29/04/2025: What is going on waiting on order over an hour ...called shop multiple times and won't answer the phone then when the phone is finally answered after ringing about 8times the man says he is the delivery driver and he is on the way ( why did delivery driver answer the phone ) apparently the shop is really really busy ... staff are seriously letting this place down with service Order made tonight 28/04

26/04/2025: Pizza deals going up so much all the time, I remember "Feed 4 for 26" only a year ago, now Feed 4 for 32.. shocking.

07/06/2025: I'm a huge poke fan and have ordered from Akaka Poke before, enjoying their food. However, my most recent experience was quite disappointing. The most noticeable issue was the rice. It wasn't the traditional poke rice I'm used to; instead, it seemed to be common basmati rice and it was dry. The avocado was also a letdown, appearing dark and fibrous. Furthermore, the salmon seemed quite fatty. Overall, the quality was significantly lower than what I've come to expect from Akaka Poke and from poke bowls in general. I was quite disappointed with this order.

20/04/2025: I went to this coffee shop a few weeks ago and I ordered an iced coffee and handed over my reusable KeepCup. It says on the menu that you get 15c off when you use a reusable cup. When I went to pay, the 15c was not removed from the total and I was told that it does not include iced drinks. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive as I enquired as to why this was the case. I used to be a frequent customer of Bear Market but have not been back due to this negative experience.

She was very patient, very truly in her proffesion and also share with me her own experience. The service was on the highest level. I recommend this shopping mall. Thank You.

17/05/2025: As someone new to town, I had this place recommended to me. I arrived late tonight, just 30 minutes before they closed. An older lady kindly explained their chef had already left. However, she was incredibly helpful and still managed to serve me. She offered me lasagna, and it tasted great! I ate quickly so they wouldn't have to stay open late for me, but she never rushed me and even kindly warned me it was very hot. At the register, she even gave me an Italian bread to take home and try. I'm so grateful for her kindness. It meant a lot to me and really made a difference.

26/06/2025: Do not eat here – absolutely awful! I used to come here for lunch with work years ago and always enjoyed it, so I decided to pop in today for a bit of nostalgia. Big mistake. The moment we walked in, we regretted it. The carvery setup is gone – now it’s just menus, and even getting one was a hassle. When we asked if they served food, the woman behind the bar told us to go get the menus ourselves. No customer service whatsoever. We ordered, and things only got worse. The same woman behind the bar went into the kitchen and started preparing our food. I could hear the microwave beeping and saw her take out frozen chips, a giant tub of McDonald’s-style curry sauce, and proceed to microwave everything. She poured the curry over the chicken and reheated it with some rice. The result? Lukewarm, rubbery chicken that tasted terrible. My girlfriend’s chicken sandwich was no better – same cold/warm combo and equally off-putting. What made it even worse was the complete lack of hygiene. The woman was working behind the bar in a fleece, then straight into the kitchen with no change of clothes or visible handwashing. It was genuinely off-putting, and I wouldn’t be surprised if health and safety shut the place down. Avoid at all costsI

03/03/2025: The food was dreadful, but the place was lively. I got fish and chips, and the fish was cold on the inside, as in, not cooked cold, not gone cold My wife got a wrap and soup, and there was mould on the wrap, I paid and up and left for Burger King Never again

02/04/2025: First time having this chipper and definitely won’t be back. Fish and chip meal, quarter pounder meal and bacon cheese burger meal for 39 euro. Disgraceful size burgers actually couldn’t believe my eyes when I opened the bag! . This looked like it was a kids meal. Bacon tasted awful like it was sitting for days. As well as the appearance looking funny. Only ok thing was the fish and at that the portion size wasn’t good. They put all food in the same bag aswell and didn’t separate the chips which is very annoying. Very disappointing

24/04/2025: Mi pedido era para la celebración de la escuela, así que llamé dos veces por adelantado y me aseguraron que las rosquillas se entregarían a tiempo. Sin embargo, todavía llegaron 75 minutos tarde. Si hubiéramos sabido que era una posibilidad, podríamos haberlos recogido. Después, envié dos correos electrónicos a Offbeat Donuts sobre esto e incluí detalles y número de pedido, pero aún no han respondido, o incluso han acusado recibo de mi correo electrónico. Servicio al cliente muy decepcionante.

17/04/2025: I’ve been to Starbucks all over the world, and here in Dublin, I visit almost every store with the exact same order every day. Today, I went to the Dundrum branch and had a really disappointing experience. A barista named Claudia told me she couldn’t fill up the cold foam on my drink because “it’s not secured.” I was genuinely confused. I’ve never been told that before. Another barista came over (she was lovely) and kindly asked, “Do you want me to fill it up?” which I really appreciated. Claudia then rolled her eyes and shook her head in disapproval multiple times, which felt unnecessarily rude. Her tone was very dismissive, and to be honest, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Starbucks barista. I’ve always loved how friendly and welcoming Starbucks staff are, both here and abroad, but this was the first time I felt genuinely uncomfortable. I just wanted to flag this because her attitude doesn’t reflect the usual great service I’ve come to expect from Starbucks.

07/04/2025: I visited on the weekend and there were a lot of people, but the staff named BORI? was friendly and nice. I had a good rest.

24/06/2025: Stopped here for coffee yesterday 4pm - Nice view across the canal relaxing area However It needs a good powerwash outside - ground, windbreaker and glass all very grubby looking Inside clean enough but think the floor could do with a revarnish - too much wear and tear at this stage Toilet was clean and staff were nice but Neros please for the prices and profits you make clean it up
