08/01/2026: I been 5 of December all staff be kindly and helpful, especially some staff. Yong lady Annya was be very helpfull I been very weak after hospital, she bring for me soup on the table and the cooking chef isgood quality. Very good place, recommended.

02/01/2026: The staff really lacks friendliness and customer service. It's a nice and pretty place, but the cakes aren't fresh and the service isn't enough to make me want to return. Thank you.

03/10/2025: Nice coffee, Ordered a mocha on oat milk,accidently got a whole milk,staff was super nice and with no problem they remade my drink. So if you need to get coffee in the morning it’s a lovely spot.

20/09/2025: State of the place was a bit gross. Toilet was feral and most tables needed clearing or a wipe. Service average, they got my drink wrong and seemed inconvenienced when I said I think I got the wrong drink. I think the poor staff were understaffed.

18/08/2025: I love this place! The coffee is consistently excellent, and the atmosphere is perfect for getting work done. It’s also really cool that you can see the coffee beans being roasted right here.

29/12/2025: Rang to place an order for collection and some girl answered and just said hello....nothing else, like l rang her at home, so instantly you know poor customer service, ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and when l got home the bun was torn and they put a small hamburger size burger between two large buns and a sprinke of chopped lettuce, very poor considering its nearly €7.

06/12/2025: Only interested in serving their drivers and everyone else can wait for an age even when you order half an hour ahead. Can't even follow a basic ask of not putting salt or vinegar on food.

22/11/2025: Me and my boyfriend have tried probably 80% of Chinese in Dublin and nothing comes close to this. The value is typical of most places but for here it’s actually worth it. The flavours, portion sizes and readiness time are always just on point. Only annoyed they don’t deliver to his place as well as mine. Best Chinese ever!!!!

06/11/2025: I was very disappointed with my order last night. I ordered the vegetable gyoza, but what I received was nothing like that — it was more like a mushy soup that tasted of cheap vegetable stock. The vegetarian Szechuan dish was extremely hot (and I enjoy spicy food), yet there was no indication on the menu that it would be that spicy. It was also so oily that the oil leaked through the bag and onto everything else. It was completely inedible and had to be thrown away, as did the gyoza. My son’s chicken balls and chips with curry sauce were also disappointing. The curry sauce was far too hot, and the chicken balls and chips looked and tasted as though they had been reheated multiple times — again, inedible. The only thing we could eat were the spring rolls, though they were a bit greasy. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and the food quality was far below what we expected. I only gave one star because I had to give something The order was a collection and even walking into the place it’s drab, dirty carpets and walls. Not welcoming at all.

01/10/2025: The pepperoni sensation bagel is delicious here. I've ordered it in other O'Briens but they just don't do it as well as Nassau does. Service is good too, workers are friendly and usually seem to be in good moods.

12/10/2025: A beautiful venue, spread across three floors. The party featured a magician, an orchestra, and dancers. The waiters and staff were friendly and helpful.

31/12/2025: I would never come here again. My sister was accosted last night by one of the staff as we were leaving (she grabbed her arm to stop her walking out the door), saying we hadn't paid for our meal. We paid before the food even arrived on the table! When I told her we had paid, she (very aggreasively mind you) asked if I was sure. And even after that when I made it very clear, she ran to a fellow staff member to query it. This person confirmed we had but by that stage the damage was done. The audacity to do that to a customer. It was embarrassing to us, rude, and also you have no right to touch anyone. If that is the level of conduct Eddie Rockets allows of its staff then it tells you everything you need to know.

06/12/2025: The hotel is located in an easily accessible area, right in the heart of the nightlife. The Temple Bar area is a five-minute walk away, making its location a real plus. However, be aware that you'll hear music from the surrounding bars and clubs until late at night—even on the top floor where we stayed. Furthermore, our room was very cold, and the shower only provided lukewarm water, which significantly reduced comfort. The friendly staff and excellent location are positive.

06/11/2025: This is not a 5 star hotel but I'm leaving a 5 star review because it was perfect for me and my two friends. We wanted somewhere city centre for cheap, just for one night. We asked for three single beds and that's exactly what we got. The beds were so comfy, the bathroom was a good size and the shower was lovely. We had everything we needed. We didn't need luxury, just a bed in a warm place after a night out. There's no TV in the room but we didn't need that. There is a tea and Nespresso coffee machine though. You're five minutes away from a Luas or shops, it was perfect. We felt very secure staying there. Although we came back late at night/early morning, we had no issues getting back in. We checked out that morning and asked could we leave our bags while we went out for breakfast and although we came back later than we stated, our bags were kept stored neatly for us. The staff were lovely to deal with, very friendly. The place was decently clean, no issues to report at all. I would definitely stay here again for the same reason
