The best restaurants in Dublin

04/07/2026: I ordered two subs with completely different things on it, they didn’t have one of them so we changed the order and for some reason she made both of them the same. I didn’t mind maybe it was a sign to get something different, she didn’t put the salsa that the tex mexan comes with I then told her the veg I wanted (the one the Tex mexan came with) start putting Tomatoes in it which it blatantly doesn’t come with. During this process I specified twice I didn’t want the spicy sauce on it. She put it on anyways. I went to subway for an Italian BMT and somehow came out with a sub I didn’t want with nothing I wanted on it. We all have our bad days but for €20 worth of food I’ll be spending my money elsewhere. No hate on the girl because I know how hard these jobs can be but not listening to a single word I said at any point of the transaction and making 0 effort to rectify the situation. It was around 2/2:15 4th of July.

20/01/2026: Food was unhygienic and staff was uninterested in taking order.

30/01/2026: Southern fried chicken was awful, bland. Curry sauce not the best. Chips were nice though

16/01/2026: Got a smoke cod and not jocking a i had bigger fish fingers.what a rip off

08/02/2026: I have being ordering food from good fortune for 15 years and last night our order was absolutely dreadful, greasy slop. When I rang to complain they refused to offer me anything by way of compensation. This is my first complaint but they were no help. I will never order food from here again , food was dreadful and service dreadful

31/01/2026: Food has gone to the dogs, not a bit of flavour. So much oil, and the satay sauce tasted like a cup of dirty oil and left overs

17/06/2026: A bit confusing when u enter as there is no one to seat u then they arrive and seat u give u a menu with no words exchanged, I ordered a coke and food , coke glass was old and residue from dishwasher in it got a new one and it was worse , food arrived walking in grease and cold , staff are very inexperienced and lack of interest cups are on a tray with rim facing down and no napkin in between , staff on there phones behind work station , very disappointed, best part was the view out the window

05/05/2026: Really disappointing. I visited when they first opened and the food and service were a lot better. I ate here between 11-12 on a Tuesday morning, and it was quiet. I was seated quickly. Ordered avocado toast. The portion was small , and the potatoe cubes that came with it were stale and lukewarm. Tasted as though they'd been reheated. The table wasn't checked on until I was finished which in this day and age, isn't good enough. Especially when it's quiet.

16/03/2026: It is very dry and very spicy, you can't eat it, I don't recommend it at all.

07/04/2026: This was probably the worst spice bag ever.The chicken was grey,and didn't look like chicken. It was supposed to be shredded but it wasn't and it was hard. Chips were just okay. It was the most expensive spice bag I've paid for. €10 and it was supposed to large.well it certainly wasn't large it only filled a bowl. The veg which I didn't ask for consisted of greasy onions. I definitely wouldn't recommend that take away ever. You expect nice food when ordering, especially at that price. Food went to the bin.

29/04/2026: Pretty awful meal tonight delivered to me via Uber the meal was completely ruined. While order was covered in golden syrup inside the bag.. banana fritters I ordered were mouldy and black

11/04/2026: If I could leave 0 star than I would, between ordering and delivering food took around 3 hours! Called direct they said it should have been woth us and when confirmed not they said its on its way. Food arrived cold and not what expected. Won't be ordering again.

07/07/2026: Visited on a weekday and it was nice and quiet, with plenty of seating available. Staff were actively keeping tables clean, which made the whole place feel well looked after. I went for the Three Legends meal — everything was fresh and really tasty. The chicken salt on the fries was a standout, absolutely delicious. Wings great and SFC leg was excellent

06/07/2026: Absolutely terrible KFC, the Managers attitude stinks, kiosks were not working properly and people had to pay at the counter. The way he spoke to customers and left them waiting for so long was absolutely disgraceful. You would think it was their fault, I think I heard him say his name was Jorge to someone that he was arguing with.

06/06/2026: I was completely disrespected once again by the manager at this location. I previously sent an email to the company regarding the unacceptable treatment I received from the same manager a week ago, and I never received any response. Today, he disrespected me again and even admitted it, saying, “Yes, I did disrespect you.” He also told me that he doesn’t like people like me. How can a company place someone so emotionally unstable in a leadership position? Someone like this should not be managing a team or dealing with customers. Being treated with such disrespect is unacceptable under any circumstances. It’s truly disappointing because the other employees are incredible, polite, and always willing to help. However, this manager is completely unprofessional and creates a terrible atmosphere. With him there, the environment is awful. Without a doubt, this is the worst place I have ever been to.

23/07/2026: As an Italian, I was impressed by the quality of the pizza: very crispy and made with excellent ingredients. The fries were delicious. The staff was very friendly; I highly recommend it.

26/05/2026: Went there before 8 pm no staff at the counter waited for 10 mins staff returns and says we are not serving I could see online orders being prepared store is supposed to be open till 10 pm if the staff isn't in a mood to work or server customers due to work fatigue or any other reason try at least to be a bit pleasant to other human being.

26/05/2026: Went there before 7:45 pm staff is at break came back at 8pm still not back from the break if the closing time is 9pm Ur on break before 7:45pm and then never return till the store closing at 9 so better just close it at 7 and update the details online

12/05/2026: Subway is absolutely my favorite fast food restaurant, so it was definitely a nice surprise to find one here. I like the way you can customize your sandwiches, and the staff were kind enough to help me choose. The space is quite narrow, but still enough to move around. You can't eat inside.

22/03/2026: Avoid this Chinese at all costs!!! Wish I could give this lower than 1 star. Used to order from here about a year ago and loved the shredded chicken, ordered again for the first time since and the chicken is completely different to before. It was disgusting, stringy, purple????and completely raw - it went straight in the bin it was inedible, I genuinely don’t know how they can serve food like that. Afterwards I came and looked at the other reviews because I actually thought I had made a mistake and ordered from the wrong restaurant by accident but unfortunately not, it just seems to be a common thing that they don’t cook their chicken for any of their customers now 🤷‍♀️
