04/09/2026: I called the restaurant to order because I was having issues with the app and the man else speaking to wasn’t patient at all. I usually just manage With Uber eats or just eats, etc But I had to tweak my order and I thought that I’d be able to get help but clearly not. Completely put me off getting food. He kept on responding by saying “he’s busy”. I mean, that’s kind of the point of a fast food restaurant. I simply just cut the phone. You’re better off going into the shop yourself or maybe not going at all. It’s up to you.

30/08/2026: I ordered foot from this place and they left the order short, when I rang to tell them this the man on the phone accused me of lying about the mising food and reusing for us to talk to a manager, ill never order from his place again food was also cold on arrival

07/08/2026: We'd normally go to Castello, but said we'd give this place a go for a change after seeing the Is It Worth It? review. Delighted we did! Ordered in there and had our food in about 10 minutes. First bonus was our 4 yr old got a lollipop when we came in, which went down a treat!! We got the diced chicken curry with fried rice, and the review wasn't wrong, it was really nice. We also got the salt & chilli chicken balls, chips and sweet & sour sauce. The chips were proper crispy, the chicken balls were lovely, and the fried rice was probably the nicest we've had from a take away in ages, really fresh and fluffy. The staff were really friendly, and the phones were hopping, which was great to see. We nearly didn't order after reading some of the older reviews, but glad we went for it. We'll definitely be back! 🖤✨️

25/05/2026: They don't have a card machine, only accept cash, don't have a website, delivery driver can't deliver to anywhere "outside of D12", even if it's an EIGHT MINUTE drive from the Takeaway. If they are looking to destroy their own business they are doing a fantastic job. I wonder if they are paying tax 🤔

10/07/2026: My family got a large order with plenty of variety tonight and most of it went in the bin. Even the rice and chips were bad. Never again

07/07/2026: Driver glen dirty pissy hands ✋️ missing in a bottle in his car without washing hand. Smoking & tobacco on food. Throws food bag on a dirty car floor that hadn't been cleaned in over 4 years 😳 no wonder people getting food poisoning sick. Dirty dirty bag

20/08/2026: Chicken kung po with boiled rice, done in 15 min. Delicious food.

03/07/2026: Not great. Weird tiny chicken balls and too salty curry sauce spilling out of foil carton rather than contained in tub

21/07/2026: Solid 4/5. Very nice curry sauce. Nice to have bamboo shoots and water chestnuts in the satay tofu. Good chips.

01/06/2026: This is now the best Chinese takeaway in Dublin 12 and may include all surrounding areas. The food is excellent cooked by great chefs. Curry sauce is amazing and all other dishes are so good. It’s the freshest food to expect when going there to order.

22/08/2026: I came into this store on Saturday the 15th of August my sister and I both ordered Frappuccino’s. The lady who was serving us must have misheard me saying my name and order because both were wrong, when we went up to the counter after waiting for a few minutes the same girl barked at us saying “these are yours!” I was very taken aback because it was for “Lee” which is not my name, and it wasn’t what we ordered :( We said to the lady very politely that it’s not what we ordered and she actually tutted and rolled her eyes at us. I have worked in customer service for nearly 6 years and I could never imagine talking to a customer like that for my mistake. It was hurtful and quite mean :(( It was also our birthday ,:(

20/08/2026: I regularly get matcha from Starbucks, and it’s always been amazing. But today, for the first time ever, I had the worst matcha I’ve ever tasted. It was about 90% milk with barely any matcha flavour — it honestly tasted like milk with a slight green colour😞 I visited this Starbucks between 8–9 AM on 20 August 2026, and I really regret coming in today. Very disappointing, especially since I normally love Starbucks matcha.

20/07/2026: One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. I genuinely cannot understand how this restaurant believes this level of service is acceptable. I placed my order during normal business hours and then spent over two hours waiting for my food. Two hours. Not 30 minutes. Not an hour. Two full hours with virtually no communication, no meaningful updates, and absolutely no respect for my time. I was left staring at the order status, wondering if my food would ever arrive. After such an outrageous wait, I expected at least a freshly prepared, hot meal. Instead, I received food that was completely cold. Everything that should have been hot was stone cold. Crispy items had gone soft, the texture was ruined, and the overall presentation looked as though it had been sitting around for ages before finally being delivered. It was genuinely disappointing from the moment I opened the bag. To make matters even worse, the food itself wasn't even good. Had the meal been outstanding, I might have been willing to overlook some of the delay. Unfortunately, the quality was just as poor as the service. Bland flavours, average ingredients, and nothing remotely worth waiting two hours for. I honestly regret spending my money here. What is most frustrating is the complete lack of customer care. Delays happen—I understand that. Restaurants get busy. But leaving customers waiting for over two hours without proper communication is simply unacceptable. If you know you can't prepare or deliver food within a reasonable time, be honest. Give customers the opportunity to cancel instead of wasting their entire evening. Paying customers deserve hot food, reasonable service, and basic respect. This restaurant failed on every single one of those points. This experience completely ruined my evening. I was hungry, frustrated, and by the time the food arrived, it wasn't even worth eating. Waiting that long only to receive cold, disappointing food is beyond unacceptable. I will never order from this restaurant again, and I certainly won't recommend it to anyone. There are far too many restaurants that actually value their customers and provide food that's hot, fresh, and delivered within a reasonable time. If you're considering ordering from here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Save yourself the time, the money, and the disappointment. Absolutely unacceptable. One star is more than this experience deserved.

20/07/2026: The food was very nice and warm, the quality was pretty good and I’ve ordered quite a few times here already and the food were all delicious, the staffes were very nice & polite and I got my food very quickly. Would come again, and I’d recommend people to come here.

23/07/2026: I ordered gluten free food for delivery, which is hard as a coeliac but the woman on the phone was so friendly and made me feel very safe about my order. She assured me the kitchen will do it separately. I didn’t get sick. Perfect place for coeliacs, I even got to have the popidoms! 10/10 would recommend.

15/03/2026: They prioritise delivery orders over people that are actually waiting in line. If you don’t mind to wait 10 minutes to order (no one in-front of me) for an over priced food and coffee, this place is for you.

28/05/2026: Inside the Generator, this bar is pretty good. Good drinks and service. You probably won't find a local in here though.

24/03/2026: We had a great time; the place is nice, clean, and well-kept. The food was good, and we had a 20% discount that allowed us to go up the observation tower. P.S.: The guy at the front desk didn't want to scam us, but we insisted.

15/06/2026: Had the nan sandwich with chicken, the flavours were so good but there was so much mayo (and I love mayo) that it made me feel nauseous. Also the chips were dipped back in the frier I’d say multiple times and not cooked fresh as they were pretty overcooked and very oily.

13/02/2026: The momo served here for 8 euros are not the authentic one. Just the ajinomoto brand chicken frozen gyozas that we get in asian shops. Not worth the money at all.
