13/05/2026: Bland flavorless beef , watery tasteless and texturless mash and a few soggy carrots ! And this constitutes a carvery in Kay’s ???? Awful . And then to be charged €19.95 for the privilege. Lesson learned I won’t be back .

13/07/2026: Visited This place yesterday and was very suprised with professional service of the staff. We order one pizza for children and one for our selfs and we got one extra pizza for children for free. That was very nice surprise. Thank you and i recomend four star pizza 100%

18/04/2026: I visited Four Star Pizza Dun Laoghaire today, and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had there! 🍕✨ I’ve been coming here almost every Saturday, but today’s visit was on a completely different level thanks to Deepak Sharma. His service was absolutely outstanding, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to create a great experience.

15/05/2025: Wanted some Mexican and randomly came across this location as I was walking in the area. Service was pleasant, and there were a decent amount of options. Restaurant is a bit small, so if the local chavs aren't outside hogging the tables there's only a few places to sit inside. Felt like I got a good meal for the price paid, and it wasn't chain location glop.

28/04/2026: Have been buying food here for a number of years and have to.say the last 2 times the food has been very disappointing. On the last purchase a very simple 2 trays of curry chips, nothing complicated but yet the chips tasted half cooked and at most there was a tablespoon of curry sauce. Given the ongoing price increases its terrible that now even the sauce is being cut back on. Very disappointed

09/07/2026: placed an order approximately 13.00, with an estimated time. While I understand that delays can happen for various reasons, the delay in this case was excessive. We waited an additional 15 minutespast the estimated time and then check on the status. We were informed it will be don’t shortly. However, by 35 mins there was still no sign of the order, which was quite frustrating. What concerned me most was the attitude of the female employee Anna who answered me .she was very rude and stated that the order will be ready now “when it needs to,” which I found unprofessional and inappropriate. Is this the standard of training provided to your staff? I believe this interaction should be reviewed, as the employee clearly requires further training in customer service and professionalism. While I understand that employees may not always be able to resolve delays immediately, there is no justification for speaking to customers in a disrespectful manner. I strongly recommend reviewing your staff training processes, as experiences like this will make sure you start losing out customers.

20/07/2026: The food was very nice and warm, the quality was pretty good and I’ve ordered quite a few times here already and the food were all delicious, the staffes were very nice & polite and I got my food very quickly. Would come again, and I’d recommend people to come here.

20/07/2026: One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. I genuinely cannot understand how this restaurant believes this level of service is acceptable. I placed my order during normal business hours and then spent over two hours waiting for my food. Two hours. Not 30 minutes. Not an hour. Two full hours with virtually no communication, no meaningful updates, and absolutely no respect for my time. I was left staring at the order status, wondering if my food would ever arrive. After such an outrageous wait, I expected at least a freshly prepared, hot meal. Instead, I received food that was completely cold. Everything that should have been hot was stone cold. Crispy items had gone soft, the texture was ruined, and the overall presentation looked as though it had been sitting around for ages before finally being delivered. It was genuinely disappointing from the moment I opened the bag. To make matters even worse, the food itself wasn't even good. Had the meal been outstanding, I might have been willing to overlook some of the delay. Unfortunately, the quality was just as poor as the service. Bland flavours, average ingredients, and nothing remotely worth waiting two hours for. I honestly regret spending my money here. What is most frustrating is the complete lack of customer care. Delays happen—I understand that. Restaurants get busy. But leaving customers waiting for over two hours without proper communication is simply unacceptable. If you know you can't prepare or deliver food within a reasonable time, be honest. Give customers the opportunity to cancel instead of wasting their entire evening. Paying customers deserve hot food, reasonable service, and basic respect. This restaurant failed on every single one of those points. This experience completely ruined my evening. I was hungry, frustrated, and by the time the food arrived, it wasn't even worth eating. Waiting that long only to receive cold, disappointing food is beyond unacceptable. I will never order from this restaurant again, and I certainly won't recommend it to anyone. There are far too many restaurants that actually value their customers and provide food that's hot, fresh, and delivered within a reasonable time. If you're considering ordering from here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Save yourself the time, the money, and the disappointment. Absolutely unacceptable. One star is more than this experience deserved.

14/04/2026: Yummy food fast service and huge size too! plenty space to sit around they have halaal certificate which is a plus plus ❤️ definitely coming again and will recommend my asian friends too !

22/02/2026: For context, me and my Asian girlfriend frequent all kinds of Asian restaurants on the regular and only cook Asian food at home. Not kidding when we say that the food served by Seoul Kitchen at their street food stall was completely inedible. We ordered their Japchae and Half Half. The Japchae was just a pile of glass noodles with some sauce and a few vegetables if you can find them. Was impossible to eat, almost choked on it. For the Half Half, the beef and chicken and even the rice were both very dry, with flavours not something you taste in Korea. All over the place. Leaves a pretty annoying aftertaste in the mouth. We couldn't finish either dish. Barely could get through any of it, had to toss in the end. Waste of money.

15/06/2026: Had the nan sandwich with chicken, the flavours were so good but there was so much mayo (and I love mayo) that it made me feel nauseous. Also the chips were dipped back in the frier I’d say multiple times and not cooked fresh as they were pretty overcooked and very oily.

13/02/2026: The momo served here for 8 euros are not the authentic one. Just the ajinomoto brand chicken frozen gyozas that we get in asian shops. Not worth the money at all.

15/07/2026: Just went to order a diner from these on justeat.. over 9 euro for the single kebab and now they have a small order fee a service charge an delivery taking a 9 euro order to 16 euro..absolute chancers do not order from here

14/06/2026: Food was awful chicken in the baguette was black and like rubber no veg other than 3 prices of onion bread tasted stale. The taco chips had no taco sauce and a long black hair. The kabab meat was stale and like rubber and had very little sauce The food was picked up after 15 minutes but took over an hour to get a 10 mins cycle. 45 euro gone in the bin. Never again

10/03/2026: went on my lunch for a coffee today as I had one last week and it was nice and a relatively normal price. It was €6.65 for an iced caramel latte with regular skimmed milk. I went last week and it was €4.70… It tastes like hazelnuts so i assume they got the syrups mixed up. Unfortunately very disappointing and I won’t be returning. It’s a pity because there isn’t many options for a good coffee in the area

02/05/2026: Spent a whopping €350 on 1 starter, 4 mains, 3 desserts, tea, coffee, water and a €47 bottle of wine. Totally underwhelmed. I won't go into details as I don't want to be too unkind, suffice to say 5 star prices for basic food and experience. We were treating a couple to dinner and had to apologise to them later, did not raise it with the manager as that would have been extremely uncomfortable in the circumstances. I am writing this as a warning not to go to this restaurant and to spend your money elsewhere.

14/04/2026: Poor service and even worse food and prices. Steak was rubbery and fish was overcooked. Mash potatoes gummy and dry. Breakfast was decent however
