02/12/2024: Whilst we love coming to gingerman everytime we are in waterford and food has always been excellent and staff 10 out 10 today food was not to point i had the fish the batter was rotton. bones in fish my potatoes or lack of them were dryed out i had half a cabbage and and a bag of carrots on plate. My family had beef and guiness and potatoes very same. Understand that it was very busy but was very disappointed and doubt ill return even thou staff are brillaint

21/11/2024: So so so good loved this little spot. Great vibes, delicious food. All 4 of us in our group absolutely loved our dinner and guiness. We had the burgers, seafood chowder, chicken goujons and hake goujons. All delicious.

20/11/2024: Staff and service was perfect. Really friendly and accommodating. The deserts were lovely I definitely recommend the brownie and the Oreo pancakes, but the actual food on the other hand was not that nice at all. The cheeseburger was bland and chewy. the buns were cold when it came out and the bacon was really fatty. My friend had the chicken wings and they were also very bland and had no flavour. They were supposed to be bbq but they didn’t taste like it at all. Wouldn’t go back here for food again.

Unprofessional, very rude, intimidating bouncers. Management is how businesses organizes and directs workflow, operations & employees, and to not show the arrogance & terrible service.

07/12/2024: Located on the beach in Woodstown, it is a lovely pub for a stop off for a drink or after a walk on the beach. Food is good and staff are friendly. Accomodation is also available.
05/12/2024: Had a fantastic stay at The Saratoga. Lovely cosy bar with stoves at full blaze, which was wonderful as you could almost hear the sea outside. Food was superb, rooms were fabulous, newly decorated, could not fault. Staff were amazing, thank you for looking after us Ziggy. Location is amazing, right on the beach, perfect for a walk after breakfast. Thanks so much.
