The best restaurants in Limerick

09/09/2024: Having been fishing down in Kerry the night before we stopped here whilst on our way to Co.Clare, friendly staff, and the place looked busy enough for a Sunday too. I had the baked salmon with lemon sauce, my friend had the turkey and ham, the salmon was nice and not overcooked, the creamy lemon sauce could have possibly had a bit more lemon added, friend said that one little edge of the turkey was a bit dry but the rest was perfect. Both came with mash potatoes and a side of cabbage and carrot and possibly turnip mash(I didn’t have any of that) I’m not sure how the coffee was made, but that is one area there could be an improvement. I know as soon as I asked for an americano and she replied “2 coffees” not to get my hopes up too high about that. But everything else was fine. We sat outside where it was nice and cool, indoors seemed quite warm to me when in there, which would have made eating a little uncomfortable for me, but that’s possible just me I guess.

21/08/2024: Great food! Stopped here on a whim and so glad we did. Peaceful atmosphere and great food. Servers were very nice and quick also. If you're in the area stop it's completely worth it

18/07/2024: Hier kun je heerlijk eten en drinken en is vriendelijk geprijsd. Meestal hoef je niet te reserveren, maar even vragen kan geen kwaad, anders ben je snel overgeleverd aan de wat goedkopere eettenten. We hadden al snel besloten hier iedere avond te gaan eten (3 avonden)

08/06/2024: Pleasantly surprised as had no great expectations.Lovely staff. Brie starter in filo pastry was light and very delicious. Cod goujons were nicely battered and perfectly cooked. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

16/09/2024: Love a good eggs benedict,have tried and enjoyed many, but this was the worst I ever got, sauce tasted like mayo with dollop of mustard

09/09/2024: Had lunch here on Sunday 8th with family, have to say it was top class , from service to food quality to prices, cannot fault a thing . In this day and age this is the only place I see people queuing for food and there’s a reason for that the choice and quality is excellent Staff are so pleasant and friendly, you leave very content, and full portions are unreal Well done , highly recommend
