The best restaurants in Dublin

16/04/2025: I visited this fantastic bar before Christmas last year, and it exceeded all expectations unfortunately the place has been shut down now . The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, with great music and friendly staff and lovely food by ‘Laacha Restaurant’ .

04/04/2025: It's closed. The website and IG look alive, same with open table. But there's a chain lock on the gate and the security at power court tells me they've closed up about 6 or 8 weeks ago.

12/12/2024: Absolutely shocking food waiting 1 and half hours for just fried rice and chips to be delivered and I only live 6 minutes away never again and was told that theirs no manager working their

15/11/2024: there is a delivery driver that has delivered to my house two times, the first time i ordered i missed his call and he was waiting for 5-10 minutes which i apolgises for and he was extremely rude about it, i understand it was my fault but he had no reason to be so rude. so fast forward i ordered again and the same driver has come to my apartment. sometimes just eat gets my adresss wrong and says it’s the hotel beside my house(literally a one minute walk). the driver rang me and said he was outside and i was walking down to meet him and he rang me again, complaining saying that i shouldn’t put in the hotel if i live in the apartments. just eat automatically put my address and it’s really not that big of a difference, i said i would walk to meet him. he then proceeded to flip me off and call me some horrible names.i don’t find this behaviour acceptable in the slightest and it has really upset me. i’ve ordered from ocean inn for the last few years and have never had an issue with any other driver. this guy has serious anger issues and should not be in this job if he is going to snap at people like this.

10/02/2025: Have been here a couple of times previously but this will be our last. Kids food - TINY portions of chips that didn't even look that great. Wife had French toast that was drowned in cheap maple syrup. When we asked about a replacement with the maple on the side, apparently it's the customers choice to have it served this month way according to our waitress - not that we were given this option by the waitress. Club sandwich was fine. The place appears to be struggling and it shows in the staff, their customer service levels and the quality of food. I'm not expecting this place to be around much longer.....but who knows.

08/02/2025: Awful "brunch" the avocado toast consisted of one tiny piece of hard sourdough with avocado and 2 hard poached eggs and a few cold cubed potatoes, eggs were also cold, paid 2.50 extra for 1 hard piece of bacon so 16e in total for what looked like a half portion. waited an age for our lattes which were too strong more like luke warm Americanos and never got the water we ordered, totally overpriced, won't be back.

21/03/2025: Took 1 hour and 40 minutes for the food to get here. I get it's Friday night but if it's going to take longer than the estimated time of 45-50 minutes, ring me and let me know, transparency and communication is key in this industry. We rang them endlessly with no answer as they took the phone off the hook. Eventually the food got here when I finally got through to the service desk and all she gave us was a meager 15% off our next order even though our food was barely warm and took double the estimated time. Absolutely despicable and completely let down from somewhere that we order from frequently and is usually super consistent. I don't reccomend Lin Kee on a weekend as they're "too busy". Thanks for the abysmal meal, really let down the party we had!

24/12/2024: I ordered a chicken green pepper black bean sauce to get shit the black bean sauce was jelly texture it's in the name BLACK BEAN SAUCE NOT JELLY I almost got sick eating it

05/12/2024: Not bad food compaired to the hair in the food next door. Furry Bug and Furry Lasagne.

22/12/2024: Nice coffee, nice treats but it's super busy and they could do with more staff. Also, a bit pricey and there is cheaper items with similar quality around campus so check them out also.

24/11/2024: Absolutely shocking, I had to ask for my toasted sandwiches to be cooked, the staff showed no interest and have no idea what they are doing. No customer service skills whatsoever, extremely rude!

08/03/2025: They are poisoning people. Not to mention the unestetic packed food. The fish is soaked in black, burnt oil, the fries too. After sending a emaiI to them I didn't receive a response even. I absolutely do not recommend it. I would recommend it to a health inspector to check not to eat.

02/03/2025: Nice service and gorgeous chips. The kids meals and milkshakes are a favourite woth my children.

20/03/2025: The Best chipper in Dublin ! Batter burger not too thick :-) Chips fantastic .. thick .. properly cooked Southern fried chicken really really good ... tender chicken .. crispy skin .. lots of flavour. The best thing ... the salt and vinegar !!! Propert tasty tangy vinegar ... not the usual water other places use ... still great tasting after bringing the food home. Really looking forward to trying other things 10/10

22/01/2025: I found this shop made you pay much much more double the price for good's than any other shop near by!!! Very bad crowd/customer's shop here one person asked me for money in the shop i will never shop there again!

27/12/2024: Plenty of options, deli, barrista coffee,ice cream, and pizza counter. Great deals on all ends especially lunch meal deal for €5.99.

31/03/2025: Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, 10 year olds would do a better job, left waiting in the drive through for nearly 20 minutes, order finally comes, order is completely wrong, shambles of a place, and the manager hasn’t a breeze at what they’re at

08/03/2025: Nice gentleman on till. Took my order and processed payment before taking ingredients for pizza. 🤣 he was genuinely very nice but the food left a lot to be desired. Calzone was undercooked and the chips were nothing to write home about. Go to Mizzonis if they’re open. The tenders were fine, too dry and crispy. Very average.

25/03/2025: Disgraceful ordered in shop went back and no order ready after 45 minutes why in this day and age and my I say not very pleasant staff never again never
