22/08/2026: I came into this store on Saturday the 15th of August my sister and I both ordered Frappuccino’s. The lady who was serving us must have misheard me saying my name and order because both were wrong, when we went up to the counter after waiting for a few minutes the same girl barked at us saying “these are yours!” I was very taken aback because it was for “Lee” which is not my name, and it wasn’t what we ordered :( We said to the lady very politely that it’s not what we ordered and she actually tutted and rolled her eyes at us. I have worked in customer service for nearly 6 years and I could never imagine talking to a customer like that for my mistake. It was hurtful and quite mean :(( It was also our birthday ,:(

20/08/2026: I regularly get matcha from Starbucks, and it’s always been amazing. But today, for the first time ever, I had the worst matcha I’ve ever tasted. It was about 90% milk with barely any matcha flavour — it honestly tasted like milk with a slight green colour😞 I visited this Starbucks between 8–9 AM on 20 August 2026, and I really regret coming in today. Very disappointing, especially since I normally love Starbucks matcha.

15/03/2026: They prioritise delivery orders over people that are actually waiting in line. If you don’t mind to wait 10 minutes to order (no one in-front of me) for an over priced food and coffee, this place is for you.

17/08/2026: Ordered from them and they kept pushing the time to deliver back for up to 2 hours. When I asked the 4th driver I was assigned to ask when it would be ready, he told me they didn’t have something for my order. How hard was it to ring me?? I doubt they would’ve sent anything out and hoped I didn’t ask for a refund. Ridiculous.

16/07/2026: The bread isn't nice and there was a bin overflowing behind the counter. Never again.

11/09/2026: Used to be a great chipper with previous owners. Got the driest inedibly dry chicken and the most flattened burnt burger I've ever seen in my life. Inedible. Also they were not friendly and were very loud and the smell of burning should have warned me. Just a horrible place now. Never again. Whoever owns it the people working for you will run it into the ground for you with their attitude and lack of basic cooking skills. Disgraceful.

09/04/2026: I had high expectations for Macari in Inchicore, especially since the place itself has a nice ambiance and looks like a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy a meal. The seating area is decent, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant enough for a casual visit. Unfortunately, the food did not match the setting at all. The pizza was very disappointing. It arrived cold and did not seem properly cooked. The base felt underdone, and the overall texture just wasn’t right. The taste was also quite off, and the cheese in particular had an odd flavor that I didn’t enjoy. I had ordered a chicken pizza, but the chicken toppings didn’t seem properly cooked either, which made the experience worse. I also ordered chicken wings, hoping they would be better, but they were equally underwhelming. The flavor was lacking, and they didn’t taste fresh. For a place that looks inviting and comfortable, the food quality really needs improvement. It’s frustrating when the ambiance is good but the main reason for visiting, the food, falls short. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the pizza or wings here unless there are noticeable improvements in quality and consistency.

21/07/2026: Takeout only. The quality of food depends, I suspect on whom they have cooking on that particular time. Sometimes they have it just right, other times it is below their standard.

29/05/2026: I got terrible food poisoning from this take away. Sick for the last 24 hours. Not recommended at all.

15/07/2026: My experience of BOSS HOGS in Clondalkin Village, AVOID!! Today I went on a walk with my 3.5 month old in his pram, he wasn’t due a bottle but as nature calls he looked for a bottle and I couldn’t find anywhere for shade, laurels wasn’t open, passed east village (would usually go here and they would have no problem if you buy or don’t buy but I get a coffee here every day) Sat outside, which was empty and started to feed my son as a girl came out and said “you can’t feed here babe” I said babe? Never asked me did I need a coffee or such. I went inside said to the manager that it’s so warm out I can’t find shade and human nature calls a baby needs to be fed and he said that wasn’t his problem it was for his customers only, I said she never once asked did I need anything but there is no such thing left of empathy around here no wonder businesses close with that attitude! I had to leave with my baby crying and hungry, I would have bought the whole shop and more if I had to feed him. Would always give my business to East Village, living in Monastery and on Maternity leave I buy a lot of coffees, they’re so accommodating with babies and mothers, unlike boss hogs which is clearly always empty anyway!!

29/08/2026: Staff are friendly, fast and well known of their products/offers. I always come back to rhis branch.

22/08/2026: Ate there yesterday, was my only meal of day. Got sick 1 hour after, got stomach flue... Never again

08/06/2026: Really could be more clear that the bacon cheese fries come with garlic sauce all over them half the order not able too be eaten

17/03/2026: Very poor service !!! Ordered online and supposed to be ready in 10 minutes. We arrived 15 minutes after the order went in and we still have to wait another 25 minutes in the shop. I won't recommend !

06/09/2026: I got a take away from summer inn ballyfermot, it was absolutely inedible,so so salty, all 3 of us only ate a bit of our meals & the rest went in the bin, total waste of €50.

15/07/2026: the quality has gone through the floor. the last 3 orders have been consistently poor, no seasoning on spice bags, rubbery chewy chicken that even the dog nearly choked on. the black bean sauce was also sour, felt sick after eating it! never again.

12/09/2026: Absolute disgrace!!!!! Appalling food/service & attitude of staff- to be avoided. Staff handling food and payments, no gloves, one man took his hat off ran his dirty hand through his long hair and put his hat back on before serving us. Curry chip tray was like soup with a few (cold) chips floating in it and the strawberry milkshake couldn’t be drank using a straw as it was just chunks of ice and tasted horrible!! Deserves to be shut down 🤮

02/09/2026: I stumbled upon this place as I was in the area looking for a late breakfast, it was around 3pm, had been on the go all morning and it got a bit late to get a sandwich from a deli so said to myself, chipper will do. So I ordered a dinner box, plenty of salt and vinegar, garlic sauce and a can of coke. It was the first time I've tried this place, took a few snaps while I was there hoping this might be a handy go-to for a quick stop when I'm In the area again. In fairness the service was good, guy working there friendly, chips were good, garlic sauce was good, coke was nice and chilled out of the fridge, but unfortunately one of the 3 pieces of the chicken was chilled too. I had to put it aside to bring home for later to make a chicken sambo. The two hot pieces were alright as was the chicken sambo I made for a bit of supper. All in all not completely impressed but I may swing by again in the future and try a burger or a pizza, will update on that at a later date.

14/07/2026: I visited this all-you-can-eat restaurant with my family, and we were all extremely disappointed. The food was not tasty at all. There were only a few dishes to choose from, and none of them tasted good. The restaurant was also very dirty, which made the experience even worse. You have to pay in advance, and in my opinion, the price is far too high for the quality of the food and the overall experience. Everyone in my family was unhappy, and we would definitely never come back. I am honestly surprised that a restaurant in this condition is still allowed to stay open without better hygiene inspections. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

01/07/2026: The place is absolutely filthy and covered in rubbish and despite the place being empty, not one of the staff could care enough to clean it. They’re constantly forgetting items from the order and have a generally snippy mood when asked about missing items. Report lodged with the health inspector
