09/11/2025: ordered vegetarian veges w jollof and plantain, got none of it , bossman was rude as well

16/10/2025: I order for assorted peppers but what I received is nothing near Pepper soup ,it has terrible odour, the meat was rotten.very disgusting.the banga soup I also ordered was disgusting . Total waste of €90 and you are serving food poison.

26/11/2025: This is such a fabulous place for lunch, great food, flavours and lovely staff, would highly recommend trying the hot chicken sandwich!

25/11/2025: The reviews are all correct. The owner/manager lady snaps at you. Makes no effort to make her voice pleasant. The cashier young woman was very nice. But we got the quick coffee and breakfast we were looking for and a stool to sit on, very convenient and fast easy breakfast. Many people coming in and out for a coffe.

21/10/2025: Called there beforehand to ask if they still deliver because it was already kinda late. They told me they do so I placed an order online 5mins later. Waited a long time afterwards, just for the pizza to not arrive and also no one picked up when we tried to call.

20/10/2025: Honestly , chips were cold , the chicken was tasteless the barbecue sauce ??? I don’t know what that was but definitely not BBQ, everything was so off .. I’m so disappointed, it used to be a great place , the spicy bag NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

21/09/2025: Dirt! Got a spice bag, chips had no seasoning, soggy and under cooked. Chicken again no seasoning, dry and pink in the middle... I'll never eat here again

11/10/2025: The food is good but the delivery can be all over the place and they often get the orders wrong. When you ring back about incorrect orders/long delivery times the staff aren't very helpful or don't provide any solutions. I used to like Mr Chen's but I will be ordering elsewhere in the future, I have had too many issues ordering from here.

29/10/2025: Rude staff with attitude, bad service. Starbucks are charging a lot for a cup of coffee, maybe they could train their staff better to at least be polite with customers.

11/10/2025: I always go here because it’s close to my work and some of the workers are great but the ones who aren’t ruin it. I sometimes pre order on the app so I’m not late to work and yesterday morning around 9:30 I went to pick up my mobile order and the girl was asking me did I order it that day, accusing me of trying to just get free stuff🙄 I’ve noticed only certain members of staff while alone in the morning don’t get the notifications as if they aren’t turning the machine on or something or just not paying attention

16/11/2025: Security wants you to order something again, otherwise you won't be allowed to use the restroom. We do things differently in the Netherlands.

21/10/2025: Got a 3 in 1 yesterday with chicken balls. I asked for extra sauce in the 3 in 1. Well what i got was awful, I would say they're was about a spoonful of curry sauce so god only knows what I would have got if I didn't ask for extra. They are using cheap rice and chips which are awful. On top of that I drove round to my house less than 3 mins away and the food was cold. I mean how dangerous is it to serve cold cooked rice. Had to bin the lot. Sent an email via their feedback link on the website however this has been ignored. I used to bw a regular but not anymore. The place has gone down hill big time.

04/10/2025: Place has gotten so bad. Staff are friendly but their food has gone down hill so much over the last few years. Cheap cuts of meat, cheaper chips, cheaper sauces. I certainly won’t be back again. Had to bin the last food I got.

12/11/2025: I ordered veg pizza and it's very disgusting, they added full of tomatoes and nothing else. The taste is very bad. Never going to order and recommend anyone again.

01/11/2025: Ordered online they came to my house called me and left didn't even come to door then went back to restaurant

18/11/2025: I ordered a doner kebab, smoked cod and a garlic sauce. The kebab was very small with hardly any meat with a sludgy mix of salad and sauce that was stuck to it's wrapper. The meat was cold. I thought the smoked cod was a battered sausage on first glance it was that small. It was tasteless and the batter was tough as if it had been sitting on a hotplate for 5 hours. The garlic sauce had hardly any taste of garlic off it. Shocking food.

02/10/2025: The superfood and the place are very clean, and the food was fresh and tasty Kebab.

16/04/2025: I visited this fantastic bar before Christmas last year, and it exceeded all expectations unfortunately the place has been shut down now . The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, with great music and friendly staff and lovely food by ‘Laacha Restaurant’ .

04/04/2025: It's closed. The website and IG look alive, same with open table. But there's a chain lock on the gate and the security at power court tells me they've closed up about 6 or 8 weeks ago.

30/10/2025: Large order for a party, pizzas were overcooked, dried out, bland - like eating leather. Customer service appalling, a ‘tough luck’ and dismissive attitude which is dreadful when spending hundreds of Euro. Never again Blanch Mizzoni !

01/11/2025: Extremely dry muffins. We asked for a refund and they offered to give us new muffins which were just as dry as the other ones. Staff is not very friendly.

12/10/2025: Customer service here was honestly a mess. I got overcharged €2 for a hot chocolate, and when I brought it up, the staff tried to brush it off by saying that’s what I ordered. I had to explain three times that the math was wrong. In the end, instead of giving me the money back, they handed me a loyalty card and said that was the same value. Really poor way to handle a simple mistake.

09/08/2025: Worst breakfast iv ever had, food poisoning from the place, flys walking all over the heating food in the counter, rotten kip.

12/07/2025: Boss hogs is right.. ask a question told to look at the pictures!! Like honestly, speak to your customers respectfully! Answer the question? Disrespectful staff! Big turn off even though only 2 tables of people and 3 staff. Blown away by their ignorance!

12/11/2025: I was super disappointed. It used to be my favourite go to food place in NZ, so I got very excited. The pita was so sad - only a few pieces of chicken (mostly cold) it was overstuffed with mixed lettuce- ice berg and italian lettuce even though the menu says just iceberg lettuce. Despite being toasted it was mostly cold and the whole pita fell apart with first bite and was difficult to eat. Only has some of it anyway as it wasn’t good at all. It had no flavour. I ordered the hot peri peri chicken pita…. Wedges were hot & decent, the only 2 star saving grace. The guy at the till was friendly. Very disappointed.
