05/05/2025: Very rude, unpleasant, staff lately. Coffee not great, food not heated or tated properly.

06/11/2025: The crew is very disrispectful!! The night security guard, a skinny security was cursing me all the time, he said a lot of bad word to my mom and my daughter. It was horrible! How a company this big let a monster like that work in there? I will never come back to this place again.

21/11/2025: Lovely coffee shop, friendly staff, had a great sausage roll and chicken pesto with coffee, wasn't expensive, sat outside for the natural beauty and a robin came to sit with us. Great experience.

01/10/2025: I had a beautiful cup of tea and coffee and tea. I did pay 3.20 euro for it . The tea pot didn't spill any tea from the tea pot. I do think that the tea should be more expensive. The staff were so friendly to me. From a loyal customer.

23/04/2026: Satisfactory for the price, the rooms are clean, and the bathrooms even more so. For my first time in a shared room/bathroom, I enjoyed it despite my initial apprehension. It might be a good idea to add curtains to the beds for a bit more privacy in these rooms and chairs in each shower, as it's impossible to put your things down otherwise. The staff is young, friendly, and available all night. The bar prices are reasonable, and the place is pleasant. The hotel is located in a strategic part of the city, and practically everything is accessible within a 30-minute walk. Another downside is that the corridors are very noisy, so bring earplugs; I slept like a baby. The breakfast isn't great; it's practically just fruit…

20/04/2026: It’s not “The Generator” it’s “The Degenerator” 1 Dirty rooms with bathrooms miles away 2 No enforcement of down time - people speak loud and make noise at 2-4am 3 Dirty bathrooms 4 Rude staff 5 Have to buy a padlock to keep belongings safe 6 Uncomfortable beds And so on and so on…..

07/09/2025: The best thing is they are open till late night and there isn't much hala places open till 3am

13/07/2025: Strictly Not recommended. We have ordered family mix meal for 26€ and when we get its made already and food isn’t fresh when we request to change chicken piece they said its the last one we have. We ask them to give us anything fresh in exchange they give us chicken strips and same no fresh made. It was look like made yesterday. Then we almost binned everything. We have chicken strips left and we requested again to change and then they gave the same one re-fry. It was a bad experience.

21/02/2026: Went to the restaurant this morning for breakfast, was quite busy, as we walked in to have a look for a free table, a waitress, aggressively shouts as she’s marching up towards us “tables outside”. I looked at my husband and we walked out. That’s no way to speak to customers. Manners and attitude goes along way in hospitality. We would have breakfast quite a lot here but never again after this morning.

14/02/2026: This place is really nice ,a amazing wave pool,waterslide ,lane pool,bubble pool and lazy river but i would recomend operating the waterslides a bit more and for longer but they were still so funthe rest of it is amazing

11/12/2025: One star only to avoid giving it less. We were coming from Phoenix Park and it had started to rain, so we were wearing raincoats. I don't know if it was because of that or because we were Spanish, but they gave us a dirty look when we walked in. They asked us what we wanted, and we said we were looking for somewhere to eat. A blonde woman with long hair and a disgusted expression said that if we couldn't see how full the place was, we should know. That was a lie; there were free tables. I wouldn't recommend the service. Go to Nancys next door; they treat you much better!
