The best restaurants in Dublin

18/09/2026: The place is clean and the food was okay. Some staff members are nice, but others are extremely rude. I placed my order at around 7:20 pm, but the attendant was visibly frustrated and angry. She barely answered my questions because, apparently, she needed to close the place, even though it was supposed to remain open until 8 pm. I honestly felt as though I was doing something wrong simply by choosing this place as the only available option for my meal. Customers should not be made to feel unwelcome when ordering during the advertised opening hours. Considering the amount of negative reviews about the service over the past few months, it seems that the brand itself has shown very little interest in improving the customer experience. Absolutely terrible service. I do not recommend this place, and I sincerely hope Westwood takes some action to address these ongoing issues with customer service.

11/09/2026: Really happy with my experience here! The sandwich was fresh, tasty, and made exactly how I wanted, but what really stood out was the excellent service from Angelina. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I ordered. She was polite, patient, and made sure everything was prepared perfectly. Her warm attitude and genuine care for customers really made the experience stand out. You can tell Angelina takes pride in providing great service, and it definitely shows. Fantastic sandwich and exceptional customer service from Angelina — I’ll definitely be coming back!

26/08/2026: Coffee is poor. Tables were all dirty, the one I chose was wildly unstable and my coffee spilled, adding to the mess. As I sit here, every unoccupied table is filthy. Sausage roll was tasty

03/10/2026: Rang to place and order for delivery. There was a group of us, paid €79 total and was left waiting for over an hour. Food was freezing when it eventually got to us. Me and my boyfriend ordered a munchy box to share, paid €24 alone for that. No rice or chips came, it was just a tiny box of noodles with 6 pieces of chicken in it. We rang to see could they send us what we actually ordered because the picture clearly wasn't the samw as what came and they wouldn't do anything about it. Disgraceful customer service and food was unacceptable. The food that did come was barley even edible. Chicken balls were the size of a tennis ball with a dice of chicken in the middle. Noodles tasted like rubber, most of it went in the bin. Will not be ordering again and I advise the same to everyone else.

03/10/2026: Chicken balls was the size of tennis ball but it was all batter with not much chicken i got a connor munchie box and there was no chips or rice in it about 4 pieces of chicken and the food was the worst food i have ever got out of a Chinese i will never order from here again and tell everybody that I no to never order from here again

29/05/2026: Worst delivery service ever !!! Every time when I need to order they cancelling my orders as the reason is to far but i live 3 km away. Shame .

30/04/2026: I had a very disappointing experience at Angleos Ballymun. We ordered a large chicken pizza, but the first order we received was a BBQ chicken pizza, which was not what we asked for. When we pointed this out, the staff acknowledged it and asked us to wait. After another 20 minutes, we were given a plain pizza with just chicken on it — still not what was shown on their menu. What made the situation worse was the interaction at the counter. The staff member insisted that “chicken pizza” means BBQ chicken pizza, even though the menu clearly lists a chicken pizza with specific toppings. When I pointed directly to the menu item, she stopped arguing, but there was no apology — only visible annoyance. Overall, the order was incorrect twice, the wait time was long, and the customer service felt dismissive. It was a frustrating experience, especially when the menu itself clearly supports what we ordered.

15/06/2026: Had the nan sandwich with chicken, the flavours were so good but there was so much mayo (and I love mayo) that it made me feel nauseous. Also the chips were dipped back in the frier I’d say multiple times and not cooked fresh as they were pretty overcooked and very oily.

13/02/2026: The momo served here for 8 euros are not the authentic one. Just the ajinomoto brand chicken frozen gyozas that we get in asian shops. Not worth the money at all.

11/09/2026: Inedible. Very Tough chicken that I couldn’t even bite off, needed a knife to separate it, didn’t really look like chicken to be honest. Bad taste off the rice and not the nicest curry sauce either. Quite disappointing after being recommended this place.

26/08/2026: Ordering here years amd and years and I asked once for no spice on the munchies box with veg on the side for the kids my son has autism hes picky and came loads spice and veg in the box not on the side I rang the woman on the phone told me no we don’t do that I said theirs spice on it I asked for none she said no Chilli theirs clearly chilli on it the kids haven a sleep over lips burned tucked in as it took over a hour she said not her fault give it back we give yoi a refund not our fault but it is no even. Prawn crackers after spending 40 euro worse costumer service ever ever had to deal with no accountability no apologies it’s a horrible place i ca allows for mistakes but wasn’t first time never order from her portions are small the veg Thats ment to be in spice box is onion … munchies box for kids amd im a costumer over years kids all I was gonna ask is semd plain chips I don’t want anything free but she was mouthing down the phone .. 40 euro nonpeawn crackers Saids it never again … loyalty card wouldn’t use to give them more business this how grea you when ring to sort something out no even veg in the side like simple instructions cant take in wouldn’t Trust them if you don’t like veg or spice the over look details

24/08/2026: STAY WELL AWAY If I could leave a review for zero stars I would We ordered trough just eat to be called by a delivery driver 50 minutes later after we ordered to tell me he cant get to our house due to roads been blocked off ,been very cheeky and he advised we cancel,I then told him its 50 minutes since we ordered that we should of been advised at this stage ,I told him id ring the shop , I called the shop and spoke with a woman ,she advised me of delays and she apologised for the manner of the delivery driver and told me that my food would be with me by 11.15 latest and that she was really sorry for this I was OK with that as things happen and I was understanding 11.20 came and I called them ,I got a male on the phone that told me it was been packed and it will be on the way It's now half 12.15 and we have received no food,no phone call,nothing just forgot about us ,I have rang just eat and they have processed a refund This is absolutely disgraceful to think that this place can do this to customers that has paid money ,they told me absolute lies repeatedly on the phone that the order will be with us and that it's on the way only for nobody to show up ,the premises to be locked up and be forgotten about In my view a company like this should not have any customers and they aut to be ashamed of themselves absolute cons to the highest!!!!!!

26/05/2026: Went there before 7:45 pm staff is at break came back at 8pm still not back from the break if the closing time is 9pm Ur on break before 7:45pm and then never return till the store closing at 9 so better just close it at 7 and update the details online

17/07/2026: the room was quite small but no different from the pictures online. everything was compact but they were quite old. however, the location was great, merely a 5-min walk to the closest tube station, and the staff (there was lady who helped me to check in) was very sweet and helpful. good bargain for the price.

11/07/2026: Very basic hotel, excellent location 5 mins away a from Earls court tube station. One of the Staff seemed uninterested when we checked in, sat on their phone instead of looking at us to talk to us. Room is very basic, not very well kept, there is paint peeling in the bathroom, broken AC etc. It's a good place for one night due to location but I would not stay any longer than this

23/07/2026: As an Italian, I was impressed by the quality of the pizza: very crispy and made with excellent ingredients. The fries were delicious. The staff was very friendly; I highly recommend it.

17/09/2026: As a coeliac (dietary requirement), I'll tell you the managers here are genuinely incompetent. Despite raising it with the staff on several occasions, most of the time when I go there, they have no gluten free bread left in stock. The gluten free bread is stored frozen, you can literally stockpile it there for months. There's no reason why it should be out of stock. The problem is that the managers don't understand stock management. I'm regularly excluded from ordering lunch here because of those ignorant fools running it. I'd love to see a change in management. Either in their stock management skills, or the people themselves because this is unacceptable. All the non managerial staff are lovely though. It's not their fault that their managers can't count.
