17/04/2025: Food: tasty, flavourful and absolutely authentic dishes. We tried their calamari fritti for starters. It was tasty but could have been better. For mains we had their pomodoro chorizo and carbonara. Both were absolutely excellent! Service: service was friendly and quite fast. Ambience: beautiful and cozy ambience. They have a cute fishtank at the entrance which we loved. Every table has a small lamp which gives very cozy vibes. Definitely coming here for more

15/04/2025: We ate here recently We ordered a tagliatelle and a pizza and both were very good. The service was excellent. It was very reasonably priced. From the outside this restaurant might not look amazing but the service and the food dispelled any doubts we had. Would definitely visit again.

28/04/2025: A pizzeria that understands that more is not better.

08/04/2025: First stop on a trip to Ireland in this pizzeria/bar (the 2 businesses seem to be merged), with a magnificent terrace! The place seems very busy, the pizzas are very good and accompanied by beers from the neighboring bar it's perfect!

18/06/2025: Really loved our evening here, we had the tasting menu with wine as it was an anniversary treat, The food was really lovely, didn't think they could do better than the focaccia to start but every course was equally delicious, the wine pairings were lovely and the information about them really good too, Staff were friendly, attentive and professional. A must visit if you are in Cork but do book in advance!

02/06/2025: Best TIRAMISU in Ireland! (Didn’t have time to take a picture hahah) As Starter we got the charcuterie board and Halibut salad which was delicious and it is now my favourite salad in cork. I got the pasta w/ zucchini and mint, and it was a great surprise. Success. The other dessert, Pain Perdu, w a sorbet was delicious. Can’t wait to be back. Troppo bono. Grazie.

23/05/2025: After a full day exploring the beauty and history of Blarney Castle, an unexpected bus delay led us to discover Amore Italiano—and it turned out to be the highlight of our evening. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The pizza immediately impressed us with its thin, crispy crust, reminiscent of Mod Pizza back home, a personal favorite of mine. It struck the perfect balance between crunch and chew, with toppings that were fresh and flavorful. However, the true standout of the meal was the pasta. It was incredibly fresh, clearly made with quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. Every bite was rich, comforting, and full of authentic flavor. The salad was another pleasant surprise—vibrant, crisp, and well-dressed, offering a refreshing contrast to the heartier dishes. Amore Italiano exceeded our expectations in every way. What started as a detour turned into a memorable dining experience that I would gladly recommend to anyone visiting the area. If you're near Blarney and craving great Italian food in a cozy setting, this spot should be at the top of your list.

01/06/2025: Lovely place, the meat pizza is to die for, great selection on the menu, cocktails, beer, wines, 0%beer. Bread and butter pudding was amazing. The decor and atmosphere are very nice and relaxing, staff very friendly and polite, will return. Highly reccommend😋

05/06/2025: Hate giving a negative review, but this was very poor. Decided to order on Just Eat, and the consistency was close to a cracker. I love thin pizza, but this was crazy. Every time I tried to pick up a slice it would crumble into pieces. Maybe it was just a bad night. Had Novacento's years ago and it was delicious, so who knows.

29/05/2025: Exceptional! Myself and my family (4 of us) visited the Princes street store on tuesday evening (27.05.25) to celebrate our sons 17th birthday. The store itself is cosy, with outside seating also available. We sat inside in a booth. There was a really lovely ambience - cute decor and background music that was just the right volume. The staff were friendly and kind, attentive but not over bearing. We ordered the dough balls and dough sticks to start. The portion sizes were generous. We ordered 4 pizza's and 4 drinks. I am vegan and I was over the moon to discover that they can make any of their pizza's with vegan cheese. The pizza's were also a generous size, perfectly cooked with lots of toppings. In fact we couldn't finish our meal and the staff were very accommodating in providing a take home box which we filled! The total meal came to about 93 euro (2 x starters, 4 pizza's and 4 drinks) which I found very good value considering the food and ingredients were of the highest quality. Including a tip we spent 100 euro for a family of 4 (2 of which are teens!) to eat out - well worth every penny. I can highly recommend and we can't wait to go back again. I was even happier to discover that they are a Cork business. Well done folks, you're playing a blinder!

23/05/2025: A gluten free AND dairy free pizza option in the city centre! It’s very rare to find both options being offered and I was pleasantly surprised by this one. Pizza was great, crispy and delicious. Only downside for us was that my friends pizza was really floppy and just messy to eat.
