31/07/2026: Sum total of like 9 fries for €6. Nearly at €1 per chip there. Pizza very very good but I can’t forgive the chips

23/10/2026: Woman behind the till wearing a train driver hat is a disgrace and has a very poor attitude to be dealing with customers. Huffed and moaned when I asked for a bag to put drinks and prawn crackers in as I couldn’t carry it all and she rolled her eyes and gave me the dirtiest look and asked why???Ended up giving a flimsy, dog litter bag. Very cheap equipment, wooden forks, thin metal trays, piece of paper wrapped around the tray is a hazard and could scauld your hand. AVOID!!!

09/08/2026: The staff here are a joke. It’s the closest cafe to my house so I’d stop by to get a coffee every now and then and every time the staff literally couldn’t be slower. They move at a snail’s pace and every time their friends come in they leave the customer orders and have chats with their friends and make them coffee. You stand there for 10-15 minutes watching their friends get free coffee before you. I kept giving this place another chance but won’t be back and definitely don’t recommend

03/08/2026: I have been visiting 3FE Five Points on and off for more than four years. I have been disappointed to find that the standard of service has declined significantly. In my experience, this is the poorest period of service since I began coming here. I do not usually write reviews, but I believe constructive customer feedback is important, particularly when it may help a business improve. I appreciate that Five Points can become extremely busy and that a high volume of customers may make it more difficult for staff to provide the same level of attention at all times. However, the issues I have experienced go beyond the pressures of a busy café. On several recent visits, the welcome has felt cold and inattentive. Eye-rolling, a lack of warmth and the general impression that staff do not want to engage with or serve customers have made me feel uncomfortable. I should not feel as though I am inconveniencing someone simply by ordering a short Americano. This is particularly noticeable because I regularly visit the 3FE location on Sussex Terrace, where the service is consistently exemplary. The contrast between the two locations is significant. I am sharing this because I care about 3FE and want Five Points to improve. I hope senior management will take a serious look at the customer experience in this branch, including staff attentiveness, attitude and the overall welcome customers receive. I also hope that other customers have not been made to feel the same way.

10/08/2026: We ordered through their delivery platform to our hotel. The order took 1.5 hours. Obviously the order was for curries but they didn’t deliver our rice we had paid for. So we ate our meal without rice as we had waited so long. Very unsatisfactory service and disappointing.

14/07/2026: It’s a disgrace to be honest that Sarah kennedy took over the campus’ little coffee shack as it’s never open now unless students are there. Closed all summer now too! Plenty of people walk here all year round and used to grab a coffee there. Me and my friend used to always walk and grab from cloud picker! Just such a shame!

24/10/2026: Waited an hour and a half last night for food, rang them as it still hadn’t came, they told me it was out for delivery. 20 mins later still didn’t show up and they wouldn’t answer the phone to me, it never came

14/04/2026: Yummy food fast service and huge size too! plenty space to sit around they have halaal certificate which is a plus plus ❤️ definitely coming again and will recommend my asian friends too !

09/07/2026: placed an order approximately 13.00, with an estimated time. While I understand that delays can happen for various reasons, the delay in this case was excessive. We waited an additional 15 minutespast the estimated time and then check on the status. We were informed it will be don’t shortly. However, by 35 mins there was still no sign of the order, which was quite frustrating. What concerned me most was the attitude of the female employee Anna who answered me .she was very rude and stated that the order will be ready now “when it needs to,” which I found unprofessional and inappropriate. Is this the standard of training provided to your staff? I believe this interaction should be reviewed, as the employee clearly requires further training in customer service and professionalism. While I understand that employees may not always be able to resolve delays immediately, there is no justification for speaking to customers in a disrespectful manner. I strongly recommend reviewing your staff training processes, as experiences like this will make sure you start losing out customers.

30/09/2026: We walked in and there was only one server so it took a while to get seated which is not a worry. I’ve tried two other Indian esque restaurants since moving to Ireland and they weren’t bad but not very flavorful and I wouldn’t choose to return. THIS place was amazing!! The food had so much flavor! The atmosphere inside was beautiful especially for a rainy day. It was quiet, calming, the server was nice and the food was amazing. We will absolutely come back! (We got the Tikka Masala, 2x Garlic Naan, side of basmati rice, and my bf ordered a potato dish I didn’t see the name of. All was so so so good)

03/10/2026: Pizza always has way too much sauce on them. The SF tenders are unreal. But the curry chips and garlic cheese chips are so dry, thet must put a tablespoon of sauce on them
