01/12/2024: We are very disappointed with the quality of the food (spice bag,...)We did get two spicy bags to night and they was very oily ,not fresh potato and the oil was running though the bag 🤦.

26/11/2024: Egg fried rice was brown, rather than white with yellow bits. Chips were undercooked and hard. Disappointing because my family has been a regular here for a long time. I wonder if the ownership has changed.

05/11/2024: Decided on my way home from work 10pm to call in and try Eskimo... Was very disappointed, pizza really wasn't great, very little toppings and even less cheese. Won't be returning, much better out there

18/10/2024: Unfortunately, I don't like the company's policy. To order, you have to stand in a narrow aisle where the cups are placed. My son accidentally caught the shelf and the cup fell to the ground. The staff (Pablo) told us to pay for it, I think these cups are placed in such a place on purpose because no one wants to buy them - €19.99. This type of service is unacceptable in restaurants like Starbucks! Tasty coffee.

10/10/2024: I am a customer of this store and I have never experienced that the atmosphere of the store was not adequate. The 2 employees of today, August 27, need to smile and be kind to me and to all the customers (Store empty and tables dirty, possibly the staff did not talk to each other, the atmosphere is perceived as ugly). A very cold treatment and without returning the thanks I gave them. Today I am leaving very sad because of the poor service.

14/12/2024: Ana was completely disrespectful. Had to repeat my order three times, even then managed to get it wrong. Completely different stuff chosen to what I actually ordered. Then when I got to the window and explained I didnt ask for that she just got annoyed and complained. When my partner went into complain, another member of staff said this was the 4th complaint today but manager wasn’t interested. How many complaints does it take for the manager to be interested???

06/12/2024: Opens at 11:00, at 11:07 doors and drive thru was still closed.

09/12/2024: Nobody came to clear the tables that required clearing and cleaning. And the shop was full.

01/12/2024: Nice place for a coffee but staff could be friendlyer

05/12/2024: Can't get the order right, threw out half of one and half the other one, cost 33 euros for nothing, very disappointing

24/12/2024: Seems that guy who was making the footlong lacked basic skill of making it as he did not knew what to put in plant picante and big Bombay and did not sound nice to make conversation . Have your guys training done that is important I think

24/12/2024: this is a horrible subway and you should never go there, they never give enough vegetables and they lied to me before saying a specific food wasn't available when it was and it was right in front of me. and they were also giving out to us because some lady offered to buy me water because the food was so spicy and I was crying. and I go there every single day even though there service is so bad. this is my honest option and I always wished that they would change but they never did even though I have been going there every day since the summer this year

20/12/2024: Amazing coffee, amazing staff, cosy atmosphere and brilliant speciality coffee. What more could you ask for!

24/11/2024: I went in here for a coffee and went to pay but they said they don’t accept cash so basically refused me service. Not impressed with that. Cash is legal tender, plenty of normal coffee shops around so I’ll take my business elsewhere. Avoid

14/09/2024: Bought a spice bag on my way home from work in the evening, first thing I noticed was that it was quite a small portion, spicing was pretty good but the chicken was stringy and the coating was really hard, I was genuinely worried about my fillings! Overall very average and I definitely won’t be returning!!!

27/09/2024: This SuperValu greatly expanded its deli a few years ago, offering a good selection of tasty sandwiches and ready meals. Unfortunately in the past year the food on offer has gone steeply downhill in quality. Recently I bought a SuperValu chicken ciabatta sandwich and a SuperValu chicken and bacon sandwich. I was astonished to discover that both contained no butter and no mayo (this absence was not indicated on the labels). Apparently SuperValu wants to make its sandwiches more ‘healthy’ by making them taste dry as sawdust. I realise that using butter and mayo on my sandwiches may result in me losing my candidacy for the title of Healthiest Corpse in the Graveyard, but life is short and good food is one of life’s pleasures. This branch’s ready meals have taken a similar downward path in quality. An anti-plastic drive has seen several tasty favourites removed from the shelves to be replaced by much more expensive meals in foil containers. I tried one of these meals (a chicken dinner) and it was as bland as wet cardboard. Evidently as part of the health drive the use of salt has been forbidden. Thanks, SuperValu: you have ruined what was once a good deli.
