The best restaurants in Dublin

30/07/2026: Used to be a great spot but I get a sense that the new staff are not trained properly. Im a local to the area, so Im not talking about a once off instance. Coffees are boiling hot. All drinks (latte, cappuccino, flat white) have the exact same amount of foam which is very frustrating when you ask for a flat white and its 40% foam. Girls are barely paying attention to you and constantly talking.

22/08/2026: Ate there yesterday, was my only meal of day. Got sick 1 hour after, got stomach flue... Never again

07/08/2026: The service was very bad, they have no respect for the customer.

08/08/2026: Ordered food at 18.20, no delivery at 19.25, phoned back and was was told something wrong with system they forgot my delivery, ask to speak to manager, none there, was told never normally a problem with my delivery’s so why im I like this, asked for refund told no, 5 days, I had prepaid, it’s 8pm now and still waiting! Normally good with service! But I have to put this up as so no big deal when chatting to them about this situation. It’s not good service, it’s a disappoint!

25/05/2026: Lemon Tree - This is one of the best Take Aways in the area. Delicious food, great selection, and most importantly, very affordable prices. One of the best chefs from China works in the kitchen, I recommend everyone to try it 😋😋😋

06/05/2026: I visited my friend yesterday. He got us a spy's bag and Japanese noodles ...!!! The best food i got from takeout places in a long time... delivery guys nice as well! Delivery didn't take long considering traffic... I got bucked up by food Thank you so much

14/07/2026: It’s a disgrace to be honest that Sarah kennedy took over the campus’ little coffee shack as it’s never open now unless students are there. Closed all summer now too! Plenty of people walk here all year round and used to grab a coffee there. Me and my friend used to always walk and grab from cloud picker! Just such a shame!

05/08/2026: The place is spotless and brand new. The chicken is well seasoned and flavoursome 👌🏼 I asked for chicken that wasn’t spicy for my son and I and it was delicious. We had great service and very nice people behind the counter. Well done guys!

10/07/2026: Ordered chicken from here yesterday, was pink in the middle and I am very ill today when i called to complain I was told "That's how all of our chicken is prepared"Absolute disgrace, used to love this place and have been many times in person but this is a complete outrage and a disgusting way to treat a customer

29/07/2026: The coffee and food are fine, though just as overpriced as in every other Costa. This place suffers from bad management, staff spend virtually no time cleaning the seating area which has food all over the floors, old cups and plates all over the tables, just not a nice atmosphere to consume food or drink in. This place could be somewhere people want to spend time in, relax, enjoy a coffee and a sandwich, but instead it's somewhere I'd rather order to take away or bypass altogether. Edit: This location is, at the time of writing this edit, undergoing a full refurbishment so perhaps they are addressing the points in my original review above! 🤞🏼

29/05/2026: Ordered food from here to tallaght hospital by far the worst salt and chilli sgreaded chicken I've ever gotten....... it was as dry as eating cardboard.......... stay away from kings boar Chinese in tallaght

22/04/2026: I left a review for this chipper over 4 years ago with 5 stars. The service has continually gone downhill; cashiers are rude, food reaching worse quality. Today I had my order missing items, I called and was offered no apology. I then went to eat the chips and half of them weren't cooked through to the middle. I called again and was hung up on. Wildly disappointed with the chipper I used to tell everyone was the best in D15

07/04/2026: Would leave 0 stars ,Waited over an hour for 2 milkshakes and rang and they said it was on the way, only got here 20 mins later,disappointing I would of collected if I knew it was going to be that long

28/04/2026: First time getting take away from here. It was dreadful got House Special Fried Rice, Chicken Fried Rice and Salt and Chilli ribs starter. The Rice dishes had no flavour very bland. The House Special Fried Rice had the tinest bit of chicken, prawn and peas no beef, pork or other veg. The Salt and Chilli ribs were good but it was a extremely small portion. Very disappointing won't be back!

02/04/2026: Your delivery drivers need to slow down on the road. Driver today coming out of trim was extremely aggressive and was in a rush somewhere. He clearly forgot he was in a company van.

16/03/2026: Had my TY ball here and was absolutely pumped to go since the tickets were €60, me and my friends are expecting a decent time. We arrive at the nightclub, go onto the dance floor, excited because we were one of the first ones on. It was sticky! Not that there was much to dance to anyway because the DJ had no notion of how to use his set up. Remxing "Call me maybe" with house techno (along with many other terrible remixes 😭) I mean c'mon now. Don't even get me started on the bathrooms, flithy, sticky, forgot I was in a club and not a gas station. The only decent part about everything was the food but other than that, I recommend that you don't go here 🥹✌️
