11/05/2026: Has to be the worst service & food ever , we asked a couple of questions & the man serving us answered with grunts & ignorence , I asked for chips & chicken tenders & when we got home he had gave me very very greasy onion rings instead of chicken tenders ,they were floating in grease & lukewarm . Chips were the same tepid & ,so greasy .

09/07/2026: Got shred chick on 2 occasions burns both times and too salty , when I complained all I got was , thank you I’ll tell the chef , terrible service , I won’t be back

01/03/2026: I ordered a quarter aromatic duck from here yesterday and when I got home I was genuinely shocked to find it was completely burnt. The duck was black, dry, and so overcooked it was totally inedible. This wasn’t a case of it being slightly overdone, it was severely charred and should never have left the kitchen. What’s most concerning is that someone had to see the state of that duck before packaging it. There is no way the condition of it wasn’t obvious. Sending out food that badly burnt shows a serious lack of care, quality control, and basic standards. The other dishes I ordered were acceptable but entirely forgettable, and certainly not good enough to make up for the main item being inedible. I genuinely don’t understand how any chef or kitchen could knowingly put blackened, burnt duck into a carton and hand it to a paying customer. It suggests a complete disregard for both customers and the restaurant’s own reputation.

21/05/2026: Pizza is good for the price. They charge you extra if you're eating pizza from there. Strange! The service is not great also. One time they send me a wrong pizza order. They asked me to drive back to make it right when complained. But they kept the old opened pizza box for themselves and gave me the new one. No proper apology. I'd have given both the boxes for the troubles atleast, if i was the manager.

16/05/2026: I Ordered chicken Fried Rice a really simple and easy order when I walked in they asked did I order chicken curry and I said no chicken fried rice but they still got the order wrong. Will not be trusting this place again if they can’t even get a simple order right.

31/03/2026: Stingy portion paid 14 euro for this !! I asked for extra chicken balls instead of 4 sausages and they gave me 1 extra chicken ball 🤣

04/06/2026: Dose not even deserve 1 star it's absolutely stink. This was shit the curry was lumpy and cold the chips are definitely reheated the crackers were steal. The rice was tolerable apart from the clumps! all food is definitely just boxed up and ready to be reheated. Its already prepared for ordering and microwaveed! Never again 😒

04/04/2026: We ordered €48 worth of food and they incorrectly took our order and then refused to fix the problem and tried to charge us for the issue they made. The girl on the phone was rude and dismissive and quite arrogant about the situation. Shocking customer service.

17/03/2026: Very good for the price of it. Cheese burger only 3.50 and was lovely and also got chips in with it and it still was only 3.50. Very good and would recommend.

10/06/2026: I think a 3 star is honestly fair - picture is the wings that were €13 - quality was good but such a small portion size for the price - scandalous. The mains quality was decent but again very over priced for what you get on the plate ( portion sizes very small again) , for us the food is far too over priced for what you get - we wouldn’t eat here again due to this. The staff were lovely and pleasant.

29/04/2026: Reserved a high table in advance — confirmed by staff. Arrived in the evening and, amazingly, the table did exist… it was just already given to someone else. According to the very unprofessional young hostess (first day?), specific tables are only “on request.” Interesting logic — because the people sitting at my table clearly managed to get one. No explanation, just repetition of the same line. We were then sent to wait in the lobby — as a family with a pregnant woman and a 5-year-old. Hospitality at its finest. Stayed anyway because we were exhausted and hungry. Big mistake. Food was bland and unbelievably greasy — I literally squeezed a fry and watched oil drip out of it. Service was painfully slow; ended up going to the bar myself just to pay. Prices? Completely absurd for what you get. Easily the worst dining experience of our trip through Ireland. Impressive, in all the wrong ways.

15/06/2026: 7 euros for 3 pieces of breaded (BK onion ring type of crumbs) unseasoned butterfly-ed small prawns. I ordered Prawn Pakora, not 'King' Prawn Butterfly.

17/02/2026: Dude at the counter made a mistake when ordering (which in hindsight was very reasonable I was a little confusing) but fixed it so fast and generously I just had to leave a review Curry Katsu fries was also the bomb. Very rich, steam pouring off it which U when it's 2°C

22/03/2026: Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. The room itself was in a shocking state, with mould growing on the walls which immediately made the whole place feel dirty and unsafe. To make things worse, we had complete strangers somehow entering our room at 3am — even though the door was locked. It was genuinely unsettling and left us feeling like we couldn’t relax for a second. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the guys staying upstairs took a shower and the water literally came through the ceiling and onto our bed. Completely unacceptable and honestly unbelievable that a place like this is allowed to operate. There was never anyone at reception or in the lobby to speak to, so we had no way to report these issues or get help. By the end of the stay, we felt so uncomfortable that it was like our skin was crawling the entire time. Even basic things didn’t work properly — the curtains wouldn’t close, leaving us with no privacy. The only positive thing I can say is that the location was good. Unfortunately, that’s nowhere near enough to make up for everything else. I would strongly advise avoiding this place.

05/04/2026: Really disappointed with this salt & chili bag. The food was extremely greasy, and the sauce was watery and separated, which made everything taste unpleasant. The chips were soggy and not crispy at all, and the chicken coating was soft instead of crunchy. There were only a few small pieces of chicken, and apart from some powder seasoning, there were no vegetables at all—no peppers, no onions, no garlic. For takeaway, it cost €9.90 (and €14 for dine-in), which is definitely not worth it for the quality and portion size. Also, despite being takeaway, they didn’t include a fork or napkins—I had to ask for them. Overall, very poor experience. I definitely won’t be coming back.
