The best restaurants in Dublin

01/09/2026: Good experience today, staff very polite and positive. Reccomend going here. The place is very clean. Staff busy with an order but didn’t ignore us even if they did that would be okay. We all know how busy food industry can be. Both girls very kind and work good together.

25/04/2026: I wasn't satisfied with the portion sizes. If you want a regular portion, ask for double the toppings!

30/08/2026: Had the full Irish breakfast. Everything was freezing cold. Poached eggs overdone. Cannot believe I paid over 40 euros for two coffees, two breakfasts that consisted of 1 rasher, one sausage, 1 egg, 1 large mushroom, some baked beans and hard potato cubes. Very disappointing and we won’t be back.

05/07/2026: What has happened to this place! I was a regular when I visited this shopping centre. We loved the French toast covered in a mountain of bacon. This time my daughter wanted pancakes with crispy bacon, when they arrived there were 3 tiny bits or barely cooked bacon. I told her to order an extra portion of crispy bacon, we couldn’t help but burst out laughing when it arrived. 2 limp pieces of bacon on a huge plate. I felt rude for laughing so didn’t say it at the time. Paid an extra €2.50 for the privilege. I ordered the bacon Hash. Very little bacon again and it was very very oily. Toward the bottom you could see a pool Of oil. I asked for avocado smash with it. Waitress said it comes with it. Yet I was charged €3.50 extra. All in all, it was very very over priced. Almost €70 for 1 adult and 2 children for lunch. Unfortunately this was my last visit.

22/03/2026: Avoid this Chinese at all costs!!! Wish I could give this lower than 1 star. Used to order from here about a year ago and loved the shredded chicken, ordered again for the first time since and the chicken is completely different to before. It was disgusting, stringy, purple????and completely raw - it went straight in the bin it was inedible, I genuinely don’t know how they can serve food like that. Afterwards I came and looked at the other reviews because I actually thought I had made a mistake and ordered from the wrong restaurant by accident but unfortunately not, it just seems to be a common thing that they don’t cook their chicken for any of their customers now 🤷‍♀️

10/08/2026: The blonde older lady in the Dundrum Bagel Factory is the rudest person. I'm not sure why she is working there. Zero customer service. I was afraid to ask her for anything else. She just gives you a disgusted look.

10/07/2026: Awful awful standard. I was nearly sick after my breakfast bagel. Think sausages were cooked in microwave 🤮 never AGAIN

06/09/2026: Terrible service from this domino store, ordered delivery via the app and waited terribly long for the order. And when I phone up the store, it is giving me several ridiculous excuses about the order got transferred to another store to no delivery available at the moment. Although the food is still warm after 1 hour and a bit of waiting, but the customer service is TERRIBLE, never again.

15/08/2026: I’m genuinely disappointed. Every time I order from Subway, whether through Just Eat, Deliveroo, or another platform, I select and pay for cheese, yet it is always missing. I’ve left polite notes countless times and always gave the benefit of the doubt, blaming the apps rather than the staff. However, after so many repeated incidents affecting both me and friends, it’s difficult to believe it’s a system error. If I have to add ingredients from home, what am I paying for? This needs to be fixed, and compensation is warranted.

16/07/2026: Absolute joke of a franchise outlet.. They get pretty much every single order wrong that we've ever had. Invite the 3rd world to your country and 3rd world service is exactly what you get.

01/08/2026: Absolutely disgusting I love subway but this needs to be shut down food was like rubber and not fresh staff had no English it was the only thing I ate I now have diarrhea and sickness

14/06/2026: I called to ask how much longer it would be ( it had already been an hour and a half) and I said it’s been over an hour and then they hung up on me, and then the food never came and they wouldn’t answer any of my calls. So I had to request my money back from just eat. DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE. They where so rude. I’d rather starve than give money to these people

22/06/2026: Worst food experience i have ever had. Ordered from Deliveroo, wait time was estimated to be 25 mins but it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to come. The spice bag was shock horror. Food was cold when it came too. Took ages to get them on the phone. Would not recommend this place to anyone ever.

08/07/2026: The guy gave our drinks away to a person who ordered after us. When I asked the barista held up two cups signalling she was making them. I could tell they weren’t ours when she used the wrong milk. When i said it to her again she was very apologetic which I appreciate. Just annoying that someone else got bigger drinks that we paid for. I always find the atmosphere in here bad and the waiting times really long. For a popular place I think staff need more support.
