14/08/2025: Asked for burger without ketchup, Not too difficult a request. Request denied

14/08/2025: I always take it value Chicken SW . It was always delicious, but today it's just awful. Why such a difference? The meat feels like it was fried three times, the bun is dry. I'm just hungry and upset.

21/09/2025: It's disappointing. The coffee doesn't taste as well as other Costas. They don't even have cinnamon to sprinkle on top. Some of the staff are somewhat nice but that's about it (other staff members just laughs at your face if you are unsatisfied with the coffee they made)

21/09/2025: Really not a good coffee shop or representation of Costa at all The coffee is always bitter, they don't have basic things such as cinnamon that you would need to cover up the taste of their bad quality coffee. People only come in here to get out of the rain. The staff don't really seem to care about the quality they serve anyway, so complaining doesn't go far.

11/10/2025: I ordered a gluten-free burrito from Pita Pit Blanchardstown, but when my order arrived, it was not labelled as gluten-free anywhere on the packaging. Given how serious gluten allergies and intolerances can be, this immediately raised red flags for me. I tried calling the shop several times to confirm whether the burrito was actually gluten-free, but I could not get through to anyone. I even left two voicemails explaining the situation, and no one ever returned my call. That level of disregard is extremely disappointing, especially when dealing with something as important as food allergies. In the end, I had no choice but to throw the burrito in the bin rather than risk getting sick. It’s very frustrating to pay for food you can’t eat because of poor labeling and a complete lack of communication from the restaurant. Pita Pit Blanchardstown really needs to improve their standards and take allergy awareness more seriously. Proper labeling and responsive customer service should be the bare minimum for any food business, especially one that claims to cater to specific dietary needs.

27/09/2025: The food was good and the staff was nice. The place is not too big for eating there, it can get full quickly.

20/09/2025: We were just looking for something quick to eat, and we found Bernardos. We ordered two chicken nugget meals and one cheeseburger, and they were both quite good. It’s a nice place if you don’t have much time to eat."

07/07/2025: Closed down temporarily for been absolutely filthy by the health board, faeces also found on walls by the men in white coats, it did always look very dirty when collecting previously

19/09/2025: Pathetic service! Ordered my meal via Uber Eats which was supposed to be delivered within 15 mins. When we tried calling the restaurant itself, they claimed that due to a "technical glitch" the order never went through! Wasted more than 1 hour, absolutely pathetic! Will be totally avoiding this place in future!

16/09/2025: Didn’t ever actually make my order and were super unhelpful when trying to inquire about how to get a refund when it was too late to have my order made

28/09/2025: No one greeted us. Not even any acknowledgement from the bar staff. The place felt sticky and dirty not to mention that the tables stunk of stale beer. Decided to leave after the lack of hospitality. On the way out I noticed other people's food looked, disorganised, overly greasy and unappetising. Was really looking forward to it. Ended up having a tasty bowl of wings in Elephant and Castle next door.

30/08/2025: Shocking service, stood for 10 minutes at the bar counter waiting to order, got told to go to the hatch to order ,we waited another 5 minutes. We were then told that the kitchen staff are too busy to take orders go to the bar! I told her we here as we have already been at the bar waiting. She refused to take her order , while throwing her hands in the air! Then finally took the order after this ordeal , ridiculous behaviour. When we recipe our food there was 5 individual chips in the kids meal , also the wrong toppings on the burgers. AWFUL SERVICE, AWFUL FOOD .no manners! Way over priced

24/09/2025: The bathroom was very dirty. Also they have blue lights you are not able to ser anything properly. I know is difficult to keep the toilet clean because the amount of homeless people coming in. But it’s kinda we are not cleaning and the lights help us to hide it.

06/09/2025: I ordered a classic hot chocolate this morning and absolutely taste like water and it’s cost me 4.90 I rather go for centra get a €3 hot chocolate and taste more better and cheaper. I told one of the staff could she add more chocolate in it and I don’t think she did and still taste like water. Service was unsatisfactory and poor trained.
