05/10/2025: Unfortunately, my negative review adds to all the others. My partner and I spent two nightmare nights in this "hotel," unable to sleep for two nights due to the constant noise and shouting of nightclub patrons, who occupied the premises until 4:00 a.m. This ruined our vacation because it left us unable to face the day with the necessary energy. Our room overall was spacious and clean.

02/10/2025: Does the job if your staying for one night and going out drinking, if your looking for luxury this definitely isn’t for you, I stayed last week on the 24th and there was a large amount of hair in the bathtub on arrival. Does the job for one night if you need somewhere just to get your head down, cleanliness was a big let down though. Wouldn’t come back here again personally but did the job for a quick nights stay

06/10/2025: After a long day of travel from the UK I wanted something "fresh", Brambles didn't disappoint. Veggie quiche, with carrot salad and morrocan couscous salad with a latte was my choice. Great that the salads weren't smothered in dressing, plain just as I like them. Using a walking aid I was wondering how to get to a table. No problem my tray was carried to an empty & clean table without any asking. The quiche was warm and with the cold salads plus green leaves was just the fresh hit I needed. The latte was still hot when I'd finished eating, bonus. I'd definitely walk up there again, just for the food and service.

26/09/2025: I have been a regular costumer in mannings blanchardstown but my experience today was very disappointed I bought 1slice of lemon cake and 3 slice of red velvet but the new young girl staff give me 2 and 3/4 slice of red velvet and 1 slice of lemon cake and I told the staff to change the 3/4 slice of red velvet cake but instead of changing the 3/4 slice of cake she change the perfect slice one. Hoping next time that they will make the costumer very satisfied she is not friendly as well. I paid for the full price amount but not satisfied for the cake that I received.

08/09/2025: We have been regular customers of Manning’s Bakery, but our recent experience at the Blanchardstown outlet on 7th September was extremely disappointing. I had pre-ordered a Fresh Cream & Strawberry 8” birthday cake on 6th September, prepaid €26, and was assured it would be ready for collection after 12 pm the following day. I also now notice that in the invoice that pick time is given as 14.09.2025 which is completely incorrect. The oder was taken by the manager of the store.The invoice is attached below.However, when we went to collect it around 4 pm, today after waiting for 15 minutes and providing the details, we were told the cake was never made because the confectioner/manager had “forgotten” to pass on the order. The only options given to us were a refund or a premade cake that was already in the shop. This was unacceptable – it was meant for my child’s birthday, and at that point, it was too late to source another cake elsewhere. Our phone number was taken when the order was placed but there was no notice given to us prior to the pick up time. We drove 15 kms to take the cake today. To make matters worse, the fresh cream premade cakes were mixed fruit fresh cream, and my child is allergic to kiwi. The other cakes available were black forest gauteux which is not suitable for a child. I was left with no choice but to take the mixed fruit cake, which was unfair and distressing. What was most upsetting was the indifferent behaviour of the staff. They showed no genuine concern for the situation, brushed it off with a casual apology, and quickly started attending to other customers. They did not seem to understand the importance of the occasion or the inconvenience caused. In the end, only after my insistence, they agreed to provide two complimentary trifles, since my child couldn’t eat the mixed fruit cake. Also, pls note that the mixed fruit cake was €24 and they never refunded my €2. This entire experience was terrible, disappointing, and deeply unprofessional. As a regular customer, I expected much better service and accountability. Manning’s Bakery needs to take customer orders and sentiments far more seriously especially when they have taken full payment in advance.

13/07/2025: ordered because of free delivery, but an item was missing ...chipotie cheesy bites 2.70euro...nice tactics to take get money from free delivery....never gonna buy from them again...

08/07/2025: Very fresh sandwich, lovely person serving, great for fresh food on the go.

12/09/2025: Ordered at 8.15pm online and it said delivery would take 2 hours, after payment and no mention of the time beforehand. Had to call them up and ask for a refund as two hours is absolutely ridiculous!

