31/05/2025: On May 30th around noon, I tried to place an order over the phone. The woman who answered kept saying “I don’t understand” to literally everything I said, even though I was speaking slowly and very clearly. I had Irish friends with me at the time, the phone was on speaker, and they all agreed — it felt like she had no intention of helping and didn’t want to be on that call at all. It honestly felt like she was trying to push me to just order online instead. I eventually had to hang up after firmly expressing my frustration. There were six of us ready to place an order, but we cancelled everything because of that call. I used to order from this Domino’s almost daily, but because of that woman, I will never order again. She knows my name and address, and I simply do not trust placing an order through her ever again

28/05/2025: Have been going here for years even back when it was Abrakebabra and after the service I received today I will not eat from here again! Very disappointing and very unprofessional

07/06/2025: Ordered spring rolls tonight before 7pm (Saturday evening) and arranged to collect them as it would be quicker than a delivery. However, when I arrived home I discovered they were stone cold and stuck to the bags as if they'd been lying in a their bags for quite some time and I was no more than five minutes coming home with them so they should have been piping hot. Very disappointing given how expensive they are!

06/04/2025: Very disappointing experience. I went to this KFC at 8:07 PM, well before closing time (9 PM), only to be told I couldn’t be served because someone had started washing the floor. This is unacceptable. If your restaurant is open until 9, customers should be served until then—not turned away because cleaning has already started. Won’t be coming back.

04/04/2025: Dreadful chipper. Kebabs are disgusting, chips are horrendous. Keep away from this so called chipper. They take ages to do food. In my opinion not a good chipper, stay away!!! Glad it's closed as it deserves to be closed permanently. Worst chipper I've ever been to.

27/04/2025: Asked for extra veg and season and they gave me less. Spice bag dried up to bits and no taste off it. Rang an order fir collection and the woman on the phone seemed in a rush and busy because its Saturday. I went to the shop and went to pay for the food and got a horrible attitude from the woman on the counter. Went home with the food. And its litrelly dirt. I'll put the photo up but I don't know how to. In the bin with that anyway. Wont be back to that kip again

(Original) This McDonald's is gone way down hill place very dirty bins overflowing and people unable to empty trays because of it so as result tables dirty and nobody seems to be in charge of cleaning them off for new customers to sit down. Ordering takes ages and a long wait after ordering to when you get it for it to be luke warm and soggy chips.nobody seems to be in charge to keep place moving along at a proper pace. Behind counter also not very clean . We use to love calling in here but I am afraid that is my last visit to here unless things take a turn for the better but I have given it a few chances for things to improve to find they only getting worse.

28/05/2025: Absolutely appalling service. I have never come across such an unmotivated group. Staff show no urgency with food orders and mine wasn't complicated. Hamburger Happy Meal and a 9 piece medium chicken nugget meal. After approximately 15 minutes my order was placed on a steel table after which it took at least another 5 minutes to get a diet coke and orange juice. At this point I had to ask was that my order otherwise it would have sat there for god knows how long. The staff were totally unconcerned about anything that went on and to add fuel to the burning fire when I got outside the end fell out of the Happy Meal Box which wasn't made up properly result being no Happy Meal maybe it should be renamed Unhappy Meal. Did I got back and that stage NO will I ever go back NO. I hope this review is read by the powers that be otherwise whats the point. I would like some feedback if there is anyone motivated enough to read this review
