03/07/2026: Food is definitely just reheated, ordered a spice bag and the chicken was similar to chewing gum along with being cold, chips had next to no seasoning so would definitely avoid, I would suggest reducing portion size and concentrating on quality of food, no wonder its 3.2 stars......

13/07/2026: Visited This place yesterday and was very suprised with professional service of the staff. We order one pizza for children and one for our selfs and we got one extra pizza for children for free. That was very nice surprise. Thank you and i recomend four star pizza 100%

18/04/2026: I visited Four Star Pizza Dun Laoghaire today, and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had there! 🍕✨ I’ve been coming here almost every Saturday, but today’s visit was on a completely different level thanks to Deepak Sharma. His service was absolutely outstanding, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to create a great experience.

06/05/2026: Ordered this evening the food came really fast delivery driver was great but the food came the chicken and chips were so hard had to throw in bin way over cooked rock hard rice and chicken balls nice tho

22/04/2026: I placed a phone and when I g When t home with it, it was wrong. When I called the girl said it was my fault because I ordered incorrectly. I asked would she change it she said no. I returned the order to the shop. STAY AWAY, shocking service and awful attitude.

12/07/2026: Every time I come here the bathroom is out of order. People can't even wash their hands. The staff would not allow people to even use the sink. That is not higenic. Also the service is not good. I would not recommend this place.

10/07/2026: I live in the U.S. surrounded by SBUX and the standard of service in this branch is worthy of review by leadership. There was only one person serving when we arrived so there was a long line. A polite woman in her 50s placed and collected a large order. She then returned and said a drink was missing. Rather than simply make the drink, the female dark-haired barista chose to fight her. The woman had a slight limp and she made her walk out and retrieve the order. She then said she would be checking the security cameras. Just make the drink - even if she’s wrong, it’s not worth the bad feedback and lack of return custom from that lady and all the people she (and I) will tell. Eventually the barista conceded reluctantly that she had to make the drink and did so, with snarky comments to the customer (who to be fair, was telling her to ‘ off). Thrilled the three children I was with got to experience that :s

10/03/2026: went on my lunch for a coffee today as I had one last week and it was nice and a relatively normal price. It was €6.65 for an iced caramel latte with regular skimmed milk. I went last week and it was €4.70… It tastes like hazelnuts so i assume they got the syrups mixed up. Unfortunately very disappointing and I won’t be returning. It’s a pity because there isn’t many options for a good coffee in the area

27/07/2026: Went in this morning and ordered a breakfast bagel and tea, the woman took the order, gave me the tea and told me to take a seat and she'd send it over. 25 minutes later and a cold pot of tea it still hadn't arrived so I went back in ,got a refund and left. It's not as though it was busy , they just forgot to make it

27/06/2026: Walked in and ordered a Mexican melt and a cappuccino. The lady said you need to order over there and pointed at the floor tile beside the one I was standing on. Then a man came in behind me and ordered a sandwich and they started to make it. I was skipped even though I ordered first so I just left. I think the man who came in after me but was served before me was the same nationality as the ignorant woman behind the counter. I walked out without being served and I won't be back. I buy nice rolls from the deli in SuperValu beside this shop and they're much better than O'Brien's sandwiches

03/07/2026: I wanted to buy a kebab at this street stall but the seller forced me to pay cash regardless of whether I had any or not, so I didn't buy anything. I don't recommend it.

26/07/2026: Ray tasted like pneumonia, chicken kebab had more sauce and lettuce with no chicken. Ive enough grease on the plates to fill my deep fat fryer. 70% of the "food" went into the bin.

25/05/2026: Avoid this place!!!!Just got a kebab tray nothing in it doner meat burnt and I called and he hung up on me and was so rude ... 9euro a disgrace

05/09/2026: I visited this Subway today, September 5th, at around 2:10 PM with a friend to grab a snack. The store was completely empty, but the staff member serving us was incredibly reluctant and seemed to have no interest in helping us. Her attitude was sarcastic, dismissive and simply unpleasant. I’ve spoken to other workers around the RDS about this, and they said this is unfortunately a common issue with this store. It honestly makes sense why the place is always empty. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but customers shouldn’t be made to feel like they’re an inconvenience just for placing an order. Really disappointing service.

26/06/2026: Food was decent. But I felt the staff was rude and not answering properly. I have issues seeing the text on the colors and instead of answering me properly. They were like see yourself.

02/08/2026: Absolutely worst matcha of my life. Not whisked they just put matcha flavor there from bottle like ketchup😭 I do not recommend. Also the coffee was very “sour”

25/07/2026: Was there with a friend this morning, ordered Chai latte and a fruit scone , staff didn't seem to know what they were doing and the supervisor quite rudely tapped the tray to ask what I had ordered. When I told her she was only short of rolling her eyes . The scone was as I asked heated but was so hard I didn't eat it. My friends latte had been spilled on her saucer and not even replaced. The chai was only lukewarm . I didn't complain as I had on a previous time but definitely the last time I'll order there

20/06/2026: Hello it was my first time ordering. You substituted one of my items for another and while I appreciate they were both vegetarian items, you can please just tell me you substituted it as I did order for collection and watched you in store put my order together. They included a can of coke which I did not order or pay, I acknowledge this. But why not mention you substituted items. Very strange, suspicious and feels like the staff lack basic customer service skills. To other customers: don't order the BBQ chicken sub it is quite disgusting. I'll just get a pizza next time, may be better. And willing to give one more chance.

17/05/2026: Three months ago, I wrote a review as we had had an unsatisfactory experience with Four Star. Last month, we got another order from Four Star. I'm not sure what happened to one of our pizzas but it was almost as if the toppings slid off most of the crust to huddle in a corner of the box. I didn't do a review about that. Today we placed an order. We ordered cajun wedges and spiced wedges. We got spiced wedges (with no sauce even though we'd ordered BBQ sauce) and rather than cajun wedges, we received an order of chicken wings. Considering the person who ordered these wedges is vegetarian, receiving chicken wings was not acceptable. We had also ordered chicken bites with BBQ sauce; we received garlic/herb sauce, which is not liked by anyone in the household. Three strikes and you're out, Four Star. I think we'll need to find another pizza place moving forward.

09/07/2026: placed an order approximately 13.00, with an estimated time. While I understand that delays can happen for various reasons, the delay in this case was excessive. We waited an additional 15 minutespast the estimated time and then check on the status. We were informed it will be don’t shortly. However, by 35 mins there was still no sign of the order, which was quite frustrating. What concerned me most was the attitude of the female employee Anna who answered me .she was very rude and stated that the order will be ready now “when it needs to,” which I found unprofessional and inappropriate. Is this the standard of training provided to your staff? I believe this interaction should be reviewed, as the employee clearly requires further training in customer service and professionalism. While I understand that employees may not always be able to resolve delays immediately, there is no justification for speaking to customers in a disrespectful manner. I strongly recommend reviewing your staff training processes, as experiences like this will make sure you start losing out customers.

25/08/2026: It took almost 50 minutes for pizza to arrive even though it is in the same area, only a few minutes away. Pizza arrived cold and it was the wrong order. Extremely disappointed.

17/08/2026: I waited for 1 hour call the shop told me driver was there call me but nobody call us than Store manager saying me I am lying why Bad customer service never order from there again
