05/08/2026: We loved this place! The owner of the restaurant sat us and helped out the staff immensely. He is a wonderful person to talk to! Dinner was tasty and dessert hit the spot!

19/07/2026: Nice meal here. The lobster was delicious, the steak was slightly overdone for medium. Did think the childrens menu was expensive. The restaurant is lovely though and staff very good.

12/06/2026: There may be better accommodations in Dingle, but Murphy's has everything we could have wanted. Secure entry to the B&B portion, excellent rooms (ours, #12, had an amazing view of the harbor) private parking a wonderful included breakfast, and a location where walking distance, along with pulling out onto the road and hitting Slea Head Drive was effortless. (They have great Guinness as well) Murphy's is one of the gems of Dingle, and we've already booked another stay for December!

26/06/2026: Unfortunately we are forced to leave a bad review. When we first arrived, we were seated immediately at a front table by the window, and it seemed like it was going to be a great experience and meal. After we ordered our food and drinks, we were served bread and waited for our appetizers (one caesar salad and three chowders). After about 20 minutes, someone came by to ask us if we wanted another round of drinks and some more bread, to which we passed on the drinks and agreed to the bread. After about another 25 minutes, our server came over to say that the kitchen had overlooked the ticket with our appetizers on it, so it would be another 15 minutes or so until our appetizers arrived. As a family who owns multiple restaurants / is in the industry, we tried to be understanding, as we know what it is like to be a busy restaurant on a Friday night. However, once the appetizers finally arrived, there were fish bones in the chowder, and the soup was unfortunately average. After about another 30 minutes, and our entrees were not anywhere in sight, we asked when we could expect our food and were told “it will be coming out soon”. By this time, we had been at our table for about an hour and 40 minutes, and the manager/bartender offered to buy us a round of drinks to appease us. We passed on the round of drinks and asked when our food could be expected. She told us that it was “being plated just now”. Again, we waited about 15 minutes and our food had not arrived. At this point, we asked for our bill and said we didn’t want to wait for our food anymore. The bartender apologetically brought our check over, while continuing to blame the kitchens error, however, did not comp any of our drinks or appetizers. The whole experience was extremely disappointing and we would not recommend wasting your time, or spending your money here.

17/06/2026: We had a lovely dinner at Ashes. Fish was fresh & delicious, service was friendly and wine selection was excellent! I would definitely recommend.

17/07/2026: Really excellent food accompanied by good wines; a really enjoyable evening. We started sharing the Crab Caesar Salad and the Scallop dish - both really tasty and inventive. Main of lovely John Dory followed. Great service from a lovely team. We highly recommend and we'll be back

14/07/2026: Wonderful spot for dinner and a drink. Great food, service and ambiance. The food, from the starter to the desserts were outstanding for our group of four.

24/06/2026: Expensive cocktails… not very good for price! Spicy marg was unbearably hot to drink, when we told them it was to hot to drink and asked to swap for a beer, they poured it down the sink (15€ cocktail) and charged us for the bottle of corona… negroni was just Campari on ice! Nice vibe! Over priced cocktails!

20/06/2026: Has to be one of the best (weirdest?) pubs in Dingle if not in the whole of Ireland. Seems like they have converted an old house into a pub. There is weird furniture and seating all around. Loved every bit of it. A pint of Guinness is 6€.

24/06/2026: Really one of the top 2 or 3 pubs in Dingle. Simple, understated and wonderful vibe.

20/06/2026: A small authentically Irish traditional pub. It has a good amount of seating for its size. The large windows make it bright and there was a low hum of chatter creating a relaxing atmosphere. It has floor to ceiling shelving running down both sides so was probably a traditional grocery/ hardware shop as well as a pub back in the day. Lots of the usual knick knacks and antique drinks related signage and seemingly original fittings. The bar man was friendly and efficient and I had a nice chat with a couple of locals at the bar. Overall exactly what you want from a pub!

20/07/2026: So tasty, and best value for money ice cream in Dingle in my opinion. Raspberry sorbet so flavourful and not icy at all, and I couldn’t believe how thick and creamy the Nutella ice cream was. Lovely cones. Delicious 🍦 ⭐️

16/07/2026: Absolutely amazing ice cream omg! So so good I definitely recommend 🤩🤩, not a long wait at all aswell! (Edit->) 😊I've been back here loads of times since I published this review! And let me say this is still the best place in dingle to get the most delicious ice cream! Still haven't seen my tuna pasta flavor yet 🤣🤔

08/08/2026: My wife and I had a really nice dinner at Solas. The Spanish-inspired dishes made with local Irish seafood were unique, interesting, and very well done. It was a great change of pace from some of the more traditional seafood spots in Dingle, while still highlighting the quality of the local ingredients. Who knew tapas and Irish seafood would get along so well? Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for something a little different.

07/08/2026: On balance, experience was poor. Whilst some of the food was excellent, others considerably less than that. Particularly disappointing was the fact that we were charged over €30 for two small glasses of Albarino! Only advice is to consider a bottle, then at least you know the quantity that you are paying for! In fairness, this is not a case of “it not being for us”.

07/06/2026: Fabulous hotel. Perfect location and we had a beautiful room overlooking the marina. Staff were amazing and we were well looked after. Breakfast was perfect 👌 Highly recommend 👌 We would definitely stay here again.

11/03/2026: I had a vegan GF banana chocolate bread (with one other ingredient that I cannot remember!). It was the nicest cake I have had in a very long time. So nice that I have spent the last 10 minutes on google street view finding this place so I know where to go back to! It was delicious. I am neither vegan nor GF. That doesn't matter. Perfect balance of flavours and perfect texture. The coffee was lovely too.

28/07/2026: The best part was the music. The nachos, meatless, weren't too bad, but they were served with the worst industrial guacamole I've ever seen. The garlic bread was mediocre, and everything was served rather quickly.

19/05/2026: We were at Marina Inn tonight to celebrate our friend’s birthday. We had a great time. Thomas was so welcoming and pulled everything together. The band played Happy Birthday and staff provided candles etc for the cake. The food satisfied everyone. Thanks for the great memories!!

03/09/2025: Nice place to have different types of food. We had chicken wings as starter that were marinated with hoisin sauce (Asian style) and we had the mussels in Asian style - also really delicious!
