20/07/2026: This was the worst food delivery experience I've ever had, bar none. The food wasn't delivered on time, which I could understand—everyone encounters unexpected situations. But what truly angered me wasn't the delay itself, but the restaurant's repeated deception. The estimated delivery time arrived, and the food hadn't appeared at all. I called to inquire, and the restaurant confidently assured me, "It will definitely be delivered within 10 minutes." I chose to believe them and waited patiently. Ten minutes passed, and the food was still nowhere to be seen. I called again, and this time the restaurant casually changed their tune, saying, "It'll take another 15 minutes." I ask you, is this actually delivering food, or just constantly making up new delivery times to appease the customer? If they knew from the beginning it would take 25 minutes or even longer, why couldn't they be honest and say so directly? Why make the customer wait and be delayed again every time? This isn't just a simple delivery delay; it's a complete lack of integrity. I can accept a late meal, but I absolutely cannot accept the restaurant treating customers like fools, constantly using "another 10 minutes," "another 15 minutes" as excuses. Customers' time is valuable, not something to be wasted indefinitely by the restaurant. If they're genuinely overwhelmed, they should honestly inform customers of the situation, even canceling the order is far more responsible than constantly deceiving them. No matter how delicious the food, it can't compensate for such terrible service. A restaurant that can't even maintain basic integrity is unlikely to treat its customers with respect. This experience has left me utterly disappointed. I will never patronize this restaurant again, nor will I recommend it to any friends or family. I hope other customers will be prepared before ordering. If you don't mind waiting, constantly calling to inquire, or being repeatedly told "please wait a little longer," then this restaurant might be for you; but if you value time, integrity, and basic service, this experience speaks volumes.

24/08/2026: What a fall from Grace. Ordered a spicebag on Saturday evening via Just Eat, it was soggy and I suspect microwaved or preprepared and left on a heater or whatever. The curry sauce was just brown and water. Really disappointing, I'm currently training and this was a cheat meal which made it all the worse, it was inedible and went into the brown bin. The place is best avoided after the takeover. Delivery was fast, I will give it that and the drivers are bang on.

17/08/2026: The overall negative reviews on Lin’s Inn astonish me!! Literally delivered my food 36 mins early, given me the best spice bags ever ( about 3 times now as I always return ) and I’ve never been disappointed !! The delivery drivers are always from the family themselves; I find it very touching, very kind and pleasant food service !!

11/09/2026: Ordered for collection 20 minutes before they closed and arrived 10 mins after I ordered my food. Only stepped through the door and was told it was closed, didn’t even get a word in. Told them I put an order in for collection and they told me that they didn’t get anything but as soon as I left I got a notification saying that my order was cancelled. If they weren’t going to take the order I wouldn’t mind if they cancelled it a couple minutes after but having me walk to the shop to tell them so they know that there was an order that they ignored is very unprofessional and the customer service… non existent. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

30/06/2026: When we walked in there was a guy possibly cupping coffee so I thought oh great this is gonna be a good coffee. But unfortunately I was so wrong. Service was slow, staff had zero interest. Coffee was weak and poured so badly. The girl at the til did my coconut flat white but she didn't look trained at all. The guy on the machine seemed a little better but still the latte was awful. Cakes where very dry. Maybe there's a better atmosphere at night here but it's not a place I would recommend for coffee at all.

13/03/2026: Good food choice but not dog friendly! Try "The Edge" it's not too far away, has Good food, lovely atmosphere and is dog friendly.

15/10/2026: The food was so fresh, healthy, and delicious. I needed this after all the hefty meals at pubs. Very affordable and conveniently packed for tours too!!!

16/08/2026: I bought a Mega Box today, but the pork ribs and chicken wings were undercooked. I contacted the restaurant, but they asked me to bring the food back. Unfortunately, my kids had already eaten some before I noticed the meat was undercooked, and they were unaware of the issue. This is very concerning and unacceptable.I already been eaten, and my main concern is the potential health and food-safety risk to my children and family. I am extremely disappointed

27/06/2026: This is a first for me, as I never leave bad reviews but unfortunately my stay in your hotel was a bad experience. There were a few sour points with the stay , I booked a Deluxe double for a concert Tuesday & stayed in room115. 1. Bathroom was kitted out for a mobility spec which thankfully I don't need yet in life or did I book 2. On arrival no remote for TV in room so strolled down to reception & received replacement, my partner lets me know still no good as TV won't switch on.i realise no power going to TV, walk down to reception again who obviously knew the first time I went downstairs (hence no remote)that the TV is broken & told they will try fix tomorrow. 3. My biggest issue was the shower,it was great weather Tuesday thankfully & my partner goes in for shower but the water is cold so I go in to double check incase missed a switch or something somewhere. Again I've to go down to reception & asked if problem with the hot water in hotel. She starts telling me I'm not using shower head correctly as have to shake shower head to run hot water, then I asked if maybe there is a switch on the wall that I may have missed or something which she dismissed. I asked could somebody in maintenance have a look at the shower as it was just 3.30pm but was rudely dismissed & told nobody available until tomorrow.

13/06/2026: Where do I even begin? I was warned that it was a cheap hotel, but I didn’t expect it to be this bad. Relaxing was impossible, and the overall experience was far from comfortable. I understand that you often get what you pay for, but even at a budget price, I expected a basic level of comfort and peace.

17/07/2025: Not gonna lie I don’t eventually want to write this review. We waited 50 minutes for them to bring me the wrong order, I ordered chicken roll with sweet chilli, corn and lettuce but they gave me bread and chicken, there was some kind of seasoning in the chicken and it was cold. Had to vomit in the bathroom for 15 minutes afterwards. For €20 each this is ridiculous!

14/07/2025: AVOID. AWFUL OVERPRICED FOOD AND TERRIBLE SERVICE . Ordered vegetarian breakfast burrito. It was cooked in same pan as bacon. When I queried this it was denied by staff member. Fortunately I could see food being cooked from my table only a few feet away. When I asked the staff member she blatantly denied meat and vegetarian food cooked in same pan. I had to walk her over to cooking area and point it out to her which seemed to leave her speechless. My son ordered Irish breakfast which was inedible. No apology from staff or manager. Very disappointing. When I asked for the bill the waitress asked me if I wanted the burrito taken off bill?! Shocked at how bad this was.

28/05/2026: Inside the Generator, this bar is pretty good. Good drinks and service. You probably won't find a local in here though.
