The best restaurants in Dublin

24/01/2026: I ordered chicken curry, chips and egg fried rice. Unfortunately the most tasteless chinese I ever had. Horrible processed chicken. Curry sauce had zero flavour. May aswell be eating a bowl of water. Egg fried rice was bland and tasteless. The chips were small dry, hard re-heats.

02/01/2026: Got a takeaway from Cabra. Very nice. Food 10 out of 10. Quick delivery, friendly. Will use again.

13/01/2026: Normally a perfect Chinese. But tonight order was messed up and offered to keep the wrong delivery after overpaying and told it wasn't there fault all I wanted was my prawn toast hopefully you dont get the customer service I got tonight

08/03/2026: Got Snack Box meal with breast another snack box chicken certainly not fresh Thigh tasted weird fresh cod meal and onion rings Fish was not great Onion rings were nice Chips ok but could of been better Probably worst take away I had there Staff were not that pleasant Would certainly not be tempted to return

21/02/2026: Went to the restaurant this morning for breakfast, was quite busy, as we walked in to have a look for a free table, a waitress, aggressively shouts as she’s marching up towards us “tables outside”. I looked at my husband and we walked out. That’s no way to speak to customers. Manners and attitude goes along way in hospitality. We would have breakfast quite a lot here but never again after this morning.

14/02/2026: This place is really nice ,a amazing wave pool,waterslide ,lane pool,bubble pool and lazy river but i would recomend operating the waterslides a bit more and for longer but they were still so funthe rest of it is amazing

09/03/2026: Popped into the McDonald's at Liffey Valley Shopping Centre (the one on Fonthill Rd) and it was exactly what you’d hope for a quick pit stop. ​I tried the Large Donut Crumble Latte, which is one of the newer limited-time items. It’s definitely on the sweeter side, but the whipped cream and the crunchy donut bits on top give it a nice texture that sets it apart from a standard latte. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, it’s a winner. At €4.70, it’s a fair price for a large specialty coffee. ​The service was grand—fast and efficient, even though this location stays pretty busy with the drive-thru and shoppers. 02/03/2026: ​"Extremely poor service for delivery drivers. I waited 5 minutes while my order was clearly ready on the counter, and everyone ignored me. When I politely explained to the manager that the food was getting cold and asked to take it, she was incredibly rude. She told me it didn't matter and threatened to report me, saying I must wait until called. Zero respect for our time or the customer's food quality."

07/03/2026: Rude person on the till, don’t know how to talk. He should learn some manners. Please avoid his food goto the opposite Golden spoon, he has the best food, biryani and all Indian dishes.

01/01/2026: We ordered a chicken kebab and pizza, the chicken kebab was full of chicken fat pieces, We got kebab on our pizza and there was no kebab, like a tiny piece even though we paid extra for it, we waited around 30 minutes for our food, when we contacted the restaurant they just hung up on us not even listening, paid so much money for this food for bad quality and service.

18/01/2026: The Chicken Tikka Masala I got was poor quality, featuring dry, unmarinated cubes of meat that lacked the traditional char and flavours expected of the dish, def not marinated! Furthermore, the prawn dish was overcooked to a mushy consistency and were entirely flavourless and went straight in the bin! Given that these dishes were so bad I will not order from here again!

11/01/2026: Is the chef was on leave today? This is not biriyani, it is puzhugal ari with chicken cubes.

14/02/2026: Worse service around told the food was on its way not such thing had to ring a half a later haven’t still not left over the food here and have been loyal customer will never order from here again

12/02/2026: Lovely food everytime! We always get the 4 in 1, shrimp toast, sweet and sour chicken and anything with beef is so delicious and tender. Definitely would recommend as is the best Chinese takeaway!

11/11/2025: It just didn’t really suit my personal taste. Even though I ate there, I was given my food in a to-go box. I’m not sure if that’s normal, but I found it a bit strange because I was expecting it to be served on a plate. So that just felt a bit odd to me. The food was okay, but I thought it was quite expensive for what you actually got in the end. I’ve had larger portions for less money before — both where I’m from and also here in Dublin in general. I personally wouldn’t recommend it. That’s just my opinion. I had read other reviews before, so I was curious and wanted to give it a try. But it just didn’t really match my personal taste.

20/12/2025: Asked for thin and crispy garlic bread over the phone. Received a raw dough garlic bread, which was not thin or crispy. Came back to the store and asked nicely to just remake it, no issues at all. Started getting cheek from the chef that the garlic bread should be thick and fluffy. Well I don’t care because I asked for thin and crispy. Either way, his point didn’t matter because the dough was literally raw, just remake the pizza and stop chatting. Some new lady that helps making the pizzas started making disgust faces at me, as if I’m crazy for not eating a raw dough pizza. Madness.

15/12/2025: Dont order for delivery if your hungry because you'll be left famished, be prepared to wait 1hr and half, and pizza will arrive all soggy not nice at all!! Collection great! fresh! Just avoid ordering for delivery, as they wont even answer the phone for an update

05/01/2026: This establishment was once my favourite place to get takeaway from, but this has dramatically declined in the last few months. Very disappointed with the quality of the food. Chips mushy and cold, chicken burgers resembled a hockey puck you could smash a window with. Staff extremely rude with no atmosphere in the shop. Don't know if it's changed ownership or what but I definitely won't be returning.

28/12/2025: i got a kebab tray,but they put lettuce instead of red cabbage so it wasn’t great. red cabbage would have been much nicer. the onions where sliced really small, where as on a kebab they’re usually half moons. they mixed the garlic and chilli sauce which wasn’t the best either. so it wasn’t really a kebab tray, more of a chip and lettuce tray. took ages to arrive as well. delivery man was very nice though
