26/01/2026: Very kind Service, very friendly and quick. The Steak in no more on the menu. Its more a snack menu for dinner now, some meat is missing here. Just a Burger is not enough :( Fries are soft and greasy too :(

27/10/2025: Lovely staff but oh my gosh the food is dreadful! I’ve just been served a bowl of bland, gloopy white sauce peppered with tiny bits of unidentifiable fish, masquerading as seafood chowder. On the side was a dry white UPF bread roll instead of the brown soda bread promised. Other family members partook of, and left, the ribeye steak (36 Euro each for the ‘pleasure’). Both described it as ‘like leather’. Owners / managers of this establishment, you should be ashamed yourselves - offering this level of slop is not acceptable, even in an airport hotel where you have a captive market. I feel so sorry for your staff… we tipped them notwithstanding the awful food.

16/05/2026: I have ordered a chicken fried rice on Uber for delivery as I was very tired. First I have waited for the delivery an hour and a half for it to get to me. Once it's got to me my order was completely wrong. It was prawns and beef fried rice. I'm allergic to prawns. I have called them up. They offered me another fried rice with some freebies. They say they send me a fried rice and prawn crackers. Rice was so overcooked that my dog didn't even want to touch it and it was so tasted as that my hunger just disappeared from all this disappointment

07/05/2026: The food is amazing been a loyal customer for 3 years and even when the price or ownership change they always have better quality than most The Service is great even though i blab and ask too many questions sophia has handled them with professionalism.

02/12/2025: I tried a spice bag for the first time. It was very heavily seasoned, which I enjoyed, although I can see how others might think it was too much. The price felt slightly high, but I'm not from the area, so it may be reasonable. That said, the portion was extremely large, enough to feed two people. I appreciated how the restaurant used foil packs and a foil lined bag, to help keep the food warm.

01/11/2025: Took two hours for delivery to arrive. The last delivery we got took one hour thirty minutes to arrive. Could not get through by phone to query where delivery was. Driver who arrived needs a lesson in customer care. Avoid if you are hungry. There are better takeaways in area.

20/03/2026: Very disappointed with Four Star Pizza lately. As a long-time customer, I’ve always been happy to support them, but the recent price increases feel completely unjustified. I understand that costs can go up, but the jump in prices doesn’t match the value anymore. Loyal customers shouldn’t feel pushed away, but that’s exactly what this has done. It’s frustrating to see a business prioritize higher prices over keeping the people who supported them for years. Unfortunately, this has been enough for me to stop ordering from them altogether. There are plenty of other options that offer better value for money.

03/01/2026: Horrible food asked for a spice box I told them it was for my daughter to please make sure it’s not spicy, payed €15 for 2 chicken pieces and 2 wedges … big box very exaggerated little food for €15 horrible the best I can describe is discusting people especially if it’s for a kid and asked politely not to put spice and still did , it went all in the bin waste of time and disappointment first and last time I get food from here

13/06/2026: Yesterday I ordered garlic bread along with pizzas, of which garlic breads were really salty taste! (Even the pizzas were bit salty but manageable)When contacted the Lucan village shop, the attendent apologized and gave the phone to manager. Surprisingly he turned out to be quite RUDE and demanded that they dont add salt and needed the pieces to be checked ie bring them back to the shop (really!). The mannerism of the manager was really out of this world in a RUDE way. Poor fellow did not know what salty is and tried to confuse me! Well, we've been ordering from this shop for that last 10+ years now. Time to say GOODBYE...very bad management! Additionally want to mention that they dont wear gloves while spreading the toppings...yuck! Ah well, my final comments to the shop ; fairly sure this would go in the dust bin and will be forgotten, BUT, I am just doing a fact check on the shop after 1 day of consumption. Good luck to those who are still subscribed to this joint...

26/05/2026: Ordered pizza and waited around 1 hour 30 minutes while the children kept waiting. When we called, the staff said they didn’t know the exact delivery time and told us they could cancel the order if we wanted. In the end, we cancelled the order. I would not recommend this place — very, very bad service.

21/02/2026: Got spice bag couldn't eat so salty

07/11/2025: I thought it was new owners as it’s now called summer inn but it’s actually still the same fine rice. Curry sauce was green tasteless and the chicken balls were like donuts there was that much uncooked batter. The shredded chicken was so chewy it was inedible. Literally waste of money.

31/05/2026: It is definitely the best spice bag in Dublin! I gave one less star because today I found that they are literally giving only 5-6 shredded chicken in the huge spice bag. I’m crying.😢

27/05/2026: Ordered for delivery and order said it would be delivered in about 35-40 minutes. Over an hour since order. Takeaway is now closed and nobody answering the phone. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. No way to.chase up where food is now and Money taken from account. Why take the order of you are not going to deliver. Now driver arrives with excuse of only one driver? Food over an hour ago ordered and told call shop and ask for a discount tomorrow!!! Seriously the daughter it was for is gone to bed and now it's after midnight so won't be eating the food and will be looking for a refund.

14/10/2025: I eat Four Star Pizza every Tuesday multiple locations in Dublin. This is the first location the doesn't offer 14" Pizza for 6.95 Absolutely Pathetic! I will never eat here nor should you!

09/08/2025: It seems like a bargain saying that buying 2 gets you the third pizza free, but then each topping costs 1.5 and the small sizes start at 10 euros.
