The best restaurants in Dublin

13/12/2025: I have been taking sub almost every day. Today one of the asian boy with beard not changing gloves served with dirty gloves was so rude he literally put less amount of chicken chunks like few chunks i asked to add more chunks first he refused and he said even for two/3 chunks he will charge 80 cents extra . Which he did and started blabbering if u pay u get . If this is the behavior and hygiene in subway which i saw very first time is really concerning i couldn’t find any manager there as well. This is gpo arcade store .

11/12/2025: I went for the roll I didn’t got served well . There was no one on counter first then after 5-6 min that person appeared without interest of serving It wasn’t presentable for me Even my roll wasn’t served properly. He made that so messy. Its looking like someone forced that guy to serve or work He should learn to respect and communicate .

27/11/2025: Food was terrible freezing cold and the man on the phone was very rude and just kept saying the food is hot I'll never order from here again.

03/11/2025: Ordered a spice bag w extra chicken, had a total of 4 pieces of chicken aswell as a hair which I don’t think I ordered, disappointed in yas lads let me down big time as of late used to be a go to, once Conor Ryan reviews a place it’s time to step away. Shame.

21/02/2025: We showed up to our reservation and they were not open. We had our reservation for 6 months and it’s during operating hours. Lights were off and the doors were locked. Thank goodness for the next door restaurant for making room for us. This restaurant apparently is barely open when it’s supposed to be. Do not come here. Kind of confused on how it has such a high rating…don’t even waste your time.

25/01/2025: This place is closed! Our groupon and booking were accepted but when we showed up, the place was closed and no one was answering phone calls

14/12/2025: There are so many better cafes and bakeries around Dun Laoghaire, don’t bother with this one. Got two pastries to take away which were gone off.

25/10/2025: I usually get deliveroo from this place, they always forget an item, this time was the drink, so annoying, I called the place to solve the problem and the guy on the other side of the phone was really not interested in the call, prefer to handle the problem with the deliveroo, do not order from here

30/03/2025: I would give zero stars. Waited 1.5h for delivery on a Sunday. Food was disappointing. We spent over €50 and it was a total waste. It used to be a decent place, but has gone down hill. There are a lot of places around with great quality food. Stay away from this one!!!!

24/02/2025: Osaka Sushi and Ramen is a takeaway gem! Fresh sushi, rich ramen broths, spice box and generous portions. The spicy tuna roll and savory ramen are must-trys! Friendly staff, quick turnaround, and great value. Plus, their delivery is always on time! Highly recommended!

26/11/2025: Don’t go for spice bag , you’ll be very disappointed… its literally a bag of chips and 3-4 pieces of chicken in not even properly done, not properly seasoned, its only simply salted , dont taste any other flavours spice bag should have anyways) Definitely not going back ever again 🤷🏻‍♀️

04/10/2025: Food was tasteless and absolutely tiny portions for the price devastated after paying 35 euro for food that was shite. Chicken curry rolls were vile tasted like mashed potatoes put into a spring roll, not a bit of chicken in them, place is gone d dogs. Sort ur shit out 😡

01/11/2025: Absolutely terrible experience with Pizza Hut. I spoke with the supervisor, John Niall, and he was extremely rude on the phone. I called to ask where my delivery was,he told me the driver was on the way and would arrive in 5 minutes. That was over 20 minutes ago, and still no food. When I rang back, his attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. I’m very disappointed with both the service and the lack of basic courtesy. Completely unacceptable experience, I won’t be ordering from this location again.

30/08/2025: Incredibile how a portion of chips is now 4.50eur. in there, they never give you a receipt and they also cheap out on the size of a single portion. I was literally able to count the chips in the bag.

24/11/2025: Went to the shop after ordering over the phone and was asked to pay well over the price 24 euro something for my pizza and chips/curry which on tge menu came to 13 euro was told that the menu was out of date....so why do they still have it up online??? Left with no food went to a different place call darius and got a better pizza and chips/curry for 17 euro better value for money.

14/11/2025: I have no words. The prawn toast burnt and the prawn was gone off the smell was vile. The spring roll also burnt and the smell of a dirty cloth from it. The yuck sung we basically got a head of iceberg lettuce no prep not even washed honey spare rib no sauce and I just can't even go there. I called to complain the service by the owner again no words. I feel this place Needs to be shut down or a health and safety check as nothing was edible 48 euro Zero stars

28/08/2025: Avoid like the plague Coke is fake, flat before you finish your food 🤢... Beef in my curry tasted off, chicken was like chicken I'd never seen before (🤔💭🐈) now every time I see a dog my back arches .... 😅... Anyway I binned it and ordered 🍕

16/12/2025: Very handy for anyone attending St.Vincents. Good parking. And even small grocery shop adjacent. Alternative to Tesco, vending machines and overpriced limited menue food at the hospital.

17/11/2025: Even though Subway has frequent gloves change policy in place, never seen it with (apologies in advance) with a specific Asian country staffs, they use the same gloves do every other works, even do the till and never seen changing it. The civic sense never really kicked in. Apart form there if you go and see other locations where the service teams are non specific asian ones, its al hygienic and well organised. This is the reality and I am too an Asian. It's all about the civic sense.

29/08/2025: We ordered off of just eat, very over priced and ths food did not match up to the descriptions given. Tenders were cold and soggy with little to no seasoning, told we would recieve crinkle cut fries but instead recieved oven chips i could have made myself for €1.50 Was very suspicious when i called the fast food restaraunt i was informed that i was talking to someone who was working in eddie rockets which leads me to believe this place is most likely a 'dark kitchen' probably using leftovers. Save your money and dont buy this absolute muck.
