18/01/2026: Absolute terrible bouncers on the doors Saturday night refused to let me and my friend in for no reason at all we had id on us,we were wearing nice clothes but they would not even give us a chance.I tried to talk to them and they just shut the door right in my face and locked it and what makes it even worse me and my friend then witnessed them let a group a girls in that looked around 16 without even looking at their identification. And even then I ask my friend that was already in their to come out and see why they threatened him so over all I wouldn't recommend this this place on a Saturday but if u do want to go,go on Friday the bouncers on Friday are lovely.

18/01/2026: Very bad bouncers they haven't a clue what they are doing they refused me and my mate without even asking for identification that is twice it has happened to me by the same bouncer I wouldn't recommend it to anyone Also letting underage kids into the place without even checking identification and are racist and they fat shamed my mate for no reason definitely wouldn't recommend the place

17/02/2026: I ordered for first time and get the worst pizaa ever. The base was burn and hard to eat. Test was like readymade base.

10/08/2026: I say down to wait on my friend, so we could have lunch together here. The older staff woman came over with a big smile telling me I shouldn't dare sit down before ordering. I felt like crap. I advise people not to go here. It seems to be the woman in charge with a venomous attitude and the staff walking on eggshells round her. No a good scenario. Don't spend your money here , not your time and energy.

25/05/2026: Very disappointing experience at The Bagel Bar café in Omni Shopping Centre. If you’re a person of colour, be prepared to feel unwelcome. Some of the senior staff were rude, dismissive, and made us feel uncomfortable with their attitude and eye-rolling throughout our visit. This was our fourth time visiting, and every single time it has been uncomfortable. Today we ended up going there because O’Brien’s toaster wasn’t working. We spent around €30 and honestly left feeling upset rather than relaxed. The bagels were average, and the coffee was just okay — definitely not worth the experience. Good customer service and basic respect should be for everyone. Sadly, this kind of rude behaviour seems to be becoming more common in Dublin lately.

27/08/2026: I saw the bad reviews and went anyway as there were 2 girls and no view of an evil guy that was mentioned in previous reviews. Service was friendly and quick and the coffee was surprisingly good!

02/08/2026: Absolutely the worst sandwich I ever had. Two slices of stale bread with almost no butter on them and tiny bit of tasteless ham and processed cheese. It turned my stomach.

22/08/2026: Updated Aug 2026: Portions have decreased, about 15 chips and 3 onion rings in the half and half. This used to come with a bowl of chips, not joking it was only about 15 chips like another review says. My 3 year old had 3x the chips in their little meal for the same price!! Scandalous. Avoid at all costs. €48.70 for 2 burgers, 2 chips, 1 drink, 1 little meal and 2 dips. Tell me how is this more expensive than the 2 adults and 2 kids meals offer for €42. We could have gotten another child’s meal for free and for €3 cheaper. Why don’t the staff tell you this? Also don’t tell you dips are 3 for 2 so we could have gotten another dip for free. Won’t be back, total rip off.

16/08/2026: First of all, our table was filthy and the people on the next table had to change due to the same issue. Over 40 minutes wait after ordering, burgers were so small the patties were the size of a McDonald's euro saver hamburger only about 10 times the price. Boneless wings were essentially weird tasting chicken balls. Clearly short staffed in the kitchen with only 2 of them cooking, about 6 from front of house not really up to much. Our food was sitting on the pass ready for a good 5 minutes before the waiters managed to stop chatting and take the food to our table. When paying I spoke with the staff member who was looking after our bill and told him all of this, he didn't care and fully charged us for everything. Do not go here, awful and overpriced food, poor hygiene practices, unprofessional behavior and a ridiculous wait time.

20/08/2026: My son loves pizza from there. We are regular customers. Staff is very nice ☺️

24/07/2026: Ordered food that cost up to 52 euro on the website this evening, after waiting 10 mins for the restaurant to confirm the order (after they already took my money) my husband called the restaurant and they said that they did not receive the order and that there was nothing they can do. When we asked about a refund we were met with an unhelpful approach to just email the company…. we have emailed the company and don’t feel confident that we will here anything back - made our only evening off work together frustrating and stressful Hopefully our refund will be issued in the next coming days - there is no excuse for having a bad money robbing system, we settled for domino’s beside this Pizza Hut branch, and our order was confirmed and delivered within 25 minutes. Definitely order domino’s over Pizza Hut if your looking for pizza in Tyrrelstown Super disappointing :(

06/07/2026: The order arrived on time, but the quality is crap. The sandwiches were crushed, dry, and cold. We ordered toasted sandwiches, but they didn't. The nachos were cold with a piece of cheese. The cheese balls were incredibly spicy, and they didn't warn us. The potato waffles were soggy and in one piece. One cookie was bitten off, leaving teeth marks!!!

