24/05/2026: Your staff in mater hospital is extremely rude with the customers. I bought a coffee and a meal and ask for water, the girl serve me warm water and refuse ice, in a rude way. We are in a hospital and the treatment should be more emphatic.

04/07/2026: Genuinely the worst takeaway food I’ve ever had. Taste of old oil off all chips. Chicken was tough, cold and inedible. Chicken balls dough had a greenish hue and batter was dark brown in colour. The rice and and curry sauce was fine but otherwise terrible food
04/07/2026: If there was less than one star I’d give it. Chicken balls were grey inside. Everything smelled really bad like it was fried a second time from the day before - stay away.

They changed model. Yes they do food for refugees, it's a great great success story for the noggin. Begrudging these hard working people is ridiculous. They Employ a lot of people and do lots for local charities and teams.

I had a very frustrating experience here. The staff was incredibly rude when we made a simple request for extra tissues. We were only given one, and when we asked for one more, the salesperson was dismissive and claimed they didn't have any. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when you feel like you’re bothering the staff just by asking for basic necessities. Won't be coming back.
07/01/2026: It would be good if they worked with gloves, but people don't work with gloves in the kitchen. When you handle money with gloves, you shouldn't touch the food with those same gloves.
