Absolutely love it when minimum wage workers give you more attitude than the owner of Starbucks himself.
Never stepping my foot in this coffee shop.
02/12/2025: The hot chocolate in Starbucks here should not be half cup with foam, like the elder lady does it in the morning on 2nd of December, they dont get proper training for them to understand that a late, a hot chocolate doesn't have foam and half cup empty, shame because we dont pay 1 euro, we pay near 6 euros, because we add bigger size and additional straps. Shame Starbucks that your staff doesn't get enough training

15/06/2026: Had the nan sandwich with chicken, the flavours were so good but there was so much mayo (and I love mayo) that it made me feel nauseous. Also the chips were dipped back in the frier I’d say multiple times and not cooked fresh as they were pretty overcooked and very oily.
13/02/2026: The momo served here for 8 euros are not the authentic one. Just the ajinomoto brand chicken frozen gyozas that we get in asian shops. Not worth the money at all.

01/07/2026: The place is absolutely filthy and covered in rubbish and despite the place being empty, not one of the staff could care enough to clean it.
They’re constantly forgetting items from the order and have a generally snippy mood when asked about missing items.
Report lodged with the health inspector

28/06/2026: Used to come here 10 years ago when it was great. Very good food now it’s less than average.
I ate an entire meal I paid money on the credit card, I had an €20 note and asked if I could get change for the bus afterwards. The waitress said “sorry we don’t do that”.
Absolutely ridiculous aside from the less than average/terrible food the worse staff make it just that incrementally more terrible, absolutely shocking level that this restaurant has went down to.

03/05/2026: It really is as bad as the reviews say. Way better value to the Lidl next door and eat something healthy. Noodles dry and overcooked, rice dry and tasteless, chewy chicken strips, just overall bad food. Best taste was the fanta .

07/06/2026: Chicken fillet burger was actually fairly tasty, but the taco chips were weirdly oily and bland - pretty awful actually! Never had taco chips like that before and had to throw most of it out.
Delivery driver was lovely though! Patient, friendly, & delivered before the expected time.

01/10/2025: THE WORST PLACE IN DUBLIN! First of all, they delete all the bad comments you put on them. As for the site, the workers are very rude, especially the blonde manager and the teenagers who work, they laugh at you and do nothing to understand you apart from being racist! They try to scam the tourist so BE VERY CAREFUL! In addition to the quality of the food, it leaves a lot to be desired, they keep the food trays for two days, health should go to check the hygienic measures. IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.

23/05/2026: As a coeliac and always on guard I was horrified to find the gluten free cakes all stacked with everything containing gluten. Not good enough. Average age of staff 18 years old. Not a clue of how serious this is.
You need to do better and educate your staff
