18/01/2026: Fantastic vegan options. Even do vegan garlic bread. It's the best in Dublin! Just ask to substitute the cheese for vegan cheese as it's not on the menu.

31/07/2025: We really enjoyed X Spice, its tasty dished like the Hot Box and its friendly owner and staff. Sadly it closed permanently this month.

20/03/2026: If you want to spend the next hour in the bathroom go there. 💩 On their card are six different Kebaps - a group of me and two friends ordered all different ones and also different spice levels but when we came to pick them up and asked which one is which the guy said they are all the same.

18/03/2026: Really slow service, poor quality food for the price, and rude and slow staff. The kebab was badly wrapped, making it impossible to eat, and we weren't asked what we wanted inside—luckily, we didn't have any food intolerances or allergies! The fries were cooked in obviously used oil and tasted horrible, with a fishy aftertaste. The wait was over half an hour for two kebab rolls and two fries, and there was no one in front of us. Instead, we were served after a group of five people who arrived ten minutes after us. It turned out our kebabs had been ready for at least 10 minutes, but were just sitting there "abandoned" on their countertop. Obviously, they didn't offer to remake them and serve them hot. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

02/03/2026: Avoid. Ordered dinner for the family through the website. Took payment. Food never arrived. Couldn't get through on the phone, either rang out or was off the hook.

14/02/2026: The food here is great, but delivery regularly takes 2hrs to arrive. When you ring them they don’t apologise, just shout “it’s on the way” and hang up. That’s if their phone hasn’t been taken off the hook. One of their delivery drivers is also extremely obnoxious.

28/09/2025: Place was pretty enough. It’s inside a hotel. I chose it cuz it was close to my hotel and I was tired from travelling. Waitress was lovely. I chose a Caesar salad that tasted nothing like any Caesar I’ve had before and onion rings that dropped grease when I squeezed them, and were inedible once they had cooled. ll in all the most disappointing meal I had in my five days in Ireland.

21/09/2025: We ordered fish and chips. They looked fabulous but the chips were inedible. I prefer chips to still have some of their original potato recognisable in them. These were overcooked and really dry. The batter on the fish was very thick. Not light. First time in Ireland so may be a local preference but was not enjoyable to we Aussies who are probably spoiled for choice at home. The best thing about the meal was the impeccable service and the hot chocolate.

20/10/2025: Honestly , chips were cold , the chicken was tasteless the barbecue sauce ??? I don’t know what that was but definitely not BBQ, everything was so off .. I’m so disappointed, it used to be a great place , the spicy bag NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

21/09/2025: Dirt! Got a spice bag, chips had no seasoning, soggy and under cooked. Chicken again no seasoning, dry and pink in the middle... I'll never eat here again

30/10/2025: Large order for a party, pizzas were overcooked, dried out, bland - like eating leather. Customer service appalling, a ‘tough luck’ and dismissive attitude which is dreadful when spending hundreds of Euro. Never again Blanch Mizzoni !

06/05/2025: It's a pretty good place, just small so if it gets busy which due to its location it does can be a bit much for some people, was showing the football and also had live music so yeah there's a bit of everything.

10/08/2025: The place is absolutely dirty and run-down, and there are no restrooms. The girl serving the sandwiches was efficient, but not friendly. The food selection is very limited. It's a shame for this company; they do better elsewhere. Look around and eat anywhere else; you won't find anything worse.

30/12/2025: Those behind the counter have poor manners and very poor customer service skills! My mother was the only person in the shop waiting to be served. The servers saw her and left her standing there for five minutes. They didnt even have the decency to acknowledge her, let alone ask what they could get for her' or if she had even been served! Their excuse was that she (the customer) should call them for assistance. That's not how customer service works. When someone comes into restaurant/fast food store it is the server that should greet and ask if assistance is needed. They tried to justify their poor service by saying that they were busy with phone orders. If phone orders come first then shut-up shop and take business solely through the phones. Otherwise if it takes three people to serve a phone order whilst leaving an 'in-person' customer standing and ignored, then employ more staff. Customer service has been ailing here for several years but this behaviour was unacceptable.
