05/11/2025: This was the only restaurant we could get into late at night without a reservation in Dingle the night we were there. I ordered an antipasta dish as an appetizer which was very minimal and not worth the money (I could do better with grocery store items with a better display). For my main course, I ordered the meat & cheese tortellini, which was edible but nothing fancy or worth the 17.50 euro spent. There's much better restaurants to explore in the area.

02/11/2025: The ingredients appeared very fresh, and the pizza tasted relatively good. It seems like an easy place to grab a quality pizza when you’re in the mood for one.

The people are very nice and the place is cozy.
There isn't much parking available next to the cafe, but plenty within a few minutes walk.
15/12/2024: Stopped for breakfast with a friend here on a whim and Seed & Soul did not disappoint! What a lovely find.
The food was great, the staff lovely and the atmosphere really relaxed.
We will be back!
