20/09/2026: Absolute brain boxes working behind the counter in this place, pace of play was ridiculous waiting 5 minutes for them to make one bagel. They then proceeded to give me said bagel and forgot to put any of the toppings in it bar the sauce. Cheers bagel factory some grub 👍

15/09/2026: Used to come here all the time for the Turkey Club Melt. Today, its been the most horrible experience ever. The male staff is SO RUDE and unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed and I just had to walk away because if I would have continued with my order I would’ve ended up in a fight with him. He has no manners, doesn’t know how to be polite and to be honest, he ruined the entire experience.

09/10/2026: Pizza full of hair. Tried to tell me the chef was bald. Then saw the hair inside the pizza. Still waiting to receive a refund. Been 2 weeks.

02/10/2026: The restaurant never has bread; this is the third time I’ve been there and they didn’t have bread for the sandwich. I don’t know how a restaurant manages to run out of its main ingredient every single day.

17/08/2026: Ordered from them and they kept pushing the time to deliver back for up to 2 hours. When I asked the 4th driver I was assigned to ask when it would be ready, he told me they didn’t have something for my order. How hard was it to ring me?? I doubt they would’ve sent anything out and hoped I didn’t ask for a refund. Ridiculous.

15/08/2026: I’m genuinely disappointed. Every time I order from Subway, whether through Just Eat, Deliveroo, or another platform, I select and pay for cheese, yet it is always missing. I’ve left polite notes countless times and always gave the benefit of the doubt, blaming the apps rather than the staff. However, after so many repeated incidents affecting both me and friends, it’s difficult to believe it’s a system error. If I have to add ingredients from home, what am I paying for? This needs to be fixed, and compensation is warranted.

16/07/2026: Absolute joke of a franchise outlet.. They get pretty much every single order wrong that we've ever had. Invite the 3rd world to your country and 3rd world service is exactly what you get.

So I had to request my money back from just eat. DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE. They where so rude. I’d rather starve than give money to these people

05/10/2026: O'Brien's, Kent station, cork. Toastie about €8. Its not a toastie. Its thick sliced bread with rubbery ham and melted cheese (sparse) on one side. When it's "toasted" it is merely warmed bread topped with melted cheese. I could taste the cheese but the ham and bread had no flavor whatsoever. Ugh! Didnt even finish it. Disgusting.

03/09/2026: Had the most amazing experience at obreins today. I was met with the kindest and most helpful staff who immediately made my day so much better. Especially isidora a member of staff helped me so much and gave me such good guidance on an issue I was having. Couldn’t have asked for a better locomotive experience

06/09/2026: I ordered food this evening from this place. There was a hair in my child’s food. My child didnt know there was hair in it until it got caught in his throat im blonde hair I told them that and all they did was give out to me never said sorry or apologise to me or my child they didn’t want to give me back my money everyone that had food from my house got sick I said that to them on the phone all the wanted was the food back and kept saying that it wasn’t and they don’t have that hair yes they do the women at the front desk is black hair the fella in the back has long hair to she made me feel absolutely like a fool. When the delivery man came here and took back the food and barely wanted to give back the change. Then when they decided to give me my refund he said that the manager said that they won’t be taking our orders no more we didn’t argue with them r nothing cause I have everything on record but I would highly recommend anyone DONT get food from there

21/06/2026: Not the first time this has happened me so raging I gave here another chance. Spice bag is literally chips and some tiny pieces of chicken, absolutely covered in powder, making it too salty and spicy to even eat. Not one onion or pepper in the spice bag. Majority went in bin as couldn't eat it

30/09/2026: Poor customer service I always order from them, the food is decent, Today I ordered a spice bag all the shredded chicken was rock solid over cooked ? I called to complain but of course I have eaten some already because the chips are on the top before you reach the chicken I was told I have to bring the meal untouched but i payed for delivery. so how can I return the meal untouched for a new meal? scandalous the loyalty program is shame because clearly you don’t get noticed for the orders you make with them. I agreed to bring the food back but now I’ve changed my mind because why I driving up somewhere I paid for delivery to return food that they messed up on anyways never again not wasting my trying yo swap food plus I’ve had some of chips already they will probably not even swap the meal when I reach there and say it’s been touched. Food In the bin and money wasted The lady on the phone is so fake if you’re trying to be nice then be nice don’t pretend to be nice and not provide decent customer service.

04/10/2026: Wrappos taste like sugared plastic. Dry inside, sauce provided on the outside should have told me what to expect. What happened the original big chicken wrappos that were full of sauce and flavour, crispy and fresh? These things taste like they came out of a microwave or something. Honestly terrible. Won't be ordering from here again. Took two bites each, threw them back in the box and into the bin they go.

19/04/2026: We were told today it's never open on a Sunday yet the food is sitting out uncovered including chicken and meat and salad items. Does that mean its sitting there from Saturday until Monday 🤮

01/04/2026: April 1st 22:09, I went inside as it says it closes at 22:30, but the staff just told me it’s closed already.
