08/11/2024: Service fast and efficient great food

28/10/2024: Food was delicious and Ricardo was wonderful as well. The only problem is that they have two of their tables for two right next to the toilet which kills the mood but Ricardo was nice enough to switch us to the best table they have (table no 1). So my advice would be to go in a group of 4 or ask specifically not to book you near the toilet ;)

07/11/2024: Excellent authentic Indian food. Early bird up until 7pm on Wed and Thurs which is great value & even includes rice and Naan bread. Service is good also. Looking forward to returning

21/10/2024: We arrived at 8.25pm on Saturday 19th Oct for 8.30pm booking and were told table would not be ready for 15 mins and then we were asked to wait outside until it was ready. First time any of us have been asked to wait outside a restaurant for a delayed booking. This was disgraceful. When we finally got to order the food we were waiting for over an hour for the food to arrive, again, another first for us. We had to enquire as to where the food was. When the bill arrived (€328 ) it had a "discretionary" service charge of 10%. I asked for it to be removed as we felt the service was very poor. The staff member said it could not be removed as it had already been added. I had to point out to him that it was "discretionary" and we would not be paying it as we felt the service was very poor. He eventually removed it. The act of adding a 10% discretionary service charge (tip) for a late table and over an hour wait for food is also a reflection of the terrible service. They had a chance to redeem themselves to some degree when a free round of drinks was then offered to the table. Only myself wanted another drink, no one else did, I asked for a grasshopper ( 1 only requested ) and this was refused. I was told a cocktail was not possible. Maybe we should have just ordered 5 whiskeys. So again terrible service. On the plus side the food was very nice when it finally arrived over an hour after ordering but on balance this did not make up for the deplorable service and attitude.

03/11/2024: I came here in June. I ordered a hamburger. It was delicious. And trust me, I'm a drinker. 🤣 The cocktails here are so good and delicious. I really want to go back there again. And the waitresses are so helpful. If you guys open late, I'll be the one to taste every cocktail until closing time! 😂

14/11/2024: Really nice food. Not a lot of options on the lunch menu but better to do a few things really good than lots of things average! Nice to eat on the terrace with a view of the sea (kind of, there are a few hills in the way)

13/11/2024: Hit and miss is the only way to discribe this place . Sometimes the staff are amazing other times non existent. Young lad working there needs to learn some skills in how to be pleasant to customers he seemed p- off with everyone , I’m sure he’s a nice lad but maybe more training is required.. The food is good but service times are a bit odd with no food being served between 11.30-12 while the menus change from breakfast to lunch which leave you with the option of a pastry and coffee for that 30min not ideal if you are on a work break and need something more substantial. I think in short go here early for breakfast or late for lunch /brunch but not at 11.30am and hopefully when the right staff are on ….. “hit and miss” Ps A goodbye /have a nice day would be nice when people are leaving ..

10/11/2024: What a find! The spicy cod appetizer was a fantastic start and the Green Curry Chicken was off the chain. Great food and service.

03/11/2024: We recently visited this restaurant, expecting a pleasant meal for the price they charge. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had. The food was unremarkable and bland. For the price, we expected much better quality and presentation. The service added to the disappointment. The lady serving us was incredibly rude, with zero patience and an attitude that made us feel like an inconvenience rather than guests. As if that wasn’t enough, we felt scammed when the bill arrived. The menu is very unclear in terms of pricing, especially for the kids’ meals. It listed the kids’ meal at $12.99, but when the bill came, each component of the meal had been charged separately, making it more expensive than expected. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food or a pleasant dining experience. The high prices, poor service, and lack of transparency in pricing make it a place we’ll definitely be avoiding in the future.

15/10/2024: I went mid week with a couple of friends and we had a gorgous meal. My main fish dish was delicious and generous. The service was a bit slow but they were very busy. Would recommend

02/10/2024: Amazing French Restaurant. Delicious seafood and the duck à l'orange melts in your mouth. Vey quiet and pleasant atmosphere.

10/11/2024: An amazing steakhouse to visit! The ribeye was tender, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the seafood pasta was incredible. I was so captivated by the look and aroma of everything that I totally forgot to take pictures—except for dessert! I managed to capture the hot chocolate pot, which was deliciously indulgent. Highly recommend!

31/10/2024: My first and last time to visit this restaurant. I got a starter of Garlic and cheese bread from the Al a carte menu. It was served on a large brown plate with a bowl of peppered sauce. Next up was a half decent Main of Chicken salad then a desert of Liquid apple crumble and ice cream. I could have poured the apple sauce through a sieve. They also charge for a dash of blackcurrant if you ask for a sparkling water . The place was dark and very noisy albeit it was bank holiday. Waitresses were polite but very inexperienced and the prices were exhoberent for the quality or lack off regarding food. Lastly I could not drink the americano I ordered it was powder coffee for sure. Never again folks that's for sure.

18/11/2024: Un pub meno affascinante di altri, più moderno ma accogliente! Personale gentilissimo, servizio veloce e ottimo cibo (zuppa del giorno buona come tutto il resto) carino vedere una piccola libreria con libri antichi

20/09/2024: Excellent spot, a family pub run the traditional way, a rare find in 2024. The management team run a tight ship, eyes constantly on customers to make sure they were being looked after, always warm and inviting. Well worth a visit

26/07/2024: One of the best flat whites I have ever had (even asking about how much milk I wanted as my travel cup is too big for a proper flat white, then asked me again when it was ready, also washed my travel cup) Super friendly and welcoming staff, talking away not just because you're a customer Definitely recommended if in the area as some parking a few feet away and plenty of seats and tablets Some good tunes being played as well I will be back when I'm in the area
