31/08/2026: Worst chocolate milkshake in the city. The taste was too sweet and it was more vanilla than chocolate.

30/08/2026: The worst quality of food, it does not even taste like McDonald's in Poland. Not recommend.

22/10/2026: Terrible customer service, waiting 1.5 hours for a stone cold pizza, asked for a refund and was told the manager would contact me the following day, absolutely joke order elsewhere.

16/10/2026: Big open shop, friendly staff, excellent opening hours, picked up my pizza and it was great, Overall I had a really good time here and I will be coming again!

23/07/2026: Staff nice but slowest service. Saw loads of people come after me and get given their sambos before me. My lunch break is not long enough to wait this long for one bagel 😭😭

23/09/2026: An establishment that lies, claiming their restrooms have been out of order for two months. They simply don't want to let people use the facilities; I definitely do not recommend this place—it's a waste of money.

03/10/2026: I have order from here a good few times. No matter if I order for delivery or I walk in the staff seem utterly incapable of getting a order correct. I continually get the wrong item, or they leave stuff out completely.

11/10/2026: Disappointing experience and poor customer service. I ordered directly by phone: the Fresh Spaghetti Aglio e Olio with Prawns, with tagliatelle instead of spaghetti. I specifically asked for prawns. When the food arrived, there were none. When I called, they first agreed to send the correct dish. Later, they called back to say I would have to pay for it as a new order. They insisted I had ordered the version without prawns because that’s what the staff member read back to me. I named the prawn dish and asked for prawns. I shouldn’t need to know there’s a separate version without them. Prawns are listed as a €3.20 extra on their own menu, yet instead of sorting it out for that, they wanted me to pay for a whole new meal. I offered to return the food untouched, but they refused. Mistakes happen, but going back on a promised fix and blaming the customer is not good service. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

03/10/2026: Service is awful. On two occasions the order has been incomplete and on a seperate occasion I ordered online and was charged but they claimed they never got the order.

12/08/2026: Driver delivered my pizza to another place. Rang shop best they could do was wait 1 hour for my food. Crumlin branch needs an overhaul will never order from there again

18/07/2026: Great experience at Domino’s Crumlin. The pizza was fresh, hot and delicious, with generous toppings and a perfectly cooked crust. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, and my order was ready quickly. The place was clean and well organised. I’ll definitely order from here again!

07/09/2026: Just awful. The food was dreadful. All frozen. The prices are scandalous. Avoid.

23/08/2026: Margherita pizza was more of a cheese pizza than a margherita pizza. It had tons of cheese on it and the only basil was in the tomato sauce that was bitter tasting. Spicy pasta was good. Whole meal cost €41 which is a bit over priced for a cheese pizza and pasta with meat sauce.

15/10/2026: Don’t order from here you will be disappointed

21/09/2026: Ordered it, took a hour and 30 minutes and when it got here, chicken ball were cooked for like a hour too long, tasted disgusting and so burnt.

23/09/2026: Burger was rank, cheese tasted funny, meat dry, orange sauce from the Dragonball Z promo meal tasted horrible, got the butt ends of tomatoes and two small measly pieces of lettuce, gave me the wrong drink order and it wasn't even busy, just lazy looking staff hanging around the back getting things wrong.

07/08/2026: -be me 43m -go to order meat burger -cashier it inexplicably wet -ignore general wetness and order -receive food 23 minutes later -wet worker hands me bag -its soaked and hes even sopping wet -floor it covered in liquid im very confused -my burger turns to mush -im very confused by it all

29/05/2026: I went on a quiet lunch period. Service was quite friendly and despite the location the prices were actually quite good relative to other places in Dublin. Salmon salad was perfect in every way and was quite tasty and desperately needed after a long flight to get there. Service was very friendly and careful and they did check up on me several times and poured my water.
