15/05/2026: I had a very disappointing experience at this Krispy Kreme. I had already paid for my order online, but when I arrived the app they are using had an error and wouldn’t show the order for pickup. I showed the staff a screenshot with all the details, but they refused to give me the order. I drove 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back for nothing. The staff member I dealt with was rude and unhelpful, telling me “don’t worry, your money will be back” instead of trying to resolve the issue. Very poor customer service and a frustrating experience.

18/07/2025: I came in to see two staff members working, and besides my order, there was only one other customer seated. Despite the light foot traffic, I waited over 10 minutes for just two coffees. Unfortunately, the wait wasn’t worth it — the coffees were extremely weak and lacked any real coffee flavor. If you’re someone who enjoys a strong, well-balanced brew, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

22/07/2026: If I could give 0 stars, I WOULD! Stopped at the bakehouse by Samuel Beckett Bridge, two weeks ago. It was a busy day in Dublin but does not excuse the service from the staff. Upon seating indoors, we ordered our drinks and when wanting to order sandwiches we were told we could not change something in them due to them being already made. We accepted this, but when our drinks arrived they were all the wrong drinks. There was only one staff member working the floor which was too much pressure for any one staff member, so again we gave benefit of the doubt! After our drinks were changed we patiently waited for 40mins. As there was no sign of our food , I went up to the counter and spoke to the staff and they informed me they didnt know anything as they were only new, they got their colleague who told me we would be 3 more orders until our food would be with it. All we ordered were general basic sandwiches. As I was at the counter so was a woman at the table beside me who informed myself and the staff she had been waiting an hour for her food without being told she would have to. They told her she would be required to wait another 15mins. This type of service is inexcusable and not considerate of people and their plans and days. We were also not told how long we would be waiting until I approached them. What was worse is there was no apology from the staff team!

26/06/2026: They closed 30 min early and while everyone is still around can’t even give a bottle of water due to private event

04/07/2026: Korean burger. Terrible there was more bun the burger. Load fries the worse ive ever had. Over priced. 1 portion of tenders 1 burger 1 fries 1 loaded fries And 2 very small cokes. €34 😬 Avoid

13/07/2026: My wife and I were verbally attacked by customer, older racist guy in his late fifties. After contacting the staff at counter to call Police/Garda nothing has happened. The guys at the counter hide behind the counter and didn't call anybody and also didn't intervene but they were watching how this person was insulting us on racist level. He was swearing our Polish mother and sarcastically saying welcome to Ireland. We were not even from Poland so bizarre so surreal. What a miserable person. We wouldn't recommend this place if you are appreciating your wellbeing/safety. There are many more nicer and safer places in Dublin where you can eat and enjoy with your family and friends without worrying that you will be attacked on racist levels.

01/07/2026: I ordered food and someone picked up the phone and promised they’ll send my food in 1 hr.. Food arrived in 3 hours now. shut this place down .

29/06/2026: This bag of slop,with the black hair included,will set you back 14 euro and 85 cents of your hard earned cash these days. I phoned to complain about the dirty hair but they didn’t seem too bothered. Even without someone’s hair in the food,it’s not worth your money. 6 maybe 7 pieces of meat for that price,ridiculous. It was handed back

30/05/2026: Ordered food at 9:30 didn’t arrive till 11:15, the food that arrived wouldn’t give to my worst enemy, the chicken could have gone through a brick wall it was that hard and the pizza had given up on itself and was sliding down the box and Jesus Christ the chips I don’t think the poor souls that went through the famine would eat these, fish was dryer than the desert and the only good thing about this order was the coke

10/05/2026: Really nice food, tasty, clean, good portions, and a good price (though they are creeping up!). Staff are very friendly and service is usually very quick.

One of your guys was shouting and talking to a customer stating, "Mera staff saal mein 1 baar naha ta hai" translation,"my staff takes a showers once a year" I mean how unhygienic is that... You guys need to train your staff to be hygenic first...

08/02/2026: I usually have an excellent experience in this Subway. Today however, this changed. I arrived to the Subway a whole half hour prior to close. I was met with locked doors (despite the fact there was a customer inside) (safety hazard?) When the customer was eventually let out, the subway worker was clearly trying to ignore us, and told us the shop was closed. No explanation. Why aren’t the hours advertised as closing at 4:30? Confusing.

13/03/2026: Absolutely dreadful spice bag. There was more salt in it than anything else, like a crazy amount of salt. Very little chicken or onions no chilli's. The chicken balls are 85% dough with a sliver of chicken in the middle. This place wasn't bad a few years ago but has really, really gone down hill.

06/07/2026: Ordered a coffee to have here but they made it to go. I mentioned again it is to have at the premises. The barista just dumped the whole thing in a cup and handed it to me. Kind of regret getting off the train in Connolly just for a coffee here. Definitely won’t be visiting again. Disappointing morning coffee.

14/05/2026: Perfect coffee, you get it incredibly quickly. Great for having coffee before work. Amazing croissants. Stuff is incredibly nice and helpful
