21/11/2025: This place was nice and service was great but food was not so good I was so sad I order huevos rancheros and my hubby waffle with bacon and were both disappointing the waffle was way too sweet unadable and order a golden milk that was not it it tasted so bad lattes were good tho and service was very attentive but if you want delicious food this was not it

13/11/2025: A beautiful place located along the River Lee, with the added convenience of an underground car park. I stopped by the hotel bar with friends for a little break, and I would like to especially thank the Italian waiter (Adam, if I’m not mistaken), who spoke excellent French and offered us a warm welcome and impeccable service. Great coffee and delicious pastries on the top of it!

23/10/2025: Celebration Ruined – Ignored, Insulted, Disrespected I organized a dinner for a close friend’s promotion, What should have been a joyful celebration turned into humiliation. Our server, Kenneth, completely neglected our table. Water took over an hour. Our order was forgotten, and when we asked for it to be packed, it was dumped carelessly. Dessert took half an hour to take, and food I was tasteless and poorly prepared. When we asked for the manager, Owen, we were told he was too busy and handed a €25 voucher. For a €100+ bill, this was insulting. As professionals, we know what respect and proper hospitality look like — none of it was shown. We deserved a sincere apology and proper compensation, not a token voucher that worsened the experience. This restaurant fails completely at basic hospitality. They ruined a special occasion. Never again. Horrible.

21/10/2025: Nice food overall. For starters I had cheeseburger spring rolls. Very nice, different. For my main course I had a 10oz fillet steak & it was cooked to perfection (I like my steaks very well done) I do have to say the chips & peppercorn sauce that were served with the steak, were in my opinion, sub-par. Overall a good meal & the New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc was excellent. I would recommend & i would eat here again.

20/10/2025: The best restaurant in Cork in our opinion. We go there every time we're in Cork. It's the kind of restaurant that you go to knowing what you want to order but then you see the specials it makes the decision so hard. Particularly love the scallop salad. It's amazingly good. The thick cut chips are like little roast potatoes. The lamb curry, burger, crab salad and the monkfish goujons are also a favourite. Always good atmosphere too.

28/09/2025: It's become a mess, literally a mess. I used to love going there because the food was delicious and worth the price. But recently – a disaster. Three times in a row, that wasn't a coincidence. The broth is water. Tasteless, fatless, like yellow-tinged water with three noodles, and that's it. Pierogi cooked in unsalted water. Bland. You could hear the employees arguing in the back. Food remains on the floor under the tables from previous customers. I'm sorry, but I'm giving up. I'm sorry, but it's become a mess.

11/11/2025: Nicest place I had ever stayed. Not a place where you could walk to other attractions. Staff was great.

09/11/2025: Great hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast was one of the best. Comfortable rooms. If I were to criticise the view from our rooms were of stone walls. I would return.

14/11/2025: Overall, I'd never visit again. For the cost the food was abysmal, the staff were perfectly pleasant and the place was clean and tidy. I'd ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala. The rice reminded me of poorly made boil in the bag stuff, very watery and without flavour, the naan bread could have been used as a frisbee. The curry and chicken were nice enough but honestly for 18 euro it was awful.

08/11/2025: I'm Italian. Been living in Ireland for 9 years and everytime i wanted to eat Italian i had to do it myself. This is the first time i had authentic Italian food! The Pasta and risotto are amazing and well made! The antipasto is amazing, feels like a little piece of Italy in Ireland. I will be back for more!

The food was delicious, the staff were welcoming and friendly, and the place was wonderful. Congratulations, I'll be back often!
