08/06/2025: One coffee, waited over 20 minutes, 5 past ten and I got handed a cold coffee. Staff members are all helpful and so nice, but it's a bit chaotic with handing the orders out. Maybe more staff needed? New galaxy caramel latte was underwhelming..

19/05/2025: Peak efficiency. I was served within 2 mins on my last 8 visits to burger king. The staff quality is miles away ahead compared to other Fast Foods.

16/05/2025: I went to burger king today with my family. We had 1 medium whopper meal with cheesy jalapeno fries with a sprite. 1 medium chicken bacon burger meal with an americano and 1 kids meal with an orange juice. It was euro 30.10. I thought it was expensive for fast food. The fries with the meals were tiny too. I've noticed I er the past few years that fast food is packaged to look cheap but in reality it's not. Like so many food places these days the value for money just isn't there. If I was to guess I'd say it costs burger king 3 euro to make a meal and they are charging 11 or 12 euro for it. Good for them if they can get it. I'm not going to be a customer any longer. Also the girl behind the counter today handing out the orders wasn't the most pleasant.

19/06/2025: Stopped off before my 8am train and got breakfast. Ordered a ciabatta and a cappuccino. Both were lovely and they had oat milk and syrups too. Service was great also, for early in the morning the staff had an energetic attitude and were very kind.

26/05/2025: Suitated in the main forecourt of Houston on the left when exiting the station , a decitated barrista and a decitated till operator and dispite this the service is still very slow and can't be very busy , Cafe Nero near the toilets is way quicker but more expensive and in general so is insomnia so I'd wait till in the city for a reasonable prices coffee in any spar or centra and its the same quality IMO

21/06/2025: The burgers were very dry , hardly any sauce and the lettuce was manky and tasted funny.

20/06/2025: Wow. When you think a franchise has the same food everywhere and can’t mess up things that bad. The halloumi fries were absolutely nasty and fried in old oil, when I ate them it felt like a whole lining of fat in my mouth swishing around. The plant based burger also tasted dirty and oily. And to top things off, they gave me chicken nuggets as well to a veggie order- as a joke?

28/07/2024: Ordered kebab, it smelled like hot garbage (i swear this is not an exaggeration) and the food was SOOO bland i doubt there was even salt. 2 bites then garbage where it belongs.

22/07/2024: Very poor taco fries here recently. I arrived to collect my order and they had not noticed it on the system. They asked me to wait 5 minutes which I did. At the same time some customers ordered taco fries. When I got the order home the portion of taco fries was laughable for over 10 euro. Very few fries and pretty much just covered in sauce. Would not recommend here. Very bad experience

16/04/2025: I visited this fantastic bar before Christmas last year, and it exceeded all expectations unfortunately the place has been shut down now . The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, with great music and friendly staff and lovely food by ‘Laacha Restaurant’ .

04/04/2025: It's closed. The website and IG look alive, same with open table. But there's a chain lock on the gate and the security at power court tells me they've closed up about 6 or 8 weeks ago.

29/04/2025: Dear Four Star Pizza Phibsboro / Just Eat, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint and demand a full refund for an order I placed on 28/04/2025 via Just Eat, which was never delivered, despite being paid for in advance. Here are the details of what occurred: Communication Issues: My phone was not operational at the time of delivery, preventing me from receiving or making calls. However, I spent over 30 minutes outside, walking up and down, checking my window, and constantly reviewing the app, but there was no sign of the delivery. Confusion with the Delivery Driver: A white car arrived and stopped near my building, but it had no visible branding or indication that it was from Four Star Pizza. The driver remained inside the car, showing no intent to deliver or communicate. There was no attempt to contact me through other means, such as ringing my doorbell or emailing me. It was impossible to identify the car as the delivery vehicle. Order Status in the App: When I checked the Just Eat app, it showed that the order had been marked as delivered, which was clearly false. After failing to reach the restaurant due to my phone issues, I had to enlist help from a family member to contact Four Star Pizza Phibsboro. I eventually spoke with the manager of the restaurant. Unacceptable Customer Service: The treatment I received from the manager was completely unacceptable. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue, I was met with rudeness and aggression. I was yelled at, told my complaints would not be heard, and that I would not be refunded. Furthermore, I was told that if I wanted the same meal (already cold after waiting over an hour), I would have to pay an additional 3 euros for re-delivery. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I did not receive my order, and the customer service I encountered was appalling. Given that I did not receive my order and the service was entirely subpar, I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid. This is the least that should be done after such a poor experience. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter.

13/01/2025: Very quick service and easy online ordering for collection. The spice bags are very nice and large portions.

18/05/2025: Great food and reasonable prices. Sweet and sour chicken and the side orders like the Spice or Munchies Boxes are great. Lovely people too who own and run it, so very friendly.

