01/02/2025: I was very well received, my stay was incredible. I can't help but comment on the impeccable service provided by the receptionist Nara, she was very sweet. Always willing to help in any way she could, practical, friendly, quick and always showing great willingness to do whatever was asked. Without a doubt, if it weren't for Nara's tips and help, my stay wouldn't have been so incredible. Thank you Dublin One and thank you Nara.

09/09/2024: Toilets were an absolute disgrace, I have seen ones in better condition in nightclubs at 3am. Completely flooded toilet paper everywhere, bins overflowing weren't cleaned id say in weeks. Another review said the same 3 months ago! Would strongly question how clean the kitchen is if that's the pride they take in the bathrooms. The Restaurant is like something out of kitchen nightmares flooring is peeling off the ground my foot sank into a floorboard going to the toilet. Couldn't have spent a euro on the place in years. Prices are very expensive for the state of the place, McDonald's genuinely looks better. However the food was very nice and service was good.

06/09/2024: We visited this restaurant later on a Sunday evening and were quickly greeted, sat, and ordered. The food was fresh and tasty. The portions are fairly large as well. The butter Naan was super fluffy and great for dipping in our sauces! Two of our friends ordered the Mango Lassi and enjoyed that as well.

11/06/2025: Got here right before noon so it wasn't busy at all. Told them I was a hungry American that didn't eat breakfast. They served the food generously everything tasted fresh. The garlic sauce was a noiicccee kicker with the fish

08/06/2025: very good and plentiful food and honest price! the place is located immediately outside the station and very close to the beach, so it is also perfect for take away. the service, unfortunately, was not the best, but for the rest nothing negative to say.

16/06/2025: Rating 1 star because zero isn’t an option. Absolutely awful experience. I ordered food from this place and not only was my order incomplete, one item was completely missing, but when I called to report the issue, I was met with shocking rudeness. The person on the phone was not only dismissive but actually cursed at me and started asking for my bank details to process a refund. That's not just unprofessional, it's shady and completely unacceptable. The customer service here is a joke, and if you’re expecting common decency, forget it. I’ve never dealt with a business that treated a paying customer with this level of disrespect. Save yourself the trouble and order from literally anywhere else.

15/06/2025: Its my third time i am here and your server said u guys only have chicken karahi, lamb karahi and biryani only. Bbq is finished. Last time we are 4 guys here and ask for raita he said its finished. One of my friend know this guys he go and request for then he give only one time also i said i paying for that.l asked plz give samosa faster then main he give cold samosa then he said (Agr jaldi chaye tu cold e mily ga).he didn’t go for microwave. I asked my one of friend whats is this then he said he is here for couples of years.Your food is not bad but u have to train your staff how to deal with customers all tables is very dirty and he is talking with other guys. That type of thing is not good for business . Appreciates if u reply my review. Thanks

09/06/2025: The most consistently rude and unacceptable customer service I have ever experienced. This has happened on multiple occasions, to myself and multiple colleagues of mine. Extremely disappointing in a family owned business. This is probably the first negative review I have ever left, I feel so strongly about how we have been treated on a regular basis.

29/04/2025: Extremely disappointing! Ordered the fluffy omelette which was anything but fluffy in fact it was more like fried eggs & greasy. The mexican omelette was also disgusting. Also very expensive.

18/06/2025: Ordered pizza, it arrived and was stinking of mould, the pizza boxes had mould on them, rang the store and they said nothing they can do as the manager is off sick. We brought the pizza back to the store and we were told a refund would be put through by the manager when he was back off sick leave. That was 3 weeks ago now and no refund. We rang twice and we were told it's being looked after, but still nothing. Basically they just took our money and won't return it.

13/04/2025: Nice Halal Pizza and fast food shop. The people here are really friendly and cooperative. Many pizza varities and honestly they have some of the tastiest pizza in Dublin. Pizzas come in many sizes and flavours. Other options available like doner kebab, burger, fish and chip and many more.

