06/02/2026: Food is great if it ever comes! The last few months has really gone downhill- it now takes minimum an hour to arrive. The two times I’ve tried to phone up, once because my order took 2 and a half hours to arrive, and the second because I received the wrong order I was basically just told pfft not my problem you need to sort it out yourself. Would not recommend unless they sort out their delivery situation

26/01/2026: If I had known prior that crab legs weren't, you know, actual crab legs, but rather a lovecraftian abomination. Baby crab craws stuffed into a battered imitation fish ball, it was horrifying see video attached. I immediately had to throw those, and looked forward to tuck into the rest. To save a lengthy review. Sweet sour sauce- like syrup. Chicken chow mean anemic. Rice, alright but pork been cooked cooked at different time to rice. But the worst thing was; I ate a chicken ball to recover from the crab legs, and the batter.. it was fried in same oil as the crab legs. So all I could imagine while eating was little emaciated crabclaws sticking out of a ball of flesh. The taste after four forkfuls of the remaining ballast, left a lasting foul taste in my mouth, and I actually had to chuck away all of it, and rinse my mouth out twice with listerine. Im considering court action due to the PTSD I suffer since I ordered an hour ago

02/03/2026: My son ordered with cash delivery around 4pm today, and the driver didn't have enough change. He was short 5 euros after the tip, and he said he'd come back. My son just forgot about that. At 9:50pm the driver returned with money. Please say thank you to him. What an honest person. Amazing 👏

30/07/2025: I have been in that Starbucks coffee shop inside of the Dublin Zoo and they didn’t accept the Starbuck’s card which is been accepted everywhere I mean in ALL STARBUCKS around the WORLD. So, be advised about this.

31/10/2025: Stay away it's just not worth paying for I was here on a Sunday had to wait for curry sauce mostly all the food was cold or reheat and probably the 3rd time around I could go on -deserts were no better just don't go if u like ur grub

25/08/2025: I ordered in Ubereats. Got it delivered. I ordered munchiebox and they forgot the chicken ball, which is the best part of the munchie box. Food is good but won’t get it delivered again. Might click & collect to check my order is correct.

07/12/2025: I have ordered food first time on Friday night arrived in 57 min im 12 walk , food quality terrible noodles were to spicy to eat meat and duck quality very dry when rang the reception to ask how long for my food to arrive some very rude Chinese girl said very busy and hang up the phone .

27/11/2025: I dont know what happened today but was the oddest experience i ever had. Ordered duck fried rice and a can of coke zero. I got my order and everything was separate. From the sauce to the veg. Any time I ordered it was all in one and never separated. I rang the restaurant and the woman on the other line was so rude. I couldn't even get a word in. She was shouting and screaming down the phone. She hung up on me not once but twice. When you ask to speak to a manger they should pass the phone over not just shout and scream. If you hear her on the phone dont even bother with her. Go straight to whoever you order with just eat or uber eats. Used to be a good customer but they never seeing my money again.

06/03/2026: Under new ownership of Italians that own Manor takeaway fish and chips really good garlic sauce is brilliant (DO NOT CHANGE GARLIC SAUCE RECIPE PLEASE ITS GOOD) Friendly staff and hygienic place definitely recommend

10/11/2025: Disappointed, shawarma only chips and meat, not sauce not salad, it was with no taste and very dry without the sauce. I will not recommend this it was the last time to order from them

20/10/2025: Food was cold waited over an hour and 20 mins for it staff were rude when I rang back to ask them could they ring the delivery driver to see were he waste,of 31 euro much nicer places to order from

01/01/2026: Horrible place. They sent out a freezing cold pizza and when I phoned to say the food was ice cold he just repeatedly told me the food was sent in a hot bag. Refused to resend the food,denied me a refund even though we didn’t eat the freezing food. Unbelievable rude on phone. Avoid places like this

30/10/2025: I tried Mizzoni's in Sallynoggin this evening and it was unfortunately a poor experience . I'm not sure what has happened to Mizzonis but this was genuinely worse then a frozen pizza and I'm pretty sure it was one . The base is straight up a frozen pizza and the cheese wouldn't even come apart .

