10/05/2026: I had a fabulous stay recently with my mam and my daughter.We were spoiled from the moment we arrived with an upgrade,fabulous food and dancing with a live band and the most amazing treatments in Asha Spa(Highly recommended!)and all the staff were lovely.We love it here as it has everything we need for the whole family to enyoy!Thanks

They are so professional, organized, and truly care about making the day perfect for the couple. As wedding photographers and videographers, we really appreciate a venue team that makes everything run so smoothly and creates such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for everyone. 25/04/2026: Stopped at this little gem of a cafe in a quiet little village, with a tiny little garden centre at the front entrance. We walked in and a beautiful aroma of great food filled the air. A small hardware section and fishing section to one side. Loads of seating as it was quiet. The waitress quickly served us with a menu which had a good choice on it. We were also informed of the menu on the wall with the daily specials. Including deserts and a coffee menu that is very reasonably priced. I opted for the open prawn sandwich on homemade brown bread, which was more than filling with a lovely side salad, coleslaw and potato salad. I unfortunately ordered a portion of chips but regretted that idea upon seeing the size of my meal.The daughter had the homemade soup and brown bread as well that was proper filling and chunky. The wife opted for a chicken salad wrap and chips with a sneaky glass of wine. Me been the designated driver. The attention to detail the beautiful cooked well presented food and the efficiency of the staff made this a wonderful experience. I can't fault this place at all. Well priced food if you ask me a little underpriced but I'd imagine they have their regulars to keep happy. Do yourself a favour make this place a must stop on your trip to Fethard and experience it yourself. Top quality. Keep up the great work. To the waiting staff on duty that day. Well done on your professionalism and efficiency in cleaning the tables after each customer and also your attention to details. Good staff like this is hard to find and retain. 13/04/2026: What a great little cafe! Only place we could find on the peninsula that was open on a Monday, and the breakfast was top notch. Super value, friendly service and we even did a little plant shopping outside in the garden centre part of the businesses.

17/04/2026: Very enjoyable evening food was very good very good welcome had a great time.we were so full we could not eat a dessert and we didn't eat breakfast I think it's a place to visit.if you are going to get the ferry to to the uk ,if you have a motorhome you can stay in the carpark overnight if you use the pub to drink and have a meal. Go it's great.

13/04/2026: Fast and high-quality service. My kids and husband were happy. I wasn't quite happy with the Caesar salad. The salad itself was fine, but it wasn't a Caesar salad, just a salad. The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy.

18/12/2025: First time here, not sure I would be back even though the food was tasty. I called ahead to order, asking if they take card payments, I was told no and that I could take money out in Centra at the ATM if needed. Order was a little slow but when it came to pay, I handed in the cash, 30 euros. I never heard so much complaining because I didn't have the exact change. Talking under his breath and making a big deal. If you don't take card payments and it's cash only, you should be able to give me back 6 euros without hassle and making me feel bad acting like I handed you a 100euro note.

22/03/2026: Had food yesterday ordered bacon and cabbage got bacon and vegetables very little cabbage not good over priced owner making so much noise pulling tables around not a good experience

21/03/2026: Had a beautiful meal with family last night in the Thomas Moore tavern, the staff were exceptional and so accommodating! The food was also delicious and not over pricy. Would definitely recommend!!
