14/10/2024: Staff are awfully rude especially the blonde girl like a dog over the phone and everytime you go in talks to you like your a child , everytime I ordered I ask for salt and vinegar and nothing comes on the chips 😂 portion sizes are shocking and prices aren’t the same as they are on their online menu , definitely done ordering from here worst chipper in ballyfermot would highly recommend Roma instead

15/09/2024: I ordered tonight at 06.20 and order was delivered at 07.50,sent order back,was very disappointed, your food is lovely and I have been getting it for years there but leaving customers waiting 1 and a half hour is very bad,wont be ordering again

29/10/2024: Have been here many times and the food and service are always great. Very good takeaway food too. I think they have received some unfair reviews criticising one off poor delivery times etc from people who would be very upset if Okra Green was no longer there in Castleknock

29/09/2024: First time customer tonight, take away. The restaurant looks great but was very disappointed to get home and find that both dishes I got were swimming in Oil ! Why...why....why?? I'd love a response as can't understand it?

09/09/2024: Was a regular here they took a dish off the menu and offered to cover it for me (tikka mirchi) so was glad to order… however I don’t know how so little taste can come from so many ingredients. Even the colour is all weird now it doesn’t look natural. Won’t be going back. And it was freezing cold when it arrived

24/08/2024: Have been a frequent BP customer since they first opened in 1997. Their food was the standard at which we held all other takeaway indians. They went through a really inconsistent and mediocre period over the last few years and we stopped ordering nearly as much. Delighted that our last two orders have been as tasty (albeit not as generous) as they used to be. I hope they keep this up, it was such a shame to see someplace falter so much from its original greatness.

19/12/2024: V friendly staff...chatting to all the customers in a very personable way. Fab coffee and mince pie. Eat in or out. A great find near St James's Hospital.

01/11/2024: Probably the worst coffee shop in Dublin. Customer service was terrible. Food was manky and over priced . Stay away from this place it’s an absolute kip

25/09/2024: Ordered food online and the site kept saying it was awaiting for the restaurant to confirm my order, then it disappeared and stated that order did not exist. I had to call the takeaway over 15 times and was told after that there was no staff in the shop at time to take the call. The order eventually came, and it was the worst chinese food I've ever had. The black pepper beef, the beef tasted gone off and there was absolutely no sauce on it. The filler beef tasted and looked the exact same as the black pepper beef, so I paid extra for that for nothing. The chips were stale or undercooked because they did not taste right. The soup was the same, tasted gone off and bland. Worst chinese I have ever tried.

07/12/2024: 2 Croissants and pain au chocolat cost 9 euro. And were stale.

22/10/2024: We had some late lunch, I had a borek of spinach and potatoes wich was god but quite old and not that easy to eat without making a mess and a side saltar of kale carrot lentils and chickpeas (amazing combination I was just not that a fan of curry on that salat but it was good though). For the aubergine focaccia it was not enough warm but good anyways and alado the size of the portions full fillings. Nice coffe shop to grab some quick coffe or lunch, the spot is not the nicest but good thought.

30/09/2024: I work as a barista where we also pour farmhand coffee, these guys take it to another level! on my days off I find it really difficult to get a good coffee out and about but here is always perfection, the best coffee in Dublin in my opinion,

25/08/2024: The rep who answered the call (girl) was not friendly. Did not give appropriate time when the food would arrive. The delivery was already late by 25 min and she said thank you and was not bothered to go the extra mile to help the customer. I would expect tadka house to give some compensation or maybe a voucher. But nothing of that sort. Ergo, you get a bad rating and your staff deserves it!

24/08/2024: I got pani puri, they gave puri some mashed potatoes and a bottle of pani. Charging 6 euro and we need to make it ourself. Battura was like a thick puri. 4 piece of small chicken piece cost 12 euro

26/12/2024: I bought a Vada pav (something I craved for a long time) and I was extremely disappointed as all I could taste was extremely hot green chillies, not only in the green chutney but also in the stuffing. On telling the staff they only said they were sorry and made me pay €14 for something that I couldn’t even eat.. #Disappointed

15/11/2024: there is a delivery driver that has delivered to my house two times, the first time i ordered i missed his call and he was waiting for 5-10 minutes which i apolgises for and he was extremely rude about it, i understand it was my fault but he had no reason to be so rude. so fast forward i ordered again and the same driver has come to my apartment. sometimes just eat gets my adresss wrong and says it’s the hotel beside my house(literally a one minute walk). the driver rang me and said he was outside and i was walking down to meet him and he rang me again, complaining saying that i shouldn’t put in the hotel if i live in the apartments. just eat automatically put my address and it’s really not that big of a difference, i said i would walk to meet him. he then proceeded to flip me off and call me some horrible names.i don’t find this behaviour acceptable in the slightest and it has really upset me. i’ve ordered from ocean inn for the last few years and have never had an issue with any other driver. this guy has serious anger issues and should not be in this job if he is going to snap at people like this.

05/07/2024: I order a frappe and was not happy with it it came with no cream or any taste of Carmel at all just coffee I got terrible service and it gave me a bad stomach I am extremely unhappy as I am a regular customer this has happend more then one ce I don’t recommend going

14/06/2024: I have been a regular at Sundrive Frank and Honest since they opened.The quality of the coffee can be very hit and miss.The staff are usually fine but it's unpleasant to listen to them making fun of customers.They seem oblivious to the fact that people are listening to them and just concentrate on their own little sarcastic floor show.When they first opened the manager was a competent, professional person.Sadly, things have gone downhill since she left.From early afternoon their sole focus is on clearing the place before closing time.They refuse to serve coffee in a ceramic cup because they don't want the trouble of washing There are so many coffee shops around that I'm surprised at their attitude to the few customers that they have.
