08/12/2025: My son spent 4 days in Beaumont hospital with really bad food poison from this dump after eating a kebab. Even my dog ended up in the vet after eating his leftovers. My lad was that bad he wasn't even allowed visitors. Can not stress enough to stay out of this place .

15/03/2026: We love Milano , a place I go most days . I tried their new honey flavoured dough , it was mouth watering. Their pizzas are always amazing , thin crist, good and goes well with fine . I can’t really remember the name the pizza I ordered came with egg, I can’t say more , it was the best I have ever tried . I always ask for some extra chilli flakes . Love Milano ! 💜

19/06/2025: The are rude including the man there, he was so rude that I will never order anything there again or anyone I know. He told me to order the uber to pick up my food and said the food was ready. I ordered the uber, the uber arrived and the food was not even ready. Instead of him to apologize because he is costing me more money. He started speaking rudely to me and telling me "you listen". Just imagine! Well, very poor customer service even at the restaurant. I went there to eat a couple of times and the food takes over an hour to get ready even if you book ahead. Today, I ordered at 15:00PM and the food was not ready till past 17:00PM. And they open at 15:00PM so I’m wondering why it took so long. The man is rude, great food, but very very poor service.

17/05/2025: Los baños de señoras tienen un piso que no se ha limpiado correctamente en años. Los lavabos están sucios, sin jabón. Todo el lugar necesita un buen fregado. No es un buen baño, para los turistas que visitan la ciudad supuestamente justa de Dublín!

03/05/2025: Llegó a las 2. 00 traigo tragos en el bar. Cuando usé a las damas no había rollo de papel higiénico en ninguno de los cubículos y el inodoro estaba guiñado. No parecía limpio. Los muebles del bar en general necesitarían una renovación. La elección de comida era muy limitada.

25/06/2025: No flavour in one dish and other dish was inedible, like it had gone off! All went in the bin. What a waste of 50 something euro!

28/10/2025: Very disappointing. I’ve been going here over ten years and received a counterfeit note in change from them yesterday. Attendant was very rude and threw it in my brothers face even though we were very calm. Be aware and check your notes!

20/02/2026: Poor Food & Even Poorer Customer Service Very disappointed with my first order. I ordered a burrito via Deliveroo, and it arrived filled with corn—an ingredient I strongly dislike. To make matters worse, corn was not listed in the ingredients on the app, so I had no way of knowing I needed to exclude it. ​When I called to resolve this, the manager (Sravan) was dismissive. Instead of offering a solution, he repeatedly insisted it was my fault for not adding a "no corn" note, despite it not being listed. After spending €20, I ended up with an inedible meal and a rude confrontation. Save your money and order elsewhere.

14/02/2026: I ordered a burrito and, while the waitress was preparing it, I asked her if the rice contained cilantro. She told me it didn’t, so I asked her to add the rice to my burrito. However, when I started eating it, I realized that it did in fact contain cilantro. Personally, I really don’t like cilantro, and I was disappointed to find it in my food after being told otherwise. I would have appreciated better knowledge of the ingredients from the staff.. In addition, the burrito was not well filled. Considering it cost €13, I expected it to be much more generously stuffed.

22/02/2026: I had rented a room, I overslept, I thought I had to pay the next day, they said it was 70 euros, I had to pay or I would be evicted immediately. Then I went to the Rhine room, and it turned out per AIPBNB was 44.50. I took it easy, two men came to my room and said, get out now. I packed my things, went to shower, and in the meantime, my backpack was cruelly stolen. The owner is not our responsibility; they sent me out with a suitcase containing my 53-year-old, stolen passport, laptop, and spare phone. Their response was not our responsibility. They kicked me out. I never did this. In my last case, there were two laptops worth 2500 dur each. They didn't want to investigate, they just kicked me out. I had paid. Never in their life would they come here. I can't accuse anyone, but they didn't look at the camera. I think they stole it themselves. If you come here, you know they won't protect you. If you want to lose your stuff, go here. The man behind the counter didn't care. He felt personally attacked. There was no investigation, a report is being filed with the police. I stole the cow myself, and I wouldn't be surprised if tomorrow I hear the camera wasn't working. Never in their life would they come here. These are bad people. I asked for an extension. It's 71 dur on Airbnb. B was 44.50. They said now that two men were cheating on me, if I had been in the Netherlands and 30 years of hunger, I would have taken measures myself, what a bunch of antisocial people, never book here, 3500 dur lost, passport lost and they didn't even bother to look after it, luckily I earn 600 dur per day, but if you earn little, it is the most disrespectful thing I have ever experienced in 40 countries.

21/02/2026: I had a very disappointing experience with this hostel’s booking process. I made a reservation for February 22 and clearly indicated my arrival time would be between 12:00 and 01:00. The system accepted my check-in time and processed my payment without any issue, so I reasonably assumed everything was confirmed and finalized my travel plans accordingly. Later, I received an email stating that my check-in time was denied and that my booking was not complete. There was no phone call, no immediate notification, and no opportunity to adjust my arrival time before the booking was effectively cancelled. This left me scrambling to find alternative accommodation at very short notice. I called the number associated with the hostel 5 times, no awnser just left a voicemail box that was full. If late check-in is not permitted, the booking system should not accept those times or process payment in the first place. Taking payment and then denying the agreed arrival time is misleading and extremely inconvenient for travellers, especially those arriving on overnight transport. Unfortunately, this experience has caused unnecessary stress and has made me question the reliability of their reservation system. I would recommend that future guests confirm late arrival policies directly before booking to avoid a similar situation.

19/12/2025: Popped in for a quick coffee this morning, which was lovely and strong, none of that weak stuff you get elsewhere. The staff were sound out, quick to serve but still had a smile. Grand spot for a no-fuss caffeine fix.

19/11/2025: We went for a coffee but discovered there were no toilets so left without purchasing anything. Can't rate what their coffee is like