24/12/2025: Absolutely disgusting food the shredder chicken was like trying to bite into a rock. The fried rice tastes like microwave fried rice from Lidl ( funny enough Lidl is beside it) Chinese food should be seasoned properly there was way too much salt on the chips eating a chip was like licking a salt lamp Hopefully this place closes down soon and a good business moves in instead. Again absolutely disgusting food and can't wait to hear it's closed down or gets a couple of chefs that can actually cook Waste of €25 I'd have been better off giving the €25 to a dipso and watch him piss it up against the wall

19/08/2025: didn’t go into the club as it was €70 for ladies entry but €20 for men… however felipe was absolutely incredible. great at his job, could’ve sold sand in a desert, dough to a baker, fence to a next door neighbor or snow to an eskimo. give that man a raise. amen.

22/06/2025: Would highly recommend. In a great location in the city centre, reasonable entry fee and extremely beautiful women that you can have fun with. I came out with more money than i came in due to the blackjack table, and my pecker was running wild in there. Big shout out to felipe who helped me have a good time

28/07/2025: €17 for burger meal in Dundrum.Looked good.No real taste off meat ,bun,kettuce or tomato.No nice sauce included? Burger was black on both sides and mot cooked in the middle.Im sure how they can justify the price?Certainly wasnt Gourmet quality.

30/05/2025: The fun began with their self-serve machine, which decided twice that it simply could not be bothered. I stood there like a chimp with an iPad, repeatedly stabbing the frozen screen while a queue formed behind me, full of people wondering whether they too would live long enough to place an order. Eventually, after what felt like a lifetime, the order limped through the system. Fifteen minutes later my number was finally called, but not before they managed to turn what should have been a simple handover into a full-blown drinks disaster. My Coke was launched across the counter like a low-budget stunt scene, showering three innocent customers. Unsurprisingly, this did not go down well. And then the burger arrived. Technically, it was a double patty burger. In reality, it was a cheap, greasy, structural catastrophe. The patties themselves looked exhausted — thin, grey, oily, and completely devoid of any real flavour. The cheese had melted into limp flaps, drooping sadly over the sides like melted plastic. And as if to ensure the whole thing was completely impossible to eat, they had crammed in a ridiculous slab of lettuce the size of a small parasol. It stuck out like the sails of a boat, making any attempt to pick it up result in an immediate collapse of the entire construction. This was not one of those indulgent, guilty pleasure burgers you rave about to your friends. It was a cheap, greasy mess you finish only because you feel too ashamed to throw it away. Gourmet Burger Kitchen needs to sort its technology, train its staff not to spill drinks on customers, and — most importantly — go back to sourcing proper burger meat. Because at the moment, it is a very long way from gourmet.

21/01/2026: Have been ordering food form here on and off for 3 years.. today all I can say was its was dirt.. the photo attached is meant to be salt and chillies chips.. but yet its the dregs of the chip pan.. the curry sauce you could build a wall with its that thick. . And as portion of chicken balls is 10.. so how is a half portion 4....

01/11/2025: Just got the Singapore noodles and seriously it was disgusting, the chicken looks like it was cooked days ago and noddles are so bland... Won't be using these guys again!!! Chef needs replacing asap

03/05/2025: Fresh Food and Friendly Faces but Let Down by the Plates I visited O’Briens Café in Jervis Shopping Centre with my son early on a Saturday morning. It was one of the very few places open and serving food at 10.30am, which was a real bonus when everything else was still closed. The convenience alone makes it worth considering if you are in the area early. The sandwiches were genuinely tasty. The bread was fresh and clearly good quality, and the ingredients felt well chosen and nicely balanced. What really stood out though was the staff. The two team members on duty were warm, welcoming, and seemed genuinely happy to serve us. That kind of positive attitude makes a big difference and gave the place a bright, upbeat feel from the moment we arrived. However, there was one detail that did take away from the overall experience. The sandwiches were served on basic plastic plates, which felt out of place given the price. It gave the meal a slightly disposable, rushed feel that didn't match the quality of the food or the care put into service. I understand it is part of a food hall setting, but a switch to proper crockery would go a long way in elevating the overall experience and better justifying the cost. In the end, O’Briens offered a quick and satisfying bite with genuinely fresh ingredients and excellent service. A small change in presentation could easily turn a good visit into a great one.
