09/05/2025: They have both great food and amazing service. We had the chicken wings and the fish and chips, both are homemade and have great taste. The servers are very nice and the older gentleman who we think runs the place is tremendous. Definitely recommend
19/04/2025: We are staying in the inn and for the first evening we decided to have dinner here. Even though our flight was delayed and we arrived late, the managers still let us eat.
I couldn't have imagined a better welcome and welcome to Ireland! They offered us a beer, and we could eat some delicious fish and chips!

13/03/2025: Nice staff, good location, but always way understaffed. One staff member on duty this morning. Queued for 12 minutes just to give me order (this was at 8:30am). No croissants available when I ordered as no fresh baked goods were yet available. There are better options available until Costa management get their act together. BTW my coffee glass was dirty, so didn’t drink it.
01/02/2025: I was shocked to see so tables full of dirty cups and plates! The coffee quality is absolutely substandard and expensive. I shall not be returning here again.

Grabbed an Americano with oat milk and a slice of their Pistachio & Raspberry loaf — and for just €7, it felt like a real treat. The coffee had a rich, bold depth that paired perfectly with the creamy oat milk, while the loaf was moist, nutty, and topped with a hint of fruity zing from the raspberry frosting.
Great quality, cozy vibes, and a solid bang for your buck. Would absolutely swing by again!

23/04/2025: Top class Coffee Shop here at Insomni ... 7 am open on the button ... coffee ready to go ... hop off the Luas just outside and get set for the morning ... the beauty of Dublin City ... the coffee was delicious and the lemon cake I had just melted ... very friendly service ... the place was clean and tidy and plenty of power points to charge your phone or laptop along with the delicious coffee to charge you up too ... I can only highly recommend this Insomnia Coffee Shop ...

22/06/2025: 2pm reservation and arrived on time and seated quickly. It took 15 minutes for someone to come take our order and our food didn’t arrive until 3.20. Completely disappointed as we had to rush our meal since we were seeing a show at 4pm which we had made the staff aware of when I asked about the delay. There were no apologies for the delay and the staff didn’t seem to care that we were left waiting so long. We would also go here before a show but honestly this was totally unacceptable and we will not be back
18/06/2025: Tried to book several times the day before with no answer on the phone. Tried again today and still no answer. Popped by today to be told they are not excepting walk in and could count at least 20 empty tables
