01/01/2026: The food is the worst Chinese I have tasted . It very plain dry . Don’t waste your money. You can cook better food at home .

30/09/2025: Friendly staff, & coffee and scones are good. They have a deal on these which makes the price very competitive.

28/09/2025: Really poor Wifi here, not useful if you want to get anything done! Pity though, has lovely windows and lots of natural light, which is rare in the Blanchardstown concrete jungle.

03/10/2025: Order take away lamb rogan josh meal once in a while. Always very good quality. A real treat. Love the rice. When you find bay leaves and cardamom you know it's restaurant standard. We did have a meal at the restaurant once but we were the only ones there so no atmosphere. There is a indian closer to me but food is not as good and the guy taking the orders is abit off.

13/09/2025: We ordered a takeaway from their app directly. It told us our food would be with us in 50 mins. 1 hour and 20 minutes later, still no food. I checked the tracker on the app, only to see that my food had already been delivered! I chatted with someone over the app and was told they must be close enough to deliver, but just struggling to find the house (also not the case). 'Delivered' should indicate the food has actually been given to the customer. We are used to delays with ICC and the food was fine, but don't lie to your customers or misrepresent timings to make it look like things are better than they are - it's really offputting.

10/01/2026: Waited for 30 mins to order because machine was broken, didn't get the full order and had to wait another 20 mins, Terrible!!

09/01/2026: They keep forgeting something or giving you completely wrong order after long waiting. Food is never hot, mostly just warm. Fries have nothing to do with MCD fries. Burgers dry as they are saving on sauces.

10/10/2025: Over hour &15 mins delivery food cold &gull of grease uneatable never get food from here again

06/06/2025: 2 bad experiences with this company. First time I ordered the delivery driver rang to say they were outside went out and no one was there. I rang them back they said they think they were in the wrong estate. That they would be another 2 mins. 20 mins later still no sign of food. Rang the shop the delivery driver answered and said they were putting fresh food on. Happy days. Another 20 mins later the food arrives and it was just reheated crap. Rang them after they said they were replacing the whole meal but when we rang back they said they only replaced the chips which weren’t fresh. Decided to try again rang them and got through to a Chinese woman with very very little English. Who could not understand the address which I spelled out and still couldn’t get it. or what I was ordering. (Kebab meal and garlic cheese chips) nothing too difficult. Just before she hung up the phone she gave out about me to her colleague. Maybe have someone fluent in English to answer the phones will not order again

22/10/2025: Decent food although quite pricey. The service is pretty chaotic and slow.

27/05/2025: Hotel is nice, but restaurant food and service were very poor. Would not recommend eating here.

09/01/2026: Second time ordering and both of our 3 in 1’s are literally 80% rice, both times! I assumed the first time was a mistake but that was my mistake! It’s nothing but greed on the owners part and we will not be giving them our business again.

22/11/2025: The person who was working on this day give me a bad experience for cost of my order 2 half sandwich for 44 euro as we know the prices of subways allover the world this kind of restaurants anyway is a personal behavior that is....😑😑

29/10/2025: 29/10/2025 The fella who was working in subway in northwood on this date was exceptional. He made me and my mate two delicious meals. He was an extremely well mannered gentleman deserves a promotion setting standards. He normally works in omni but was covering today he told us. If possible get this to message to him Thank you

24/12/2025: Clean, fast, efficient..... The staff here are fantastic. It's never very busy so the food is always freshly prepared and served hot.

05/12/2025: I visited the Bagel Factory in the Omni Shopping Centre, Santry, and while the food and coffee were perfect, the customer service was very disappointing. Staff were holding a table for themselves while customers — including me — had nowhere to sit, and that table wasn’t even used the entire time I was there. One very young staff member seemed to be running around doing everything, while the two more senior staff members stood back and barked orders at her. It created a really unpleasant atmosphere. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t spend another euro there. The customer service needs serious improvement, both for customers and for their own staff.

08/01/2026: The cons first because they are dominant: The WORST attitude from the woman most often answering the phone and manning the counter. HORRENDOUS, and a huge barrier to ever buying anything at this store. I only buy anything here if my other options are seriously curtailed. Pros: decent Chicken curry (which is made with dark meat and loads of onions). Not cheap.

07/10/2025: Unfortunately was very disappointed with my food. No flavour watery source and tasteless chicken,not nice at all. Service was gd girl was friendly but disappointed my meal

23/10/2025: I can't see how any of the positive reviews are actually legitimate. This company is not actually a bakery that makes cakes etc under the name of Mannings that most people in Dublin would be familiar with. So if you call this company, which is called Mannings, just the same as all of those lovely cake shops, you will be greeted by an annoyed and rather rude person. Granted he must be pretty fed up explaining to callers that this Mannings Bakery is not the Mannings Bakery that sells cakes but when your company name is the exact same as another, and it definitely isn't the callers fault then being rude isn't acceptable. Maybe it's time for a name change. Plus I can't see how some reviews talk about the lovely items they collected as I barely had the words "I'm looking to order...." out of my mouth when the rude receptionist cut me off. They didn't even ask what exactly I was trying to order and basically told me to go away!
