22/01/2026: I order large cappuccino, but about 70% of it was disgusting foam that just stayed in the cup. Terrible coffee. I will definitely never come back.

25/05/2026: They don't have a card machine, only accept cash, don't have a website, delivery driver can't deliver to anywhere "outside of D12", even if it's an EIGHT MINUTE drive from the Takeaway. If they are looking to destroy their own business they are doing a fantastic job. I wonder if they are paying tax 🤔

12/04/2026: I orederd 2 4In 1s a while back salt and chili chicken tge chicken was pink and very dry i rang up and told them they gave me a credit for these items so i orderd again 2/3"weeks later that was ok now i havent ordered from here in months i went to order my dsughter 4In 1 tonight and was told i cannot order anymore what a disgrace just because i complained about the chicken how dare they do that i will blacking your name dont worry about that i have a right to complain about raw chicken

25/05/2026: Very disappointing experience at The Bagel Bar café in Omni Shopping Centre. If you’re a person of colour, be prepared to feel unwelcome. Some of the senior staff were rude, dismissive, and made us feel uncomfortable with their attitude and eye-rolling throughout our visit. This was our fourth time visiting, and every single time it has been uncomfortable. Today we ended up going there because O’Brien’s toaster wasn’t working. We spent around €30 and honestly left feeling upset rather than relaxed. The bagels were average, and the coffee was just okay — definitely not worth the experience. Good customer service and basic respect should be for everyone. Sadly, this kind of rude behaviour seems to be becoming more common in Dublin lately.

09/05/2026: I visited this café early in the morning while waiting for a nearby car service appointment. The café had not opened yet, and I sat quietly in the seating area intending to have breakfast and coffee once they opened. A staff member approached me and informed me that the seating area was private before opening hours. I completely understand that businesses have their own rules and procedures. However, I found the interaction unnecessarily unfriendly and dismissive, especially considering I intended to become a customer. The situation could have been handled with a little more courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, the experience left a negative first impression.

10/06/2026: Absolutely awful ordered pizza at 1 am, cheese was lumpy and not properly melted, dough was hardly cooked way to much garlic shake ruined the pizza and smell was awful, shouldnt be opened that late if the quality is going to be muck

22/03/2026: 3 times iv ordered from here in recent weeks and this was the last as there has been something wrong each time. Ordered through the app which never went through to the store, A colleague rang to confirm order and then they made the wrong pizza and it took over an hour to get here. Mistakes happen I get that, I would have been happy with a replacement pizza, but when I rang a colleague basically said it was my fault! TERRIBLE customer service in this particular shop. Giving the amount of bad reviews it is clearly being run by bad management. Avoid!

02/03/2026: My son ordered with cash delivery around 4pm today, and the driver didn't have enough change. He was short 5 euros after the tip, and he said he'd come back. My son just forgot about that. At 9:50pm the driver returned with money. Please say thank you to him. What an honest person. Amazing 👏

06/07/2026: The order arrived on time, but the quality is crap. The sandwiches were crushed, dry, and cold. We ordered toasted sandwiches, but they didn't. The nachos were cold with a piece of cheese. The cheese balls were incredibly spicy, and they didn't warn us. The potato waffles were soggy and in one piece. One cookie was bitten off, leaving teeth marks!!!

11/06/2026: Great food and nice staff, say so far it's one of the best subways in Dublin. Was helped how to use the self-order kiosk by the staff. Sadly it was interrupted by poor deliveroo drivers shot gun passenger who abuse the staff. There should be a policy to protect staff… also if someone who's shotgunning for the deliveroo driver is picking the order. Doesn't seem like my food is being delivered safely if I'm the one orderifn food. Who will hold responsibility if the order isn't right. Shouldn't be the subway staff but the deliveroo driver for sure.

28/02/2026: Food isn't good. Ordered spicy tenders and they were not spicy and very dry. Chips weren't nice. Drink cups come with no lid when dining in which makes it hard to walk with them to tables. Very overpriced.

17/01/2026: Absolutely horrible service. Ordered a 4 in 1 with sweet and sour sauce (I asked this through just eat notes which is what they’re there for), and a 4 in 1 with curry sauce comes. I rang them to just let them know thinking they’d apologise and offer to switch my order as ai literally cannot eat it. They told me it’s my fault as I didn’t ring to switch to sweet and sour sauce but it’s in the notes? I do this all the time at other restaurants and it’s no problem. They then asked me would I like to order a sweet and sour sauce I said is it free as my order is wrong? And they said I would have to pay for it…? God forbid someone addressed an allergy on their just eat notes, they just don’t bother reading them clearly. Don’t order from here, I know I never will again.

05/07/2026: I've tried nearly every spice bag in Ireland, never had this place so we gave it a shot, ordered a spice bag and some salt and chilli chicken balls, the chicken balls looked like they were sat on by a 5 times world champion Sumo wrestler, and they were not salt and chilli, spice bag, the chicken, mad stringy, I've seen less strings on a Harp, chips were like they were cooked under Danny DeVitos armpit

30/06/2026: This girl who serves is not good at all, you don't behave at all politely with the customers. I always eat there, but this girl behaves terribly when she is there. I don't recommend it.

19/02/2026: Absolutely horrible place. The owner walking around in sandals with his huge toenails exposed while you try to eat. Tables all sticky and dirty. Hygiene is completely absent here and any self respecting Irish person should avoid. I’m extremely ill after eating here!

18/01/2026: Very bad bouncers they haven't a clue what they are doing they refused me and my mate without even asking for identification that is twice it has happened to me by the same bouncer I wouldn't recommend it to anyone Also letting underage kids into the place without even checking identification and are racist and they fat shamed my mate for no reason definitely wouldn't recommend the place

18/01/2026: Absolute terrible bouncers on the doors Saturday night refused to let me and my friend in for no reason at all we had id on us,we were wearing nice clothes but they would not even give us a chance.I tried to talk to them and they just shut the door right in my face and locked it and what makes it even worse me and my friend then witnessed them let a group a girls in that looked around 16 without even looking at their identification. And even then I ask my friend that was already in their to come out and see why they threatened him so over all I wouldn't recommend this this place on a Saturday but if u do want to go,go on Friday the bouncers on Friday are lovely.

04/05/2026: The worst spice box if that's what they are calling it, Chicken was horrendous. And can only pay by card for anything over 10e

20/10/2025: Went here on 19th of October, asked for a large cappuccino for myself and a small cappuccino for my partner and she was given her cappuccino in a plastic smoothie cup with a straw. The plastic cup began to melt and deform and the paper straw melted in her coffee. The coffee was scolding and it took about 10-15 minutes for it to melt cool enough to drink but by that stage I had to drink it quickly. Anyone thinking of stopping here for a coffee there are many better coffee shops within walking distance of this place.

20/10/2025: Ordered a small cappuccino and got boiling coffee served in a plastic smoothie cup with a paper straw-a combo I didn’t know I needed till the cup started melting in my hand. Went back just asking for a paper cup (not a refund, not a fight), but got served a side of attitude instead of an apology. If you’re after good coffee and kindness, look elsewhere. But if “melting cup meets bad mood café” sounds like your vibe, this is your place! ☕🔥
