12/07/2025: Terrible smell, could not eat here, very concerning what hygiene levels must be like in the kitchen for a large KFC to be full of smell like a vindaloo

04/07/2025: The chicken was juicy and piping hot. 🔥 This KFC is the one. Whoever’s running the show here deserves a raise and a medal. Nice background music too.

30/10/2025: Yesterday my ordered was very awful,chicken didn’t cooked properly and i am unhappy with packing also ,so i decide i don’t want anymore here😏

12/11/2025: Shocked by some of the reviews here, the staff was lovely, especially the woman at the reception who was very helpful and informative. Straight away we were informed of the nightclub beneath the hotel but we already knew from reviews. We were on the third floor and barely heard any noise at all through the night. They also provided earplugs just in case. The room was small but very cozy and clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will come back in future when we are doing shopping in Dublin.

11/11/2025: Me and my friend stayed at the hotel for the weekend and were told when checking in that we had free access to the hotels nightclub Copper face jacks. We got VIP entry the recepionist said we didnt need to get in the que. Later that night, we did have a few drinks from a club down the road and went back to the hotel. The bouncer looked at us and pointed to the other bouncer right outside the double door of coppers in the hotel. We were told to get up to our room and were not allowed into the nightclub. Luckly darcys down the road let us in for free. After we went back to the hotels and was led straight to the lift. Later on we heard a function going on right under us and we went back down to let the boucers know how bad it was. They told us its not our problem. Me and my friend found it a disgrace. So if you plan to stay just be warned to face bad night service but the day service is excellent.

07/08/2025: Very limited options for takeaway lunch and they rarely have all of their items in stock. Little to no vegetarian options.

28/07/2025: There is fella in there works behind main counter has plats in his hair. He is so ignorant. On his phone as you pay. And doesn’t say thanks. Real nice guy. If he worked for me. He would be left at home.

17/09/2025: I had a bad experience with staff (Orliana) in Natural bakery Dun Laoghaire today. I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter yesterday and did the payment. I just went to shop today and requested to change the cake size if possible. According to the staff, they can't do that and advised me to order online. I just asked them to confirm whether it will be ready on time. The staff it'self do not sure about whether it will be ready or not. And she slso insisted me to cancel my previous order for refund. When I tried to complete new order, could not processed it as well. The staff is not approachable and helping. I won't recommend this to anyone

04/11/2025: Food is nice but their delivery wait time is crazy. The last 2 times we ordered it took over 1 hour to be delivered and we're only down the road. Secondly their staff who work answering the phone are extremely rude. When we rang to ask where are food was that we had ordered 1 hour and 20 minutes ago the girl on the phone said 'well I'm not the one making the food'. Horrible attitude after spending nearly €50. Also we left notes on the just eat app and our order was wrong. Will never order from here again.

23/09/2025: The food is good, but the service is awful. A black-haired woman working there was extremely rude, forgot parts of orders when they arrived, caused delays, and treated customers with no respect. For this reason, I won’t be coming back despite the quality of the food.

05/04/2025: Worst buffet I’ve ever had.. stale food, reheated again and again, terrible taste and just a waste of money. No wonder the restaurant was empty!

13/03/2025: Chaska was a complete disaster. My friends and I were practically forced to sit in a corner while the lady at the counter treated us rudely. We ordered a non-veg meal, only to be served old, rotten food that smelled awful. It was the worst dining experience of my life—an absolute waste of money. Never going back! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

10/10/2025: Absolute joke of management in the place I waited for my food and noticed the woman is abusive to staff and speaks wrong to them and customers like everyones beneath her but most shocking was seen a chef getting bottle water and been made to pay for it by this excuse of a boss she needs to be removed from there or she will have no staff left ...I kindly tried to say speak a bit better to your staff they're working hard and was told shut up mind my own business so refused pay for food and left

07/09/2025: I now used to go to this place and loved their food but my experience today was appalling. I was accused for not having paid for my food until we found out it wasn’t even my card or order and I had infact paid that day. They then told my order to the chef and I asked for a change just a simple extra cheese to which they grimaced and made a comment to each other about it. Absolutely appalled I used to love that place

01/10/2025: Do not order take away from here, you may not get it at all! This is an horrible restaurant. Takes an order from Deliveroo. Wait for an hour until the resraurant closes and then you have to call Deliveroo to cancel the order because restaurant cannot make the order because it is too late.

13/10/2025: Didn't look the cleanest on arrival. The machine for ordering didn't present a receipt. In fairness, not unusual for McDonald's everywhere. Unfriendly staff. Food passable. The most tasteless Big Mac I've ever had. Coke zero flat. All the tables and seats were filthy. The toilet was absolutely disgusting. Men's toilet had a used nappy dumped in the corner. Will definitely not be back

09/07/2025: Food was stale by the time it came, took one hour for delivery, nice satay sauce but curry sauce needs improvement.

27/06/2025: Ordered salt an chilli chips, 6euro no onion peppers, chilli’s scallion .. shocking just a bag of chips with some weak seasoning.. shameful price you won’t be happy with your purchase.

28/09/2025: McDonalds an absolute disaster, tea was lukewarm, burger was cold the fries 🍟 were cold. And it cost €9.50 for this poison 😡😡😡😡. And when the person was clearing the tables didn’t even wipe down the area. A visit from the FSAI is definitely on the cards for this place.

26/09/2025: Scruffiest McDonalds I have ever stepped foot in! I went there 2 times in the same day and the cleaning didn’t improve at all to the point I just had to take photos. They only started cleaning towards closing and it was just one staff members cleaning. Just avoid the place, not worth it. The pictures don’t even show the full extent of how scruffy this McDonalds is, no clean tables or bins.

09/08/2025: Absolutely terrible service from the blonde girl at the counter. I walked in the place and we were the only costumers. Had to wait 3 minutes while she just sat there doing nothing before she even look at us to take our order. After giving the order slowly and clear, we received the wrong order. Of course i didn’t check on the spot all the items, which the wrong item was the last in the bag, but with previous experience, never had an issue. When i got home, i called the shop, and trying to reason with probably her on the phone, she insisted i’d be paying for the replacement of the wrong item and delivery. Absolutely gutted with this service!! Very unprofessional!