11/09/2025: Constant slow delivery. I keep going back hoping for a change and it gets worse every time. Currently waiting one hour and 25 minutes for delivery 10 minutes up the road by car. Child upset from losing patience waiting. Base has been going downhill with service for a while now so I’ll be going elsewhere.

10/08/2025: Hi how’s it going my son was in at ur pub today roughly at about 11:30 he was told no straight away by the bouncer lorcan he has had problem there before where he was told to come back in a month or 2 he left it for 3 to 4 months and rang up to confirm he was allowed back he apologised multiple times and was let in last week tonight he asked to speak to manager or head bouncer about why the bouncers wore saying no he then spoke to mark in oriordans and explained everything he then went back around to try speak to them he told them he was let in last week with no problem they then assaulted him and grabbed him by back of his head and twisted his hands he said I can walk by myself please and they continued

03/10/2025: Order take away lamb rogan josh meal once in a while. Always very good quality. A real treat. Love the rice. When you find bay leaves and cardamom you know it's restaurant standard. We did have a meal at the restaurant once but we were the only ones there so no atmosphere. There is a indian closer to me but food is not as good and the guy taking the orders is abit off.

13/09/2025: We ordered a takeaway from their app directly. It told us our food would be with us in 50 mins. 1 hour and 20 minutes later, still no food. I checked the tracker on the app, only to see that my food had already been delivered! I chatted with someone over the app and was told they must be close enough to deliver, but just struggling to find the house (also not the case). 'Delivered' should indicate the food has actually been given to the customer. We are used to delays with ICC and the food was fine, but don't lie to your customers or misrepresent timings to make it look like things are better than they are - it's really offputting.

28/08/2025: Went looking for an eight euro sandwich. They are always excellent. Was told that there wasn't enough white bread left. Was offered Sandwich on Brown. Can't eat Brown bread. Rang manager and told her it was a thundering disgrace.(note I didn't say SHE was a thundering disgrace). She was arrogant and said she wouldn't be abused. I never said SHE was a thundering disgrace.

05/06/2025: Not just the best sandwich, but the best lunch you'll get in Dun Laoghaire. Recommend the club, you wont be left hungry!

14/08/2025: We ordered the food via uber eats, the food was delivered without forks or chopsticks , and napkins.

12/08/2025: Ordered through uber eats, completely forgot my chips. I called them and they were no help at all and tried to blame uber? 😂😂 The item wasn’t even ticked off on the receipt. Um no that’s the restaurants fault! Won’t be ordering from you guys again. Such a shame.

17/09/2025: I had a bad experience with staff (Orliana) in Natural bakery Dun Laoghaire today. I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter yesterday and did the payment. I just went to shop today and requested to change the cake size if possible. According to the staff, they can't do that and advised me to order online. I just asked them to confirm whether it will be ready on time. The staff it'self do not sure about whether it will be ready or not. And she slso insisted me to cancel my previous order for refund. When I tried to complete new order, could not processed it as well. The staff is not approachable and helping. I won't recommend this to anyone

04/10/2025: This could have very easily been a 5 ⭐️ review. Served by Hugh, and he was exceptional, the food was very good, location great, and nice atmosphere. Just one of the team members we found incredibly arrogant which is just not acceptable.

30/09/2025: The Perfect Place To Eat Before A Concert! We’d a great evening before Lewis Capaldi. Gorgeous dinner and cocktails! Lovely staff, extremely accommodating to our request despite being busy (Thanks Frederico!) Will definitely be back! Great buzz without it feeling packed. So enjoyable! Obviously make a reservation!

11/10/2025: Got pizza on time, staff was friendly and pizza was hot. Definitely recommended.

27/09/2025: Food nearly 2 hours late. 3 phone calls and insisted it was 5 mins away. Had to put it in the oven, absolutely dreadful. Awful customer service bar the driver who was so apologetic. Never again
