19/03/2025: Where has the service gone? What has happened to manners and respect. Absolutely appalled at the experience my daughter and her friends had on a recent visit to Supermac’s. I know the reply to this if any will be it’s company policy not to allow people to sit without food which in any business this is 100% fair and the correct way to deal with loitering people, but this is different, this is not about how you asked two of the girls to leave which they did no problem, it’s how the remaining girls who had bought food where spoken to aggressively and not believed they had purchased food, while trying to eat they have to prove who bought what and felt bullied. This is beyond normal behaviour in the service industry, which Iv worked in for over 20 years, Iv also been a very regular customer in Supermac’s, we actually eat in store most weeks as a family, but my daughters experience as a teenager eating with friends is not the same as it is when dining with us. This is blatant discrimination. I understand their must be a significant problem with some youths and this has led Supermac’s Kilkenny to have this bias against all teenagers but this is not ok and is discrimination, these teenagers are customers and deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. The attitude from management and floor staff needs to change. This is not acceptable behaviour from adults and i really hope this blanket ban on all teens ends: not every teenager is there to cause trouble. Thank you for your time. Celine Brennan

10/11/2024: Proper town centre pub. Good selection of beers and plenty of seating. Live football and Racing on the TV. Cheap drinks, too. They don’t do food.

02/01/2025: I ordered a chowder. It was practically a fish soup, with no seafood. It tasted good, but not so memorable. I was a bit disappointed.

15/12/2024: Dine here quite often and I have to give it to the management and hard working staff of the Marble City Bar . Food is always delicious and fresh😋 .So compliments to their chefs . Staff go above and beyond to make your visit a memorable one ☝️. Love the atmosphere there .

15/03/2025: Food was okay. Our bill came to 64.10, we asked the waiter to round it up to 70.00 and he quote said "awh thanks, I'll split that with the team". It was very uncomfortable. We are under no obligation to tip them for doing their jobs, other industries don't get tips and it's not America. They are paid a decent wage. It upset my partner as it made them feel like they upset the waiter! It was an expensive meal for what it was and terrible service.

24/02/2025: Fabulous find, absolutely delicious tapas, freshly made, and the service was very friendly in great surroundings.

15/12/2024: Cenar aquí con bastante frecuencia y tengo que dárselo a la dirección y al personal trabajador del Marble City Bar. La comida siempre es deliciosa y fresca😋. Así que saludos a sus chefs. El personal va más allá para que su visita sea memorable ☝️. Me encanta el ambiente allí.

18/09/2024: Ci avevano consigliato questo ristorantino su una delle strade principali della città ma a noi non è piaciuto nè per il servizio, poco cortese (tra l'altro ci hanno dato un tavolo piccolissimo per noi) , nè per il cibo (carne arrostita) e per il rapporto qualità-prezzo
