15/07/2025: Best craic , fantastic renovation, excellent bar staff and parking told by my visitor from eu they had the best served cold Guinness in ireland. Fantastic atmosphere here! . 5 🌟 highly recommend. Grainne Gillespie. Limerick city.

25/09/2025: First time and it was a great surprise. Food is just the right amount of spicy (we chose things with just one jalapeño) and the Kulfi for dessert was delicious. We had a selection of starters and side plates to share (garlic naan is a must) Our servers were suuuuper nice and attentive, they gave great recommendations and were conscious of food choices (I'm vegetarian). All in all a great experience, definitely recommend. Sorry there's no pictures we ate everything before taking any

18/11/2025: I really enjoyed the sandwich and cookies. The staff were very nice too. It's a great spot with nice outdoor seating as well. Such a shame they don't offer any 'for here' cups or plates, this location especially has the space to do it.

25/09/2025: Every time I come here I come away feeling completely underwhelmed. Cheap furniture, uninspired decor, barely adequate toilet facilities, slow service (as there's always a queue) . The staff are pleasant enough, but in comparison to many other cafes this falls short of the mark. It only survives on the back of a shortage of competition in this area of Limerick, and despite a big student population, it's certainly not cheap.

21/01/2026: I live in Cork but work doesn't a Limerick company. Turkmen Grill is a must stop for Quabuli rice (lamb or chixken) whenever Im in Limerick. The food here has been consistently excellent for the last few years. I have eaten here but generally get takeaway to bring back home.

27/09/2025: This was my first time trying Mexican tacos at Republic of Grill, and they were absolutely delicious. They offer different flavors to choose from, but I especially enjoyed the spicy ones. The customer service is great—very friendly and professional which makes the experience even better. The atmosphere is welcoming with great vibes. It can get a little crowded at times because it’s popular, and while the prices are on the higher side, the quality and overall experience make it worth it. Definitely recommend!

18/01/2026: I would recommend the big arch and the caramel frappe as they were really good. Food was great, service was fast despite it being very busy and ice cream machine was working.

05/01/2026: Don't waste your time or money! Horrible Experience with drive thru here Saturday 3rd January 2026. The restaurant was so full of teenagers messing that you couldn't even enter to complain. The food was clearly stale. Fries were dry and inedible, Burgers were clearly made well in advance of being served as the cheese was rock hard on them. The staff on drive thru were completely unprofessional, messing and joking. Usually I wouldn't care about this but they got my order wrong 3 times and then upon pulling upto the collection window, my order was still not what I asked for and stale. I am a regular customer here. This is totally unacceptable service and the food was disgusting. Very disappointed!

22/02/2025: First time in Jack Monday's. It's a good place for a late breakfast or lunch. We had nice food for lunch. I had a wrap and my wife had a club sandwich. It came with salad and cubed potatoes. The coffee (I had a double espresso) was okay, but I like it a bit stronger. Lovely place with a view over the river Shannon and towards the castle. We will certainly come back for lunch.

17/01/2026: I wanted to explore coffee in that lane so i find of O&F to try for. Very good and kind manager to talk but talking about Barista who was really rude. I asked for latte and he made mistake to make it. Showing bad face reaction while serving. Comeon this is not good way even he didn’t apologise for the same. I needed plain milk(old bottle) but he mixed that with the light milk(opened new bottle) right infront of me. As i said him to change it he was like all are the same it doesn’t matter. Even i was a barista not a kid. Even coffee wasn’t right by temperature it felt cold. Just improve skills i would suggest for customer service. This country is really welcoming,warm and people are really kind so i expect the same from Barista. Thankyou no hard feelings.

16/08/2025: Clean and welcoming place, excellent service. Cappuccino compared to the large Italian ones, but you can choose between small, medium, and large, but excellent. A piece of advice: stop by ☺️🤗🤗

05/01/2026: We went to play snooker for an hour, you pay a deposit before playing and get it back if you don’t play over the hour. We timed exactly when we started playing and kept a close eye on the time and finished up a couple of minutes early. It takes 2-3 minutes to set up and the same when putting everything back. We accounted for that and came back to the counter 2 minutes early. Upon receiving my deposit back I didn’t receive the full amount. When I questioned this I was told by the member of staff, that we were playing for over an hour, when we weren’t. I tried to explain to the staff member that we actually kept track of the time and finished up our game early to make sure we weren’t there over an hour but I was just rudely shut down by the staff member, I was told, “That’s the rules and if I don’t like it I can get out” So just a heads up to anyone coming to play in the snooker hall, which is in terrible condition for the price you pay, they like to make up their own rules and will try rob you of a couple quid, as if they don’t already do that with some of their arcade games that don’t even work!

03/01/2026: I am a minor and the guy behind the counter try touch me what kind of people are in this place it’s the slightly big guy I would not recommend to come to this place what kind of service is this omg he should be fired and he have a very bad personality very upset I’m only 13 years old I was with my friends why would you have someone like that in your place working there
