21/09/2024: Sadly Finches is closing and the place had no more than 20 people in the lounge. There was a 2 piece band doing a great job. They don't serve food either. 2 cocktails €20+

09/01/2025: Was OK but wouldn't be ordering again after seeing Food Safety Authority report. More than just a slip up, implies the staff are all dirty but didn't care. Rat dropping even in the box to store clean gloves Quote below: "Evidence of non-compliance: There is heavy rodent (rat) activity in the premises. This was evidenced by: The presence of multiple fresh rat droppings in multiple areas throughout the shared kitchen including; around the hot water cylinder to the rear of the premises, around the lobby leading to the rear dry goods store and staff changing area, in the staff toilet, in the attic, in a plastic container storing rubber gloves, on food packaging stored to the front of the kitchen, in the dry goods store under shelving to the front of the kitchen and in the attic and other areas throughout the shared kitchen. A hole had been chewed through the wall in the dry goods store to the front of the shared kitchen, in a manner consistent with rat activity. Open ready to eat foods such as sushi/sashimi, noodles, chips and sauces were present in the kitchen which rodents were likely to have had contact with. Food and food packaging which rodents have come into contact with is likely to be contaminated with harmful pathogens such as Salmonella spp. which rodents carry on their paws and excrete in their urine and faeces. This renders the food produced in these conditions likely to be unsafe and thus poses a grave an immediate risk to public health."

09/01/2025: This place is grim and the guy behind the counter is awful. Needs a serious cleaning, food is average at best

31/12/2024: Sad that what was a massive win as a kid is now a kick in the bawls for adults.

30/12/2024: On the afternoon of the 29th, I bought takeout from KFC and went home to eat it. My children followed me and started vomiting and diarrhea in the middle of the night. I had diarrhea 4 times at night and 5 times in the morning, and everything was vomited out.

31/12/2024: Did not order from here , made order hour later no food, tring shop to be told driver carme back and not redelivering it , not even a call, worst chipper around

31/12/2024: Don’t recommend ordering here for delivery, waited 1 hour until I received a call from the driver asking for my eircode to say they were 5 minutes away, no more contact until I rang 30 minutes later just to be told they won’t be sending the order out as the driver came back to the shop.

07/01/2025: Horrible receipt paper quality. The.paper itself is flimsy and almost cloth like . Easily rippable which is inadequate. The neoethogen ink is literally running out ,. And rubbing off it, inks on your hand which is dangerous and dna altering and carcinogenic. As a receipt collectionar. I am appalled

10/12/2024: Ilac mc Donald's needs to have a fixed amount of stock for morning rush and lunchtime also, a fixed space for people to wait orders. The counter and tap and go machines blick the main doorway.

08/12/2024: Best pizzas in West Dublin. Staff were friendly, and the service was sharp. My work colleagues love the quarterly treat from Apache!!

24/10/2024: I just ordered through Ubereats a cheeseburger with no pickles and no onion, I add fries, a coke, and a cheese sauce. What I received, only a cheeseburger with pickles and onion.

31/08/2024: We really enjoyed our time at rockets this evening from the amazing food to the service it couldn’t have been better. The lady who served us with curly hair and glasses was very kind and friendly and made very nice recommendations. She went out of her way to check on us to see if we needed anything more throughout.

30/11/2024: Went there for a bite to eat and we wish we hadn’t. The services was ridiculously slow, the manager was running around looking busy although the place was half empty. The manager was also rude and didn’t really care much for when we complained. The food was worse than the service and it took forever to arrive. We will never go there again. Oh yes! And it’s also very very expensive. If I could give it ZERO stars I would.

Teníamos el banquete de carne que no era una pizza, solo un trozo de masa húmeda empapada con carne echada encima. Las alas de búfalo eran una porción muy pequeña para 13. 50 y estaban secos con un chorrito de salsa que se hundió en el fondo del tazón. Los tacos de res solían ser deliciosos pero ahora muy mediocres y un aumento de precio para arrancar. El personal era miserable y poco atento. Nunca más volveré

03/09/2024: My wife, a few friends, and I recently visited the Greyhound Cafe Bar for a night out, and while we had a good time overall, there were some mixed experiences. First off, the music was fantastic. The DJ knew exactly how to keep the energy high, and the playlist was on point. It really set the mood for the night, and we found ourselves dancing and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere.The place was buzzing, which added to the lively vibe, but it also meant it was extremely busy. We had to wait a bit to get drinks, but the bar staff were efficient and friendly, which helped. The crowd was a good mix of people, and everyone seemed to be having a great time. However, the one downside of our visit was the security staff. Unfortunately, they were quite rude. We understand that their job is to keep things in order, especially in such a busy venue, but their attitude was unnecessarily harsh. It put a bit of a damper on our night, as we felt they could have handled things in a more professional and courteous manner. Overall, the Greyhound Cafe Bar is a great spot for music and a lively night out, but they could improve their customer service, particularly when it comes to their security team. With that said, we would consider returning, especially if they address this issue, because the rest of the experience was genuinely enjoyable.

30/11/2024: We got meal deal 1 and 2, good value as you get small curry sauce and drink included. But the chicken balls and onion rings had so much batter and barely any chicken or onion in them, and the chips were a bit dried out, and curry sauce was not spicy, it was a bit sweet. Also they only accept cash, no card payment.

16/11/2024: This place is back in the 19th century does not take debit or credit cards. Don't trust cash only businesses, easy way ro cook the books. Not the first Chinese takeaway I have come across doing this

07/01/2025: Food was nasty waste of money. McDonald fillet of fish is better. Batter was disgusting. Rock hard on top soggy at the bottom.

07/12/2024: It is very expensive and tasteless, not worth the money spent. Don't eat fish, the burger is not bad. in a central location

13/12/2024: €9.50 for a ham and cheese croissant and a flat white. The croissant wasn’t even heated properly. Avoid if you can I guess

12/12/2024: Coffee was good. Sandwich was soggy. Cake was like a rock. Very difficult to bite. 2nd muffin was dry and the filling was non existent. Server had very poor English. Confusion reigned

19/07/2024: Not what it used to be. Chips were absolute muck, they’d been cooked about 4 times. Can of Coke was warm. Chicken in the kebab was tough as if it had been sitting out for a couple days
