27/08/2026: I had a bubble tea and chicken teriyaki and the bubble tea was great. It was tasty and refreshing. The food was only „okay“ the teriyaki sauce was too salty and the chicken didn‘t taste that special. It also didn‘t feel fresh and I guess it‘s just reheated food. The server was kind. The ambience was okay but not my taste

11/07/2026: I went here to eat teriyaki chicken. The food is absolutely worst I have ever tasted. It is very salty, since then I said it to myself that I will never come back to this place again.

09/08/2026: ⭐ 1-star review — absolutely appalling customer service The worst experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s drive-through. We ordered a Happy Meal and two frappés, but only received one. The order was wrong multiple times, and we were repeatedly asked to give the order again and again. We were patient and tried to explain what was missing, but instead of receiving any help or even a simple apology, we were met with extremely rude behaviour. The staff repeatedly closed the window in our faces while we were still speaking, rolled their eyes at us and spoke to us in a completely disrespectful manner. We were made to feel like we were the problem when they were the ones who had repeatedly made mistakes with our order. What really shocked me was that not one person apologised for the mistakes or for the way we were treated. I understand that mistakes happen and that staff can be under pressure, but there is absolutely no excuse for treating customers this way. Basic manners and customer service should not be too much to expect. Management seriously needs to look at how customers are being treated at this drive-through. I left feeling genuinely disgusted by the whole experience. Definitely won’t be rushing back.

13/08/2026: Absolutely awful experience. We ordered the Apache Dynamite Pizza and Dynamite Loaded Fries late at night from Castleknock. The pizza was genuinely terrible. There was barely any Dynamite sauce, the flavour was disappointing, and it tasted awful. The loaded fries were just as bad almost no sauce. Calling them “Dynamite” feels like a joke when there was barely any sauce at all. Not one part of the meal felt worth the money. It’s the kind of food that makes you question how it was even allowed to leave the kitchen in the first place. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this was honestly bad enough to deserve one. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for selling something like this and calling it a pizza. If this is what you consider quality, then you seriously need to take a hard look at what you’re serving your customers. If you’re expecting a decent Dynamite pizza or loaded fries, save your money and order somewhere else. Extremely disappointing. Definitely the last.

04/08/2026: Sad to see that this place has declined, Daddy’s used to be a great spot for breakfast or a take away coffee and pastry, but since reopening as the Day Cafe it’s just not the same anymore. I got a ham and cheese toasted sandwich for take away, which was not great. The sandwich was dry and not pleasant to eat, and the cheese overpowering in taste. The ham was tasty enough, but on the dry side too. It’s hard to get a sandwich wrong, and there are very few things on the menu, so I’m not sure what happened here - the old sandwiches at Daddy’s were tasty! The pastry selection also looked quite dry and not tempting at all, in the end I didn’t order any. However, my friend ordered a coffee (flat white) said it was decent. I hope they pull it together soon, it’s such a shame to want to support a local spot but not get value back for your money.

09/08/2026: I always pass in front of this starbucks and never went in, today I decided to go in and I had a bad experience, the girl with blond hair and glasses who served me, made my Protein Matcha wrong and tried to fixed in my front and unfortunately fail, I also work with hospitality in this kind of stuff so I know when is it made good or not. I paid for a really bad matcha because she didn’t want to make another one :(

30/06/2026: Tried ordering through Just Eat, as we had a long day going around dublin and wanted to have a night in our hotel. Ended up waiting 2 hours, order never arrived and they don't answer their phone.

28/06/2026: Ordered food and never arrived. Tried calling but they hung up on us.

09/08/2026: The staff here are a joke. It’s the closest cafe to my house so I’d stop by to get a coffee every now and then and every time the staff literally couldn’t be slower. They move at a snail’s pace and every time their friends come in they leave the customer orders and have chats with their friends and make them coffee. You stand there for 10-15 minutes watching their friends get free coffee before you. I kept giving this place another chance but won’t be back and definitely don’t recommend

03/08/2026: I have been visiting 3FE Five Points on and off for more than four years. I have been disappointed to find that the standard of service has declined significantly. In my experience, this is the poorest period of service since I began coming here. I do not usually write reviews, but I believe constructive customer feedback is important, particularly when it may help a business improve. I appreciate that Five Points can become extremely busy and that a high volume of customers may make it more difficult for staff to provide the same level of attention at all times. However, the issues I have experienced go beyond the pressures of a busy café. On several recent visits, the welcome has felt cold and inattentive. Eye-rolling, a lack of warmth and the general impression that staff do not want to engage with or serve customers have made me feel uncomfortable. I should not feel as though I am inconveniencing someone simply by ordering a short Americano. This is particularly noticeable because I regularly visit the 3FE location on Sussex Terrace, where the service is consistently exemplary. The contrast between the two locations is significant. I am sharing this because I care about 3FE and want Five Points to improve. I hope senior management will take a serious look at the customer experience in this branch, including staff attentiveness, attitude and the overall welcome customers receive. I also hope that other customers have not been made to feel the same way.

23/09/2025: Dublin Kebab - the chicken wing meal is where it’s at. They cook the wings over their bbq grill or over the tandoori oven. Comes with a salad, freshly baked homemade flat bread and 2 sauces. I could be here all day talking about how good it is. Always feel good after it . Takes a little longer than their other stuff to prepare but it’s worth the wait in my humble opinion

08/12/2025: My son spent 4 days in Beaumont hospital with really bad food poison from this dump after eating a kebab. Even my dog ended up in the vet after eating his leftovers. My lad was that bad he wasn't even allowed visitors. Can not stress enough to stay out of this place .

30/04/2026: Charge 3 euro to deliver a 2 monute drive. Pizza is sometimes okay but robbing locals says all

15/01/2026: Probably the worst doner kebab I’ve ever had. I ordered a meal, but when I arrived they only gave me chips and kebab — no drink. They said the meal doesn’t include a drink, even though it’s listed as a meal, and refused to swap the chips since they were “already cooked.” The doner wasn’t properly cooked, felt like rubber, the portion was tiny, and there was no tissue in the bag. Very disappointing. Will probably never go there again.

18/04/2026: Centrally located with comfortable bed and strong shower. While they warn in advance about the noise from the neighbouring bars, that did not prepare me for how close to the rooms this is, or that it continued up to 90 mins past bar closing times. Great breakfast next door

04/08/2026: The pastry was okay. I didn't like being told that to pick up the pastry we had to wait outside on the sidewalk.