08/06/2025: Multiple issues here- 1) firstly they’re masquerading as DIEP, still incredibly using the DIEP website and menu to accept orders for food items that DIEP used to offer at this premises 2) they say on their advertising they’re “rebranding” from DIEP - this is fake news apparently, upon enquiry they’re not thr same operator or company as the former DIEP but rather an entirely new operator! - false advertising!! 3) ordered a DIEP dish and they said they’re still making the same DIEP dishes, so I let them proceed - however when home, the food was a) very different to this DIEP dish (more false advertising!)… and b) awful 🤢! Perhaps the worst quality chicken I’ve had, hard to describe, adjectives like plasticky, gooey, mushy come to mind!… rice not good either… 4) the only saving grace was the nice girl on the front desk offered a credit on my account when I phoned up to provide aforementioned feedback. However based on others reviews my experience seems not unique and I’m hesitant to ever order here again unfortunately unless there’s a marked improvement in reviews 5) finally it’s a shame to loose DIEP, whilst not perfect it was still very good, service lately was excellent and good was reliably good… don’t know what’s happened to DIEP but the owners should a) explain how someone else is using their branding b) take action if this is not above board; RIP DIEP 😞

18/11/2024: Esta fue la peor experiencia gastronómica que he experimentado, tal vez nunca. Espantoso. Estábamos allí como rumbo a Hamilton. Pedimos bebidas y pedimos juntos. Dijimos que no queríamos tener menú pre-teatro ya que estábamos apretados por el tiempo, así que pedimos filetes del menú a la carta. Esperamos 20 minutos para una bebida, y recordamos al personal de espera dos veces para la orden de bebidas. Mientras tanto, parecía haber un problema con nosotros pidiendo filetes, ya que abiertamente, los gerentes nos estaban señalando como caminando. Parece que pensaron que estábamos reservados bajo un paquete de estancia, pero este no fue el caso. Finalmente, después de hacernos sentir bastante incómodos con el señalamiento y hablar sobre nosotros, se acercaron a nosotros y confirmamos que no estábamos reservados bajo ningún paquete. Después de 40 minutos llegaron nuestros filetes, salsa equivocada en el mío, y honestamente los peores filetes que he visto. Sólo podía comer la mitad. No tuvimos tiempo de enviarlos de vuelta o conseguir algo más, ya que teníamos un show y ya habíamos estado esperando 45 minutos. Galling desde el restaurante para luego cobrarnos 85€ por la experiencia. ¡NO TE VAYAS!

05/11/2024: I stop by for a drink after a loooong day. Prab was so friendly and had a great sense of humor. He made me a customized drink to comfort my hardworking day. Love it.

28/12/2024: We had a great entertainment program. The sound wasn't very good, though, and the venue could have been better, but the atmosphere was friendly, and we had a great evening.

28/06/2024: Cool place. Typical fish & chips, large and tasty. Free sauces. Apart from the toilet, which was terribly neglected, the pub was quite nice. And the atmosphere is also quite nice.

18/05/2025: Ordered the pizza waiting nearly 2 hours tried cancelling the order only for the pizza to arive cold and it be the wrong pizza rang the shop only for the manager to tell me it's drivers fault not them asked for pizza to be taken back waiting nearly an hour and a half left on hold by the manager for nearly 10 minutes do not order from this apache

16/05/2025: If I could give 0 stars i would, this place is a disgrace of a shop. Wish i read the reviews before ordering. We ordered at 7 and didn’t receive our food until 9:30?? no answer off the phone, when they did answer yer one was so cheeky the mouth on her. I had kids waiting on that food over 2 hours it’s not on. Avoid this place completely they don’t care about their customers what so ever. This is not over.

31/05/2025: We got a membership here last year, mostly to use the swimming pool. Our little one really likes the "waves" and the "slow river", which is why this is getting one star. However, the staff is beyond unfriendly, management is invisible (never got back to us), the place is very cold in winter, the sauna is filthy and not even hot... and the thing that put us off from ever coming back: today there were obvious signs of diarrhoea on the floor all the way to the changing rooms. Not going back, not renewing.

17/05/2025: We go here every week. My kid loves it. There is a wave pool and two slides. Theres also a small lazy river.