09/05/2025: One of the worst Burger Kings I’ve ever been to is the one in Santry, Dublin. I ordered one thing — they gave me something completely different. I asked for spicy sauce — they gave me ketchup. I ordered a double cheeseburger — I got some cold, single, miserable excuse for a burger. I said “no ice” — of course they added ice. Every part of the order was wrong, as if it was a competition in incompetence. The staff were rude, slow, and acted like I was bothering them. And the so-called manager — a guy in glasses — was absolutely useless. Instead of helping, he just added more attitude. No respect, no manners, no clue how to talk to customers. Total disaster of a manager. And just because I’m not a native English speaker doesn’t mean I deserve worse treatment. Not knowing perfect English is not an excuse to treat people like garbage. If they think I won’t notice the mistakes or won’t complain because of the language barrier — they’re dead wrong. Respect should be universal, no matter what language someone speaks. Final word: This place is a joke. Disrespectful, careless, and totally unprofessional. Never again. The manager even spat there, I saw it myself.

09/05/2025: This Burger King in Santry is a complete disgrace. I honestly don’t know how this place is still open. The burger I got was barely cooked — the meat was practically raw in the middle. The cheese? Not even melted. Just a sad, cold slice thrown on top like an afterthought. The bun was cold, the whole thing looked like it had been made by someone wearing a blindfold and boxing gloves. It was disgusting. I couldn’t eat it — it felt like biting into a wet shoe. And don’t even get me started on the waiting time — they took forever. 25 minutes for a “fast food” meal that came out cold and undercooked. The staff clearly don’t care. They act like serving customers is a punishment. No eye contact, no apology, no basic decency. The atmosphere feels like a prison cafeteria, only with worse food and angrier guards. Absolutely shameful service, disgusting food, and zero professionalism. This place should be inspected — if not shut down altogether.

09/03/2025: I don't want to winge like all the other Irish...but it has recently been changed somehow. Different staff. The guy seemed reluctant to take orders so left there for 15 minutes despite we being the only ones at the counter. I think it's to try force customers to use the screen menu near the enterance - which unlike McDonalds - was very confusing. All I wanted was a simple Whopper meal. Think you can find that most popular one on the menu ?.. have a try ! All I could see were words like " value "...I mean ! .. what the hell ?.. Oh and the bg music they use now awfull. I mean it's REALLY awfull !

06/03/2025: Brought my two children and my partner here the other day I should have just gone a couple doors down to McDonald's. I ordered from the kiosk machine, a burger for me and my partner and a meal for both of my kids. I chose the table service option and brought a table number to my table. After about 15 minutes of waiting. I could hear the young man calling a number from the main counter to be collected. I thought this couldn't be us as we are getting table service yet the place is empty so maybe it is me I walked up to the counter to find out that it was our food. I said the young man I thought it was table service to which he barely replied oh sorry. When I returned to the table my partner pointed out that there was no straws no napkins and no sauces that was supposed to come with the kids meals, and the kids drinks were wrong also. I returned to the counter to point this out. When I got to the counter I could clearly hear the two young guys cursing, and speaking in a manner that was absolutely unacceptable for a restaurant with kids in it. I pointed out that he had got the drinks wrong to which he said we don't have any of those drinks. To which I replied maybe the machine should tell us that when we're paying for them. I returned to my table thinking the confusion was over. And I opened up my burger (the big bang) to find the cheese Patty was over cooked - over deep fried and which made it hard and chewy. It wasn't this point I decided I will never be back to this waste of space again. Also one more thing to point out the young staff are so lazy in this place that half of the seats are closed to the public and the lights turned off so they don't have to clean them at the end of the day. In the 50% of the shop that was still available to sit down only half of the areas had the lights turned on. And half of those tables were dirty with food still on.. So there was literally people sitting in dark corners eating food. It is Burger King at the end of the day and I don't have high hopes for a fast food place like this. But I would at least think that the staff that their hiring can read a piece of paper and put the correct things on the tray, I could teach a monkey to do that. Don't waste your time our money

13/05/2025: Its one of the best kebabs I've ever had. Thank you so much it was delicious 😋 I only ate half cause it was huge and kept the other half for later. I will definitely order again to try everything. Quick delivery and affordable place.

12/05/2025: No stars 🌟💯😡always orderd from there rang at 8.15 orderd my phone, time I come home from kids clubs food should be see there at my door.. Half 9 no food and it was cancelled by them!!!! Rang and asked wer is my food said oh see driver is new abit of rain today is 12 May 2015 tiny bit of rain and he can't drive he texted me 2 times for address I never texted him back, I rang him have screenshot and he didn't answer as I don't have credit to txt him and it's up to the resturant to give him my address... All because the roads are wet he can't drive and cancelled my order.. Never order again and waiting around ages not worte it... Wen u can order from else we're and get ur food 👌