11/06/2026: Great food and nice staff, say so far it's one of the best subways in Dublin. Was helped how to use the self-order kiosk by the staff. Sadly it was interrupted by poor deliveroo drivers shot gun passenger who abuse the staff. There should be a policy to protect staff… also if someone who's shotgunning for the deliveroo driver is picking the order. Doesn't seem like my food is being delivered safely if I'm the one orderifn food. Who will hold responsibility if the order isn't right. Shouldn't be the subway staff but the deliveroo driver for sure.

19/04/2026: We were told today it's never open on a Sunday yet the food is sitting out uncovered including chicken and meat and salad items. Does that mean its sitting there from Saturday until Monday 🤮

01/04/2026: April 1st 22:09, I went inside as it says it closes at 22:30, but the staff just told me it’s closed already.

07/08/2026: ordered 12 cookies and 3 cookies with caramel sauce waited 2 hours for my food to come and kept getting delayed when came it was missing my 3 cookies and caramel sauce and only gave me 11 and half cookie i am Frurious and i won’t let you get away with this

31/07/2026: Delivery never came was hours sorting ringin them and messaging with just eat. I was told was on the way twice when i rang spar. Rang back again was told was never collected was just eats problem. Honestly was shocked at how badly was dealth with. Eventually refunded but very poor customer service.

08/09/2026: They should change their moto to: CAUTION contents may be delicious and staff extremely rude.

24/08/2026: STAY WELL AWAY If I could leave a review for zero stars I would We ordered trough just eat to be called by a delivery driver 50 minutes later after we ordered to tell me he cant get to our house due to roads been blocked off ,been very cheeky and he advised we cancel,I then told him its 50 minutes since we ordered that we should of been advised at this stage ,I told him id ring the shop , I called the shop and spoke with a woman ,she advised me of delays and she apologised for the manner of the delivery driver and told me that my food would be with me by 11.15 latest and that she was really sorry for this I was OK with that as things happen and I was understanding 11.20 came and I called them ,I got a male on the phone that told me it was been packed and it will be on the way It's now half 12.15 and we have received no food,no phone call,nothing just forgot about us ,I have rang just eat and they have processed a refund This is absolutely disgraceful to think that this place can do this to customers that has paid money ,they told me absolute lies repeatedly on the phone that the order will be with us and that it's on the way only for nobody to show up ,the premises to be locked up and be forgotten about In my view a company like this should not have any customers and they aut to be ashamed of themselves absolute cons to the highest!!!!!!

30/07/2026: Absolutely disgraceful customer service . My daughter went into the Chinese restaurant with her friend and got nothing other than verbal abuse . The Old woman was very disrespectful and rude to my daughter , my daughter was trying to order food but she made a change in her order and the old woman started screaming at her ‘’WHAT DO U WANT’’ in a very scary matter which has frightened her as she thought she was going to to get in her face she left very upset . DO NOT GO TO THIS CHINESE if u want leave satisfied . As you should not be shouting at minors

23/07/2026: Very disappointing customer service. I've visited this place many times over the years, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently poor. The customer service is, quite frankly, terrible. Most of the time, the interaction consists of nothing more than "You ok?" There is no proper greeting, no smile, no friendly attitude, and no effort to make customers feel welcome. That is simply not the level of customer service I expect from a business that charges premium prices. The staff often come across as rude and dismissive, making you feel like you're inconveniencing them just by ordering. I've also been ignored while staff continued chatting instead of serving customers, and when mistakes were made with my order, I was made to feel as though it was somehow my fault. The food quality is inconsistent, and items that are supposed to be included with a meal are sometimes simply missing. Another frustrating example is that if you ask to remove an ingredient you don't like and replace it with another, you're expected to pay extra anyway. You're not asking for more food overall—just a substitution—yet you're still charged extra, which I found completely unreasonable. Overall, the service has been consistently unfriendly, dismissive and unprofessional. There are plenty of cafés where customers are treated with respect and made to feel welcome. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.
