20/01/2026: Food was unhygienic and staff was uninterested in taking order.

11/01/2026: Went here for a sub, asked for lettuce, tomato, red onion and chipotle and they only had onion. My partner asked for a sub with just bacon on it and they put 3 strips of small bacon on it and then they said they would have to charge extra for more (first time I ever seen this) Staff were rude and argumentative especially considering their slogan is ‘eat fresh’ yet they have no salads… we told them we didn’t want the subs and left. Went to airside subway instead and we got a completely different experience. Won’t return to this location ever again.

25/05/2026: Very disappointing experience at The Bagel Bar café in Omni Shopping Centre. If you’re a person of colour, be prepared to feel unwelcome. Some of the senior staff were rude, dismissive, and made us feel uncomfortable with their attitude and eye-rolling throughout our visit. This was our fourth time visiting, and every single time it has been uncomfortable. Today we ended up going there because O’Brien’s toaster wasn’t working. We spent around €30 and honestly left feeling upset rather than relaxed. The bagels were average, and the coffee was just okay — definitely not worth the experience. Good customer service and basic respect should be for everyone. Sadly, this kind of rude behaviour seems to be becoming more common in Dublin lately.

09/05/2026: I visited this café early in the morning while waiting for a nearby car service appointment. The café had not opened yet, and I sat quietly in the seating area intending to have breakfast and coffee once they opened. A staff member approached me and informed me that the seating area was private before opening hours. I completely understand that businesses have their own rules and procedures. However, I found the interaction unnecessarily unfriendly and dismissive, especially considering I intended to become a customer. The situation could have been handled with a little more courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, the experience left a negative first impression.

30/01/2026: Southern fried chicken was awful, bland. Curry sauce not the best. Chips were nice though

07/07/2026: Visited on a weekday and it was nice and quiet, with plenty of seating available. Staff were actively keeping tables clean, which made the whole place feel well looked after. I went for the Three Legends meal — everything was fresh and really tasty. The chicken salt on the fries was a standout, absolutely delicious. Wings great and SFC leg was excellent

06/07/2026: Absolutely terrible KFC, the Managers attitude stinks, kiosks were not working properly and people had to pay at the counter. The way he spoke to customers and left them waiting for so long was absolutely disgraceful. You would think it was their fault, I think I heard him say his name was Jorge to someone that he was arguing with.

29/04/2026: Pretty awful meal tonight delivered to me via Uber the meal was completely ruined. While order was covered in golden syrup inside the bag.. banana fritters I ordered were mouldy and black

11/04/2026: If I could leave 0 star than I would, between ordering and delivering food took around 3 hours! Called direct they said it should have been woth us and when confirmed not they said its on its way. Food arrived cold and not what expected. Won't be ordering again.

24/01/2026: Very poor experience. We were given a voucher as a gift to use at this restaurant. We arrived to the Gibson at 7.45 for our reservation at that time - got seated etc. We got our menus and waited for someone to come back to take our order or even drinks order. We had to get someone’s attention (at this stage it was after 8pm). She came back to us and asked us if we wanted “the good news or the bad news”. She told us the bad news was the kitchen is now closed (??) so we can’t order but she can bring us to the bar and we can use our voucher there. I told her i thought this was absolutely outrageous because someone just sat us down and never told us about having to order before 8, nor did anyone try to get our order in before the deadline, and she said she agreed with me but that she wasn’t the person who greeted us at the start. Food in the bar was fine. We eventually got our first drink at 8.30 - 45 mins after we arrived. When the bill came they knew nothing about our gift voucher which we handed to the initial lady, and they had to go searching around for her and the voucher. We couldn’t help but laugh at how poorly this night had gone. If you’re getting dinner in the area before a concert, would recommend Ruby’s, the Mayson or Cill Airne over this establishment.

29/06/2026: Food isn’t fresh , I came early in the morning before they open and food was still there in containers in a bad state

06/06/2026: I was completely disrespected once again by the manager at this location. I previously sent an email to the company regarding the unacceptable treatment I received from the same manager a week ago, and I never received any response. Today, he disrespected me again and even admitted it, saying, “Yes, I did disrespect you.” He also told me that he doesn’t like people like me. How can a company place someone so emotionally unstable in a leadership position? Someone like this should not be managing a team or dealing with customers. Being treated with such disrespect is unacceptable under any circumstances. It’s truly disappointing because the other employees are incredible, polite, and always willing to help. However, this manager is completely unprofessional and creates a terrible atmosphere. With him there, the environment is awful. Without a doubt, this is the worst place I have ever been to.

26/05/2026: Went there before 8 pm no staff at the counter waited for 10 mins staff returns and says we are not serving I could see online orders being prepared store is supposed to be open till 10 pm if the staff isn't in a mood to work or server customers due to work fatigue or any other reason try at least to be a bit pleasant to other human being.

11/05/2026: Went there and your one didn’t have a lick of English and couldn’t work her own shop. Disgusting food won’t return…

17/01/2026: Absolutely horrible service. Ordered a 4 in 1 with sweet and sour sauce (I asked this through just eat notes which is what they’re there for), and a 4 in 1 with curry sauce comes. I rang them to just let them know thinking they’d apologise and offer to switch my order as ai literally cannot eat it. They told me it’s my fault as I didn’t ring to switch to sweet and sour sauce but it’s in the notes? I do this all the time at other restaurants and it’s no problem. They then asked me would I like to order a sweet and sour sauce I said is it free as my order is wrong? And they said I would have to pay for it…? God forbid someone addressed an allergy on their just eat notes, they just don’t bother reading them clearly. Don’t order from here, I know I never will again.

24/11/2025: This place used to be nicer but it's not anymore. The new options aren't that good and they don't even give crisps on the side. It has a nice vibe but they've got a lot worse over the years.

02/09/2025: The cakes made me and my partner unwell 😭 Also they were not great tastewise.

16/07/2025: Quiet nice place spacey bakery/coffee shop, selling delicious fresh sourdough bread, cakes, pastries, sandwiches and coffee. I had a polenta cake (really delicious, nicely balanced flavous - adding a photo) and a flat white with almond milk ☕

06/07/2026: The order arrived on time, but the quality is crap. The sandwiches were crushed, dry, and cold. We ordered toasted sandwiches, but they didn't. The nachos were cold with a piece of cheese. The cheese balls were incredibly spicy, and they didn't warn us. The potato waffles were soggy and in one piece. One cookie was bitten off, leaving teeth marks!!!

11/06/2026: Great food and nice staff, say so far it's one of the best subways in Dublin. Was helped how to use the self-order kiosk by the staff. Sadly it was interrupted by poor deliveroo drivers shot gun passenger who abuse the staff. There should be a policy to protect staff… also if someone who's shotgunning for the deliveroo driver is picking the order. Doesn't seem like my food is being delivered safely if I'm the one orderifn food. Who will hold responsibility if the order isn't right. Shouldn't be the subway staff but the deliveroo driver for sure.
