12/11/2025: Played this fabulous creation with a Lifetime member in October. It was part of a weekend of Golf.Texas scramble. 4 ball better ball. Best set of par 3s you will find anywhere. Fab greens brilliant welcome from Management.Golf shop and clubhouse staff. 4 amazing days of golf. Thanks Peter Jim and Stacey for your company. Highly recommend a visit. And the town of Bellmullet has amazing pubs and restaurants. Oh and the Guinness.

11/11/2025: I've had breakfast here about 5 or 6 times in the last 8 weeks, the breakfast is good except on every occasion they've used stale bread for the toast.
05/11/2025: The food is delicious, roast pork very tender! Lots of choices of the dessert!
And mainly the staffs are nice and friendly!

31/10/2025: We had an incredible experience at the Ice House Hotel from start to finish. The riverside views are stunning, and the mix of modern design with the historic charm of the building is just beautiful. Our room was spotless, spacious, and had the most comfortable bed — plus that huge window overlooking the River Moy made it feel so peaceful.
The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay special. Dinner at the restaurant was outstanding — fresh local ingredients, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Breakfast the next morning was just as impressive.
The spa was another highlight — relaxing, spotless, and the outdoor hot tubs by the river were a dream!
We left feeling completely relaxed and pampered. Highly recommend the Ice House Hotel for anyone looking for a luxury getaway in a serene setting. We can’t wait to come back!
29/10/2025: Great thing about the icehouse was the view from the rooms. Absolutely stunning. Wouldn’t rave about the food but it was fine. People working there were very friendly and professional.

23/07/2025: El mejor regalo que me he hecho fue una cena en solitario en George V. El equipo es acogedor y atractivo. Aprendí sobre vinos de Paul Fogerty, sumiller jefe. Recibí sugerencias encantadoras en el menú de Andrea, mi servidor. El ritmo era apropiado para saborear cada bocado de comida de la finca ricotta al inicio del suflé de frambuesa (vale la pena el tiempo para prepararlo) como el final de una comida maravillosa. IT fue una experiencia que realmente fue un punto culminante para mi estancia en The Lodge at Ashford Castle.
03/07/2025: Cenamos con otra pareja. La cena es un acontecimiento. El personal de servicio fue excepcional. La comida es artística, lo que significa que las porciones son únicas y pequeñas. Espere gastar mucho. También desayunamos en este restaurante que estaba bastante bien y las raciones eran mejores.

13/08/2025: Didn’t eat here, but wouldn’t go back for drinks. Bartenders were not friendly at all and refused to make mixed drinks for Americans, but then made them for their friends who ordered right after. One acted as if he didn’t know what Tito’s vodka was. They had great live music and a lively crowd, but a very unwelcoming bunch. Americans should skip this spot and spend their money elsewhere. One of the few pubs the group had anything negative to say about.

31/10/2025: Attended a work meeting recently in the Ballina Manor Hotel. Parking under the hotel is limited, but there is more parking further down the street. The design of the hotel is charming, using the location of the river beside to best advantage so the views are available from many areas of the hotel - including the meeting room. All hotel staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The chef went out of his way to create lunch for dietary requirements!!
21/10/2025: This hotel is very clean and kept current. The People who work here are very nice. The food is very good, and the location is perfect.

06/10/2025: After this wonderful place was recommended by several locals we decided to try it at last. Blue Serenade did not disappoint. The food was exceptional lovely flavours fresh and wholesome. Wonderful presentation. Great value for money. Easy parking.
Peter who looked after us was so chatty helpful attentive as provided exceptional service. This place has exceptional reviews has a great reputation in the town for its service great food and ambience. Peter the owner treats everyone who comes through the door in a lovely courteous genuine and professional manner. A wonderful hidden gem in Castlebar.

29/07/2025: We had such a lovely evening here with old friends. The food was spectacular. My friends all had seafood which was incredibly fresh and delicious, while I opted for what was the best pizza I have ever had outside of Italy! Could not recommend highly enough.
25/07/2025: Great service by Eve & Excellent food by Orla - Seafood medley was delicious, mussels starter plentiful & pizza fully loaded - wine menu good & our 8 year old Granddaughter had a visit with the cats on the Patio - hope to get back soon again - Thanks so much 🙏🏻💚❤️
