06/07/2026: Ordered a coffee to have here but they made it to go. I mentioned again it is to have at the premises. The barista just dumped the whole thing in a cup and handed it to me. Kind of regret getting off the train in Connolly just for a coffee here. Definitely won’t be visiting again. Disappointing morning coffee.
14/05/2026: Perfect coffee, you get it incredibly quickly. Great for having coffee before work. Amazing croissants. Stuff is incredibly nice and helpful

13/05/2026: I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant today with my wife and 4-year-old son. We arrived around 4:30 PM and were told they would open in 5 minutes. We were happy to wait and returned 20 minutes later.
After being seated and waiting another 10 minutes, we ordered two keema naan, a chicken saag, and a raita. We weren’t looking for a massive feast, just a pleasant family meal. A few minutes after taking the order, the waiter returned stating his manager insisted we order at least one more side dish or they would not serve us.
When we explained we weren't hungry enough for more food, they flat-out refused to take our order.
It is baffling that a business would turn away a family with a young child over a forced "minimum side dish" rule that was never mentioned upfront. To be treated this way after waiting patiently for them to open is completely unprofessional and unwelcoming. If you are looking for hospitality or a stress-free family dinner, I would suggest looking elsewhere in Tallaght.

25/08/2026: Have ordered a few times there recently and each order has been steadily getting worse for both missing items and food not made to order as required, and use to never have a problem before so whether there is alot of new untrained staff, poor management I just don't know but they have got to get to grips with putting out right home deliveries, hire more staff or pay the good staff well trained to keep them.
26/07/2026: Asked for a plain cheeseburger and ketchup was put in it im alergic to tomatos. drink was filled up barley im not happy

08/08/2026: Don’t know what I was expecting, but i was disappointed by the tables not being clean, as you could clearly see grease,sauce residue… food was also on the floor, but don’t know who’s fault that is for the first time. the customers or workers. While eating i saw a worker “clean” a table, there was a couple of fries on the table and the worker just swiped the fries on the floor like it’s normal? Don’t know if this is acceptable in Ireland McDonalds, but that made me disappointed.
04/08/2026: Never had an issue here with our orders, they've always got it right unlike a lot of places. Staff are always busy but don't give off negative vibes they always seem nice.

27/07/2026: Went in and ordered 2 items. The place was t particularly busy. Still took 30 mins, and the food was hard/chewy. The order-screen is intelligible, and the staff are quite unfriendly. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

23/08/2026: Food is nice, which is its main function as a take away. Nice burgers and southern fried chicken is nice. Staff however ... some smiles to customers would be good. Staff look like they hate their job and just want to get rid of you out of the takeaway.

12/08/2026: Unbelievably poor customer service. I stood at the counter waiting to order, and the guy working completely ignored me—wouldn't even acknowledge that I was standing right in front of him. Basic politeness isn't too much to ask. I won't be coming back.
02/08/2026: Being going here for years and had no complaints. Yesterday I ordered in store( normally order online) and three customers who ordered after me were served first. When I asked them did they forget my order, they blamed it on delivery orders! I said it wasn't and the staff member was extremely rude. Appears to be all new staff here and my last visit to this chipper.

13/03/2026: On 23/02 at about 8.30pm my adult daughter purchased a chicken spicebag with sweet and sour sauce at Millenium 2 Castleknock. Her previous meal had been lunch at 1pm on the same day. At about 11.30pm she was violently ill with projectile vomiting, severe stomach pain, diarrhea and cold sweats which lasted for several hours. Although she was not fully recovered the next day, the main symptoms had eased. We have reported the matter to the relevant authorities. Please draw your own conclusions, and proceed with caution.

09/07/2026: The woman staff in the cashier seems like has no ability to smile, talk when taking your order or anything related to customer service behavior, maybe change the person in the cashier to a more friendly one! Or put the automated machine that I can order by myself without seeing that wall face.
Also the toilet is very smelly!
29/06/2026: When I asked for the toilet code, the barista gave me the code. Yet, there was a sign on the door saying toilet closed. The only reason I bothered to buy a coffee was to access the toilet. This is unacceptable.

14/04/2026: Yet another price increase. Totally not worth it. Food was substandard. Chips were obviously reheated. Interior needs a new coat of paint. Everything looks tired, I cannot understand how they keep raising the price despite the decline in overall food quality. Ridiculous
04/04/2026: Gone far too expensive now for what you get. My same order is 3€ cheaper in the red rice. I have been a very regular customer there for a long time and go into collect the same order once a week. It comes to 24.80 but they refuse to give me a small bag of free prawn crackers unless I spend 25€. I have even offered to make up the difference or even give a tip which would bring the order over 25€ but they won’t do it. Given I spend at €1000 a year in the place I find this incredible. The girl behind the counter would hardly look at you never mind say hello to you. Incredibly stingy and very poor customer service.
