17/09/2025: I waited 15 minutes for the most expencive and worst kebap of my life
15/09/2025: The sandwich I ordered was incredibly oily and in poor condition. I was concerned from the start when I saw the food being prepared behind a door. Unfortunately, the quality was as bad as I feared, and the excess oil gave me a stomachache. I suggest following a proper recipe and being more transparent about food preparation.

22/02/2026: Yeah, i can really see why people are complaining about the salt in this place. I got a spice bag, and i'm finding it pretty difficult to eat with the saltiness. The woman at reception was really nice! I will probably get again but ask for less salt next time.

11/02/2026: I came here for a coffee and a seat while killing time before heading to the airport. No complaints. My order was made promptly. Staff were friendly. I had peace and quiet while I drank coffee and people watched. Its a busy place, so seats were limited.
07/02/2026: Went today with my girlfriend, the man making the coffees was as ignorant as can be, he got both out orders wrong, and then got his back up when called out on it. We had a vanilla latte without vanilla syrup, and a pistachio velvet latte without any of the velvety cream on top, both coffees tasted absolutely burnt, and I wasted my two free drinks on them.
Never again will I darken the door of this place

15/05/2025: Wanted some Mexican and randomly came across this location as I was walking in the area.
Service was pleasant, and there were a decent amount of options.
Restaurant is a bit small, so if the local chavs aren't outside hogging the tables there's only a few places to sit inside.
Felt like I got a good meal for the price paid, and it wasn't chain location glop.
14/04/2025: Nice halal mexican style restaurant. Good service. Friendly staff.

Absolutely love it when minimum wage workers give you more attitude than the owner of Starbucks himself.
Never stepping my foot in this coffee shop.
02/12/2025: The hot chocolate in Starbucks here should not be half cup with foam, like the elder lady does it in the morning on 2nd of December, they dont get proper training for them to understand that a late, a hot chocolate doesn't have foam and half cup empty, shame because we dont pay 1 euro, we pay near 6 euros, because we add bigger size and additional straps. Shame Starbucks that your staff doesn't get enough training

10/03/2026: Since the change of management the standards have dropped, inconsistant order filling when collecting a phone order, you have to query what is in the bag everytime you collect to make sure your order is complete. Quite expensive too.
Best - Chips were ok and a decent portion size.
Worst - Chicken burger - Q (out of a potential 7Q's) - you dont put raw onions and ketchup on a Chicken burger!

20/12/2025: I used to visit this place quite often for their hot chocolate and always enjoyed it. However, over the past two days, the taste has been disappointing and not at all what it used to be. It felt bland and inconsistent, which was surprising given my previous good experiences here. I hope they improve the quality again, because this used to be one of my go-to spots.

09/03/2026: Have been ordering from here for 20 plus years and have to say the standards have really slipped in recent years. Most recently it's been incorrect items or substituting what been ordered for something else. And when you give them an opportunity to fix they disappear and don't come back even when you call multiple times. Really a shame used to be a far better run place. I would not recommend.
28/02/2026: Absolutely abysmal service.
Ordered one single pizza at 7.35, at 8.30 rang for an update and was told it was on the way.
20 minutes later, still no pizza, I rang again and was met by a very rude member of staff on the phone who stated it would be 5 more minutes.
It was then another 20 minutes until it was delivered.
Would not recommend, would reccomend the branch in Bray though.
