20/10/2025: The best thai food in town. Fresh and delicious.

10/10/2025: Didn’t even explain about the food! The guy on the till explain the way sounds like dips are free but actually he charged for that! Not enough veg on the spice bag, chicken is very hard, and the potatoes are too dry and hard too. Over all taste is very poor.

03/02/2026: No seats, up stairs is always closed. No where to sit.

11/01/2026: Drive through is yar only man. Simple , quick and good value. The service is always top notch.

25/01/2026: I ordered 2 meals (kebab + chips + juice ) and other things and they sent us for the meals just one full meal and for the second one was just the kebab,without juice and chips and we paid full price .

28/09/2025: When the staff shout at a customer across the room there is a problem. Serious hospitality training required here. With only one till they are a limited operation. Not a good experience. Go up to Shoe Lane or Two Beans and do yourself a favour.

04/10/2025: I was there the other night got a kaba and onion rings the minute I finished it i knew i wasn't right afterwards i spent the night in the loo and miss out on a day's work the next day so wouldn't recommend going there at all

28/09/2025: I really liked it, the service is top-notch. The guy who was handling the fries did everything perfectly; honestly, Donatella is running thanks to him. The food is tasty, but a bit pricey. I’m giving 5 stars for the Asian guy 👍🏻

08/12/2025: Not great, probably good for families. Food is not good or terrible, the pasta dishes are large and stodgy for example they use cream in their carbonara which is a sin in Italy. Presentation of the food and restaurant needs improvement. Not very clean. Pizzas looked nice, they served us a medium kids burger in a giant bun, I really wish restaurants would actually offer a smaller bun and burger for kids as opposed to a lazy offering of an adults burger without the toppings.

29/11/2025: went here with a family of 12 we had a couple of kids with us didn’t even order pizza and the chef got the kids up making their own pizza gave the kids desert again on the house food was excellent and the waiters were more than accommodating we truly had a brilliant dining experience highly recommend it

15/02/2026: I don’t know what to say other than disappointing. The prices are crazy for what you get given the quality is no better than a typical Chinese takeaway. The spring rolls were strange to say the least. Wasn’t able to tell how fresh the veg in them were. The garlic and black bean fillet beef was nice but no way was it fillet beef. The chilli beef was good too but very deep fried to the point you couldn’t taste beef and just deep fried batter. The worst thing we got at our table was the salt and chilli chicken, it was absolutely disgusting. And for nearly 30 euro - it was daylight robbery. The chicken itself didn’t look like chicken and it was drowning in oil. For the same price, I could have dined at a top restaurant in the city centre. Overall, really disappointing.

14/02/2026: The food did not live up to our expectations. Vegetable spring rolls were very dry and the dipping sauce was extremely salty and did not complement the dish. Main course of fillet beef with black bean and garlic was nice however the beef did not taste like fillet. Main course of shredded chicken was inedible. Noodles were in a puddle of oil. The pieces of chicken didn’t resemble chicken at all. We asked the waiter was it definitely chicken and even she had to cut a piece herself to confirm, will not be back unfortunately.

23/11/2025: I love Butlers but this particular café isn’t pleasant to visit. Staff rush customers and are quite rude. Mediocre beverages also. Doubt I’ll visit again.

17/11/2025: I love Butlers coffee and shops but can't say the same about this particular shop, staff are super unfriendly. The coffee is not a good one, too strong or boiling hot. Customers at this particular coffee shop also have an air of superiority which makes the ambiance unpleasant.

08/12/2025: Truly do not go to this school if you are a working professional or anyone that has any commitments. They are so disorganised it's actually unprofessional and borderline comedic at this point. Maybe bachelors are different but Masters program is a big fat pass. Let this be a warning if you are on the fence because they are more an obstacle than help to your education. Before I get a reply to talk to academic operations I am more than familiar with every department and I am truly wondering what was the coordinators job because she seemed more lost than part time lecturers. Laughable.

11/05/2025: Pedí una comida para llevar para mí y la familia, el arroz no estaba completamente cocido, la carne de res en el curry era como masticar un cinturón de cuero. Incluso las patatas fritas eran pobres, de toda la comida familiar la única parte decente eran las bolas de pollo. El único lugar para el que esta comida era buena era el cubo, nunca volveré a pedir desde aquí.

15/02/2026: I placed an order through Deliveroo from Stoned, 6 Parliament Street, during their buy-one-get-one-free promotion. My order included two Coca-Cola Zero, one Half & Half side, two chicken burgers, and four Double Cheese burgers. Unfortunately, I only received the side and the chicken burgers, several items were missing. Trying to resolve the issue was even more frustrating than the incomplete delivery. After calling for over five minutes, someone finally answered, only to shift the blame onto the delivery driver, claiming he had picked up two orders. This explanation made no sense, especially since the receipt clearly matched my order. I was told they would speak with the manager and call me back, but I never received any follow-up. After waiting 30 minutes, I called again and made more than 50 attempts, repeatedly being left waiting until the call disconnected. On one occasion, they answered and immediately hung up. An extremely disappointing experience. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability and the poor customer service were unacceptable. Ignoring customers instead of solving problems is a sure way to lose them. If this continues, perhaps one day there will be no customers left. Update following the restaurant’s public response: As you chose to publicly describe a customer’s reaction as “crazy,” that unfortunately speaks more about your professionalism than about my complaint. At no point during the phone call was it clearly explained that the order was in two separate bags. Instead, responsibility was immediately shifted to the delivery driver. The receipt was attached to the bag I received, which reasonably indicated that it represented the complete order. Beyond the missing items, even what arrived was incorrect. Calling multiple times was not about overreacting, it was about attempting to resolve an issue while the restaurant was still operating. When a customer places an order, the expectation is simple: to receive what was paid for, without needing to pursue explanations or refunds. This situation has nothing to do with age or “learning that life has bigger problems.” It is about accountability and basic standards of customer service. Mistakes are understandable. Dismissing legitimate concerns publicly is not. Ultimately, time will reveal whether requesting the correct order was “crazy,” or whether responding to customers with sarcasm and condescension is a sustainable approach for any business...

04/02/2026: Tasty stoner food on the cheap before untill 6pm, can't go wrong ordering food here, no customer toilets so had to buy a pint across the road to use the pub jax

07/02/2026: The room was okey, but the bathroom got dirty so quickly, the room was quite cold too. It was not cleaned even though we asked to clean it if possible. The noise on the weekends was terrible, there is some techno club just underneath so don’t expect to sleep to until about 3-4am. The location was great though, very easy to get everywhere. So if all the above doesn’t bother you, it would be a good option.

27/12/2025: Not 5 stars but amazing experience with the most amazing employees. They were extremely accommodating and helpful, perfect location. Stayed with my family and we had an excellent time. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a spot to stay in downtown Dublin!

06/03/2026: Ordered chicken wrap..and within 4 hours I was on the toliet with the runs. Got food poisoning from this place! Never AGAIN
