04/03/2026: Food was 2 hours late... The person who answered the phone didn't seem to care too much and just wanted me off the phone without even an apology. Food was cold when arrived and the chicken was so bad I actually had to clean the sauce off a chunk and make sure it was even chicken. I couldn't tell so I threw it all in the bin along with the cold soggy chips . It's a shame because when we were growing up in the area it was a quality chipper. If I could give it a lower ranking I would.

25/02/2026: Had a delicious takeaway from here. Food was hot, portions was good.

15/12/2025: Breakfast is cheap not worth the money 17 euro . This is what you get, One Tomato burned and no taste left that on the plate small beans cheap ones again no taste. Some tiny roast potatoes what ever you call them. And toast extra for tea . Ripp off its a pity people don't review more on rip off places in this country name and shame them..if he asked me at the till.how was my breakfast I'll ask him to read this.

12/12/2025: Location is nice next to food court in Liffey Valley mall. It is quite spacious place. I ordered prawns taco. They were average. Instead of fries I asked for side salad. Salad was average but they served ketchup with this.(Maybe they forgot that fries were replaced by salad). Anyhow prawns were crispy and yum.

11/02/2026: I came here for a coffee and a seat while killing time before heading to the airport. No complaints. My order was made promptly. Staff were friendly. I had peace and quiet while I drank coffee and people watched. Its a busy place, so seats were limited.

07/02/2026: Went today with my girlfriend, the man making the coffees was as ignorant as can be, he got both out orders wrong, and then got his back up when called out on it. We had a vanilla latte without vanilla syrup, and a pistachio velvet latte without any of the velvety cream on top, both coffees tasted absolutely burnt, and I wasted my two free drinks on them. Never again will I darken the door of this place

21/09/2025: Couldn't tell you about the atmosphere as I ordered on just eat , delivery man was on his toes as we are located in corduff , can't blame him , he was a nice fella all the same. The big issue here was the scaldy pizza , the thing was proper doughy and undercooked, could have used a good 5 to 10 mins more in the oven , ill put up pics of the slightly cooked under carriage. This will be the last time I order from here , proper waste. Wont let me post a picture. Your lucky , because the absolute state of the pizza we got

20/06/2025: Just ordered a kebab with garlic and chilli sauce no chilli sauce on it delivery driver not the proper change left me 5 euro short really poor service avoid

24/09/2025: O’Riordan in Finglas is an absolute kip. My friend and I were sitting outside, peacefully enjoying a few pints, when a bouncer came over out of nowhere and told us to leave—no explanation, no warning, nothing. Being treated this way was humiliating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Honestly, this place should not even get 1 star. The staff’s behavior is shocking, and the overall atmosphere is terrible. I strongly advise anyone considering visiting to think twice.

10/03/2026: Since the change of management the standards have dropped, inconsistant order filling when collecting a phone order, you have to query what is in the bag everytime you collect to make sure your order is complete. Quite expensive too. Best - Chips were ok and a decent portion size. Worst - Chicken burger - Q (out of a potential 7Q's) - you dont put raw onions and ketchup on a Chicken burger!

15/01/2026: Orderd from this place never received my order, they told me I had tge wrong address, but obviously I know where I live. They then refused my calls both restraunt and courier. I reckon this place is probably a scam, never got my food, refused calls. Not certain it's scam but based on my experience be weary.

08/02/2025: Index is gone. The security staff, who many people have mentioned before, were an issue. I was there with my girlfriend and had a bean bag with me. One of the bouncers jokingly called it a "lady bag" and kept laughing at me. I didn’t want to argue with him because I knew he wouldn’t let me in after, but honestly, some basic customer service would be nice. I paid for my ticket, which helps pay their wages, so a little professionalism isn’t too much to ask. I get that they don’t need to be geniuses, but hiring staff with at least some common sense and a professional attitude would go a long way. The security checks also feel more intense than at an international airport. And maybe try opening on time? We know you’re the only club in Dublin, so we don’t have many options, but this is Ireland—it’s windy, and it rains. Standing outside for an hour in that weather is enough to make anyone sick. I used to love Index, not gonna lie.

01/02/2025: Mind the bouncers, they will sack you for the minimal reason or not let you go in if you arrive late doesn't matter if you have the ticket already.

10/12/2025: Really Disappointing experience with Paramount hotel i recently visited in December 2025. The room had no ventilation and there was really bad smell in room coming from toilets like Urination, even after spraying perfumes and doing all possible stuff it felt like puking all time couldn’t sleep all night as bed was just beside toilet. The room was not so spacious it was bathroom sized rooms. Worst worst worst experience i ever had. I recommend everyone who is reading this review please consider booking another hotel as this will give you Trauma for life…

19/11/2025: Would highly recommend! The Sweet & Sour Hong Kong–style chicken was absolutely gorgeous, and the chicken balls were huge too! The lady at the front was really helpful with my order. Definitely coming back,great Chinese food! ☺️

19/10/2025: Absolutely gone to the dogs. Regular customer and I will never order from them again. Three orders in a row they have forgotten items and this time they forgot items that the said they would send out and didn't, got other items wrong and the whole order was soaked and soggy in the bag, avoid this place. They are useless. Paid €40 for my food and it's all in my bin, offered me €30 credit and I can tell you now I will never spend it. Won't ever eat another bite from that kip.

15/02/2026: We ordered from here and food was lovely. I had the vegetarian pizza and my partner has the Donner tray and chips. Both decent meals for the price. Service was good and delivery was quick.

10/11/2025: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received. I placed an online order with Chef Ongar, and I believed the payment had been processed. However, the delivery driver informed me that the order was unpaid upon arrival. When I offered to complete the payment online, the driver's demeanor became unprofessional. He raised concerns about an incorrect address, despite my consistent use of my Eircode, and then entered my residence without permission. Following this incident, I contacted Chef Ongar directly to arrange online payment, which I promptly completed. During this conversation, I was informed in a threatening manner that my patronage would no longer be accepted. As a loyal customer at this address for five years, this is my first negative experience with your establishment. Consequently, I will be discontinuing my business with Chef Ongar.

12/11/2025: Walking in to an empty building was the 1st sign some thing was a miss. 1st stop in through a door. Elephant and Castle had to leave there and go in a different door. No greeting no hello just a moody teenager with zero interest in working or asking if she could help. After sitting in an empty pub for 10 mins I asked could I order. I was told to go to the far end of the bar and order. I did this and returned to my seat. After 15 mins I enquired as to time frame for food. To be told did I not hear them calling my number??? I was the other end of the pub in a different room with music playing. Food was ok, seasoned chips are over kill not pleasant. Considered asking for a refund, but the head on the one behind the bar, I decided to leave it. Not worth a pit stop.

27/10/2025: Our burgers were mushy from oil… I’m after waking up there from a bad stomach, vomitting Judging from the last lot of reviews, you should really improve the standards of the food here, if all you are receiving is complaints and upset stomachs… Disappointing
