23/02/2025: Ive ordered from here since it opened never a problem tonight i got a spice bag full of pink chicken ovisly not cooked.very dangerous to serve under cooked chicken. I tried to find an email to contact summer in directly but can't find it online.

The summer drinks (lemonades) we’re not that good.
The environment is nice and the staff as well.
29/01/2025: We r coffee lovers, everyday having coffee from Costa, just trying to have coffee from somewhere different. Customer service was good but the taste of coffee is totally disaster, feel like I am having sweet milk, no taste of coffee at all. Coffee not recommended from there.

01/02/2025: I have given one star but to be honest it doesn't even deserve that as the place is filthy staff just standing around doing nothing when they could clean up the furniture is falling apart toilets disgusting so basically it needs a complete overall and be shut down until it has been done up and have new staff

16/04/2025: We regularly order from Alpine Grill - good prices, good food and we always go back.
I like the kebab tray, kebab wrap, good kebab sauce.
The pizzas are always delicious, well cooked and plenty of toppings.
Burgers are standard but good.
Don't like the chicken burgers, but the other chicken is tasty.
Delivery can take a bit too long for us, so we collect.
The deals are great value.
26/03/2025: I got two fish and chips,the fish was not fresh,the batter was thick and soggy,the chips are bad quality ,such a pity,I will be returning or recommending it.

02/04/2025: Have ordered for years as the food is lovely. Went in this evening to order, and while literally just clarifying a small detail in my order - the staff member was extremely rude, no manners whatsoever and sighed at me like it was an inconvenience for her. I get deliveries from here often and the delivery drivers are lovely and have more manners than this staff member. Really off putting as I’ve only ever had lovely food from here but the customer service today was awful.

Worst customer experience I have ever encountered in my 46 years on this planet.
My daughter accidentally ordered on line and chose the incorrect County. Human error eh. Rang immediately and was told the food was cooked and nothing could be done to rectify the mistake.
They really need to take a long hard look at their customer service.
Mandatory1 star has to be ticked in order to post.
This is the only reason one star is attached to my review.
Just to add I rang within 60 secs of the order been placed.
There was no way the order was in progress within 60 seconds.
The Oriental Express Kilmacthomas in Waterford via Oriental Express Dun Laoghaire...
Easy mistake for a teenager to make.

11/03/2025: Saw Ferrari's on tik tok,so I made the 12k journey hoping for the best.I got to the shop and on entry was greeted with a lovely smile from a blond lady.I placed my order for ray and chips,I had not had ray for year's. I spoke with the owner,a lovely cheery italian guy....we spoke of how popular ray used to be.I got my order and headed off to a spot facing the sea and tucked in to my food.It was like stepping back in time.....memories of days gone by flooded back.The chips were gorgeous with a nice amount of salt and vinegar,but the ray was absolutely excellent.The experience was superb and I will return to Ferrari's many,many time's in the future.......

14/04/2025: Big queues of people waiting for their orders. Food delivery sporadic with one guy questioning where 2 coffees were as his number came up 10+ minutes earlier. Took me 7/10 minutes as well to eventually get my order only to find 5 nuggets instead of 6 in my box.
This is now not fast food, McDonalds is losing all credibility in being a place for nice quick food. Shame.
