15/08/2026: Macchiato with salad. Everything looked very fresh and tasted really good too.

22/07/2026: If I could give 0 stars, I WOULD! Stopped at the bakehouse by Samuel Beckett Bridge, two weeks ago. It was a busy day in Dublin but does not excuse the service from the staff. Upon seating indoors, we ordered our drinks and when wanting to order sandwiches we were told we could not change something in them due to them being already made. We accepted this, but when our drinks arrived they were all the wrong drinks. There was only one staff member working the floor which was too much pressure for any one staff member, so again we gave benefit of the doubt! After our drinks were changed we patiently waited for 40mins. As there was no sign of our food , I went up to the counter and spoke to the staff and they informed me they didnt know anything as they were only new, they got their colleague who told me we would be 3 more orders until our food would be with it. All we ordered were general basic sandwiches. As I was at the counter so was a woman at the table beside me who informed myself and the staff she had been waiting an hour for her food without being told she would have to. They told her she would be required to wait another 15mins. This type of service is inexcusable and not considerate of people and their plans and days. We were also not told how long we would be waiting until I approached them. What was worse is there was no apology from the staff team!

11/08/2026: Still a very good spice bag here, make sure to get the extra chicken and the curry sauce.

30/08/2026: Great Chinese , worker very nice and food was excellent . Follows the order instructions perfectly too and added in free prawn crackers . I ordered medium munchy box and it was very delicious , very well seasoned and not bland whatsoever , full of flavour and lots of chicken inside . Curry sauce and satay sauce was also very nice , and their 5€ offer spice bag was brilliant . Great local Chinese and best in the area for sure , will be coming back here from now on .🙂

16/08/2026: My food arrived cold and I mean cold it took 1 hour 20 minutes to arrive I was told when I complained nothing to do with our service will never ever use them again if u pay 58euro for food and I'm not joking u should get a proper service please don't use this Chinese it's not Chinese food it's a frustration to Chinese food 🤣🤣🤣🤣can't emphasis enough please don't order any more food out of this place you're better off finding crap on the ground plenty of more places to order from around Rathfarnham just saying you will be very disappointed with the quality of food and service hope you find this useful.Just to add I ordered plenty of times and it arrived late more or often than not 👎👎👎my friend rang me lives in willbrook told me it took 1 hour 40 minutes for delivery omg come on it's a joke 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 why are people ordering from this place it's your choice if do but don't tell me I didn't warn you so be happy what you get 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣grew up in Rathfarnham and still live here and I'm still hearing the most common complaint about this place is delivery and the lack of quality of food should this place be in business aboulselty not people should know if you pay good money get quality what you pay for 🤣🤣🤣

04/06/2026: Absolutely amazing staff but DO NOT GO HERE TO WORK. The furniture is disgracefully uncomfortable, I was there 30 minutes and my neck and back was killing me so I had to leave, I was planning to stay for lunch too but I physically couldn't - tables are way too low and the chairs are too high it feels like you are at a little kids tea party and its so obvious they just want you in and out as soon as possible which is a big shame. Won't be back unfortunately

22/06/2026: Their curry sauce is best in Dublin imho. I'd order so much more than once every 6 months or that if their prices weren't so outrageous. Everything was delish as usual apart from the day old scabby amount of no tasting fried noodles they charged me an astronomical 5.50 for with no seasoning, scallions and not even in long tray. Plus 5.50 for delivery leaves ya salty about the whole experience. For these prices yis don't deserve the business youse get which is sad cos the food is genuinely good. Oh well see yis in another 6 months. Maybe.

07/07/2026: Only scored low on food cause they stopped doing acai bowls and now theres no point ordering from them :( they used to be amazing and always packaged perfectly. Another place bites the dust

20/05/2026: Can only comment on delivery as I've never ordered instore. Genuinely my favourite acai bowl in Dublin and I enjoy the coffee. The granola is always crunchy, they dont skimp on the peanut butter and the package the items well.

12/09/2026: Two young women were working there at 7 PM. I just want to mention that I waited 15 minutes for a single coffee, even though there was no line at the time; they were simply lazy and chatting with each other. I hope the management takes action Thanks

12/09/2026: The tea itself did what it said on the tin: good variety, tasted exactly as expected. Sadly the staff seemed to have other priorities — their phones looked far more interesting than the customers standing in front of them. Three people behind the counter, zero smiles between them. It's been a while since I've felt quite so invisible in a café. Nice drinks, shame about the warmth.

20/07/2026: Absolute weirdo working in the kiosk ignored me and my partner. Served his friend(young girl)instead of us despite us being at the counter and queued up. Do I need to be a young female to get served first or his friend? Will spend my money elsewhere and I normally come here 5 times a week. Last time I will ever be a patron of butlers or recommend it. 18:25 Monday 20th July

14/06/2026: Every single time any order take ages, even if it's ready will wait at hot counter for at least 5 minutes to be picked and given to the customer.

10/06/2026: The food is very fresh and hot and the staff are very Friendly and humble all the time

21/08/2026: Missing items in our delivery. Disgraceful. I wouldn't bother asking for it. They think delivery drivers' job is a joke.

20/08/2026: About 2 weeks ago, I seen a woman shout at a manager here. The manager seem unwilling to help. Really disgraceful.

31/07/2026: Sum total of like 9 fries for €6. Nearly at €1 per chip there. Pizza very very good but I can’t forgive the chips

30/07/2026: Ordered One 14 inch margarita pizza and it took almost 2 hours till I got the the pizza. Keep in mind that I live in Terenure which makes it even worse. As you can see in the screenshot I ordered at 19:30 and the pizza wasn’t even on its way by 21:22 which is just a disgrace. The only reason it’s getting 2 stars is because the pizza was mediocre at best
