The best restaurants in Swords

13/03/2026: Dropped in today for a meal with my wife . Cheltenham racing were on and the place was packed. Ordered turkey and ham and chicken chill wrap. Both dished were cold and my turkey dish I found 2 hairs. Hopefully this isn't the norm.

21/03/2026: Very disappointed. Ordered a Parma pizza. I waited 1hr 10 mins which is fine on a Saturday. When I did get my pizza however I realised they had sent the wrong one. When I rang back they said they must have put the wrong label on the box and offered to remake. At that stage what's the point. €30 for a pizza, dip and drink is very expensive if you're going to be making mistakes.

27/12/2025: This, a quitebigger pub is welcoming you with an inviting and warm atmosphere. The decoration is absolutely unique. It attracts a mixed crowd, predominantly older but with some younger faces too. With plenty of screens, it's a great spot to catch a game and chat with friends. Parking is a breeze, right across the road at the village castle car park. And the pints and beers? Top-notch. The staff is friendly. Will definitely be back.

19/12/2025: Food is lovely, and staff are friendly when they come to you. Slow service, wouldn't recommend coming here if you're in a rush. Very few staff in the lower area and you end up having to wait a while if you sit there

31/01/2026: Ordered from here Friday evening. Unfortunately the sweet and sour chicken wasn’t good. The chicken had a tough, stringy texture and the sauce tasted flat and overly sweet. Won’t be ordering again.

28/01/2026: I am eating from here since 2019 and every time it’s so tasty and fresh, maybe this is the 3rd time give a 5 star in last 7 year, the food is outstanding and so yummy……never had a bad meal here well done.

08/11/2025: Very less staff on the counter always slow and they don’t care much if customers are waiting when food and drinks are ordered on the app they don’t even bring the drink on time all the ice gets melted and the drink doesn’t even taste good… very bad service

Its December 2017 and the service is fab The new Manager Nicole knows what great service is it comes natural. Bar Manager Dennis is sound Darren the barman is very professional. Christine great with customers gone Now Lovely girl A credit to the oldborough. 100% Nice selection of beers try the Devils Backbone. Food and service here is great. A great starting place. Let's not forget the chef and kitchen staff waitress and waiters. A nice friendly atmosphere here. Amy and all the guys Well done to all the staff. 27/12/2025: Looking for a small, comfortable pub? This establishment features two bar areas and is popular with an older crowd, although some younger people also attend. It's a great place to watch sports, with numerous screens and ample space for conversation. Parking is super easy – just use the village castle car park across the street. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they serve very good pints, there are many types of beers. A beautiful place.

11/10/2025: Amazing service from our waitress, Sabrina Veríssimo. It was our first visit to the restaurant, and she was very patient explaining the dishes and very kind to our children.

11/10/2025: More interested in kicking us out than serving us. While we appreciate that the staff need to go home, being told the second you walk in at 8:45 they close at 10 then reminded every ten minutes is pretty poor tbh.

19/09/2025: I would recommend Two Birds Coffee to anybody who may be in the area! The coffee was very good quality and the snacks were tasty!

10/08/2025: Had an oat cappuccino and some sort of seeded cranberry chocolate cup cake. It was bloody amazing 😍. Will definitely be back to try both again

17/01/2026: Where do I start never one to leave a review but the service was appalling, waiting 25 minutes seated for our order to be taken and 3 separate people walk in and get seated and served straight away so I decided to ask can we order as it's been 25 minutes already if I hadn't of asked the lady we would be left sitting there. We then get told there was no breakfast left even tho the previous 3 other people had all just ordered deluxe and large breakfast not even moments ago to be told there is none left disgraceful service to say the least will never be returning again.

15/03/2026: Love my local restaurant where you can enjoy a very good meal at a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and attentive. However I would not say that this is the most romantic or intimate place to eat. But for going out for a nice meal with friends or your date it's great. I would reccomend this restaurant for a good meal and night out ..
