14/09/2025: Beautiful space, loads of light through many skylights.
Excellent service, friendly and discreet.
There were 3 of us dining.
We opted for the early dinner 40 euro 3 courses.
Good options for most diners, I had the curry potatoes, the ragu with rigatoni, and finished with the Eton mess.
If we eat with our eyes, mine were very impressed.
My 2 companions also enjoyed their meals and appetites sated.
There are enough options on the full menu to please every diner.
Highly recommend.
13/09/2025: We had a very pleasant experience at Jacobs on the Mall. The place is perfect, very spacious and comfortable. We ordered the early Bird and it was such a great surprise – everything was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was really kind and attentive, which made the visit even better. Everything was great and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!❤️

18/08/2025: I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. The hotel staff is very friendly, both at reception and at breakfast and in the restaurant.
The beds are super comfortable.
The breakfast is very good.
The pool is very nice and clean; the outdoor pool is simply magnificent.
The hotel staff at reception, breakfast, and at the spa are very kind and welcoming.
One small drawback is that there is no small refrigerator in the room. Please ask the restaurant and bistro staff to lower their plates and glasses.

Seated in an area where we were able to park our baby buggy. Service was very good. Great menu plenty to choose from with starters mains and desserts. Variety of mains ordered 2 types of fish, burger, chicken and duck. All were really lovely.
Desserts were gorgeous. Will be back again. Would recommend you try it for yourself. 😋😋💕💕

08/09/2025: Had a late lunch here almost 2 weeks ago. Hake, Chips, Mushy peas, tea, bread & butter . Now this is just my opinion and I may have made the wrong choice. The fish gave me the impression that it may have been frozen as it was very wet and was a bit shy in size. The batter was just that batter. Disappointed in the chips. Why are you using a rectangular chip cutting die? It is just wrong as all it does is allow faster cooking but once served they quickly go cold and hard, not nice. The rest was adequate.
This wasn't a cheap meal and all in came to €28. With hindsight I should have complained there and then but my time was limited. Hoping this was just a bad one of day for the restaurant.
07/09/2025: Don't let the queue put you off. It's worth the wait for a table. The food is super delicious. We've been there three times and it's been excellent every time.

29/09/2025: An interesting experience for anyone looking for a salt cure without going to the spa. The wings and the Spice Bag are perfect for preserving meat for centuries. The concept is innovative: the main course is thirst, and the side dish is food. The treasure hunt to obtain water adds a little spice (and frustration) to the evening. 10/10 for originality.
26/09/2025: Food was decent but overpriced. Band was good. Overall the restaurant was noticeably dirty and the bathrooms were exceptionally dirty. Service was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. I won’t call out the persons name on here but they got our entire order wrong, never checked on us once after dropping the food off, and took almost 15min to track down to get our check. I’d recommend avoiding this establishment unless going for a drink only.
