi was just as awful. Really sad as we had great experience in St. Anne’s park but debating if ever want to give it another chance.

11/10/2025: LOVE the food hubby drove for 30 mins(1 way) to get 3 half n half. They wouldn't take cash 🤦‍♀️WT... heck. What small business turns down...BUSINESS?? 🤷‍♀️ Really disappointing.

31/01/2026: No food, no restroom access at night (issue with security guard working there 31st of January 2026 at 3am - bought food, couldn't get it, couldn't use restrooms)

06/09/2025: This has to be one of the worst places to get takeaway. Their prices are high compared to other local Chinese. They don't even throw in a bag of prawn crackers free when spending nearly €30. Shocking. There's better in the locality.

30/08/2025: Got crispy chicken... it looked and tasted like it came from the frozen aisle in the supermarket.
