15/03/2026: Paid €4.50 for basically 1 chicken tender when I ordered a chicken breast. It was literally the smallest chicken breast I’ve ever seen in my life, by far. It was almost a joke… Definitely a completely different experience to when I ordered in Kilkenny. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!

08/03/2026: Really bad brekkie burger and coffee! Food not hot and NOT freshly prepared. Sausage 'pattie' was rubbery and luke warm. DO NOT USE THIS DIABOLICALLY BAD *so-called* FAST FOOD OUTLET!!! DIRE!

20/11/2025: Lady behind the counter is extremely rude I pass by this coffee shop and I ask for cake and coffee + sandwich I regret to go to that place coffee shop . Extremely rude customer service must of the stuff was rude . Bad experience never go again there . Lady behind the counter. look like owner or manager she is rude face and no smile no respect customer . I’m glad See that truth colour of this place . Never go again . Give rate to this place 0

01/11/2025: I got a veggie munchie and it was pretty tasty. The seating and overall arrangement could benefit from an overhaul though.

07/08/2025: I’ve avoided Munchies for a while now (over a year) as the last couple of chicken whoopies I had were not very good. I thought I’d try again today and was delighted to see chicken curry on the menu. Boy did I regret that choice. I ordered for takeaway and wasn’t even sure they gave me the right order when I opened it. It didn’t smell like curry and they’d thrown a bunch of sliced chilli and red onion on top, I guess to make it look ‘fresh’! Rice was a sloppy watery mess and curry sauce was congealed. Very little chicken in it. Most went in the bin. Worst waste of €10 I’ve spent in a while..

13/03/2026: On 23/02 at about 8.30pm my adult daughter purchased a chicken spicebag with sweet and sour sauce at Millenium 2 Castleknock. Her previous meal had been lunch at 1pm on the same day. At about 11.30pm she was violently ill with projectile vomiting, severe stomach pain, diarrhea and cold sweats which lasted for several hours. Although she was not fully recovered the next day, the main symptoms had eased. We have reported the matter to the relevant authorities. Please draw your own conclusions, and proceed with caution.

05/10/2025: I got a 3 in 1 from here tonight and it claimed to have curry sauce on it so I was in awe when I opened the box to see little to none. The chips in it were uncooked and absolutely foul tasting. I began eating anyway because I was very hungry but now have an unsettling feeling in my stomach. I am very disappointed and will not be returning. (Don’t order here unless you want to get let down)

14/07/2025: Waited 2 hours for my food and rang and gave my order number and was told its on the way, waited another 40 minutes and had to go down before they closed for a refund

10/04/2025: First time trying this place as new to the area and its absolutely delicious, full of flavour even the 2 year old is milling the food and its hard to get him to eat anything! Also 5 stars for that driver that delivered my food too, so chipper he actually cheered me right up with his greeting over the phone, I've had a bad day😅 then he wouldn't accept my tip because it was "too much" and insisted on not taking it, but I wouldn't take it back so he gave me an easter egg 🥹 legend

11/02/2026: Very poor delivery service I was waiting for almost hour for delivery and they rang me 5 times and I couldn’t answer the phone because I am deaf and normally I do get text from drivers that delivery is on way but not this restaurant and they are discriminating deaf customer like myself and I will be taking them to discrimination lawsuit

04/10/2025: They make their money in the early hours of the morning when nowhere else is open. It's really bad, chicken in the spice bag is completely inedible. Quality is lowest of the low. But they deliver later than anyone else. Figure that out for yourselves. Very Very poor.

14/01/2026: Food was nice and hot when it arrived. We got a breast of chicken curry, chicken fried rice box, chips, fried noodles and chicken balls. All really good but the chicken balls were the pick of what we ordered, a little on the expensive side but its worth it. 40-45 mins delivery on a Saturday evening is very good too.

10/01/2026: Charging for extra for everything gone far to expensive much better value and better quality out there

16/02/2026: When the delivery arrived, I informed the driver about the missing items. He stated that he was only responsible for delivering the order and advised me to contact customer service. After calling, I was told that the missing items would be included in my next delivery, which I declined, as I expected to receive the complete order I had already paid for. I was then informed that the driver would return with the missing items. Unfortunately, the driver never came back. Additionally, the responses I received sounded rehearsed, which gave the impression that this situation happens frequently.

11/09/2025: It is very important to read the reviews of this place. There is clearly a problem with the staff that the owner refuses to address. The owner has replied once to s comment saying there was never an issue before when all you have to do is looks here at the same complaints again and again. Rude abusive bouncers. Owner should listen to the customers and address the issues raised.

04/12/2025: Update your opening hours. Closing 90 minutes early is unacceptable.

14/11/2025: We have been ordering from chequers for years now & it will always be a favourite. Would highly recommend 🩵 food, staff, everything 10/10.

01/01/2026: We had some subway cookies, they where a cold and a bit hard. Overall fine

20/11/2025: We stopped at this place for a quick bite and were lucky enough to meet Diego, a very friendly and helpful Argentinian guy.

29/12/2025: Coffee, cakes and hot chocolate was very nice but the best part was how open and friendly the staff was to us while my wife breastfed our child. Would recommend highly to breastfeeding mothers who are looking for a nice quiet spot with very friendly staff
