01/11/2025: Ok feeling disappointed i love eskimo pizza Got one tonight and it was topped so minimum. Literally had to look for the toppings mushrooms one quarter on each slice pepperoni and ham not muchbetter. Previous pizza were well topped. Finglas village..

21/10/2025: Had someone order me a spicy box out of here, it was terrible and looked nothing like the picture on the site(photo of half it in a bowl to follow alongside the pic on website) was like something reheated thrown into a box on top of charging an extra 15c for the can of coke with no return logo, won't be rushing back.

23/05/2026: The staff were very rude and showed little to no attention to customers. I had placed an online order but ended up waiting over an hour just to receive it. On top of that, they messed up my order, and there was no apology or explanation. I was left standing there for more than 30 minutes while they sorted it out. Poor customer service and very frustrating overall. Would not recommend.

15/05/2026: If I could rate it 0 I would. I ordered a pizza, garlic bread and cookies to treat myself. The food arrived and I opened it to find wedges instead of garlic bread. I done what any normal person would do and contacted the store directly to report my issue. The women on the phone was extremely rude to me when I reported my problem. I asked for the management email and she said go to the app. THE APP STATES TO REPORT THE ISSUE TO THE STORE DIRECTLY HAS I DID. The very rude women on the phone started to shout at me. She was accusing me of making a mistake and saying that I ordered wedges and it was my fault I told her I have a screenshot of what I ordered on the app. She continued to shout and be rude. I asked for her to stop being so rude and stop shouting she proceeded to hang up the phone without a goodbye. I am shocked that someone that age would act like that and not say goodbye. She would also not provide me with her name when I asked. This is not a professional environment. I would avoid this place and the rude worker at all costs. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK !

03/09/2025: I would rather eat grass outside Brentwood Coffee than stepping foot inside it.

18/07/2025: I came in to see two staff members working, and besides my order, there was only one other customer seated. Despite the light foot traffic, I waited over 10 minutes for just two coffees. Unfortunately, the wait wasn’t worth it — the coffees were extremely weak and lacked any real coffee flavor. If you’re someone who enjoys a strong, well-balanced brew, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

31/05/2026: Awful takeaway, absolute rip off for what you get. A bag of chips is a half bag. And nearly 5 euro for 2 onion rings. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere

09/04/2026: I remember when this was a good "chipper". But my God has it fallen in quality. Had not been there for some time but ordered a Fish Box. Can't recall ever getting anything so bad. Tiny slivers of tasteless fish of some sort, covered in a thick soggy batter. Totally inedible unless you just wanted batter. Had wished I'd kept it and weighed out the proportion between fish and batter, but way less than 10% for sure. Disgraceful ripoff.

04/04/2026: Made a mess of our order three items wrong then charged us extra for there mistake wont use again no customer service food arrived cold aswell.

15/03/2026: I would have serious concerns about the chicken being served here. We could not eat the chicken that came in the chilli shredded chicken dish as it was mushy and stringy I'd say its being imported from countries with very bad standards. My daughter was eating it and pulling long pieces of string out of her mouth, discusting and It really makes you think about where these places are sourcing this cheap below standard meats, how is this even allowed? The chicken ball chicken used is different as its harder to disguise without sauce. Delivery took 2 hours.

23/03/2026: Got a subway here and it was disgusting. The bread was hard, the meat tasted very artificial and was oily, and overall it was just very low quality and unpleasant food. I wish I had of checked the rating of this place before going here (at present it's only 2.5/5) because clearly a lot of other people are having bad experiences too.

20/03/2026: Went in to grab something to eat and just had to leave a review even though I don’t very often. The man serving us Bruno was probably one of the nicest staff members I’ve met, he was just really nice and attentive and made our day just that little bit better :)

07/06/2026: I ordered a full house pizza from you and I live 10 minutes away by car and I waited 3 hours for the pizza and I didn't receive it and it shows that I received it but I didn't receive it

11/12/2025: If you have a few hours to spare to wait for your pizza then fire away and come here. I decided to come during my work lunch break and it has taken an hour and I’ve still not received my pizza and will be late to work. This place isn’t exceptionally busy, in fact I would say it’s not busy given it’s lunchtime. There were roughly 4/5 people ahead of me, and we have all gone up to check if our pizza is nearly ready. The workers make a couple of pizzas, watch them cook, serve them, and then decide to make the next pizzas. Really don’t rate this place and don’t recommend it

31/10/2025: I was a little nervous to try this place with all the bad reviews, but decided to order anyway because the location is so close to me. I was not disappointed. Not only was I not disappointed, but I was genuinely surprised at the reviews because this spot is great. Thin crust was light and flavorful. Toppings were high quality and appropriately spread out for the style. I think this pizza is definitely designed to be eaten immediately while fresh. Two pies were ready in ten minutes for pickup, which is awesome. Worth the try for sure.

29/03/2026: Green Mango in Rathfarnham was one of my favorite takeaways and I don't know, this was the first time I had it since they joined with Summer Inn, don't understand exactly what went on there but gotta say very different. The egg fried rice used to be top tier and very tasty now it's just the same as any Chinese. The Panang curry as well, recipe has just changed. Yeah, just very disappointed with how different Green Mango tastes now. Used to be unbelievable for Thai but it rather just tastes like a regular Chinese. Not bad but just not the same especially given the price

21/03/2026: The summer Inn is unbelievable food with unbelievable service for a prefect price foods so tastey never dull. Great for that weekend cheat day. Really recommended. The delivery service is well worth a try for the cold nights you want to wrap up and not go anywhere

31/05/2026: I ordered from this restaurant 2 times,each time they messed up my order and brought it around 2 hours late,when calling to complain I was told my details would be passed to the manager,when he didn’t call me and I called the store back myself,the manager told me he never heard anything about it and could not do anything to help me,very poor management

17/04/2026: Ordered 70 euro worth of food, food took 50 minutes to arrive, when it arrived we were missing items and the items that did arrive were cold

18/05/2026: We stopped at this McDonald's for a McFlurry. The restaurant is absolutely filthy, not a single clean table, the floor is sticky, and I wouldn't advise going to the toilets unless it's an extreme emergency.

21/02/2026: Ordered a Spice Box and a Thai Prawn Red Curry. The curry was tasteless as were the prawns, all went in the bon. Similar to others it is unfortunate. I'm posting this after putting a call in to them, where all I received was an apology. I don't expect to hear anything further but if I do I will modify this feedack

28/11/2025: This place used to be amazing… but the last two orders have been a real letdown. The rice is soggy, definitely not fried, the chicken balls have lost their crunch, and even the curry sauce tastes different. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but I’ve never been this disappointed. Unfortunately, this will be my last time ordering from here.

06/04/2026: Their spice bag is gone to the dogs. Years ago it was absolutely top tier, loads of colour and flavour and the chicken was crispy but juicy, now the spice bag is completely beige, no seasoning, so dry, their chicken isn’t the same they obviously have a different supplier now and went cheaper. Don’t understand why they would let the ball slip on what they became so popular for? Much better spice bags elsewhere now

20/03/2026: this is the saddest chinese ive ever had. The order took over an hour and a half and the spicy chicken was soggy, bland and cold. We ordered 10 chicken balls and we only got 7, they were greasy and had barely any chicken. This ruined my happy friday and the guy that delivered it was on a phone call.
