The best restaurants in Dublin

11/12/2025: If you have a few hours to spare to wait for your pizza then fire away and come here. I decided to come during my work lunch break and it has taken an hour and I’ve still not received my pizza and will be late to work. This place isn’t exceptionally busy, in fact I would say it’s not busy given it’s lunchtime. There were roughly 4/5 people ahead of me, and we have all gone up to check if our pizza is nearly ready. The workers make a couple of pizzas, watch them cook, serve them, and then decide to make the next pizzas. Really don’t rate this place and don’t recommend it

31/10/2025: I was a little nervous to try this place with all the bad reviews, but decided to order anyway because the location is so close to me. I was not disappointed. Not only was I not disappointed, but I was genuinely surprised at the reviews because this spot is great. Thin crust was light and flavorful. Toppings were high quality and appropriately spread out for the style. I think this pizza is definitely designed to be eaten immediately while fresh. Two pies were ready in ten minutes for pickup, which is awesome. Worth the try for sure.

19/02/2026: I had ordered last night 19.02 for sizzler pizza n a side and the pepperoni dough all was still raw inside and the pizza wasn’t up to the same standard.. I always order the same thing so I know the difference.. couple of weeks back I had ordered through Uber and my order didn’t come until 2hrs. When I called they just say was a glitch and done, no sorry or offer a deal or anything.. Raheny shop is getting bad in service..

23/01/2026: Ordered a pizza, the delivery driver rang to say he was outside, he had the wrong address 2 mins around the corner, waiting outside for 25 mins. Rang the shop to get some info, engaged in a 40 min circuit of me ringing and them saying the delivery driver was on his way. After 40 mins I eventually said I was going to request a refund which was accepted, and that they would call the delivery driver again. What actually happened was they cancelled the order and the driver went back to the shop. Terrible service from not only the delivery driver, but the customer service assistant also. Surely reading an Eircode is a simple task and providing customer service isn’t rocket science.

02/09/2025: The cakes made me and my partner unwell 😭 Also they were not great tastewise.

16/07/2025: Quiet nice place spacey bakery/coffee shop, selling delicious fresh sourdough bread, cakes, pastries, sandwiches and coffee. I had a polenta cake (really delicious, nicely balanced flavous - adding a photo) and a flat white with almond milk ☕

15/11/2025: Raheny Chinese used to be the best in the Area but over the past few years especially after covid their food portions have halved in size their chicken balls and skewered chicken satay are a disgrace tiny portions but prices have increased substantially . Meat and shellfish in their curries have shrunk substantially. Shrinkflation at its worst with prices approaching what restaurants charge.

02/11/2025: So, we ordered it for delivery… the food came relatively on time. But, instead of fried noodles we got probably the most plain fried rice we have eaten. The spring roll had nothing to do with spring and was fatter than the french fries at Mcdonalds. We could sqish the oil out of it. It would be nice if that has been declared. We got chips as an extra so that was nice and everything was packaged well.

24/12/2025: Simple requests and they look at you like you asked for their firstborn. Absolutely love it when minimum wage workers give you more attitude than the owner of Starbucks himself. Never stepping my foot in this coffee shop.

02/12/2025: The hot chocolate in Starbucks here should not be half cup with foam, like the elder lady does it in the morning on 2nd of December, they dont get proper training for them to understand that a late, a hot chocolate doesn't have foam and half cup empty, shame because we dont pay 1 euro, we pay near 6 euros, because we add bigger size and additional straps. Shame Starbucks that your staff doesn't get enough training

10/08/2025: I was looking forward to trying an açaí bowl from this place as it was my first time ordering from them through just eat, I left a note for the delivery person to call when they arrive, I never got a call and unfortunately I never got the order :(

30/05/2025: Worst kebab ever had. Chicken was very hard and rubbery.

28/05/2025: Have been going here for years even back when it was Abrakebabra and after the service I received today I will not eat from here again! Very disappointing and very unprofessional

11/10/2025: Asked for a mocha with soy milk and watched the barista put regular milk into it, before denying that he did so. Plus, service was rude and place was dirty.

01/10/2025: THE WORST PLACE IN DUBLIN! First of all, they delete all the bad comments you put on them. As for the site, the workers are very rude, especially the blonde manager and the teenagers who work, they laugh at you and do nothing to understand you apart from being racist! They try to scam the tourist so BE VERY CAREFUL! In addition to the quality of the food, it leaves a lot to be desired, they keep the food trays for two days, health should go to check the hygienic measures. IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.

15/05/2025: Wanted some Mexican and randomly came across this location as I was walking in the area. Service was pleasant, and there were a decent amount of options. Restaurant is a bit small, so if the local chavs aren't outside hogging the tables there's only a few places to sit inside. Felt like I got a good meal for the price paid, and it wasn't chain location glop.

07/02/2026: Called for an update on my order. Put on hold for over TEN MINUTES. Did you make the order while I was holding, obscene to wait this long. Hasn't been this bad in a long time please do better.

05/02/2026: Been ordering for years but has gone drastically downhill. Definitely major problems there.

04/03/2026: Food was 2 hours late... The person who answered the phone didn't seem to care too much and just wanted me off the phone without even an apology. Food was cold when arrived and the chicken was so bad I actually had to clean the sauce off a chunk and make sure it was even chicken. I couldn't tell so I threw it all in the bin along with the cold soggy chips . It's a shame because when we were growing up in the area it was a quality chipper. If I could give it a lower ranking I would.

25/02/2026: Had a delicious takeaway from here. Food was hot, portions was good.

11/02/2026: I came here for a coffee and a seat while killing time before heading to the airport. No complaints. My order was made promptly. Staff were friendly. I had peace and quiet while I drank coffee and people watched. Its a busy place, so seats were limited.

07/02/2026: Went today with my girlfriend, the man making the coffees was as ignorant as can be, he got both out orders wrong, and then got his back up when called out on it. We had a vanilla latte without vanilla syrup, and a pistachio velvet latte without any of the velvety cream on top, both coffees tasted absolutely burnt, and I wasted my two free drinks on them. Never again will I darken the door of this place
