09/04/2026: Waited 10 min for a coffee and one hashbrown

01/04/2026: So, I decided to try the Filet O' Fish for the first time. I'll just attach a photo so you can see what you get for 5.80 euros. A tiny bun, an overcooked patty, sauce that looks like someone spat in the bun, and half a cheese. Seriously? This is ridiculous. This is where my experience with McDonald's ends forever. Why would I want this hole when there's Burger King and so many other places? McDonald's has been a dump for a long time now.

07/04/2026: The food was delicious, and the service was great. I would definitely be back again. Breakfast was also good; the scrambled eggs were tasty.

10/04/2026: The quality of the food is very hit or miss the last year. Very poor quality chips - very frequently undercooked and raw. I’ve had to ask for the chips to be “well done” when ordering to have them cooked to a normal level, but even then they don’t do it when asked. Used to be a 10/10 chipper, but not so keen now. Chips are the most basic thing and should be perfect every time.

12/04/2026: I personally really enjoyed my stay here. We payed for the deluxe room and it did not disappoint! Was so spacious and beautifully decorated with antique furniture. The only thing was the first room we were assigned had a 2nd door to stairs that wouldn't lock, so we informed reception and the security came up to assess it. He basically tried to tell us its still safe for 2 young girls to stay in a room with a door anyone can open from the outside, and that he's sure no one will try come in (even though there was another room's door right next to it). In the end we were moved to a different room within 20 minutes of informing the reception about the issue! The lady at the desk was extremely kind and helpful, and we were reassured that the lock on the door would be fixed in the old room. The noise is extremely loud from the club downstairs, but there are ear plugs in the drawers if it bothers you. I'm totally fine sleeping with noise so it wasn't an issue for us at all. It's definitely worth upgrading to the deluxe room for the extra 20 euros. I read about people getting 50 euros each held on their card as a damage deposit but we didn't have toz the receptionist didn't mention it so maybe it's for larger groups. Very happy with our stay and would come back again.

07/04/2026: *WARNING, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!* This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. We arrived and the elevator was not working, was told maybe it would be fixed. No help to bring our luggage up THREE FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. Room was small and cold, the bathroom was FREEZING. Do not be fooled by the pictures of the rooms and the continental breakfast on their website! We heard the music from the club EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. The receptionist with dark hair and glasses was of no help. Blond receptionist and the cleaning staff and breakfast staff were very pleasant.

18/01/2026: Place has gone downhill a lot. Ordered a kebab chips. Was Drown in Burger sauce. Not even chilli sauce on it and barely any kebab meat. The pizza was dry and not a lot of cheese on it. Shame it used to be a great spot but what I'm reading from other review it's gone downhill bad in the last year. Hope it changes back.

03/12/2025: Placed an order off of uber eats and they didn’t deliver what I had asked for ruined my night I tried too call too ask for a refund and the manager answered he refused too give me a refund and proceeded too ask me if I was a foreigner which I was disgusted at don’t come here and order food less you want too be racially attacked and too not even been given too food u paid for.

20/04/2026: Don’t even try to ring to place an order . Wait on the phone for 15 minutes and nobody answers . I went in the shop with the phone on call and the phones didn’t ring . I hang up called again and all the phones were on silent. Very nice

10/04/2026: Firstly of I have to wait in the shop for collection for 20 min even when the app showed the order is ready …. When they gave me the pizza it was a wrong pizza and it had pork on it and I am allergic to pork , when I told her that she told that I have taken the pork from somewhere else … then the store manager went inside and checked it seems that I was given the wrong pizza and my pizza was still there at the shop the manager gave me the right pizza …. But the girl was speaking about it was very rude in such a way that she almost threw the pizza in the shop …. Please check the cctv footage between 8pm till 8:40 pm Dublin time to get more details … the customer service at this shop has been poor since a long time and the stafff has no customer empathy at all

16/04/2026: Got the crispy duck with garlic sauce to go and it was amazing! Enjoyed the chicken and sweetcorn soup as well. The owner of the store was also nice to recommend dishes to us to our liking.

08/04/2026: The cashier very rude, pretend that he do not understand your english, no receipt, several times, with all my friends, missong food when you take away

08/11/2025: Very disappointing experience. The Szechuan duck was sour, the vegetables were raw, and the rice tasted stale. Overall, the meal was completely uneatable. I won’t be ordering from here again.

21/09/2025: Really not a good coffee shop or representation of Costa at all The coffee is always bitter, they don't have basic things such as cinnamon that you would need to cover up the taste of their bad quality coffee. People only come in here to get out of the rain. The staff don't really seem to care about the quality they serve anyway, so complaining doesn't go far.

15/12/2025: I've collected takeaway from here a few times in recent weeks. I typically ordered crispy chicken and black bean noodles. I found them pretty good and decent value. Recommended

20/12/2025: I used to visit this place quite often for their hot chocolate and always enjoyed it. However, over the past two days, the taste has been disappointing and not at all what it used to be. It felt bland and inconsistent, which was surprising given my previous good experiences here. I hope they improve the quality again, because this used to be one of my go-to spots.

15/05/2025: Wanted some Mexican and randomly came across this location as I was walking in the area. Service was pleasant, and there were a decent amount of options. Restaurant is a bit small, so if the local chavs aren't outside hogging the tables there's only a few places to sit inside. Felt like I got a good meal for the price paid, and it wasn't chain location glop.

22/03/2026: Ordered food came to 35.70 with delivery came to 40.70 in total delivery came price 46.64 so looked at order sticker on box they are charging 13 percent vat and 23 percent place is joke just check ya orders also in order got chicken and wedges combo there was only chicken in box no wedges and food freezing

19/03/2026: I ordered pizza today at 21:20, and the staff were very kind. What surprised me most was that she even remembered my name. I specifically asked her to make the pizza, as she does it really well, and she kindly agreed. Sorry didnt get her name, senior lady staff there. Thank you.
