05/05/2025: Ordered at 22:05 a full 1 hour and 40 minutes before official closing. After 50 minutes i try to ring to check the order. No answer and follow up calls do not connect which points to the line deliberately being closed. After 70 minutes and attempting about 20 calls I tried a delivery driver number who answered and told me the restaurant was closed and he'd left over an hour ago. Been ordering from here for years and love the food but it's a disgrace to allow someone to pay almost 40 euro on the official restaurant app and give no indication the order will not be fulfilled, on top of taking the phone line off the hook to avoid my call. I am sure I will not be the only one burned by this tonight. Now I need to chase a refund and have limited options for dinner given the time. This is really bad customer service.

01/06/2025: After ordering food I waited 30 minutes and asked for update. I was told the kitchen wasn’t receiving orders that I had to hand in my receipt! No one told me this. The response I got was rude saying “I don’t know what you want me to do” While I waited I seen more guests with the same issue. Some of who sat down. I took it upon myself to tell the guests they had to hand up their receipt.. they received the same reception as me. The problem is it’s bar staff taking the order and there excuse was it’s not there job to tell guests to hand in the receipt. Shocking carry on. I bet no one from the company will reach out from these complaints here but said I’d post it either way

25/05/2025: Absolutely appalling service. Spent 50€ on delivery for the couples meal and got 1 burger. Completely unhelpful with the situation. Disgraceful.

15/06/2025: My favorite Starbucks locations in Dublin are this one and the one in Dundrum. The staff are friendly, and the way they prepare the drinks is so careful that they taste even better. I also really like the bright and welcoming atmosphere inside the store.

23/03/2025: Didn't allow me to get the drink I wanted. The next person who came after me was able to get it, that's not fair.

02/06/2025: Not sure what the staff’s problem was, but I called at 4:49 today to place an order for collection. The guy who answered sounded like he didn’t want to be there. I started giving my order item by item, but he stayed completely silent — it felt like I was talking to empty air. I asked, “Sorry, did you get that?” and he just snapped, “YES,” in a really rude tone. I then asked him to repeat the order, because from my own experience working in restaurants, I had a feeling he’d gotten something wrong — and sure enough, he had missed an item. Before I could even ask to pay, he hung up. I called back and was told to just pay on collection, even though I’ve always paid over the phone (usually with the friendly girl who works there), as my housemate usually goes to collect it. At that point, he called out “Christy!” — presumably his colleague — and I just hung up before he came back on the line. If you hate your job that much, maybe it’s time to leave. Hey Capri owner(s), it might be worth checking in on what’s happening with your staff/standards. Based on recent reviews and experiences like this, you’re at risk of losing loyal customers.

26/04/2025: I do not recommend this place. They scammed me. I ordered a Meal Deal from Pizza Hot. When I placed the order, there was no information or option about the size of the pizza. When I received the pizza, it was as small as my hand. It was very disappointing and felt like a joke. This is not acceptable and feels like a scam. The company should clearly tell the customers the size of the pizza before they order. Also, the pizza was very oily and the quality was very poor. It is not worth 18€. The delivery fee was not included in the price.

19/04/2025: Online ordering doesn't work; specifically address entry. Called to place delivery and employee didn't seem to understand the process.

08/04/2025: Ordené una comida para llevar. Mi plato era un satay de pato. Suave. No hay sabor del plato en absoluto. El contenido de pato era miserable y le parecía una carne de baja calidad. El plato de Singapur era casi todo fideos sin apenas carne. No recomendaría, y sin duda no volveré a pedir en este restaurante de nuevo. ¡Mucoso sobreprecio!

14/03/2025: Hi. I’ve ordered several times from here. Now all of a sudden they’ve decided that they don’t deliver to this address. ??? I called them and they were also extremely rude about it. Makes no sense. ? And whoever that rude person was answering the telephone Re around 8.30pm on Friday March 14th probably needs to find a job that’s not in the hospitality industry. Anyway. Don’t mind their food was never that good.

08/06/2025: Took my daughter here today I would never go back was always a good place for food and haven't been in a long while and it's gone very bad black pudden was absolutely disgusting toast was burnt on the back and looked good face up bacon was rock hard shocking for the price my daughters bacon was disgusting with her pancakes she wouldn't even eat it i tried it and no thank you 😢 the price of a can of coke was 4 euro day light robbery cost me nearly 39e for both of us shocking the prices for what was served never again

03/05/2025: This is a small subway and have limited options. Giving it just 3 stars as very few options for vegetarian. They were not having vegetarian patties and no vegetarian protein. Had to put hashbrows in sandwich 🥪 and even Italian herb bread during lunch time was finished to order.

13/04/2025: This place is great. I go here all the time after work and its quick, cheap, and good. The staff are good and very nice. They always put a lot of the filling in for me and do not hesitate when asked to put more.

04/06/2025: Ordering out of India link a long time now and it never disappoints absolutely beautiful food. Chicken is soft tender very good quality and the spices are so beautiful . We are always comparing this food when we go out to eat and India Link wins every time it’s just stunning 🤩

22/10/2024: The worst Italian meal I’ve ever had in my life! We received our meals 5 minutes apart from one another. The aubergine parmigiana was likely microwaved as it was still cold with just a melted cheese top. The pasta sauce was like a watered down chicken stock and the pizza was worse than a freezer version. With so many nice options in the area such as olivetto, belli dentro and dolce italia, I can’t understand how they’re still open!

05/10/2024: We happened to be in the area a Friday night to our surprised we managed to get a table for 4, the place was empty. Kids ordered carbonara and it tasted like no other carbonara we ever tasted before, no flavored whatsoever and was so dull kids wouldn't even touch it. My husband ordered a sausage ragu pasta and was chewie I was the only that kinda enjoyed my meal, I had the Tiger prawn risotto. The starters were so overpriced for what we got it was ridiculous to see the size of the brushetta. After all the disaster waiter came and took plates without even asking how was the food, maybe she is used to collecting full plates .... as no one will enjoy their food. If you are looking to over spend on crappy food this is your place but if you are like me ...enjoy good Italian food don't go there.
