12/10/2025: Food is alright but has gone downhill. Service is terrible, delivery always takes hour plus for a 10 minute drive and have received the wrong order multiple times and have been harassed when tried to call them on the phone to get my actual food.

30/09/2025: Not bad. It was a good price for us, considering we were practically in the center of London. There was no noise at night, and we were able to come and go without any problems whenever we wanted.
20/09/2025: Cheap hotel, but we know why, the owner and reception are nonexistent.
The Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms. Several things were broken in our bathroom. We left and got our money back.

09/08/2025: Absolutely terrible service from the blonde girl at the counter.
I walked in the place and we were the only costumers. Had to wait 3 minutes while she just sat there doing nothing before she even look at us to take our order. After giving the order slowly and clear, we received the wrong order. Of course i didn’t check on the spot all the items, which the wrong item was the last in the bag, but with previous experience, never had an issue. When i got home, i called the shop, and trying to reason with probably her on the phone, she insisted i’d be paying for the replacement of the wrong item and delivery. Absolutely gutted with this service!! Very unprofessional!

27/10/2025: Lovely staff but oh my gosh the food is dreadful! I’ve just been served a bowl of bland, gloopy white sauce peppered with tiny bits of unidentifiable fish, masquerading as seafood chowder. On the side was a dry white UPF bread roll instead of the brown soda bread promised. Other family members partook of, and left, the ribeye steak (36 Euro each for the ‘pleasure’). Both described it as ‘like leather’. Owners / managers of this establishment, you should be ashamed yourselves - offering this level of slop is not acceptable, even in an airport hotel where you have a captive market. I feel so sorry for your staff… we tipped them notwithstanding the awful food.

21/09/2025: Rang to order as they had no option for big bottles of drink on the app. Guy on the phone hardly spoke English. Very hard to explain why I was calling instead of ordering online like I usually do. Donar kebab had Frank's hot sauce on it which I hate. The smoked cod had barley any fish and the batter wasn't crispy it was soggy and disgusting. The taco chips had mushrooms and big chunks of onion which my son hates and wouldn't eat, dunno why you'd put mushrooms and onion in a taco chip. Finally, disappointed the garlic sauce has changed, was my favourite garlic mayo in clondalkin. Sorry to say I won't be ordering here again.
02/08/2025: This used to be my favourite chipper havent had it in a good while made an order tonight and the food was horrible not one person finished there food feel 🤢🤢 never again

The staff are the most rudest and incompetent ive ever come across , the owner of the franchise should be ashamed of themselves and the way they run that place. I'll be contacting head office too. The place should be shut down.

10/08/2025: We ordered a spice bag, but what we received was almost entirely chips with virtually no meat at all. Everything was just covered in hot chili powder, with no real flavour, and it honestly looked like leftover scraps. Very disappointing.
20/07/2025: Not impressed ordered duck spring rolls along with a meat they came all burnt on one side. Not adable at all so annoying to have that delivered.

14/10/2025: Ordered at 6.20pm on just eat and the food didn't arrive until 8pm. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing after hearing good reviews about this place from friends and family. Will not be ordering again.
12/08/2025: The food was pretty mid. Service was good, and they made us a completely new dish. It is a takeaway so the atmosphere was not that good.

01/10/2025: I ordered a cup of cappuccino to drink inside, I received it in a paper cup and the coffee wasn't tasty. The atmosphere was very unpleasant, the tables and floors were dirty.
