05/11/2024: I recently tried chicken and waffles for the first time, and wow—I was not disappointed! The sweet, fluffy waffles paired perfectly with the spicy kick of the Nashville hot tenders, creating a delicious balance of flavors. I also noticed the burgers looked amazing, definitely something to try on my next visit. The staff here were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. A fantastic spot that I’d recommend to anyone looking for a unique and satisfying meal!

03/11/2024: 2 main courses and a nice bottle of wine for less than 60 euros. Very quiet at the time we were there so not much atmosphere but service was good food was lovely. Would recommend.

01/12/2024: I’m pleasantly surprised! It was my first time at La Maison, and I was by myself, craving a French onion soup—it was the only thing I wanted. They didn’t pressure me to order a full meal since I just wanted a snack, which I really appreciated. That day, this was the fourth place I tried before they finally gave me a table. It was a quiet Sunday, but I couldn’t help noticing how some hosts seem to be becoming more judgmental these days if you’re not planning to spend a lot and just want a quick, nice meal. So, a big shoutout to them for being accommodating! The food was great: the salad was fresh, and the onion soup was delicious, though it was a bit on the acidic side for my taste (but that’s just a personal preference). I’ll definitely return and look forward to trying other items on the menu.

29/11/2024: We came for our anniversary dinner and we had a great time. Isolde helped us with the order of food and drinks. And, I must say her recommendations were great. We loved everything she recommended. My favorite was the Unagi Fois Gras. My wife loved the oysters and the Unagi Fois Gras as well. We highly recommend the place for a fusion Japanese cuisine.

27/11/2024: The food was wonderful and together with the atmosphere it will be the only reason we'll be back. In a luxury-level establishment, high prices are to be expected and we did not mind splurging at all. However I have to say that the prices are not simply for the beef cut and the super cool yellowfin tuna. They are also for the service, Which was extremely lacking both times we were here. the first time we were charged for dishes we had not ordered nor eaten. The waiters were generally unapproachable and disorganized, as we either got a dish every 20 minutes or all of them in one go, which you think for someone knowing the menu would be easy to avoid, and they could not fit all of them on the table. last time we were overcharged for the 3 or more people service charge, even if we were quite clearly two people (and the booking had been made for two from the start). we also had to give up on dessert! The waitress took 20 minutes to fetch us a menu. lovely place but the service just does not justify the prices.

25/11/2024: THIS is what you hope for in a restaurant. Excellent atmosphere matched with some of the best and friendliest staff you will find. Resurrected our food experience in Dublin, and competed overall with any top restaurant in any corner of the world. Excellent from entrance to exit. Food was excellent and well priced.

06/11/2024: I booked a group into Hugo's in spring 2020 for lunch . Unfortunately due to the onset of Covid19 I had to cancel the booking. When I rang Hugo's to make the cancellation I spoke to the owner Gina. Gina was watching her world collapse with the Covid19 restrictions kicking in, yet she was so understanding and gracious when I cancelled the booking. I made a promise to Gina and myself that we would rebook in better times. It took four years, but I am so glad that we did return. The restaurant is beautiful, the food was fantastic, the staff were so caring, and most of all, the welcome was genuine. I would highly recommend Hugo's . It's location on Merrion Row is an added bonus ,convenient for so many attractions.

04/11/2024: Friendly and quick service, Raluca was delightful. Carbonara was the best I have had in Dublin. The calamari was cooked perfectly and the wine was perfect. Absolutely recommend.

13/09/2024: Tutto buonissimo e con un prezzo ottimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottima, dopo una settimana di McDonald's, qui a Dublino, Sfuso è il miglior ristorante che si possa desiderare, soprattutto da due italiane! Abbiamo mangiato degli spaghetti con funghi e guanciale e di secondo una cotoletta con patate e spinaci... Che dire, le nostre papille gustative sono rinate 😍

05/09/2024: Did a walking tour of Dublin today. A server at the Temple Bar suggested this place for a great Italian style lunch. The food was awesome. I had a half order of the Lasagna Bolognese and a half order of the Gnocchi dish. The service was great. Nice, comfortable atmosphere. My server Chiarra was excellent. She suggested the two half orders and a great glass of red wine.

15/11/2024: The food and service were great. We had the porterhouse for two along with a nice Chianti come couldn’t ask for anything more.

The toilets were clean and the wee cafe was a gem.The souvenir shop had some beautiful things but disappointed that they didn't have a lot of souvenirs - actually expected it to be bigger but I had a fantastic time and certainly worth a visit. 20/11/2024: Utterly stunning Sunday roast at the old spot, and we could definitely see why it is Michelin recommended. What makes the food even better is the quality of service/ staff. Very knowledgeable and attentive to dietary requirements. Without doubt the best meal we had in Dublin.
