09/11/2024: This used to be a great spot back in the day but the last time I visited I was shocked to hear some of the backwards comments about immigrants from the manager himself. I took some international work colleagues here and to say I was embarrassed at the comments he was loudly making for all to hear would be an understatement. I will never come back again.

28/09/2024: GET A NEW SECURITY MAN! We were sitting down outside and an older couple came up to the door and asked some fellow having a cigarette if they were still serving inside and he said he wasn't sure but they'd probably be finishing soon (it was about 12.20am and the security had already turned away 2 or 3 pairs of people from going in). They asked for recommendations on where they should go and he VERY POLITELY gave them some, they then thanked him and left. Next thing the security very aggressively told him that he didn't work here and to get out. There was no need for this attitude at all. We've been talking about it all night and think it's an absolute disgrace that you'd have someone on your door treating a customer who couldn't have been nicer with such disrespect!

21/11/2024: Ordered the bacon cheese burger and fries and a SF chicken burger and fries via deliveroo yesterday. My partner's SF chicken burger tasted good. Halfway through eating my own beef based bacon cheese burger I found the flavour a bit "funny" but didn't think much of it. Circa an hour later I felt extremely unwell. I could not sleep from the level of nausea and this morning still felt very poorly. Once I ate today, I immediately felt nauseous again and have thrown up twice. I fear there must have been some form of cross contamination, bad meat or a bacteria issue in their kitchen. I'm feeling utterly wretched and the only thing that my partner and I have have eaten differently the last few days was my beef burger versus their SF burger so it must be the burger that has caused this.

14/10/2024: American tourists in Ireland - this was definitely more “American” feel but just what we were looking for to watch the NFL games. Pulled pork nachos were amazing. Great atmosphere and would recommend!

12/11/2024: I recently dined at this "restaurant" and was extremely disappointed. First off, there were no vegan options and only one vegetarian choice, which is pretty limiting for a place that claims to cater to diverse diets. We had to wait an eternity to get served, and then the food took forever to arrive. To make matters worse, my coffee was forgotten because the server didn’t bother to take our order down properly. When the food finally came, I was shocked by the tiny portion sizes that didn’t match what was described on the menu. My avocado on toast was soggy and tasted bland, like it had been sitting around for ages. It seemed like the avocado was pre-made, probably store-bought, and topped with some ridiculously spicy chilies that weren’t mentioned anywhere. For the price we paid, I expected something better, but it was pretty expensive and lacked any real flavor. I voiced my concerns to the staff, but they didn’t even apologise; they just took it off the bill without any acknowledgment of how bad the experience was. Overall, it was absolutely disgusting and inedible. The staff didn’t attend to us well at all, and I left feeling completely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's a shame that restaurants continue to get away with this, it's not about quality anymore and the chefs don't even care about their work.

10/11/2024: Such a disappointing bottomless brunch... I went with friends last Saturday to do bottomless brunch expecting music and good atmosphere ambient. They don't inform you but DJ does start at 2pm, so if you go at 12 pm, you will find a sad and quiet atmosphere ( not what you are looking for when going bottomless right?). Food was nothing special, chicken was dry.... But I had not high expectations on food tbh. However the fact the DJ started at 2pm and they don't tell you when booking is a rip-off, I'm sorry... Will not repeat and will not recommend.

28/10/2024: Love the mix of different age groups in the Crawford. Basically, you can't be too young (within legal limits) or too old!! Music at weekends, also great place for party with finger food provided by bar ... must be arranged in advance!

15/12/2024: Bad. The portions were okay sized but turkey and have had 1 tiny slice of ham in a standard portion. The spaghetti had little to no sauce with the same sized portions massively ranging in size. I wouldn’t recommend.

17/07/2024: This full Irish breakfast that is just under €14.00 euros. Everything included in the full Irish traditional Irish breakfast. That is served all day. With prices and quality this restaurant has pushed its priorities to the limit with great satisfaction. The staff were more then happy to assist with the food ordered and  anything else that was required. The menu in this grill restaurant is simple, yet has alot to offer to satisfy your hungry needs, for all foodies. With quality food served in a comfortable spacious indoor seating area. With an interesting and attenative interior. This restaurant will definitely give you top rated quality food at affordable prices. Highly recommend.

01/07/2024: Breakfast Right on the money if you’re looking for somewhere to have a good old breakfast in Cork centre. The couple who run this joint make you feel so welcome and the breaky was spot on!

24/11/2024: The coffee is the best in town and food is super too. The staff is always very friendly. And Matt is great! I always enjoy my time spend there. Highly recommend to drop in

02/11/2024: Had an unfortunate experience the first time when my granddaughter wouldn't eat the chips because of the rancid taste from the oil.Returned this morning and thought give it another try. Ordered poached eggs and tomatoes,asked for the eggs to be well done. Eggs were runny and tomatoes, all 3 cherry tomatoes, were covered in burnt grease,for a vegetarian inedible as the grease tasted of meat. Mentioned it to staff on paying who looked at me and said "Oh". I took a picture of my food, unfortunately.

03/12/2024: Great chips and curry after a few pints

26/10/2024: I had haddock and it was not pinballed and when I was eating scales were coming directly in my mouth. It was not scaled as well and the quantity was not enough. Very bad experience with haddock. 1/4 and 1/2 pounders are nice.
